        충남지방(忠南地方)의 농업기계(農業機械) 훈련실태(訓練實態)에 관(關)한 조사(調査)

        This survey was conducted to secure a basic data for the effective training programs that might be an essential part of any successful mechanization of agriculture in Korea. Chung Nam provincial training center and 17 guidance offices with farm machinery training centers which were thought to be a medium level on their scale in whole country were selected in the survey on its training accomplishments, stafts, facilities, schedule and number of trainees at one time or in a class. The results and recommendations from this survey were as follows; To enhance the effect of farm machinery training, it was absolutely necessary for city or county training center to complement its facilities and equipments. It might be desirable that instructors of each training center should be the one educated or highly trained in the institution of farm machinery, and that the number of technical assistants should be increased and their present part time working condition should be changed to full-time status. It was recommended that training for farmers should be scheduled during off-season so that farmers could participate in the training couses, and that the number of trainees in a class should be reduced to about 10 trainees, which was approximately a fourth of the present situation. 농업기계(農業機械) 훈련업무(訓練業務)의 능률화(能率化)를 위(爲)한 기본자료(基本資料)를 얻기 위하여 충남지방(忠南地方)의 농업기계(農業機械) 훈련기간(訓練機間)인 도(道) 농민교육원(農民敎育院)과 17개(個) 시(市) 군(郡) 훈련소(訓練所)를 대상(對象)으로 훈련실태(訓練實態) 및 훈련기간(訓練機間)의 실태(實態) 등(等)을 분석(分析)했던 바 다음과 같은 결론(結論)을 얻었다. 1. 농업기계(農業機械) 훈련(訓練)의 효과(效果)를 높이기 위(爲)해서는 시(市) 군(郡) 농업기계(農業機械) 훈련소(訓練所)의 타설(拖設) 및 장비(裝備)의 보완(補完)이 절실히 필요(必要)하며 2. 각급(各級) 농업기계(農業機械) 훈련소(訓練所)의 교관(敎官)은 농업기계(農業機械)의 전문교육(專門敎育)을 이수(履修)한 자(者)로 보완(補完)하는 것이 바람직하며 기술요원(技術要員)의 수적(數的) 안배(按配)와 이들의 직급(職級)올 정규화(定規化)하는 것이 요망(要望)된다. 3. 효과적(效果的)인 훈련(訓練)을 진행(進行)키 위(爲)해서는 훈련시기(訓練時期)를 농한기(農閑期)로 하여야 할 것이며 1개(個) 반(班)의 인원(人員)도 현재(現在)의 약(約) 1/4인 10명(名) 내외(內外)로 편성하는 것이 바람직하다.

        1990년대 말 중국조선족 문예지 《연변문학》의 지각(地殼/知覺)변동

        The Reform and Opening Up and the establishment of diplomatic relations between South Korea and China brought structural changes to the Korean-Chinese literary magazine “Yanbian Literature,” which led to a series of perceptual changes among the editorial team. While Zhang zhimin was the chief editor, the “Comparative Literature” section appeared in “Yanbian Literature” comparing South Korean, North Korean and Korean-Chinese literary works. In this paper, the changes before and after starting from the late 1990s was tracked. It was emphasized that changes in form of publishing and the appearance of the series of “Comparative Literature” planned with the intention of “realizing exchanges between Korean nations and restoring national identity” was a member of the “Korean literary circle”. However, the process of pursuing the restoring national identity falls into the dilemma of reproducing differences and at the same time the magazine experienced financial difficulties and changes in literary aesthetics. In the end, “Yanbian Literature” tried to develop in the direction of the Korean-Chinese literary circle through the establishment of the Cyber Literature Association and other forms. 改革開放과 韓中修交는 중국조선족 문예지 《연변문학》의 地殼을 변동시켰고 이로 인해 편집진 사이에 일련의 知覺 변동을 일으킨다. 본고에서는 장지민이 主筆로 있는 동안 《연변문학》에서 한・조・중 문학작품을 비교하는 ‘비교문학’ 계열 코너가 등장한 1990년대 말을 기점으로 해 그 전후의 상황을 추적했다. 당시 “배달민족 간의 교류와 민족적 동질성 회복을 실현”이라는 의도로 기획된 ‘비교문학’ 계열 코너와 잡지 출판・서지 형태의 변화는 모두 《연변문학》이 “조선어(한국어)문학권”에 속해있음을 강조하고 있었다. 그러나 민족적 동질성 회복을 추구하는 과정이 차이를 재생산하는 딜레마에 빠지게 되고 문예지의 재정난, 문예미학의 변화로 결국 《연변문학》에서 사이버작가협회를 창립하는 등 중국조선족 문단이 중심이 되는 방향으로 선회했음을 확인했다.

