독일의 이주민 통합을 위한 교육정책의 통합 담론에 관한 연구

This study is to analyse the integration discourse of integration education policies for immigrants children and adolescent in Germany. The focus of analysis lies in national actionplan of integration(2011) with other publications of federal state government. At first, I arrange definition and character of integration, goals and level of integration, conditions for successful integration. which have been discussed in social sciences. They are the theoretical basis. Then, integration discourse is analysed which we extract from integration education policies. How is integration defined in integration education policies and what character do they have? What are their goals and which level of integration is pursued? For successful integration, which conditions should be fulfilled and which role play education in them. The results of analysis are as follows: Integration is defined as sharing process of opportunity guarantee in every fields of life. German language, education, vocational education, job and participation in social life are key conditions for successful integration. Here plays education the key role of personal development and social sharing. Therefore, the goals of integration education policies are to give equal opportunity to every students with and without immigration background and to bring changes of structure in which the immigrants are situated.

It is necessary and important for professors to activate students' participation in a massive class at a university, because it can't insure the success of a university class without participation of students. In this critical mind, this study is to survey of teaching methods which activate students' participation. Every researcher of this study suggest one or two teaching methods to activate students' participation and discuss concrete application in a massive class and strength and weakness of each suggested method. They are question and answer, cooperative learning, discussion, class using cell phone, symposium, talk show, discussion using ICT. The suggested teaching methods have respectively their own strength and weakness. Therefore it is important to select appropriate methods according to the goal and characteristics of the class. It can be helpful to use some methods together to activate students' participation in a massive class.
내적통일 관점에서의 독일 통일 이후 중등 역사 교과서의 동독사 서술에 대한 평가

In the political and economical aspects, the unification of Germany is evaluated as successful. On the other hand, the social and mental integrations have not been enough fulfilled. Therefore, the problem of inner unity has been occurred. One of the important tasks of inner unity is how to understand the history of the East Germany. This article is to evaluate the education about history of East Germany in the perspective of inner unity. At first, the discussions in history and other related majors on the history of East Germany after unification of Germany are summarized. On the basis of it, the analysis methods of textbooks are suggested. Then, nine textbooks for Gymnasium are analysed and its result is evaluated in the perspective of inner unity. The results of this research are as follows: the majority of analysed textbooks is not sufficient to contribute to the inner unity of Germany. They are not interested in the limitage of dictatorship and the life of people who lived in the society of dictatorship with each other in the spirit of coalition. They have strong tendencies to describe the history of East Germany from the viewpoint of collapsing inevitably. They are also passive to recognize the historical achievments and results of East Germany. This is a approach method to neglect the people who pursuited the meaning of life in the such a sociey of dictatorship.
독일통일 이후 신연방주 정치교육의 변화에 대한 연구 -김나지움 전기중등단계를 중심으로-

This study is to feature the changes in political education in the basis of curriculum analysis between East Germany and five new federal states. The categories of analysis are goals and tasks, principles of didactics and selection of contents, learing methods of political education. The main conclusion of this study is that political education in East Germany and five new federal states derives from different goals and tasks. The former aimed to educate socialist nation-citizens who were convinced of socialistic values and defended sacrifically socialism and socialist-nation. The latter pursues political maturity of students. It aims to cultivate citizens who can judge rational and independent and participate actively in political and social problem-solving. In accordance with this difference, we can find much more differences than similarities in didactics, selection of contents and learning methods. In didactics and selection of contents, not only East Germany but also new federal states emphasize to take advantage of student``s experiences and to cooperate with other subjects. East Germany stressed didactics based on the ideological needs, approach in the viewpoint of worker class and the selection of learning contents following lines of the government party, whereas new federal states emphasize didactics based on students, action, problems and science, problem-approach in various viewpoint and the character of exemplar of contents selection. In learning methods, it is common in East Germany and new federal states that it is recommended to use original materials, diverse media and student``s activity. They also practice in common traditional teaching methods. But new federal states present much more learning methods than East Germany did, and the character of original materials in both sides is different.
독일통일 과정과 이후 구동독 대학의 변화 -구조와 인적 변화를 중심으로-

