안익태 연구Ⅱ - 1938년, 부다페스트에서 지휘와 언론 인터뷰를 중심으로

안익태는 평소 꼼꼼하게 자필 기록을 남긴 것으로 부인 탈라레바 여사가 전한 바 있다. 그러나 역설적이게도 안익태 관련 연구에서 가장 어려운 점은 ‘유의미한’ 기록의 부재이다. 그의 대표작이라고 할 수 있는 〈한국 환상곡〉의 경우 1938년 2월에 더블린에서 초연이 있었다고 알려져 있고, 이후 부다페스트와 베오그라드 등지에서 공연되었다고 하지만 현재 전해지는 악보는 1944년판이 가장 오래된 것이다. 심지어 그의 레퍼토리에서 1940년 이후 거의 빠짐없이 등장하는 〈에텐라쿠〉는 현재 전해지는 악보조차 없다. 본고에서는 지금까지 알려지지 않았던 안익태 관련 헝가리 자료들을 소개하고 그 내용들을 해석해보았다. 1938년 6월 27일, 안익태는 1936년 9월에 이어 두 번째로 헝가리 라디오에서 지휘를 하게 되는데, 당시 헝가리 자료를 바탕으로 기존에 알려진 사실들과 비교해 보았다. 또한 이 연주회를 소개한 단신기사들 및 헝가리 신문에 실린 그의 인터뷰 기사도 함께 소개하고 그 내용에 대해 고찰해 보았다. The most difficult aspect of research on Ahn Eak-tai, a South Korean classical composer and conductor, is the absence of any meaningful records. Thus, his representative work, ‘Symphonic Fantasy Korea’, is known to have premiered first in Dublin in February 1938, but a 1944 edition of the scores is the first one used for the 1986 edition which were restructured by another composer. Even the score of the Etenraku was not passed down, which was the one of the most heavily performed compositions from his repertoire in the first half of the 1940s. In this paper, Hungarian materials related to Eak-tai Ahn have been unrecognized until now are being introduced and interpreted. On June 27, 1938, he conducted at the Hungarian Radio studio again, following September 11, 1936. Thus, this paper compiles the known facts on this performance from Hungarian sources, trying to analyze and interpret a short article on the concert and Eak-tai Ahn’s interview published in a Hungarian newspaper.

8.18 판문점 사건, 계획된 도발인가, 우발적 사건인가?

1976년 8월 18일, 판문점 공동경비구역에서 2인의 미군 장교가 북한군에 의해 피살되어, 한반도에는 전쟁 발발 직전까지 이를 정도로 긴장이 고조되었다. 전대미문의 이 사건은 지금도 북한의 폭력적이고 반인륜적인 면을 강조할 때마다 소환되기도 한다. 사건 직후, 비록 일부 부대의 한시적 조치였지만 방어준비태세가 데프콘 2로 격상되었다. 이는 한국전쟁 휴전 이후, 당시를 제외하고는 지금까지도 발령된 바 없는 조치였다. 북한도 조선인민군 최고사령관 김일성 명의로 ‘최고사령부 보도’를 발표하여 북한 전역에서 전투준비태세를 갖추었기에, 한반도는 ‘일촉즉발’의 전쟁 상황에 당면하고 있었다 해도 과언은 아닐 것이다. 본고에서는 지금까지 공개된 미국 출처의 자료들과 헝가리 외교문서를 통해, 이 사건이 계획된 북한군의 도발이었는지, 또는 양측 간에 우발적으로 발생한 사건이었는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 대체로 북한에 비판적인 관점을 유지하고 있는 헝가리 자료는 다른 사회주의 국가들의 의견과 함께, 북한의 주장이 담긴 자료들도 포함하고 있기에 관련 논의에 대한 교차검증 자료로서 유용하다고 할 수 있다. On August 18, 1976, the ‘Panmunjom Incident’, in which two US military officers were murdered by North Korean forces, is still being talked about as an incident of heightened tension until the outbreak of war. In particular, some military units raised their defense readiness to DEFCON 2, which is the highest defense readiness stage after the Korean War Armistice. This alert has not been issued since then even under temporary circumstances. In the name of the Supreme Commander of the Korean People’s Army, Kim Il-sung, North Korea also announced a ‘High Command Report’. This article deals with the following theme, whether the incident was a planned provocation by North Korean or by the US military, or just an accidental incident between both sides. This can be understood through documents from US sources and Hungarian diplomatic documents. Although the Hungarian diplomatic documents generally maintain a critical view of North Korea on this incident, they proport the North Korea’s allegations, which were unknown until current times, may be useful as a form of cross-validation materials for the current discussion.

