기동헬기 측면항법 알고리즘 구현 및 검증

본 논문은 비행제어 비행체 관리 시스템 대신 한국형 기동헬기 임무컴퓨터의 비행운용 프로그램에서 구현한 측면 항법 알고리즘 설계 및 검증에 대하여 기술하였다. 구현된 측면항법 기능은 비행제어 시스템으로 롤 명령을 보내고 롤 명령 값은 임무컴퓨터의 제어 알고리즘에서 계산한다. 임무컴퓨터에서 제어 알고리즘 계산 시 항공기의 자세 및 위치에 대한 측정값을 이용한다. 이 입력 값들을 이용하여 임무컴퓨터에 탑재된 비행운용 프로그램은(선택한 비행계획 등)항법 요구를 롤 명령으로 자동조종으로 보낸다. 체계통합리그에서의 통합시험, 지상 및 비행시험을 통해 측면 항법 알고리즘을 검증하였다. This paper describe the Lateral Navigation algorithm design and verification that implementation on Mission Computer's OFP for Korean Utility Helicopter(KUH) instead of Auto Flight Control System(AFCS) Vehicle Management System. The LNAV function transmits Roll command into the AFCS System. The Roll command value will be calculated by control algorithms in MC. The Operational Flight Program(OFP) shall use for its calculations different measurements of the aircraft's attitude and place. Using these inputs, the OFP will translate a navigational demand(for example-to perform the selected flight plan) into Roll commands to the autopilot. By conducting integration test using SIL and ground test, flight test, it is confirmed that the introduced algorithm meets the requirements of the Mission Equipment Package(MEP) system. LNAV function is verified through the System Integration Laboratory(SIL) test, ground and flight test.

Airborne radio communications, navigation, and identification equipments are characterized by user's many quantitative and qualitative requirements. These equipment look like simple test and evaluation, but they have many complex factors. This paper describe the test and evaluation of airborne radio communications, navigation, and identification equipments.

호남지방 전통주택에서의 규모와 평면형식 -전남 장흥군 관산읍 방촌만을을 중심으로-

The plan of Korean traditional houses are devided by the span-units which is the automatic result of the timber construction. This study aims to analyze the ways plan type change when the number of span changes. One village named Bangchon in Honan Province was selected where we investigated more than 30 houses ranging from 3 span to 6 span. It is identified that there were certain rules which govern the plan change when number of span change. When one span is added onto 3 span houses, wooden floor of one span is added in between the two ondol-rooms. When one span is added onto 4 span houses, kitchen is enlarged. When one span is added onto 5 span houses, wooden floor is enlarged into 2 span, Also the plan of Man's quarter(Sarang-chae) was investigated and compared to Lady's quarter. The research proves that such rules of plan change need to be considered as a basic standard of analysis when traditional houses are to be studied.

Mission Equipment Package(MEP) system is a collection of avionic components that are integrated to perform the mission of the Korean Utility Helicopter(KUH). MEP system development is classified mission-critical embedded system but KUH MEP system developed including flight-critical data implementation. It is important to establish the good development and verification process for the successful system development. This paper describe the development and verification process in each phase for the KUH MEP system. MEP system design is verified through the qualification test, system failure test and compatibility test in System Integration Laboratory(SIL).

A number of navigation improvements are envisaged : Differential GPS - WAAS, LAAS, and Performance Based Navigation. The GPS receiver verifies the integrity(usability) of the signals received from the GPS constellation through a process called receiver autonomous integrity monitoring(RAIM) to determine if a satellite is providing corrupted information. This paper describe the RAIM function and Performance-Based Navigation implementation of Mission Equipment Package(MEP) for Korean Utility Helicopter.