This study analyses 1) the characteristics of East German universities before the unification and what requirements were made for the reformation of East German universities, 2) what efforts were made for the reformation of universities in the process of the unification, 3) how universities in East German had restructured their organizations and human resources since the unification. The findings of the analyses are as follows: the restructuring of East German universities has followed the consultation from the Academy of Sciences, the provision of the unification treaty and the university law of new state(Land). In terms of organization restructure, there were 1) disorganizing Marx-Leninism research centres, 2) restructuring of law, economy, social science, education faculty, 3) expanding universities and the equivalent institutions, 4) setting up professional colleges, 5) renewal from ramification of disciplines, 5) integrating education colleges and specialized colleges into Universities. In terms of human resources, while the process of the restructure were varied, there were 1) dismissing faculty members specialized in Marx-Leninism, 2) replacing a great number of the faculty members in law, economy, social science, 3) trimming a good deal number of successors in academia such as teaching assistants, 4) hiring new academia from West German for one third and those from East German for the rest. Overall, the characteristics of the restructuring were the process of implanting West German institutions and the adaptation process of East German universities into West German systems.

This study is to analyse the changes of history curriculum in the new federal states after unification of Germany and their characteristics. At first, I describe the features of changes of curriculum in general. Then, I compare the history curriculums of middle school in the German democratic republic and 5 new federal states. The categories of comparison are goals and tasks of history education, principles of didactics and categories of selection of learning contents and learning methods. Through this, I analyse the characteristics of changes of educational contents after unification of Germany. The results are following: It is the critical difference of history education between German democratic republic and 5 new federal states that history education of two sides is on the basis of very different view of history. In 5 new federal states, history is understood as something which can be described continously newly. On the contrary, they believed in the German democratic republic that history according to the Marxist-Leninist view of history advances to communism society. Therefore, there are many differences in the goals and tasks of history education, principles of didactics and categories of selection of learning contents and learning methods between the German democratic republic and 5 new federal states. But there are also some common features. These results suggest the joint research of scholars and teachers in South- and North Korea to enlarge mutual understanding and extension of comparison research on educational contents of two Koreas in South Korea.
관광호텔 총지배인 ( GM ) 의 직능적 특성에 관한 연구

Korea expect a total of 6,100,000 tourist arrivals with $8,500 million tourist receipt in the year 2000. in order to accomodate the anticipated tourists more effectively, additional 400 tourist hotels with 40,000 rooms must be constructed within 10 years. It is obvious that the industry will require more effective general managers(GMs) who can perform the managerial activities efficiently. Hotel GMs occupy a crucial role in the midst of hotel operation, where they are in close contact with employees and guests, asl well as top management. The decision they make in this strategic position play a large part in determining Whether the properties they manage provide superior service and realize their profit potential is largely a function of the GMs` expertise. The purpose of this study is to identify the function and managerial responsibility of the tourist hotel GMs in Korea. And also the aims of research is to ezplore the statistical profile of the GMa in Korea that would identify (1) the demographic characteristice of the GMs, (2) the aspects of GMs` job satisfaction, and (3) the GMs` allocation of time and importance of ten managerial roles. Written questionnaires were distributed to the tourist hotel GMs who participated in $quot;Korean Tourist Hotel GMs Seminar$quot; conducted by Korea Tourist Association at Dragon Valley During the period, 26-28 March 1992. A total of 150 participating GMs from all over the country were the subject of the research. Of these, 102 GMs returned usable responses on self-completion basis, ofr a response rate of 68.0 percent. The raw data collected from the 102 respondents were processed through a computer, and the Statistical Analysis System(SAS) package was utilized to produce the necessary frequency Anal distributions and cross-tabulations. The analysis will not only provide a better understanding of the type of person who occupies the position of GM and what this position entails, but also enable us to compare the characteristics and uniqueness of the GMs in Korean and American hotels. Such information would give a more precise understanding of this critical management function to decision-makers, particularly who has different cultural background in the hospitality industry, and allow them to develop and evaluate GMs more effectively. In order to develop more sophisticated and effective methods of training and evaluating GMs and of understanding their managerial activities, the following recommendations should be considered. (1) To train the novice GMs effectively, the topics of personnel, Marketing and management should be considered in first place, as indicated in the Table 12. (2) To evaluate the GMs effectively, the GM`s ability to the job components, such as guest relations, employee relations and marketing and sales should be assessed, as analyzed in the Table 8. (3) To develop the training programs effectively, the crucial functions of managerial roles, such as leader, entrepreneur, figurehead, resource allocator and monitor should be emphasized, as seen in the Table 9. (4) To create the higher degree fo job satisfaction, the employers should encourage and support GMs level of education and job title, as seen in the Table 7. (5) To induce the motivation and raise the GMs` morale, the level of empowerment, such as policy type decision-making and personnel and human resource decision-making should be improved. The detailed analysis on the correlation and interaction between the GMs profile and job satisfaction, thn managerial roles and important topics of study is described in the Tables 7, 11 and 13, which would be effectively utilized by the decision-makers in the hospitality industry and authorities concerned for developing and evaluating GMs more effectively.
학교 통일교육의 통일담론에 관한 연구 : 고등학교 [생활과 윤리] 교과서 분석을 중심으로