나더쉬 피테르의 소설 『세렐렘 Szerelem』 연구 : 대립하는 이원적 요소와 그 화해

현존하는 헝가리 최고의 작가 중 한 명인 나더쉬 피테르는 최근 몇 년 동안 노벨문학상의 유력한 후보로도 거론되는 등 세계적인 명성을 지닌 작가이다. 작년에는 그의 중편소설 󰡔세렐렘󰡕이, 2015년인 올해에는 중단편 소설 모음집인『미노타우로스』가 한국어로 각각 번역되어 국내 독자들에게 선보이기도 하였다. 하지만 여전히 한국에서는 낯선 해외 작가 중 한 명인데, 그 가장 큰 이유는 그의 대표작이라고 할 수 있는 『기억의 책』,혹은 『평행 이야기』가 아직 국내에 소개되지 않았다는 데서 찾을 수 있을 것이다. 또한 기존의 방법으로 소설이라는 장르에 접근하고자 하는 일반 독자들에게는 쉽게 이를 허용하지 않는, 그의 난해한 작품들에서도 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 기존의 소설 창작 문법과는 상당히 벗어난 내러티브의 전개는 비단 한국에서 뿐 만 아니라 해외에서도 종종 비평가와 독자간에 논쟁을 불러일으키고는 한다. 특히 본고에서 분석을 시도하는 그의 중편소설 『세렐렘』은 1979년 󰡔묘사󰡕라는 작품집에 실렸지만, 실제로는 1971년에 창작된 작품으로서 형식 및 내용적으로 파격적인 작품이다. 형식적으로는 의미단위를 분절하기 위해 적용한 쌍점과 쌍반점의 과도한 사용 및 문장이 끝나는 지점에서 문단을 나누고 다음 문장은 앞 문장의 끝 부분에서 시작되는 문단 나누기 등이 그것이다. 내용적으로는 소설의 거의 대부분은 하룻밤 사이에 일어난, 두 남녀 주인공의 환각에 빠진 세계를 묘사한 것이기에 일상적인 경험 밖의 사건에 대한 내용이려니와, 그 의식의 전개 자체도 일반 독자들에게는 매우 낯설다. 사건과 사건 사이의 연관성의 부족, 단절된 의식을 드러내는 불완전한 문장 구성, 그리고 환각 상태에 빠진 등장인물들의 뜻 모를 표현 등은 소설이라는 장르에 대한 기존의 문법을 거부하고 있다. 본고에서는 작품 속에 나타난 다양한 모티브들을 살펴봄으로써 환각을 전후한 사건들이 전혀 다른 것이 아닌 일관된 주제를 제시하고 있음을 살펴보았다. 이는 실제-환각을 중심으로 하여 대립하는 이원적 구조가 결국 하나로 이어짐을 의미하며, 환각에 빠진 남녀의 하룻밤 이야기 속에 정치적인 함의가 들어 있다는 해석의 가능성을 제시하기도 한다. Nádas Péter is the one of the most famous Hungarian writer who was nominated for past some years as a winner of Nobel Literary Prize. Last yesr this novel Love, and many of his other novels also translated into Korean this year with the name of Minitauros which is one of his representative novel. But still his fame in Korea is not known widely, maybe because the most famous his two novels, A Book of Memories and Parallel Stories have not introduced in Korea. And not only in this reason, but also we could find other reasons in others; Because of his complicated way of narrative, people cannot access his works easily. His complicated way of narrative used to cause some arguments between readers and reviewers in other countries too. Especially his novel, Love with which this article deals, broke the traditional conception of novel both in its contents and in its forms. This work wrote in 1971, but it was published in 1979 with other novels with the name of Description. Relating with its form, he adapted so many colons and semicolons to break the unit of meaning, and he divided the paragraphs with unusual way. On the contents, the most part of this novel is concerned with the hallucination from marijuana in one night. So it is unfamiliar to the readers who did not experience, moreover the development of the consciousness of the characters also so abstractive and ambiguous. All these elements prevent the readers interpreting this novel. But some motives served something coherent themes through this work. It means that the antagonistic dual elements presenting reality-hallucination were reconciliated for coherent themes, and the themes may connected with political context in this novel.

