        압입법에 의한 실리콘의 상전이

        실리콘의 고압상을 연구하는 수단으로 압입 방법을 사용하였다. 실험에는 (100)과 (111) 실리콘 웨이퍼를 사용하였으며 하중유지 시간과 하중인가 속도에 따른 잔류상의 변화를 연구하였다. 압입 후의 상분석에는 Raman spectroscopy를 사용하였다. 하중 유지 시간의 실험결과 (111) 시편에서는 하중 유지 시간이 길어질수록 소성변형이 진행되어 고압상인 Si-III 와 Si-XII는 결정구조를 유지하지 못하고 사라지고 대신 a-Si가 관찰되었다. 하중 인가 속도 실험 결과 하중 인가 속도가 0.1 mm/min일 경우 모든 시편의 force/displacement 곡선에서 pop-in을 관찰할 수 있었다. Raman peak 분석 결과 이들 시편에서는 상전이가 관찰되었다. 5 mm/min의 하중인가 속도의 경우 (111) 시편에서는 급격한 변형의 증가 부분이 관찰되었으나 (100) 시편의 경우 관찰되지 않았다. 하중인가 속도가 느릴 경우 상전이 양상이 뚜렷하게 나타났으며 반대의 경우 상전이는 소량 관찰되거나 관찰되지 않았다. 이것은 하중인가속도가 상전이 영역의 부피에 영향을 주기 때문이라 판단된다. Indentation was used to analyze high pressure phases of silicon. Phase transformations on both loading time and loading rate were studied. Micro-raman spectroscopy was used to observe the indentation-induced transformations. As the loading time increased, Si-III and Si-XII disappeared and only a-Si was observed in (111) samples. As the loading time increased, the residual stress was removed by creation of cracks or dislocations. At 0.1 mm/min loading rate, pop-in . At 5 mm/min loading rate pop-in was observed in force/displacement curve of (111) sample, but pop-in was not observed in force/displacement curve of (100) sample. This result indicates that the loading rate affects the volume of phase transformation in silicon.

        유한요소법을 이용한 LD - 전로의 노저부 형상에 따른 응력분포의 해석

        전로 내화물의 화학적인 부식에 대해서는 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 전로 내화물의 자체 무게와 구조적인 형상으로 발생되는 응력집중에 의한 내화물의 부식에 대해서는 그 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 각이 진 노저부 형상을 가지는 전로(모델 1)와 완만한 곡선 형상을 가지는 전로(모델 2)에 대하여 FEM을 이용하여 자중응력분포 시뮬레이션을 행하고 그 결과를 비교분석 하였다. 시뮬레이션결과 슬래그 라인 근방에서 모델 2가 모델 1보다 높은 응력값을 나타내었다. 따라서 열적${\cdot}$화학적인 요인을 모두 고려한다면 조업 중기에 모델 2의 슬래그 라인 근방에서의 부식이 모델 1에 비해 심각할 것이라 결론 내릴 수 있다. There have been many studies about the chemical corrosion of converter's refractories. However, few studies have been reported for the stress corrosion induced by the weight of the refractories and by the two bottom shape models designed for the converter. In this study, the stress distributions of the two converter models were analyzed by FEM. Model 1 has the step edge shape and model 2 has the round edge shape. Simulation results show that model 2 of round bottom edge has higher gravitational stress just below the slag line than the model 1. Model 2 is considered to suffers more serious corrosion than model 1 during the middle working stage by the thermal and chemical factors.

      • 한국불교의 칠성청(七星請) 의식

        This paper expands on the existing literature on the astral beliefs of Tejaprabha Buddha faith and Big Dipper faith, which are fusions of Korean Taoism and Buddhism, in order to expand the study of the meaning and practices of the Chilseongcheong ritual (七星請, Big Dipper Ritual), which appears in texts documenting Korean Buddhist rituals, as well as modern Chilseongcheong rituals. Tejaprabha Buddha faith in China emerged as a result of the Navagraha faith of India being introduced to China alongside Buddhism in around the middle of the second century and its fusion with the Polaris faith of indigenous Taoism. Moreover, it is estimated that the Tejaprabha Buddha faith spread to Korea in approximately the ninth century. Once in Korea, the Tejaprabha Buddha faith developed into a uniquely Korean form of Chilseong (Big Dipper) faith by fusing with an indigenous form of Big Dipper faith. During the Joseon Dynasty, Taoist astral gods were incorporated as gods protecting Buddhism (護法神衆), and various forms of astral beliefs transformed in response to Big Dipper faith. In the late Joseon Dynasty, Chilseong (the Great Bear), which was the center of the traditional folk belief in constellations, was incorporated into Buddhism, and accordingly, rituals related to the Big Dipper faith also became part of Buddhist rituals. The Chilseongcheong, which is still practiced at Korean Buddhist temples, is much more complex and diverse than the practices of the mid-to-late Joseon Dynasty, presumably because the procedure reflected the continuous expansion of the ritual’s purpose.

