        통년성 알레르기비염 환자에서 비강내 광치료

        Background and Objectives:Phototherapy has a profound immuno- suppressive effect and is widely used for the treatment of immune- mediated skin diseases. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of intranasal phototherapy in treating patients with perennial allergic rhinitis. Materials and Methods:We conducted a study on 19 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis from January 2008 to July 2008. Each intranasal cavity was illuminated three times in the first week and then once a week the following five weeks. Symptom scores and Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire (RQLQ) were assessed. Results:Phototherapy was well tolerated by the patients and resulted in a significant improvement of clinical symptoms for rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, nasal itching, sneezing and total nasal score. In addition, significant improvements were achieved for itching of eyes, itching of the palate and total non-nasal symptom score except tearing and redness of eyes. After six weeks, the overall RQLQ scores significantly improved by 51% from the baseline in the treatment. Conclusion:These results suggest that phototherapy is an effective modality for treating clinical symptoms of perennial allergic rhinitis and represents an alternative treatment for perennial allergic rhinitis.         한국어 이음절어표의 특징 주파수에 관한 연구

        Speech audiometry is a useful test for obtaining practical information which could not be gotten from the pure-tone audiometer test. Nowadays, Hahm’s Korean disyllabic word lists are the most commonly used word lists for the speech reception threshold test in Korea. The disyllabic word lists should be composed of spondaic words (equally stressed words). The aim of this study is to evaluate the characteristic frequency of Hahm’s disyllabic word lists. Subjects and Method: Two of the Hahm’s disyllabic word lists were evaluated. The word lists were analyzed using an acoustic analysis program that has the MATLAB function. Results:The percentage of disyllabic words in the Hahm’s disyllabic word lists that had the spondaic words pattern were 33%. The characteristic frequencies of these words were equally stressed above 1,000 Hz. Other disyllabic words showed an unequally stressed pattern. The percentage of words that had the first syllable stressed pattern was 31% and the percentage of second syllable stressed pattern was 36%. Conclusion:Some words, which are commonly used in the Hahm’s disyllabic words lists, had an unequally stressed pattern. A new Korean dissyllabic word list needs to use more balanced words that have the characteristic frequency of each word. (Korean J Otorhinolaryngol-Head Neck Surg 2008;51:1099-103)

        祭儀神話としての『古事記』-スサノヲ神話と天孫降臨神話を中心に-

        지금까지 고사기의 신화는 제의신화라고 단정되어왔다. 그것은 제사와 함께 신화가 존재, 발전 해 왔다고 간주, 그것이 체계화 되어 고사기나 일본서기의 신화가 되었다고 파악하는 방법이다.하지만 실제로 행해진「神祇令」의 제사는 앙화나 제난을 예방하기 위해 반복해서 실행되는 계속적인 행사이다. 그것에 비해 고사기는 스진천황 때 역병이 유행하여 많은 인민이 죽는다. 그 때 천황의 꿈에 오오모노누시노카미가 나타나 이 신에 의한 앙화임이 밝혀진다. 그래서 천황은 신탁에 따라 제사를 지내 나라의 평안을 되찼는다. 즉 위기가 닥쳤을 때 그것을 극복하기 위해서 신에게 제사를 지내는 것이다. 그것은 실제 이루어진 계속적인 제사가 아니라 임시적으로 이루어지는 제사밖에 인정 할 수가 없다.또한 고사기에 없는 내용을 일본서기에서 끌어와 그것을 근거로 고사기는 제의신화라고 주장하는 것은 고사기와 일본서기가 전혀 다른 내용을 가지고 있는 텍스트라는 사실을 망각한 잘못된 판단이라 하겠다. 고사기 안에서 신에게 제사를 지내는 내용이 무엇을 의미하는지 그것은 고사기 텍스트 안에서 의미를 찾아야 할 것이다. The myth of "kojiki" has been considered to be a festival myth so far. When there is a myth with religious service, and it developed, I arrest you and am that it is systematized, and it was with "kojiki" and "nihonshoki.However, religious service in "the deities of heaven and earth law" that has been performed is really a continuous event to be repeated, and to be carried out to prevent evil. In contrast, as for the thing talked about, a contagious disease was prevalent at the age of the Emperor Sujin, and many people died of "kojiki". In other words, it became possible festival"an ease, the people prospered the world" in God. When in a sense a crisis came, it is not continuous to restore it, and is a thing performed for temporariness.Of course there is the thing that it has been followed continuously that an amaterasu terrace was given an order to start when "I always worship this mirror like me" to "kojiki". But the crisis for the country which the Emperor rules over is not accepted there. It means that the country which the Emperor rules over has been guaranteed limitlessly by an amateur terrace.

