This paper presents a design and characteristics analysis of an SRM drive for a hydraulic pump application. A hydraulic pump is used AC Induction motor in conventional applications. The suggested drive system supplies required pressure on-line for energy saving, while conventional one holds the pressure during stand by period. The prototype motor is designed and tested through simulation and experiments.

유럽과 한국의 ODA 규범비교

한국은 국제사회에서의 역할강화와 함께 ODA 활동에 많은 역량을 집중하고 있다. ODA 관련 국제규범은 국내규범에 많은 영향을 주며, 많은 국가들은 성문화된 형태의 국내법을 제정하여 ODA 활동을 규율한다. 한국의 ODA 활동 역시 국내외 규범의 규율대상이 되고 있으며, 향후 여러 면에서 연구와 보완이 필요한 상황이다. ODA의 오랜 역사를 가진 유럽의 선진국들은 해외원조와 국제협력을 위한 규범들을 발전시켜왔고, 축적된 경험과 각자의 특성을 잘 반영한 규범을 구축하여 국제규범과 국내규범의 조화를 실현하고 있다. 유럽 국가들의 ODA 규범들은 여러 가지 형태로 나타나고 있으나, 일반적으로 원조의 기본목표 및 정책방향을 제시하고, 원조형태 및 대상, 시행기관의 역할과 위상, 중점지원국 및 지원 분야, 민간단체 지원 및 자문기관 등 세부 추진계획을 주요 내용으로 한다. 한국은 2010년 OECD DAC의 권고를 받아들여 국제개발협력기본법을 마련하여 ODA 관련 법적 기본체계를 제공하고 있다. 이 법은 한국 ODA의 기본이념과 목표를 설정하며, 정부의 역할과 정책설계의 절차 및 범위를 규정하고 있다. 국제개발협력기본법을 바탕으로 한국의 ODA 규범들은 외교부-KOICA의 무상원조와 기획재정부-한국수출입은행의 대외경제협력기금운용 활동에 대한 법적 근거를 구축하였다. 유럽의 규범내용과 비교할 때, 한국의 ODA 관련 규범이 국제규범에 완벽하게 합치하고 있는가에 대해서는 의문이 있으며, 몇 가지 개선할 점을 찾을 수 있다. 이 글에서는 유럽 ODA 선진국들의 관련 국내규범의 전반적인 내용들을 살펴보고, 그 특성을 파악한 후 한국의 ODA 규범에 반영할만한 사안들을 제안하였다. After the joining to the OECD DAC in 2009, Korea enacted the International Development Cooperation Act in 2010 as the basic domestic law for the Korean ODA works. The government established the suitable ODA legal system to meet international standards. Then, other Korean rules are related together based on the principles in the International Development Cooperation Act. However, there are many critical opinions on the Korean laws on their ODA. Some ambiguous provisions in the laws, government focused or centred ODA structures without consideration of the civil roles and no effective evaluation systems are examples of the criticism. With the long history and many experiences, the european countries have developed the ODA rules or the laws on the international development cooperations. They are harmonised well with the international rules and have good provisions for the consistence of their own ODA policies. To make up the legal problems in the Korean ODA laws, many dimensions in the European ODA rules are considerable. They are focused on certain concepts and purposed in relation to the main policies. Many provisions in the domestic laws on their ODA works can be good models for the improvement of the Korean laws and polices.

학교 폭력에 대한 낙관적 편견과 제3자 효과

The optimistic bias and the third-person effect are similar concepts concerned with people`s perceptual bias. But these two concepts have been studied separately in different fields so far. The current research is about the relationship between these two concepts. Opinion survey of 428 high school students revealed the optimistic bias and the third-person effect. These two perceptual biases showed statistically significant relationships respectively with the psychological distance. The third-person effect was proportional to psychological distance, but the optimistic bias was not proportional to psychological distance. In the meantime, the self-esteem was proportional to the optimistic bias whereas the third-person effect did not show statistically significant relationship with the self-esteem. Lastly, the optimistic bias and the third-person effect regarding school violence did not show any relationship with each other.

