        에도 시대의『겐지모노가타리』수용-『니세무라사키이나카겐지』를 중심으로-

        19世紀の前期は、文學の新たな受容者としての庶民大衆讀者、特に女性讀者が出現した時期である。それによって大衆のニ一ズに應える商品としての文學作品が本格的に出版された。『안紫田舍源氏』はこのような出版文化を背景にして成立した『源氏物語』の飜案作品である。作家の柳亭種彦が『안紫田舍源氏』を執筆した動機については、從來、曲亭馬琴に比べ中國文學についての知識がなかった種彦が日本の古典から題材を求めたといわれていた。しかし、種彦も『國字水滸傳』の執筆依賴を受けるほど中國古典文學の造詣が深かった。種彦が中國の古典文學ではなく日本の古典である『源氏物語』を飜案したのは、漢文を和文に移すことから發生する問題についての認識によると思われる。柳亭種彦は 『안紫田舍源氏』の執筆初期には『源氏物語』に淨瑠璃と歌舞伎の趣向を凝らして江戶當世風の作品に書こうとする態度を表す。ところが原典の『源氏物語』の情趣を維持しようとする傾向が强くなり、單に原典からモチ一フと表現を借用することにとどまらず、古注釋の內容を受け入れ本文を補い、原典の風雅な情趣をさらに再現しようとする創作態度を見せる。すなわち、『안紫田舍源氏』は江戶時代の他の俗語譯作品とは異なり、原典の風雅な情趣を追求する態度を示し、江戶庶民に好色物として受け入れられていた『源氏物語』への認識を轉調させた作品として定位できると思われる。 In the early 19th century literary works were published in full-scale catering to mass readers as new emerging appreciators of literature, especially to women readers. Nisemurasaki Inakagenji is an adapted work from Genji Monogatari made in this background of publication culture. Of the motive of writing Nisemurasaki Inakagenji of Ryutei Tanehiko as a writer many accounts were given generally in this way because he was nothing like as good as Kyokutei Bakin in the knowledge of Chinese literature he took material for writing from Japanese classics. But Tanehiko who had already received a request for writing "Kokuzi Suikoden" too had a profound knowledge of Chinese classics though not as much as Bakin``s. It seems that Tanehiko took material for writing a novel not from Chinese classics but from Japanese Genjimonogatari as he recognized many problems in translating Chinese letters to Japanese. Ryutei Tanehiko wanted to make Nisemurasaki Inakagenji a contemporary Edo work by mixing tastes of Joruri and Kabuki with Genji Monogatari in the early stage of writing it. But with the growing tendency of maintaining mood of the original text he showed in the process of writing strong tendency and will of reenacting sentiment of the original text merely not at a level of borrowing the motif of it. It is thought that this made Nisemurasaki Inakagenjii seeking elegant mood of the original itself not like other vulgar translations play a role in shifting the value of Genji Monogatari mistakenly known as an obscene literature among people.

        남원 향토음식에 대한 관광객의 인지도 및 만족도

        This study was conducted to develop the unique native local foods of Namwon and to provide basic data needed to reinvigoratethe tourist industry and local economy. Perception and satisfaction with native local foods of Namwon were surveyed in 483 tourists (246 men and 237 women 53% visiting Namwon for the first time). Of the participants, 41.2% did not stay or eat in Namwon. Most tourists visited with other family members and spent approximately 20,000 won per capita on food. Of the foods sampled for the first time, preferred foods were (in order of preference and intention to order again) Chueo-tang, Hanjeongsik, wild edible greens-jeongsik, and black pork. The degree of food satisfaction was relatively favorable (3.54±0.08 points on a 5-point satisfaction scale), with taste being the most important factor affecting the degree of satisfaction for 92.9% of the subjects. However, willingness to revisit Namwon on the basis of the local foods was not as high as the degree of satisfaction with the foods. Insufficient information and publicity concerning Namwon local foods were cited as impediments, and suggested improvements included taste, sanitation and food-based tourism. The degree of satisfaction was higher in men than in women. Age, residence, and occupation were not related to the degree of satisfaction. But, the willingness to revisit Namwon to sample local foods was related with gender (men more willing) and occupation (public service personnel, business owners, salaried employees, professionals, and housewives more willing, in order). Women in general and housewives in particular were most critical in food assessment.

        소고기 분쇄육의 냉장 중 품질에 미치는 항산화제의 효과

        The objective of this study was to evaluate their effects as the meat antioxidant and on the antioxidant enzymes like superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase during the refrigeration storage of ground beef, respectively. Ground beef loin was treated by three natural antioxidants(pycnogenol, catechin, α-tocopherol) and the synthetic antioxidant(BHT) at the level of 0.01%(w/w) of total fat. Samples were refrigerated at 4~6℃ for 3, 5, 7 and 10 days to evaluate the color and the pH as the quality parameters, TBA value and fatty acid composition as the parameters of lipid peroxidation, and the activities of SOD and catalase. This study showed that catechin and pycnogenol were excellent in terms of meat color, pH and delaying lipid peroxidation and also maintained the activity of in vivo SOD and catalase better than α-tocopherol and BHT. These results suggested that the duration of the refrigeration of ground beef may be prolonged up to 10 days in catechin and pycnogenol treated ones in terms of the lipid peroxidation, but 5 days of refrigeration will be more adequate if considering the microbial safety as food, too.