        플라톤의 시인추방과 영혼이분-『국가』 10권 602c-608b를 중심으로-

        본고는 플라톤이 『국가』 10권에서 시인추방을 위한 기반으로 제시하는 ‘영혼이분법’이 4권의 ‘영혼삼분법’과 갖는 일관성을 설명하면서 이곳의 시 비판을 적절히 되새길 길을 마련하려 한다. 이런 설명을 시도한 기존의 논의들 중 소수의 견해를 공유하는 입장에서, 본고는 10권의 이분법은 4권의 삼분법에 따라 가능한 영혼 구분으로서, 기개가 훌륭한 사람에게서처럼 본성대로 이성에 따르는 경우, 그것을 이성과 함께 영혼의 ‘이성적 부분’에 귀속시키고, 기개가 영혼이 타락한 사람에게서처럼 욕망에 따르는 경우, 그것을 욕망과 함께 ‘비이성적 부분’에 귀속시키는 영혼론이라고 이해한다. 이 이해를 위해서는 10권의 시 비판 중 ‘시에 대한 최대의 비난’ 부분이 중요한 단서를 담고 있다는 것을 구체적으로 지적함으로써, 본고는 이 이해를 지지할 새로운 논거를 제시하면서, 영혼이분법이 이 시 비판에 기여하는 바를 살펴본다. The present paper aims to explain the consistency that ‘the bipartition of soul’ as the basis for the banishment of poets in the book 10 of Plato’s Republic has with ‘the tripartition of soul’ in the book 4 of the dialogue and provides thereby the way to reflect the critique of poetry in the book 10 appropriately. This inquiry, sharing the view of the minority among the previous discussions that attempted such an explanation, understands the bipartition in the book 10 as follows: This is a partition of soul that is possible on the basis of the tripartition in the book 4. As such it makes the conception of soul that attributes the spirit, where it follows the reason by keeping its nature as in a decent man, to ‘the rational part’ of the soul together with the reason, and where it follows the appetite as in a man with degenerate soul, to ‘the irrational part’ of the soul together with the appetite. For this understanding of the bipartition, that part of the critique of poetry in the book 10 which serves as ‘the greatest accusation against poetry’ gives an important clue. By pointing this out concretely, the present paper gives a new ground for this understanding and considers how the bipartition contributes to the critique of poetry.

        Atmospheric Plasma Spray코팅을 이용한 Yttrium계 소재의 내플라즈마성 및 세정 공정에 관한 연구

        In this study, the plasma corrosion resistance and the change in the number of contamination particles generated using the plasma etching process and cleaning process of coating parts for semiconductor plasma etching equipment were investigated. As the coating method, atmospheric plasma spray (APS) was used, and the powder materials were Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> and Y<sub>3</sub>Al<sub>5</sub>O<sub>12</sub> (YAG). There was a clear difference in the densities of the coatings due to the difference in solubility due to the melting point of the powdered material. As a plasma environment, a mixed gas of CF<sub>4</sub>, O<sub>2</sub>, and Ar was used, and the etching process was performed at 200 W for 60 min. After the plasma etching process, a fluorinated film was formed on the surface, and it was confirmed that the plasma resistance was lowered and contaminant particles were generated. We performed a surface cleaning process using piranha solution(H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>(3):H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>(1)) to remove the defect-causing surface fluorinated film. APS-Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> and APS-YAG coatings commonly increased the number of defects (pores, cracks) on the coating surface by plasma etching and cleaning processes. As a result, it was confirmed that the generation of contamination particles increased and the breakdown voltage decreased. In particular, in the case of APS-YAG under the same cleaning process conditions, some of the fluorinated film remained and surface defects increased, which accelerated the increase in the number of contamination particles after cleaning. These results suggest that contaminating particles and the breakdown voltage that causes defects in semiconductor devices can be controlled through the optimization of the APS coating process and cleaning process.
