This study was performed to evaluate the acute oral toxicity of an oriental medical prescription for obesity treatment, SH21-B, in Sprague-Dawley rats and Beagle dogs. SH21-B was administered in rats at does of 0mg/kg, 2,000mg/kg, and 5,000mg/kg. And also SH21-B was administered in Beagle dogs at does of 150mg/kg, 300mg/kg, and 600mg/kg. The rats and dogs of both sexes were observed daily for 14 days after single oral administration. Two female rats, one administered at 2,000mg/kg and the other administered at 5,000mg/kg, died, but no dead animal was observed among male rats. Therefore LD50 in the female rat is observed to be 8,710mg/kg, and MLD(Minimum Lethal Dose) of the male rat is observed to be more than 5,000mg/kg. Among dogs, no dead animal was observed up to 600mg/kg and MLD is observed to be more than 600mg/kg.

Purpose: To predict the energy expenditure using the stress factor representing the ratio of the metabolic variation between pre-operation and post-operation in a pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD). Methods: This was a prospective study conducted on 17 patients (11 males and 6 females) who underwent PD at Chonbuk National University Hospital between March 2010 and October 2011. The rest energy expenditure was measured by indirect calorimetry 1 day before and 3 days after surgery. The height, weight, and fat free mass were also measured 1 day before surgery. Results: The mean measured rest energy expenditure 1 day before PD (mREE<sup>pre</sup>) and 3 days after PD (mREE<sup>post</sup>) were significantly different (16.8±2.6 vs. 18.8±3.5 kcal/kg/d, P=0.0076). The stress factor, representing the ratio of the metabolic changes between pre- and post-PD, was 1.12±0.17. The recommended energy requirement for PD patients is estimated to be 23∼24 kcal/ideal body weight/d [determined from the measured preoperative rest energy expenditure (16.8±2.6 kcal/kg/d)×activity factor (1.2∼ 1.3)×stress factor (1.12)]. Conclusion: PD patients maintained a hypermetabolic status and the applicable stress factor was 1.12.

Purpose: An accurate determination of energy expenditure is needed to prevent postoperative complications and provide effective medical care for surgical patients. The aim of this study was to compare measured resting energy expenditure (REE) in patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) using an indirect calorimetry (IC) with the help of five predictive equations. Methods: The subjects chosen for the study were 18 patients (12 males, 6 females) who underwent PD at Chonbuk National University Hospital between March 2010 and October 2011. REE was measured by IC (ICREE) and calculated with the following five predictive equations - (eqREE)-Harris-Benedict (HB), Mifflin St. Jeor (MI), American College of Chest Physician (AC), Ireton- Jones (IJ) and Cunningham (CU) equation - on postoperative day 3. Results: The mean measured REE by IC was 1,117.9 ±180.2, whereas the mean predicted REE by HB, MI, AC, IJ and CU equations were 1,241.3±156.1, 1,226±153.0, 1,401.7±188.0, 1,355.1±342.7, and 1,324.8±188.7 kcal/ day, respectively. The mean predicted REE by HB, MI, AC, IJ, and CU were found to be significantly different from the measured ICREE. The intraclass correlation coefficient ICC), which describes the degree of agreement with the ICREE, was significantly highest in CUeq REE (r= 0.679). The rate of accuracy of HBeq REE, MIeq REE, ACeq REE, IJeq REE, and CUeq REE for ICREE was 27.8%, 50.0%, 27.8%, 22.2%, and 23.5%, respectively, in individual subjects. Conclusion: The intraclass correlation coefficient (r= 0.124∼0.679) and accuracy rate (22.2∼50.0%) determined from the results of REE measured by IC and that calculated by five predictive equations were low in overall. The low accuracy rate of energy expenditure by equations, which apply uniform indicators, can be explained by ongoing metabolic changes of the patient. Thus, the use of IC is recommended to assess energy requirements in PD; when this method is not practical in clinical settings, nutrition intervention is needed through regular monitoring because of the low accuracy rate of the predictive methods and ICREE that can cause inappropriate energy management, leading to metabolic disorders. 인공지능 기반 중독 질환자 대상 디지털 치료제 시스템 설계