        고령사회를 대비한 노년준비교육 프로그램에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 노년준비교육 프로그램에 대한 요구도 조사, 프로그램의 개발 및 실시 그리고 프로그램의 효과 검증을 통한 평가를 목적으로 수행하였다. 이를 위해 사회복지학, 가족학, 직업학 등의 노인 관련 전문가를 중심으로 연구진을 구성하였다. 요구도 조사는 20대 이상 남녀 560명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 20대와 60대 이상 두 집단을 대상으로 프로그램의 개발, 실행 및 평가가 이루어졌다. 그 결과 노년준비교육 프로그램은 생애단계와 노인의 전반적 이해, 경제적 준비, 직업, 건강증진 및 유지, 죽음과 사별대비, 심리적 관점, 자기완성의 추구, 노년기의 사회참여, 원만한 가족관계, 노인주거의 10개 영역으로 분류되었으며, 각 영역별로 교육의 효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. Korea is expected to become an "aged society" in approximately fifteen years. In order to prepare Korean society for this "aged society", the government and social organizaitons need to offer a life stage preparation manual for the young, middle-aged, and aging populations, as well as providing support structures to guide them through this transition. Researchers have developed a Life Stage Preparation Program, based on surveys and experiments conducted to assess needs and appraise effectiveness. To accomplish the goal of this research, the team has been composed of specialists from the fields of social welfare, family studies, occupational studies, and gerontology. The Life Stage Preparation Program consists of ten areas: understanding ageing issues, sustaining and improving health, psychological issues, continuing education, family relations, social activities, financial preparation, occupations, shelter, and mortality. The effectiveness of the program surveyed on age group of 20s and 60s resulted in nine areas. The Life Stage Preparation Program needs to be operated as a life long education program.

        직무스트레스 요인 및 반응에 대한 성차분석

        본 연구는 근로자들이 겪고 있는 직무스트레스의 요인과 반응을 성차를 중심으로 고찰하고자 하였다. 현재 재직상태에 있는 근로자 383명(남성 205명, 여성 178명)을 대상으로 분석하였으며 자료분석은 독립표본 t검정과 상관분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 근로자의 직무사건별 스트레스 순위 1위는 남녀 모두 ‘갑작스러운 해고를 당할 때’인데 이는 직무불안정의 실업예고 요인에 해당하는 것으로 스트레스 점수는 여성보다 남성이 높게 드러났다. 직무스트레스 요인 중에 직무불안정이 남성과 여성 모두 가장 큰 스트레스를 받는 것으로 보이며 여성은 남성에 비해 보상부적절 요인에 의해 스트레스를 더 많이 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 직무스트레스 요인을 살펴보면 직무불안정에서는 유의한 차이가 없었으며 보상부적절, 직무요구, 직무자율, 직장문화, 조직체계 등의 요인에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 직무스트레스 반응은 심혈관질환, 우울, 통증, 낮은 자기존중감, 이직, 수행능력저하, 직무불만족 등에 관한 요인에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 직무스트레스에 대한 심리적ㆍ신체적ㆍ행동적 반응의 평균값에서 여성이 남성보다 전반적으로 높은 것으로 드러났다. 직무스트레스 요인과 직무스트레스 반응의 상관분석에서는 유의한 상관관계가 확인되었는데, 남성은 직무불안정의 요인을 제외한 나머지 요인들이 직무스트레스 반응에 유의미하게 관련되었고 특히 직무요구, 직무자율, 직장문화의 요인이 직무스트레스 반응에 큰 상관관계를 보였다. 여성 또한 직무불안정의 요인을 제외한 나머지 요인들이 직무스트레스 반응에 유의하게 관련되었고 그 중 보상부적절, 직무자율, 조직체계의 요인들이 비교적 직무스트레스 반응에 상관관계를 보였다. 가장 스트레스가 높았던 직무사건의 직무스트레스 요인에 따른 순위는 직무요구, 직장문화, 보상부적절, 직무자율, 조직체계, 직무불안정 순으로 성별 차이가 없었다. 하부요인을 분석해보면 여성이 관계의 신뢰성 부족으로 응답한 비율이 남성에 비이가 없었다. 하부요인을 분석해보면 여성이 관계의 신뢰성 부족으로 응답한 비율이 남성에 비해 상대적으로 높았다. This study was intended to investigate job stressors and reactions from gender differences. The data was collected from 383 workers and was analyzed through frequency analysis, t-test, correlation analysis. The most stressful incident for both male and female workers was to be fired without any notice. Through the stressors of this job incidents, both male and female workers felt stressed by the factor of job insecurity and female workers were tend to feel more stressed than male workers by inappropriate compensation. According to t-test analysis of the job stressors from gender differences, inappropriate compensation, job demand, job autonomy, job insecurity, organizational culture, organizational system were verified by gender. According to t-test analysis of the job stress reactions from gender, pain, depression, insomnia, cardiovascular disease, job dissatisfaction, low self-esteem, turnover, performance decline were verified by gender. The average of all factors for female workers was higher than male workers'. That means female workers feel more stressed and reacted by job stress. According to correlation analysis of job stressors and reactions, 5 job stressors for male workers were correlated to 8 job stress reactions except job insecurity, and more correlated to job demand, job autonomy, organizational culture significantly. 5 job stressors for female workers were correlated to 8 job stress reactions except job insecurity, and correlated to inappropriate compensation, job autonomy, organization system relatively. According to the analysis of job stress the male and female workers have suffered from during their employment lives, there was no different stressors comparing female workers to male workers, but under sub-factors of stressors, female workers felt more stressed by confidence in relationship than male workers.