This study aims to examine textbooks to determine the kind of unification discourse school unification education aims for and to evaluate them from the perspective of the ‘Beutelsbacher Consensus.’ The analysis targets five high school [life and ethics] textbooks and analyzes 1. what type of unification they describe and 2. how they describe the discourse on the necessity of unification. Next, the content of the textbooks is evaluated based on the three principles of the ‘Beutelsbacher Consensus’: prohibition of indoctrination, principle of controversy, and principle of fostering students’ interests and agency. The results of the study show that the unification discourses in the textbooks presuppose the construction of a unified South and North Korean state. Regarding the discourse on the necessity of unification, the textbooks describe the nationalism discourse, discourse on unification benefits, and discourse on universal values to varying degrees, but many textbooks focus on the discourse on unification benefits. The evaluation results from the ‘Beutelsbacher Consensus’ perspective show that there are differences in the descriptions of two discourses, but both have a high possibility of indoctrination. To improve school unification education, it is important to assess whether unification is possible in the near future and discuss what kind of unification will be achieved. The results suggest the need to reexamine the discourse on the necessity of unification, reestablish the goals of unification education, and composition and description of textbook content and application in class according to the principles of the ‘Beutelsbacher Consensus’.

이 논문은 분단 50년을 지나 동해를 가른 금강산관광사업의 의의와 특징 그리고 영향 및 문제점 등을 분석함으로서 개선방안을 모색하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 먼저 금강산관광사업의 시행배경과 자원 및 관광상품의 특색, 관광추세 그리고 개발계획 등을 알아봄으로서 종합적이고도 거시적 측면에서의 접근을 시도하였다. 그 다음 금강산관광사업이 경제·사회·문화·정치적으로 미치는 영향을 분석함으로서 긍정적인 면과 부정적인 측면을 규명하였다. 사회·문화적 영향분석에서는 Research & Research 및 관련 조사기관에서 실시한 조사결과와 자료를 추출·인용하였다. 그리고 경제적 영향분석에서는 한국은행 및 관계연구기관에서 조사한 자료를 활용함으로서 관광경비가 유람선 및 동해지역에 미치는 영향을 구체적으로 분석하였다. 즉, 관광유람선과 강원도 동해지역경제에 관광이 미치는 요인가운데에서도 생산 유발효과와 부가가치 그리고 고용효과 등을 선정해서 계량적으로 분석함으로서 금강산관광의 경제적 파급효과를 측정·비교하였다. 따라서 이를 토대로 SWOT분석을 통한 금강산관광사업의 기회요인과 위협요인 등을 규명하고 문제점에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다.