EPS용 SR 구동시스템

This paper presents a design and characteristics analysis of a SRM drive for EPS application. A rack mounted EPS system is considered in this paper. A conventional driving room space and mechanical structure are suggested in design stage. In the restricted design conditions, motor parameters are determined for sufficient torque and speed. For the smooth torque generation and simple circuit of power system, 12/8 motor drive is considered. With FEM and magnetic circuit analysis, designed motor is simulated to meet the requirement of specifications. Effectiveness of the suggested SRM drive for EPS application is verified by the manufactured prototype motor drive tests.

A novel single-stage power factor corrected (PFC) drive for switched reluctance motor (SRM) is presented to achieve sinusoidal, near unity power factor input current. The proposed PFC SRM drive has no additional active switch. And a single-stage approach, which combines a DC link capacitor used as dc source and a drive used for driving the motor into one power stage, has a simple structure and low cost. The characteristics and validity of the proposed circuit will be discussed in depth through the experimental results.

영국 로이드 보험시장에 대한 법적 고찰

The Corporation of Lloyd's is the name of an insurance exchange which locates in London, UK. Owing to the strict self regulation by its members and continuous development insurance plan, the Corporation has gained the dominant status not only in the domestic insuracne market of UK but also in the world insurance market. The Corporation's dominant power at the world insurance market has given to us a deep impression and greatly influenced to the Korean insurance industry. And the effectiveness of its administration strategy and performance is well recognized and evaluated by many Korean insurance companies. Because of the said importance of the Corporation, it is needed to study the special character of its constitution and to analyze the self regulation system. Recently, a new law has been enacted in order to consolidate the legal regulation on all areas of financial industry―banking, insurance, stock exchange etc.―in the UK. The new law is called as "Financial Services and Market Act 2000." It affects the special characteristics and self regulation system of the Corporation of Lloyd's. In this study, the historical background and present situation of the Corporation is surveyed in general. And the Corporation's constitution, sturucture, underwriting process of insurance and self regulation system are analyzed from the legal point of view. The main features of the new law "Financial Act 2000" are also summarized and the influence of that law on the outside intervention to the Corporation is briefly examined.

WTO 법체제하에서의 BRICs의 자유무역협정에 관한 연구

세계무역질서는 WTO체제 구축에 의해 새로운 질서를 갖추었으나 한편 자유무역협정(FTA)으로 대표되는 지역무역협정(RTA)이라는 규범의 형태를 통해서 재편되고 있다. WTO는 이러한 현상을 규율하기 위해서 지역무역협정에 관한 몇가지 규정을 두고 있으며, 이 규정의 테두리 내에서 회원국이 FTA 등을 체결하도록 요구한다. FTA와 함께 최근 많이 사용되는 단어가 바로 BRICs이다. 기존의 경제선진국이 주도하는 세계무역질서에서 개발도상국의 목소리가 높아진 이유도 BRICs가 주목받는 것과 관계가 있다. 브라질, 러시아, 인도, 중국이라는 네 개의 거대한 BRICs 국가들은 큰 규모의 시장, 많은 인구 또는 다량의 자원을 보유하고 있으며, 빠른 경제성장 속도로 세계를 놀라게 하고 있다. 이들은 선진국 못지않은 영향력을 바탕으로 주변국들을 비롯한 여러 나라와 다양한 무역협정을 체결하면서 경제적 유대관계를 형성해나가고 있다. 따라서 FTA와 BRICs라는 두 단어의 연결점을 법적 관점에서 찾는 일은 큰 의미가 있다. WTO는 개발도상국 사이의 지역무역협정에 관한 예외규정인 Enabling Clause를 1979년 도쿄라운드를 통해서 마련하였다. 개발도상국인 BRICs 국가들은 이를 근거로 일반적인 것보다 규제가 완화된 지역무역협정을 체결할 수 있으며, 그러한 대표적인 예가 바로 COMESA, MERCOSUR 그리고 AFTA이다. BRICs 국가들의 FTA는 상대국에 따라서 여러 가지 모습을 나타내고 있으며, Enabling Clause를 비롯한 지역무역협정 관련 WTO 규범이 모호한 면이 많다는 사실과 함께 많은 무역분쟁의 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 BRICs 국가들의 FTA에 대한 법적인 분석에서는 이들 분쟁의 예방과 적정한 해결을 위한 합리적 해석방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.