중국의 대 아시아 정책

중국의 부상으로 동아시아에서 헤게모니가 중국으로 이동하고 있다는 것은 현실화되었다. 시진핑 정부의 대외정책은 우리나라와 주변국, 전세계에 영향을 직 간접적으로 미치고 있는데 중국이 주창하는 신안보관과 실크로드 정책, 새로운 패러다임의 외교방식을 주장하고 있다. 중국은 아시아에서 새롭게 형성되는 강력한 국가로서 경제력을 이용하여 아시아 질서를 재정립하고 패권을 장악하려는 의도가 명확해지고 있다. 나아가 세계 패권에도 미국과 쌍두마차로 달리고자 하는 의도가 정치, 경제, 군사 및 외교 분야에서 나타나고 있다. 북한 핵 미사일 개발로 촉발되고 있는 한반도 위기상황을 제대로 극복하기 위해서는 우리는 한 미 일 공조와 나아가서 중국과의 관계 개선에도 최선의 노력을 경주해야 할 시점에 와 있다. 본 연구에서는 북한의 안보위협에 따른 한반도 주변의 역학관계를 벗어나 제2차세계대전 이후 냉전과 탈냉전 시기를 거치면서 중국이 구사해 온 동남아 정책에 대하여 거시적으로 분석하였다. With the rise of China, the power and hegemony is moving to China in East Asia. The foreign policy of the China government is directly or indirectly affecting Korea, neighboring countries and the world. China is advocating a new international policy, a new security system, silk road policy and a new paradigm. China is a newly emerging powerful nation in Asia, and it is clear that China has the economic power to reestablish the Asian order and take over the hegemony. In addition, we want to run the world supremacy with the United States in political, economic, military and diplomatic sectors. In order to overcome the crisis of the Korean peninsula, which is being triggered by North Korea's nuclear and missile development, we are in the position to do our best to cooperate with Korea, the United States and Japan and further improve relations with China. In this study, I analyzed the policy of Southeast Asia and China macroscopically.

북한의 핵테러와 대응방안

한국은 북한의 핵무기 위협에 우선적으로 대응하여야 하는 상황에 직면해 있다. 전략적으로 대응방향은 한국 자체 및 미국의 억제전력을 강화함과 동시에 현재 상태에서 그에 대한 현실적인 해결책은 선제타격을 통한 사전 제거라는 점도 인정할 필요가 있다. 현재 북한의 미사일 위협은 상존하고 있으며 미사일에 탑재시킬 정도의 핵무기를 소형화하는데 성공하였을 가능성도 매우 높다. 한국은 적의 미사일 방어에 관심을 가져야 하며 대공방어는 하층방어와 상층방어를 중심으로 한 전반적인 미사일 방어 체제의 구축방향을 토의 연구하는 한편 인구밀집 도시와 국가 전략시설을 방호할 수 있는 체계를 구축해야한다. 지금까지 북한의 핵무기 위협과 관련된 쟁점은 6자 회담과 같은 국제적이고 외교적인 접근에 의해 문제를 해결하려고 주 노력을 경주하였는데 이 방법이 과연 효율적인지, 북한의 핵무기 위협에 대한 정보의 신뢰도는 과연 어느 정도 인지와 이것을 기초로 우리 군의 방어태세의 하나인 킬체인(Kill Chain)이 효과적인 방어수단이 될 수 있는가 등이다. 지금까지 우리가 얻은 교훈은 북한이 스스로 핵무기 개발을 포기하지 않는 한 외교적 노력으로만 북한의 핵무기를 개발을 억제하는 것은 불가능하다는 것을 알았다. 외교적인 노력과 더불어 군사적인 방법으로 다양한 억제 대책도 실제로 시행할 수 있도록 준비해야 한다. South Korea should correspond to the primary threat to North Korea's nuclear weapons. It is necessary to have countermeasures to solve the realistic problems of North Korea's nuclear weapons. We can intensify military pact between the United States and Korea and at the same time strengthening the current military power. Currently, we take note the threat North Korea's missile. We can not control the development of a nuclear weapon and there are possibilities that North Korea have successfully miniaturized nuclear enough to carry by the missile. We should overview and check the Korea's missile defenses system. While the direction of the overall missile defense system deployment with a focus on lower and upper air defense network. And discuss defense research should be to build a system that can be protected with a key strategic facilities and cities. While North Korea have nuclear weapon, the main issues related to North Korea's nuclear threat. The six party talks countries try to solve the problem by the international and diplomatic approach. At the same time we should make somewhat to defend measures such as military defenses of Kill chain system to protect our country. Kill Chain is on of the effective defense system. We know that North Korea do not abandon to develop nuclear weapons by diplomatic efforts. We should performed in fact by a variety of military suppression method.

