Such structures as dams, slops and soft grounds are characteristic of leisurely movement. These movements threaten to do their users safety. Therefore, to monitor the movement of the structures could help to verify their movements. CDGPS method allows the use of a static base station and remote rover unit to allow for data collection within several seconds and in real time by milli-meter accuracy. It is useful for monitoring the behaviors of slops and soft grounds. Completed real-time GNSS monitoring system through this research is acquire data of GNSS receiver by wireless, and relative coordinate of measure point using CDGPS method. In this Research, we explain structure of real-time GNSS monitoring system and the prove practicality on the basis of result that is operated after establishment.

In wireless network, the amount of video streaming packet information in receiver replay buffer can be varied according to the wireless network condition. By the effect, unforeseeable delay and jitter are generated and then busty video traffics can be made. If the amount of buffer information coming in receiver replay buffer is larger than the amount of a specific buffer information, buffer overflow is generated. Such a problem makes the image skip effect and packet loss, and then causes the quality degradation and replay discontinuity of the video streaming service in destination receiver. To solve the buffer overflow problem, this paper applies the token bucket for the busty traffic to the receiver terminal and analyzes the effect of the token bucket. The simulation result using NS-2 and JSVM shows that the proposed scheme with the token bucket has significantly better performance than the conventional scheme without the token bucket in terms of overflows generation number, packet loss rate and PSNR.

N/A To determine the effect of low dose gamma radiation on the germination and enzyme activities, seeds of Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris L. cv. Hanyoreum) and radish(Raphanus sativus L. cv. Chungsukoungzoung) were irradiated at the dose of 2∼50㏉. The germination rate of irradiation group was higher than that of the control. Especially it was highest at the early stage. The germination rate of Chinese cabbage was high at 2㏉ and 8㏉ irradiation group and that of radish was high at 2㏉, 6㏉ and 10㏉ irradiation group. Growth of both seedlings of Chinese cabbage and radish increased positively in low dose irradiation group. The height of Chinese cabbage was noticeably high at 4㏉ and 10㏉ irradiation group and that of radish at 6㏉ irradiation group. The protein contents of seedlings from seeds irradiated with the low dose gamma radiation was higher than the control, especially at the early stage. The enzyme activities of seedlings from seeds irradiated with the low dose gamma radiation was high at 4㏉ and 10㏉ irradiation group. These results suggest that the germination, growth and enzyme activities of old vegetable seeds could be promoted by the low dose gamma radiation.
Mobile WiMAX 망에서 MBS Zone 크기와 목표셀 선택 알고리즘의 영향에 대한 연구

The research on multicast broadcasting services (MBS) technology which is supported in the mobile WiMAX system for Mobile IPTV service has been greatly increasing. The MBS has a lot of advantages due to the shared downlink channel for efficiently supporting a number of MBS users. In this paper, we study various system performances according to the size of the MBS Zone defined in the mobile WiMAX system and verify the performance of the Hybrid TCS algorithm considering the RSS and available cell bandwidth to improve the system performance when the MBS is switched into the unicast channel in the Non-MBS Zone. Through the simulation, we identified the effects of the reduction of total traffic and handover latency by the increase of MBS Zone size and of the bandwidth dispersion among cells by considering the available cell bandwidth when the MBS is switched into the unicast channel in the Non-MBS Zone.
하향링크 스몰셀 네트워크 환경에서 최선형 서비스를 위한 분산적인 주파수 재사용 기법

하향링크 스몰셀 네트워크 환경에서 최선형 서비스를 지원해야 할 때, 기존 기법들에서는 각 기지국 기준으로 동일 채널간섭이 가장 적게 수신되는 채널들만을 선택하게 되는데 이 채널들은 해당 기지국에 인접한 사용자의 하향링크 수율 성능만을 향상시킨다. 따라서 기존의 분산 주파수 재사용 기법들은 전체 최선형 서비스 사용자들을 공정하게 지원하지 못한다. 이 논문에서는 하향링크 스몰셀 네트워크 환경에서 기지국으로부터의 거리와 관계없이 최선형 서비스 사용자들의 수율 성능을 공정하게 향상시킬 수 있는 분산 주파수 재사용 기법을 제안한다. 각 기지국은 기존의 분산재사용 기법을 수행하여 주위 기지국들에서 가장 적게 사용되는 채널들을 선택한 다음, 전체 수율 성능의 감소를 줄이면서도 수율성능이 낮은 사용들의 수율성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 채널들로 일부채널들을 교체한다. 모의실험을 통해 제안된 기법은 수율성능 기준 하위 10%에 해당되는 사용자들의 수율성능을 기존기법에 비해 최대 15% 정도 향상시키면서 전체 수율 성능 감소는 3% 정도 허용함을 확인하였다. When best-effort traffic users are supported in a downlink small-cell network, conventional schemes assign the channels experiencing low co-channel interference at each base station and provide a better downlink performance to the user near its serving base station, so that conventional schemes are not suitable to fairly support all users. In this paper, we propose a decentralized frequency reuse scheme for a small-cell network, where each basestation chooses a set of channels to fairly support the best-effort traffic users regardless of the distances to their serving basestation. After performing the conventional scheme that each basestation selects the channels which are not used in its adjacent basestations, it updates assigned channels improving the performance of low throughput users in a fully distributed manner with mitigating the overall throughput performance loss. The computer simulation demonstrates that the average throughput performance of the 10th percentile throughput users is improved up to 15% in some case compared to that of the conventional scheme, while allowing the overall throughput loss around 3%.
