소아 골절의 한약 치료에 대한 최신 중의학 임상 연구 동향 -대조군 연구 논문을 중심으로-

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the clinical research literature of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) which is applicable to pediatric fracture and to broaden the field about clinical application of Korean medicine treatment for pediatric fracture. Methods We searched randomized controlled trials about TCM treatment of pediatric fracture from the CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) January 2013 to December 2017. We searched the literature and analyzed the treatment methods and the results. Results 31 papers were selected from 63 studies. In most studies, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the bone healing time of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Methods of herb treatment include internal medicine (IM), fumigation (FG) and external application (EA). The most commonly used herb medicine were Angelicae Gigantis Radix (當歸), Carthami Flos (紅花), Drynaria Fortunei (骨碎補), Paeonia Lactiflora Pallas (芍藥), Persicae Semen (桃仁), Lycopodii Herba (伸筋草), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort (川芎), Olibanum (乳香), Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix (丹蔘), and Panax Noto Ginseng (三七). Conclusions The use of herb medicine in pediatric fractures has resulted in faster and more effective restoration of fracture union than the Western medical therapy alone. Based on the results of this study, it is possible to widen the scope of Korean medicine if additional clinical studies on pediatric fracture were conducted.

The objective of this study is to identify whether or not the ground water level is decreasing. We suggest a method of estimating the change in groundwater level using newly developed groundwater pumping station data. The Goseong area located in Gyeongnam province was selected considering three factors. First, this area demands relatively large amount of irrigation water because most of the land is used as a paddy field and the proportion of the paddy field within total arable land is increasing. Second, groundwater level data in nearby area are available since these are monitored by Water Management Information System (WAMIS). Third, many groundwater pumping stations have been developed in this area in order to overcome droughts thus detail information for pumping stations are available. Regression results indicate groundwater level has been decreased for over 20 years. This decreasing trend is due to the shortage of surface irrigation water which was caused by the decrease in rainfall.

기관을 침범한 갑상선 악성종양을 제거한 후에 성문하부에 비교적 큰 기관 결손이 발생할 수 있다. 단단문합술은 넓은 부위의 결손부를 재건하는 방법으로 널리 받아들여지고 있지만, 문합부 파열, 반회후두신경마비, 재협착 등의 합병증이 발생할 수 있다. 본 증례는 기도를 침범한 갑상선 유두암종을 제거한 후 윤상연골과 기관연골의 비교적 큰 결손부를 흉쇄유돌근 근골막피판을 사용하여 안전하게 재건한 사례이다. 55세 남자 환자가 기도를 침범한 갑상선 유두상암으로 내원하였으며 기도침범은 윤상연골(둘레의 약 30%)과 4개의 기관연골(둘레의 약 50%)을 해당하는 넓은 부위였다. 수술 전 기관절개술을 시행하여 주위 기관연골의 상태가 좋지 않아 단단문합술 시행 후 문합부 파열 가능성이 있다고 판단하여 흉쇄유돌근 근골막피판을 이용하여 재건하기로 계획하였다. 갑상선 절제술, 경부림프절 절제술, 흉쇄유돌근 근골막피판을 이용한 재건술을 시행하였으며 수술 후 12일째 별다른 문제없이 퇴원하였다. 환자는 수술 후 현재 22개월 간 기도 협착 등의 별다른 합병증 없이 지내고 있다. 흉쇄유돌근 근골막피판은 성문하부나 기관지 전외측벽의 비교적 큰 결손부를 재건하는 데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
Ester Linkage 를 함유한 Bismaleimide 의 합성과 감광특성

N-(p-carboxyphenyl)maleimide의 염소화물을 N-(p-hydroxyphenyl)maleimide와 반응시켜 중심에 에스테르 결합을 가지고 있는 bismaleimide(BISMI)를 합성하였다. 합성된 BISMI의 감광특성을 확인한 결과 사용된 benzil dimethyl ketal 광개시제의 농도와 자외선 조사량을 증가시킴에 따라 BISMI의 점도가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 BISMI의 잔막수율의 변화와 화상형성능력 및 최소선폭을 검토하였다. Bismaleimides(BISMI) containing ester linkages were prepared by the chlorinated N-(p-carboxyphenyl)maleimide and N-(p-hydroxyphenyl)maleimide. The photosensitive properties of BISMI were investigated via changes of the irradiation time. Benzil dimethyl ketal was used as a photoinitiator. The effect of photoinitiator onto BISMI increase in average as increasing photoinitiator concentration and irradiation time. The yield of residual film and image pattern and resolution also measured and discussed.
오염총량관리를 위한 남강댐유역 BOD 자료의 공간특성 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial characteristics of Namgang-Dam watershed for a Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL). Three TMDL target sites, Gyeonghogang1, 2, Namgang-Dam2, are located within Namgang-Dam watershed. Under the current criterion for TMDLs, 3-year arithmetic mean BOD concentration of the target sites should not exceed the target concentration for 2 consecutive years. Two and three times of violation were observed for Gyenghogang2 and Namgang-Dam2 sites while no violation was found for Gyeonghogang1 site. However, no violation was found since 1999 for all three sites. Correlation between each 12 stations within the watershed were analyzed and cluster analysis was conducted to figure out the spatial characteristics of the watershed. Correlation coefficient between Gyonghogang1 and 2 was high (0.758) while the coefficients between lake station (Namgang-Dam2) and stream stations (Gyonghogang1 and 2) were very low. Dendrogram indicated that all of three Namgang-Dam stations were very close and Gyenghogang1, 2 stations were also close.
HSPEXP 모형평가지표 이용한 HSPF 모형의 수문매개변수 보정

The purpose of this study was to test the applicability of the HSPEXP model performance criteria for calibrating hydrologic parameters of HSPF. Baran watershed, located at Whasung city, was selected as a study watershed in this study. Input data for the HSPF model were obtained from the digital elevation map, landuse map, soil map and others. Water flow data from 1996 to 2000 was used for calibration and from 2002 to 2007 was for validation. Using the HSPEXP decision-support software, hydrology parameters were adjusted based on total volume, then low flows, storm flows, and finally seasonal flows. Suggested criteria for each model performance variables were referenced from the previous research. For the calibration period, all the HSPEXP model performance criteria were satisfied while two criteria were slightly violated for the validation period.

Nutritional components of Ojuk leaf tea and Ojuk shoot tea prepared from the leaves and shoots of black bamboo (Phyllostachys nigra Munro) by tea manufacturing process were evaluated. In addition, the extraction yield of water soluble components from these teas in the general tea brewing condition (water extraction in 80oC for 10 min.) and the contents of polyphenol and flavonoid were compared with not only the dried raw materials, but also green tea and mate tea. Finally, offline and online scavenging activities against 2,2`-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline- 6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) and di(phenyl)-(2,4,6 trinitrophenyl)iminoazanium free radicals were investigated to evaluate the antioxidant activity and explore the components showing ABTS free radical scavenging activity from tea infusion. These results demonstrated that these teas from black bamboo contain various nutritional components and can be used as traditional tea beneficial to human health.
