Introduction : The goal in the management of soft tissue injuries of the lower extremity is to obtain a closed stable wound as soon as possible. Recently, An anatomic study that has shown the role of the vascular axis that follows the superficial sensory nerves in supplying the skin developed the concept of a neuroskin island flap. It has been suggested that skin island flaps supplied by the vascular network of the saphenous nerve is one of the most reliable treatment to skin defect below the knee joint. Purpose : The aim of this article is to present a clinical experience of neuroskin island flaps based on the saphenous nerve and to estimate the clinical utilities of distally based saphenous neuroskin flap. Materials and Methods : From September 1995 to May 2000, a total 12 distally based neuroskin island flaps supplied by the vascular axis of the saphenous nerve were performed to cover defects in pretibial area below the knee. Result : flap necrosis due to reactivation of existing infection developed in a case that skin defect had been on infected nonunion site of tibia. But other 11 cases survived completely without any specific complications. Conclusion : The distally based neuroskin pedicled island flap using the vascular network of the saphenous nerve are versatile and reliable and especially indicated for limited defects in pretibial area below the knee joint which are not good indications for other better-known flaps.

This paper describes mechanical and electric properties of ACSR $410\;mm^2$ conductor from many of older overhead conductor. Samples of conductors itemized two division according to operation sector, green area, salt and pollution area. Samples of conductors operated various environment conditions have undergone laboratory metallurigical investigation and tensile strength torsional ductility and electrical performance. The steel core were found to have retained their original properties to a large degree in both tensile strength and the number of turns to failure. On the other hand the aluminum conductor showed reductions in tensile strength. To determine the remaining useful life of aged conductor, an unacceptable deterioration level has to established for each diagnostic procedure.
사회적지지가 베이비부머의 창업기회역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 창업자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 베이비부머 (1955-1963년생)를 대상으로 창업자기효능감을 매개 변수로 하여 사회적지지가 창업기회역량에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 창업정책과 교육은 청년창업사관학교 등의 제도를 통해 대부분 대학생 및 청장년층을 위주로 진행되고 있고, 또 이들을 대상으로 사회적지지나 제도적지원이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 등에 대한 연구는 활발히 진행되고 있는 반면, 베이비부머에 대한 연구는 복지부문에 치우치고 있고 실제로 이들은 은퇴 후 생계를 위해 치밀한 준비없이 생계형 창업에 뛰어들고 있으나, 이 베이비부머를 대상으로 한 사회적지지가 기회형 창업 추진에 필요한 창업기회역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구는 거의 없다시피 하다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적지지가 베이비부머의 창업기회역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 주로 서울시와 경기도 일원에 거주하는 베이비붐 세대들로부터 수집한 설문지 387부를 실증 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 사회적지지가 창업기회역량의 기회인식과 기회평가 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적지지가 창업자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서는 정서적, 물질적 지지만 자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 정서적지지와 평가적지지만 자기조절효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 정서적지지와 물질적지지만이 과업도전감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업자기효능감 중 자기조절효능감과 과업도전감 만이 창업기회인식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자신감, 자기조절효능감 및 과업도전감 모두가 기회평가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회적지지가 창업자기효능감을 매개하여 창업기회역량에 미치는 간접효과는 부분적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. This study analyzed the effects of social support on entrepreneurial opportunity competence for Baby boomer (born in 1955-1963), focusing on mediating effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The governmental start-up policy and entrepreneurship education are mostly conducted for the college students and young generation mainly through such programs as the youth start-up school. In addition, studies on the effects of social support and institutional support on the entrepreneurial intention of young generation entrepreneurs are being actively pursued. Meanwhile, the study for baby boomers is on the welfare side mainly. Although they are starting to make their living-based business without prior careful preparation for their livelihood after retirement, while there is little study on the effect of social support for this baby boomer on entrepreneurial opportunity competence needed for opportunistic entrepreneurship. Therefore, in this study, in order to investigate the effect of social support on Baby boomer's entrepreneurial opportunity competence, an empirical analysis of the 387 questionnaires collected by the baby boomers living in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces were conducted. As a result of analysis, First, Social support has a significant effect on both Opportunity recognition and Opportunity assessment of entrepreneurial opportunity competence. Second, In the effects of social support on self-efficacy were found to be significant in Emotional and Instrument support only on Self-confidence, In Emotional support and Feedback support only on Self-regulated efficacy & Emotional support and Instrument support only on Goal challenge were found to be a significant effect. Third, Self-regulated efficacy and Goal challenge in the Entrepreneurial self-efficacy on Entrepreneurial opportunity recognition were found to be a significant effect. All Self-confidence, Self-regulated efficacy & Goal challenge in the Entrepreneurial self-efficacy on Entrepreneurial opportunity assessment were found to be a significant effect. Fourth, Indirect effect of social support on entrepreneurial opportunity competence mediated by Entrepreneurial self-efficacy was found to be partially significant.

The new recycling technology for aged aluminum wires in overhead conductor have been carried out. We are attempting to develop remanufacturing method for them for more effective way of recycling in stead of its conventional remelting process. The drawing process of aged aluminum wires play a role in remanufacture process. Drawing process was performed under lubricant. The speed of drawing was between 500 m/min and 1,000 m/min. These machines have 11 or 12 dies house for breakdown of the feedstock. Material of the die is tungsten carbide and they have generally 25% reduction ratio. The paper investigates the mechanical properties during drawing process of aged aluminum wire. The results of tensile tests and microscopic analysis were discussed to underscore the hardening features of drawing aluminum wire. Various graphs are presented accompanied by discussion about their relevance on the process.