      • 일본 富士講의 등배수행과 순례문화

        This paper presents a historical investigation into the process of nature of training in the mountain gradually permeating in kō, a Buddhist association, under the influence of syncretism of god and Buddha(神仏習合) and the aspects of kō developing into Fujikō to practice the Fuji faith in the Edo period. The main body consisted of chapters on the doctrines, organizations, rituals, and religious leaders of Fujikō, addressing its nature as a religious order. The chapters traced the growth of Fujikō, examined how it met the religious needs of people, and investigated which aspects of Fujikō made it so persuasive among people. The ultimate goal of Fujikō was Deungbae at Mt. Fuji, but they constantly created religious rituals and transformed them in various ways over time. Even after the beginning of modern times, there was the ongoing emergence of various sects under the name of Fujikō, and the rituals they practiced also diverged in diverse ways. Such professional trainees as Oshi, Sendatsu, and Yamabushi led the Deungbae at Mt. Fuji as leaders, but they remained only as helpers in the practice of Fuji faith. Only when there was a request of inner member for Gajigido(加持祈禱) or incarnation ceremony practiced within Fujikō, the professional trainees would come and perform one, which clearly points to differences between people"s faith Fujikō and the old Buddhist order that held ceremonies at temples.

        This study was used to find how urban space planning in local cities has been being dealt with and changed without a city planning relation law during Japanese Occupation. The purpose of this study is that city planning and its execution process in Ulsan should be turned out from urban planning during Japanese Occupation to let us understand how urban areas in Ulsan were going on. Through this, we can use this as basic resources to understand the process of the urban change in Ulsan after being liberated.

        인공 장애물에 의한 심실세동의 동역학적 변화의 광학적 지도 분석

        The effects of artificial obstacles on the dynamics of ventricular fibrillation have been extensively investigated with an electrical mapping system. This study was performed to assess the influence of transmural obstacles on the dynamics of wavefronts and to determine whether obstacles can convert ventricular fibrillation to ventricular tachycardia by stabilizing wavefronts in fibrillating right ventricular tissues of pigs using an optical mapping system. The right ventricles of pigs(n=15) were excised and placed in a tissue perfusion system with the epicardium facing up. A hole of increasing size from 2 mm to 8 mm in diameter was created using a skin biopsy punch. Then, the other 8mm sized hole was made just beside the first hole. The changes of wavefront dynamics and the cycle length of optical action potential waves were investigated. In 14 among 20 obstacles of ten tissues, transient attachment of electrical activities along the rim of obstacles and transient rotation of wavefronts were observed. During baseline ventricular fibrillation, fibrillation cycle length was 118.5±24.7 msec and this was increased to 135.4±30.2 msec after 8mm hole, and to 159.4±47.7 msec after 2 holes(p=0.01). There was a positive correlation between the obstacle size and cycle length(r=0.43, p=0.007). In three tissues, conversion to ventricular tachycardia from ventricular fibrillation was observed after creation of two holes. Obstacles of proper size had anti-fibrillatory effects in tissues with ventricular fibrillation and this phenomenon was partly explained by the temporary attachment of wavefronts to the obstacles.

        수륙재의 사회적 역할에 대한 제언: 종교교단의 재난 피해자 지원활동을 중심으로

        본 논문에서는 일본의 3.11 대지진 이후 종교교단들이 보여주었던 활동에 대한 고찰을 통해, 자연재난으로 인한 인간의 트라우마를 어루만지는 종교의 사회적 기능에 대해 고찰하고, 나아가 현대사회에서 수륙재와 같은 불교의식이 수행할 수 있는 공공적 역할에 대해 제언하고자 한다. 일본의 종교교단들은 한신-아와지 대지진이나, 3.11 대진재 이후에, 재난 피해자들을 돌보기 위한 실질적인 자원봉사활동과 사회적 치유기능을 수행했던 것을 볼 수 있다. 한국의 경우에도 재난피해자를 위한 종교의식들이 다양하게 존재한다. 49재를 비롯한 천도의식은 기본적으로 망자를 위한 것이지만, 다른 한편으로는 산 자를 위한 의식이기도 하다. 2016년 9월 이후, 대형 자연재난의 가능성이 증가한 한국사회에서 수륙재와 같은 불교의식이 수행할 수 있는 공공적 역할에 대해 좀 더 고찰할 필요가 있으리라 생각된다. 대형 재난 이후를 대비하여, 수륙재의 형식 안에 `천도`와 `위무`의 본질적인 기능만을 담지하여, 피해자들에게 가까이 다가가서 설행할 수 있는 간략한 의식 프로그램을 준비해야 할 것이다. 정리하면, 수륙재와 같은 종교의식은 무형문화재 내지 공연문화의 입지를 넘어서서, 불의의 죽음들을 기억하고, 피해자들의 심리적 치유와 재활의지를 돕는 공공적 역할의 장이 될 수 있으리라 기대해 볼 수 있을 것이다. This study set out to investigate the social functions(the public roles of such Buddhist rituals as Suryukjae in the modern society) of religion, which heals human trauma due to natural disasters, by looking into the activities of religious orders after the Great Earthquake of Japan on March 11. The religious orders of Japan carried out activities to support victims in the affected areas of Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and Great Earthquake of Japan on March 11, and their activities present a case of practical volunteer service and even social healing functions beyond religion. In Korea, there are many cases of consoling disaster victims or the public that experienced disasters second-hand through religious rituals. The Cheondo rituals including Sasipguje are basically for the deceased and also for the living from a different viewpoint. It is time to think over the roles of Buddhist rituals culture such as Suryukjae in the Korean society where the possibilities of large natural disasters have increased prominently since September, 2016. For prepare the disaster, there need to prepare a simplified program by selecting only the essential functions of “Cheondo” and “consolation” in the form of Suryukjae can be close to the victims. In short, Suryukjae is expected to serve as a venue for public roles to remember the sudden death and promote the psychological healing and support the rehabilitation of victims beyond its status as Intangible Cultural Asset and performance culture.