        소염약침으로 치료한 족관절 Tendonitis 3례 증례보고

        Objective : The objective of this study is to observe the effect of anti-inflammatory herbal acupuncture on the metatarsal tendinitis. Methods : After the application of herbal acupuncture, the VAS and Baumgaertner's nine point scale were assessed. If there were any restraints on the ROM, ROM was also assessed alongside the previous scales. Results : 1. The pain was reduced significantly according to the VAS scale. 2. As to the assessment of satisfaction in treatment, by the Baumgaertner's nine point scale, 2 out of 3 cases scored Excellent, and one case scored Good. Conclusions : The anti-inflammatory herbal acupuncture is effective to the metatarsal tendinitis, and can be used more frequently in the clinical practices.

        곡물건조저장법 개선을 위한 농가용 Grain Bin에 관한 연구

        Experimental work of grain bin was carried out to develop the methods of natural air in-bin drying and storage. The method is considered to be more economical, labour saving, and an effective countermeasure to grain loss. To examine the possibility of farm use of the grain bin and to analyze the related factors concerned with in-bin grain drying and storage, ambient air conditions (especially the change of air temperature and relative humidity) and grain quality during drying and storage periods were investigated. A laboratory model bin was constructed to investigate the effect of different forced air conditions on the drying characteristics of rice. In addition, a grain bin with 2.2m diameter and 1.8m height, considered to be the optimum size for the average Korean farm, was constructed and tested to examine the drying and storing characteristics of rice. The weather data analyzed in this study was the nine-year (from 1964 to 1972) record of air temperature and relative humidity in the Suweon area, and the thirty-year (from 1931 to 1960) record of pentad normal relative humidity and air temperature in the Seoul area. From the results of the weather data analyses, the adequate air delivery hours (which was arbitrary defined as the condition to give less than 75% relative humidity) to dry the rice during October were about nine hours (from approximately 10 A.M. to 7 P.M, ) a day, in which the average air temperature was about 15.9$^{\circ}C$ and average relative humidity was 66%. The occurence of days having three hours of such conditions was 1, 2, and 1-day within the 1st, 2nd add last 10-day periods for the month of October, respectively. Therefore, it may be considered that the weather condition in October was satisfactory for the forced natural air drying. The results of the laboratory model bin test were analyzed to obtain the drying curve and drying rate for different drying stages and grain layers in the bin corresponding to various conditions of forced natural air. A drying experiment with a prototype grain bin showed that an approximate 5 percent grain moisture gradient through a 1.6 meter grain deposit was observed after 80 hours of intermittent drying, giving an over dried zone in the lower grain layers and an extremely high grain moisture zone in the upper layers. This indicates that an effective measure should be taken to reduce this high moisture gradient. In order to investigate the drying characteristics of bulk grain in a layerturning operation a grain bin test was performed. This showed a significant improvement of uniform drying. In this test, approximate 107 hours were required to dry a depth of 1.6 meter of grain from an initial moisture content of 22.2 percent to a moisture content of 16.7 percent using an air delivery rate of 2.8 cubic meter per a minute per every cubic meter of grain. This resulted in a 2 percent moisture gradient from the top to the bottom of the bin. During storage period, till the end of June the average temperature of grain was 2~3$^{\circ}C$ higher than ambient air temperature. But during July when the grain moisture content went up slightly (less than 1 percent), the average temperature of the grain also increased to 3~5$^{\circ}C$ higher than ambient air temperature. It is therefore recommended that for safe grain storage, grain should not be stored in sheet metal bins after mid May. From the above results, in-bin rice drying and storage can be used effectively on Korean farms. It is strongly recommended that the use of grain-bin system should be implemented for farm use to improve farm drying and storage of rice.
