정보통신의 발달로 인해 다양한 형태의 디지털화된 정보자료가 쏟아져 나오고 있다. 그러나, 정보가 다양화되고 발달할수록 정보소외 계층이 생겨나게 되고 이로 인한 정보격차는 또 다른 불평등사회 의한 요소가 될 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서 지역주민의 대표적인 문화기관이라 할 수 있는 공공도서관은 정보부자와 정보빈자 간의 격차를 해소해 줄 수 있는 적합한 역할을 하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 공공도서관의 디지털자료실 이용자 만족도를 조사하고 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 농촌과 도시지역간에 어떤 차이가 있는지 파악하여 지역간 정보격차 해소를 위한 공공도서관 디지털 자료실의 운영전략을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. Many various digital contents came out to our world owing to the advance of information and communication technologies. More rapidly the technologies of information and communication develop, more classes disadvantaged might appear so that it might incur society with distinction in getting information which is called digital divide. In this time, public library has to play important rules in dissolving the digital divide of our society. In this paper, we will not investigate only how much users of digital multimedia centers in the public library satisfy, but also what factors affect the satisfaction of the users significantly. Specially, we will analyze difference of the influence factors between urban and rural region so that we will propose strategy for operating the digital multimedia centers in the public library efficiently and effectively in order to dissolve the digital divide.

Two-Stage Template Matching Using Integral Projection

The registration is an important part of image processing and pattern recognition. In this paper, the integral projection method is proposed as the first stage of the two-stage template matching. The computation time of the proposed method is one-tenth of that of the two-stage template matching technique with a sub-template. This method is applied to a noisy (real)image with a different bias level and gives a correct template position, while the two-stage template matching technique with a sub-template cannot detect correctly.

차세대 비즈니스 인텔리전스도입을 위한 영향요인에 관한 연구

기업 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위해 차세대 비즈니스 인텔리전스를 기업에 도입하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 ERP를 도입한 기업들을 대상으로 하여 비즈니스 인텔리전스를 도입하는데 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하기 위한 연구모형을 제시했다. 연구모형과 설문조사를 바탕으로 실증분석을 실시함으로써 비즈니스 인텔리전스 도입을 위한 영향요인들을 도출하였다. 설문조사에 대한 분석결과를 설명하고 시사점을 제시하였다. There are growing needs of introducing Next Generation Business Intelligence into firm to strengthen competencies. Recently, Next Generation Business Intelligence appeared in the spotlight because it could support to connect the strategies establishment with enforcing the strategies. In this parer, we analyze the factors and build the theoretical model of influencing the utilization of Next Generation Business Intelligence. The practical implications were also discussed.

데이터마이닝 시스템의 커스터마이징 방법론

상용화된 데이터마이닝 제품들은 대부분 완성품의 형태로 이들 기능들의 일부 또는 전부를 지원한다. 완성품은 구입 즉시 사용할 수 있다는 장점은 있으나 사용자 및 기업의 요구사항이나 환경에 유연하게 적응할 수 없는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터마이닝시스템을 완성품이 아닌 커스터마이징의 형태로 도입 및 구축하기 위한 방법론을 제안하고, 실제 오라클 제품을 이용하여 거스터마이징을 하는 사례를 살펴본다. 그리고, 구축된 데이터마이닝 시스템을 이용하여 판매 데이터를 분석한 사례를 제시한다. As a finished product, most commercialized products of Data mining are supposed to support some or all of these functions. These products have an advantage to be available as soon as they are purchased. But, they have some limit to meet users' needs and companies' requirements and to be adaptable to different settings. This study is focused on how to introduce Data mining system and implement it as a form of customizing, instead of a form of finished product. Also, this study try to present several cases which actually used customizing with Oracle products and some other cases which used constructed data mining to analyse sales data.