본 연구는 중독(약물, 마약) 질환자를 대상으로 기존의 약물 치료의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 디지털 치료제 시스템을 설계하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 인공지능을 기반한 게임 디지털 치료제 시스템을 제안한다. 본 연구는 첫째, 게임 디지털 치료제 시스템을 위하여 마음 챙김 기반 게임 디자인 원칙을 설계하였다. 둘째, 디지털 치료제 시스템에 중독 질환자 대상 마음 챙김 요소별 게임 전략을 도입하였다. 셋째, 디지털 치료제 시스템에 사용자의 생리학적 데이터를 처리하고 치료를 보조할 수 있는 인공지능 기술을 도입하였다. 이를 바탕으로 마음 챙김 기반 중독 질환자 대상 게임 디지털 치료제 시스템 구현 방안을 제안하였다. 거대 언어 모델을 활용한 치료 가이드형 챗봇과 절차적 콘텐츠 생성을 통하여 개인화 및 맞춤화된 개입이 가능하며 개발 및 연구 비용 절감도 도모할 수 있다. 이는 디지털 치료의 다양한 접근 방식을 제시하여 중독으로 인한 사회•경제적 부담 감소에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. This research aims to design a digital therapeutics system for patients with addictive disorders, addressing the limitations of existing medication treatments. In this regard, we present a game-based digital therapeutics system incorporating artificial intelligence. First, this study designed the mindfulness-based game design principle for the game digital therapeutics system. Second, game strategies were established for each mindfulness factor. Third, artificial intelligence technology was introduced to analyze users’ physiological data and assist treatment. Based on this framework, we proposed a plan to implement a mindfulness-based game digital therapeutics system for patients with addictive disorders. By utilizing treatment-guided chatbots and procedural content genearation using large language models, personalized and tailored interventions, as well as reducing development and research costs is feasible. This research is expected to contribute to alleviate the social and economic burdens caused by addiction by offering diverse digital therapeutics approaches.

본 논문에서는 자주포, 전차 및 장갑차 등 지상궤도전투장비에 적용되는 비파괴검사 방안 검토 및 설계방안에 대해서 연구하였다. 비파괴검사 방안 중에서 지상궤도전투장비 비파괴검사자의 기량검증 요건은 미군규격에서 최초로 언급 되었으며, 이후 국내 지상궤도전투장비 무기 개발시 국방규격에도 적용되었다. 그러나 민·군 규격통일화사업을 통해 방산용 비파괴검사자의 자격은 기존 항공분야에서 적용중이던 NAS410이 항공/방산 공용규격으로 통합화 되었다. 본 연구에 대한 설계방안의 검증은 자주포에 사용되는 Al 단조품에 대해 최적설계된 액체침투탐상검사 방법을 적용하여 제품의 신뢰성 및 건전성을 확인하였다. In this study, a nondestructive test (NDT) is performed to inspect the optimal design of a ground tracked combat vehicle for self-propelled artillery, tank, and armored vehicles. The minimum qualification required for personnel performing the NDT of a ground tracked combat vehicle was initially established in US military standards, and then applied to the Korean defense specifications to develop a ground tracked combat vehicle. However, the qualification standards of an NDT inspector have been integrated into NAS410 through the military and commercial specifications unification project that were applied in the existing aerospace/defense industry public standard. The design method for this study was verified by applying the optimal design to the liquid penetrant testing Al forging used in self-propelled artillery. This confirmed the reliability and soundness of the product.

본 논문에서는 실시간 교통상황에서 유고 데이터를 수집하는 데이터베이스와 웹 기반 사용자 인터페이스를 개발하였다. 데이터베이스는 11개의 테이블로 구성되고, 사용자 인터페이스 구조는 유고 리스트, 유고 검색 두 가지 부분으로 나뉜다. 유고리스트는 10개의 열을 가지는 테이블과 전체선택, 선택삭제 버튼으로 구성되며, 유고 세부사항은 유고 리스트의 정보 가 출력되며 유고 동영상 또한 조회 가능하다. 본 논문에서 개발한 실시간 교통 유고 환경 수집 데이터베이스는 터널 유고 감지, 교통 미시 데이터 수집 등 다양한 교통 관련 프로젝트에 적용하여 사용할 예정이다.