PERT/CPM의 치과임상에의 적용

목적: 공정관리는 프로젝트 완성에 필요한 작업에 대해 순서 설정 및 작업의 상호관계를 시각적으로 표시하여 완료에 이르기까지의 과정을 분석, 관리하는 활동이다. 이 연구의 목적은 치과임상에 있어서 공정관리 기법 중 PERT/CPM (Program Evaluation & Review Technique/Critical Path Method)을 이용하여 치료기간의 단축 및 치료의 효율성을 증진시키기 위함이다. 재료 및 방법: 원광대학교 치과병원 보철과에 내원한 환자 중 2개과 이상 타과와의 협진이 필요한 보철치료 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 대조군은 초진에서 치료 종료까지의 진료기록부를 분석하고 실제 치료기간, 내원횟수, 진료비용으로 구성되며 실험군은 PERT/CPM 기법을 이용하여 작성한 가상의 공정표상 치료기간, 내원횟수, 진료비용을 포함한다. 본 연구는 공정관리 기법 중 PERT/CPM을 적용하였다. 결과: 진료기록부를 토대로 작성한 공정표와 가상의 PERT/CPM 공정표상에서 18.1%의 치료기간 단축과 15.3%의 내원횟수 감소를 나타내었다. 진료비용에 있어서 PERT/CPM 공정관리 기법을 통하여 0.9%의 비용절감이 이루어졌다. 결론: 치과 임상에 PERT/CPM 기법을 도입함으로써 치료의 신뢰도를 높이고 치료기간을 감소시킬 수 있으며 최소비용의 치료계획의 수립이 가능하다.

안익태 연구 III ― 1938~1940, 두 번의 첼로 연주회와 한 번의 지휘 무대

There are surprisingly few studies on Ahn Eak-tai, the composer of < Symphonic Fantasy Korea > and < The National Anthem >. This may be because of his biography, which was first published in 1966 and revised five times until 2006. In the book written by Kim Kyung-rae, Ahn Eak-tai was described as a prominent patriot, and an outstanding musician. It may be that the depiction which was formed through decades as if it was real, has not excited researchers curiosity as a special research topic. However, since the new data related to Ahn Eak-tai have been discovered, the evaluation and interpretation of him have been changed by a certain circle of researchers. This article is the third paper that examines his Hungarian life and the world of his music, focusing on recently discovered Hungarian materials. In the 1930s, his activities in Europe were known through Korean domestic newspapers. Compared with it, in this paper, based on the Hungarian materials, we reviewed the real facts of his musical activities in the period of his Liszt Academy days.

동진강 생태역사문화 자원의 현황과 활용

So far, the study on the Dongjin River has been focused on environment, history, culture, and agriculture. The environment and ecology that occupy most of the research have been concentrated on the measurement of environmental pollution and ecological environment in the specific region, and history, culture, and agriculture have also dealt with specific topics in detail, in the specific region. but the research that looks at the ecological environment and historical culture of the Dongjin River as a whole is insignificant. And there was a lack of research to draw regional development strategies by integrating ecological environment and historical culture around the Dongjin River basin. In this regard, this study tried to integrate ecological environment, history and culture to make this area a place where human beings and nature coexist. Therefore, the present condition of the ecology, history, and cultural resources of the Dongjin River basin was briefly reviewed and then the ecological conservation, ecological restoration, fusion of ecology and historical culture, and utilization plan of the Dongjin River were presented in detail according to local conditions. Restoring damaged ecosystems and cultures, creating ecology and culture in which nature and humans coexist, and establishing a sustainable future in which the current generation and future generations enjoy ecology and culture together. Based on the UNESCO MAB program, the direction was set to divide the Dongjin River into core area(environmental conservation), buffer area(recovery need), and transition area(sustainable use). The plan was designed to implement sustainable regional development plans by utilizing ecological resources and historical and cultural resources around rivers while maintaining biodiversity of ecological resources. The rest area of Baeksanseong-Dongjin River and Museongseowon area were selected as the main spaces. The main space is a region rich in historical and cultural resources such as Donghak Peasant Revolution and Museong Seowon, focusing on various ecological resources such as Oriental stork, Gold-spotted Pond Frog, and Sericinus montela. According to the UNESCO MAB program, the main spaces were divided into core area, buffer area, and transition area. In the core area, representative species were selected among natural monuments and endangered species in the area, and the habitat was planned to be provided to representative species and major species. In the buffer zone, limited activities such as observation, experience, and education of species living in the core area were planned. In the transition area, people visiting the Dongjin River are planned to actively experience ecology and history culture.
