기업의 정보가 방대해지고 이러한 정보에 대한 효율적이 관리의 필요성에 의해 현재 제조업, 유통서비스업, 금융업등 일반기업은 물론 공공기관에서도 ERP의 도입은 경영에 있어서 피할 수 없는 꼭 필요한 것이 되어지고 있다. 하지만, 소규모 중소기업은 초기도입비용, 업무 프로세스의 재설계에 따른 업무 부담, 전산능력 보유자의 미비등의 문제로 ERP 도입의 필요성은 인식 하지만, 도입은 결정을 쉽게 내리지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 소규모 중소기업의 ERP 보급확산을 위한 SERP(Small Enterprise Resource Planning)를 제안한다.
혼합모델 U라인에서 작업할당과 투입순서 결정을 위한 유전알고리즘

This paper presents a new method that can efficiently solve the integrated problem of line balancing and model sequencing in mixed-model U-lines (MMULs). Balancing and sequencing problems are important for an efficient use of MMULs and are tightly related with each other. However, in almost all the existing researches on mixed-model production lines, the two problems have been considered separately. A genetic algorithm for balancing and sequencing in mixed-model U line is proposed. A presentation method and genetic operators are proposed. Extensive experiments are carried out to analyze the performance of the proposed algorithm. The computational results show that the proposed algorithm is promising in solution quality.

This paper reports the results of a brief numerical study that examines the economic life of an industiral equipment and the effects of depreciation method on replacement economy decisions. The results from the replacement model are investigated in terms of their sensitivity to the variability in the estimates of the parameters required by the model. The decision of when to replace ageing equipment can be affected by such factors as changes in tax legislation which alters the period over which new assets can be written off.

This thesis is focused on the development of a new program for engineering economic analysis. We develop a new program that students and practicing engineers can analyze simply more efficiently some alternatives on economic analysis problems. The developed program is based on Excel Macro, which is called EAEM(Economic Analysis using Excel Macro). Until now, after-cash flow analysis has been handled under U.S.A. tax structure. Therefore we develop EAEM in order that users use Korean tax law modified in 1995 to calculate depreciation and ATCF(after tax cash flow). Despite the advantages of other analysis package, EAEM is more effective for many engineering problems. EAEM is almost entirely menu-driven, so little or no preparation or practice will be required for users to explore the program. It also has a superior graphical environment including visualization of cash flow diagrams.
유전알고리듬을 이용한 가외작업비용을 최소로 하는 투입순서 결정

The sequence which minimizes overall utility work in mixed model assembly lines(MMALs) reduces the cycle time, the number of utility workers, and the risk of conveyor stopping. This study suggests mathematical formulation of the sequencing problem to minimize overall utility work, and present a genetic algorithm which can provide a near optimal solution in real time. To apply genetic algorithm to the sequencing in MMALs, the representation, selection methods, and genetic parameters are studies. Experiments are carried out to compare selection methods and to analyze the genetic algorithm and branch-and-bound method in terms of computation time and solution quality. Experimental results show that the genetic algorithm finds good solutions in real time.

We develop a soft ware easy to handle for traditional techniques of statistical process control using the Microsoft Excel Macro. This research includes four variables control charts and four attributes control charts. For each control charts the developed software presents an OC, computes the grade of a process capability, and tests run. This software deals with rather practical business than theories. It is useful of students interested in quality management and practisers in charge of the business. The basic input/output windows are made with Microsoft Excel, and the control to analyze is embodied with VBA(Visual Basic Application).

Multiple U-typed production lines are increasingly accepted in modern manufacturing system for the flexibility to adjust to changes in demand. This paper considers multiple U line balancing with the objective of minimizing cycle time considering of moving time of workforce given the number of workstation. Like the traditional line balancing problem this problem is NP-hard. In this paper, we show how genetic algorithm can be used to solve multiple U line balancing. For this, an encoding and a decoding method suitable to the problem are presented. Proper genetic operators are also employed. Extensive computational experiments are carried out to show the performance of the proposed algorithm. The computational results show that the algorithm is promising in solution quality.