삽입/삭제연산의 구분을 통한 실체뷰 갱신시간의 단축정책

데이터웨어하우스내에서 실체뷰의 개수가 많을수록 사용자의 질의요구를 실체뷰내에서 처리할 수 있는 확률이 높아지므로 신속한 응담이 가능하다. 그러나, 실체뷰가 많아지면 전체적인 실체뷰 갱신시간이 길어진다. 실체뷰 갱신작업 동안에는 데이터웨어하우스로의 접근이 통제되기 때문에 사용자의 질의요구를 처리할 수 없다. 따라서, 실체뷰의 갱신시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 실험결과, 삽입/삭제 구분을 위한 오버헤드를 감안하더라도 제안한 알고리즘의 성능이 기존 기법에 비하여 우수함을 알 수 있었다. More views in data warehouse, can respond to the users more rapidly because the user's requests may be processed by utilizing only the materialized views with higher probabilities rather than accessing base relations. But, more views cause longer update duration of all the materialized views. During the update time, queries of users can not be processed because accesses to the datawarehouse are blocked. Thus, the update durations of the materialized views are necessary to be reduced. In this paper, we propose algorithm the update duration of the materialized views owing to managing by distinguishing insecton/deletion operations. Though there might overheads for distinguishing insertion/deletion, we concluded that the proposed algorithm could be excellent than others.

개체연관망 모델에 의한 오피니언마이닝의 확장

오피니언마이닝은 대량의 온라인 고객리뷰에서 상품이나 서비스의 속성들에 대한 고객들의 주관적 의견을 긍정과 부정으로 분류하여 요약한다. 그러나, 고객들의 관심사항은 주관적 의견뿐만 아니라 객관적 사실을 통해서도 표현되기 때문에 주관적 의견만을 주요 분석대상으로 하는 기존 오피니언마이닝 기법을 확장할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 주관적 의견뿐만 아니라 객관적 사실도 분석대상으로 하는 개체연관망 모델을 사용하여 기존 오피니언마이닝의 분석능력을 확장한다. 개체연관망 모델은 각 개체에 대한 긍정부정 정도를 표현할 뿐만 아니라 개체들 사이의 연관관계와 상대적 중요성을 나타낼 수 있다. 시스템 구현 결과, 개체연관망 모델에 기반한 오피니언마이닝시스템은 기존 기법에 비하여 보다 풍부한 정보를 추출할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Opinion Mining summarizes with classifying sensitive opinions of customers in huge online customer reviews for the attributes of products or services by positive and negative opinions. Because the customers represent their interests through subjective opinions as well as objective facts, the existing opinion mining techniques, which can analyze just the sensitive opinions, need to be expanded.. In this paper, We propose the novel entity association network model which expands the existing opinion mining techniques. The entity association model can not only represent positive and negative degree of the sensitive opinions, but also can represent the degree of the associations and relative importances between entities. We designed and implemented the customer reviews analysis system based on the entity association network model. We recognized that the system can represent more abundant information than the existing opinion mining techniques.

Effects of Ascorbic Acid on the Proliferation of Subcultured Canine Chondocytes in Monolayer and Alginate Beads Culture

Ascorbic acid has been used widely as a medium supplement to stimulate cell proliferation, but its effectson cell proliferation have not yet been elucidated, and no reports have analyzed effects on subcultured chondrocytes.Subcultured canine chondrocytes of passage one, two and four were cultured in monolayer and alginate beads withand without ascorbic acid. Cell proliferation was examined by 2,3-Bis(2-methoxy-4-nitro-5-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium-5-carboxanilide inner salt) (XTT) colormetric assay. Ascorbic acid stimulated cell proliferation significantly in bothculture methods (p<0.05). The increased cell numbers by pasage one cells compared to that of other pasages. Diferences in cell proliferative capacity by subculturing werenot determined. These results suggest that ascorbic acid stimulated the proliferation of subcultured canine chondrocytesand enhanced it more in low-pasage cells than in the other cells tested.