북한의 대외정책 기조와 전망

한반도는 탈냉전이라는 역사적 변화에도 불구하고 냉전적 구조가 해제되지 않고 북한의 대남도발은 계속되고 있다. 북한의 천안함 폭침과 연평도 포격도발은 파국적인 남북관계 초래와 동북아 불안정의 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 북한의 도발은 미국과 한국 및 북한 내부 요인이 북한의 의사결정체계에서 복합적으로 작용하여 군사 비군사적 수단에 의해 자행되고 있다. 북한은 한반도의 적화통일이라는 전략기조을 유지하기 때문에 공세적으로 지속될 수밖에 없을 것이다. 북한의 대외정책은 지속성과 상황에 따라 변화하는 양면성을 지니고 있다. 북한 대외정책의 목표와 이념은 비교적 일관성 있게 지속하고 있지만, 정책전개의 전략 전술과 행동 유형에서는 상당한 변화가 있다. 즉, 지속성은 곧 국가 체제유지와 국가 생존 명분의 문제이며, 변화는 지속성과 명분을 유지시키고 발전하기 위한 전술적 종속개념에 해당한다. 합리적인 시각으로 본다면 북한의 대외정책 기조는 군사력과 핵무기 개발을 생존수단으로 삼아 긴장을 조성하여 외교적, 경제적 보상을 얻는 외교방식을 과감하게 탈피하여야 하며 국제사회에 참여하여 하나의 국가로서 국제관례를 지키는 자세를 견지해야 하나 여러 가지 여건상 기존 대외정책 방향을 고수하고 있다. Even though the historical changes of the Cold War, they does not release the Cold War structure in Korean peninsula. And continues North Korea's provocations against South Korea. A factor of instability in Northeast Asia is the causing catastrophic inter-Korean relations and North Korea's Yeonpyeong shelling and provocation of the Cheonan battleship sinking by an explosion. These behaviors have been committed by among the North Korea military. North Korea's provocations made by a complex decision-making system in the United States and North Korea and South Korea. North Korea's aggressive military actions are conducted under the North Korean political system of strategies unification of the Korean peninsula. It has a duality of continuity and change, depending on the situation of a foreign policy in North Korea. If North Korea want maintain structure of their country, they should change the national policy and strategy, tactics and the military action type. North Korea should be a member of international community. As one of the country in the world, North Korea create economic power, nuclear tensions break, and participate in the international community for the peace.

공간(空間)과 천지(天地) - 동서양 건축에서의 공간관 -

We are so used to the concept of the term 'space' that we do not question its conceptual validity. However, this paper argues that the notion of space prevailing all over the world, is not a universal concept that can be applicable to all architectures of the world, but is a particular concept that is generated from the Western way of thinking. This paper alms to identify the conceptual structure of the idea of space as it is originated in the tradition of the West, and, as an alternative view of space, tries to identify the nature of the view of space perceived in the tradition of the Eastern architecture. Comparison of the two views, that of the East and the West, and their meaning in the future of architecture, is another task to discuss in this paper. To be able to clarify the meaning of space in East Asian tradition, a set of new perspective of understanding of space was invited. They are ; 1. sky-earth(天地); insisting that the notion of space should be replaced within the context of sky, which is one half of sky-earth totality 2. energy of the air (空氣), space is not empty part inside of a building, but is a dynamic condition of air that is a part of the sky which always exist in form of energy 3. place(자리): instead of space, which, basically. is a man-made concept, idea of place is necessary, which include not only space but also earth Such concept of space which is different from the notion of space of the West, is meaningful not only to identify the idea of space in the East, but also to be able to contribute for more dynamic, varied, and balanced understanding of space.
