Purple Membrane과 β-carotene에서 산란과 파동전파에 관한 연구

무질서 매질에서 형광, 산란과 응집의 영향은 파장과 산란된 형광세기로 나타내는데, laser induced fluorescence(LIF) 분광학에 의한 분자특성으로 나타난다. 산란매질에서 광학적 효과는 광학적 파라미터들(μs, μa, μt)에 의해 표현되고 응집은 고-액상 분리공정과 Photodynamic therapy에서 중요 하게 활용되고 있다. 따라서 입자가 서로 접근될 때 콜로이드 입자들의 상호작용을 LIF와 응집효과로 분석하였다. 우리는 레이저 광원에서 검출기까지 거리의 함수에 의해 in vitro 시료의 산란과 형광 스펙 트라를 측정하였다. 산란계수 μs는 산란체의 입자가 증가함에 크게 나타났다. 그리하여 purple membrane vesicle과 β-carotene의 혼합물의 매질에서 광원에서 검출기에 의한 거리에 대한 측정된 값 (I, δ)이 거리가 가까워짐에 따라 크게 나타났다. The influences of fluorescence, scattering, and flocculation in random media were interpreted for the scattered fluorescence intensity and wavelength, it has been studied the molecular properties by the spectroscopy of laser induced fluorescence(LIF). The effects of optical properties in scattering media have been found by the optical parameters(μs, μa, μt). Flocculation is an important step in many solid-liquid separation processes and is widely used in Photodynamic therapy. The interactions of several colloid particles can come into play which have major effect on the flocculation and LIF process. We measured scattering and fluorescence spectra of the sample in vitro as function of distance from lase source to detector. The value of scattering coefficient μs is larger by the increasing particles of scatterer. Therefore, the mixture of purple membrane vesicle and β-carotene were measured as larger values(I, δ) by means of closer distance from source to detector.

- Efficient pollination needs abundant fertile pollen in rose breeding. This study was performed to find outefficient staining methods for the detection of fertile pollen. Aceto-carmine and Alexander's stain gave similar results interms of percentage of normal pollen. Fluorochromatic reaction (FCR) showed the lowest normal pollen percentagebecause FCR stained only fertile pollen while others stained cytoplasm. Toluidine blue O (TB) showed similarpercentage of normal pollen to Aceto-carmine and Alexander's, but could not clearly distinguish the clustered abnormalpollens. Alexander's stain was easy and simple, but difficult to distinguish fertile and infertile pollen. FCR showed onlyfertile pollen. Two Cases of Allergy to Insulin in Gestational Diabetes

Allergic reaction to insulin is uncommon since the introduction of human recombinant insulin preparations and is more rare in pregnant than non-pregnant females due to altered immune reaction during pregnancy. Herein, we report two cases of allergic reaction to insulin in gestational diabetes that were successfully managed. One case was a 33-year-old female using isophane-neutral protamine Hagedorn human insulin and insulin lispro. She experienced dyspnea, cough, urticaria and itching sensation at the sites of insulin injection immediately after insulin administration. We discontinued insulin therapy and started oral hypoglycemic agents with metformin and glibenclamide. The other case was a 32-year-old female using insulin lispro and insulin detemer. She experienced pruritus and burning sensation and multiple nodules at the sites of insulin injection. We changed the insulin from insulin lispro to insulin aspart. Assessments including immunoglobulin E (IgE), IgG, eosinophil, insulin antibody level and skin biopsy were performed. In the two cases, the symptoms were resolved after changing the insulin to oral agents or other insulin preparations. We report two cases of allergic reaction to human insulin in gestational diabetes due to its rarity.

본 논문에서는 외형손상으로 인한 비대칭 주익을 갖는 항공기의 비행역학 특성을 연구하였다. 항공기의 우측 날개 일부 파손을 가정하였으며, 파손시의 항공기 상태를 가정한 6자유도 방정식을 유도하였다. 공력데이터와 개선된 6자유도 방정식을 통하여 비선형 모델 및 특정 트림조건의 선형 모델을 구축하였다. 그리고 트림 조건에서 주익손상 정도에 따른 비선형 시뮬레이션을 통하여 각 조종면이 항공기의 반응에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 전익형 형상의 비행체 모델에 대한 풍동실험을 통하여 공력데이터를 구성하였으며, CATIA 모델을 사용하여 날개 파손시의 무게변화, C.G.변화, MOI변화를 계산하였다. 본 수치 시뮬레이션을 통하여 파손 전후의 동적 반응을 분석 하였다. In this study, effect of asymmetric wing damage on the flight dynamic characteristics was investigated. Partial right wing loss was considered for aircraft damage. To construct a 6-DOF model for the damaged asymmetric aircraft, a flying-wing type UAV was designed and wind tunnel test for each damage configuration was performed to identify the aerodynamic coefficient change. The mass, C.G. and MOI were also calculated for each damage configuration with CATIA. A couple of numerical simulation were performed to investigate the changed flight dynamics.
