Cobalt Chloride의 적출십이지장 수축억제작용에 미치는 외부 포타슘이온의 영향

Cobalt chloride(CaCl_2)의 calcium chloride(CaCl_2)첨가에 의하여 야기되는 적출장관수축에 대한 억제 작용이 영양액중의 potassium이온의 영향을 관찰하기 위하여, Tyrode영양액중 potassium chloride(KCl)을 제거하거나, KCl의 농도를 2.68mM 또는 80mM로 한 calcium-free(Ca-free) 용액에 CaCl_2 4mM를 첨가하여 야기되는 수축의 변화를 CaCl_2(2.6mM) 존재하에서 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. CaCl_2가 존재하지 않은 상태에서 CaCl_2 및 acetylcholine(ACh) 첨가에 의하여 야기되는 phasic수축은 80mM KCl 용액 및 KCl-free용액에서 억제되어지나, CaCl_2에 의한 phasic수축은 KCl-free용액에서, ACh에 의한 phasic수축은 80mM KCl용액에서 현저히 억제되었다. CaCl_2 존재하에서 CaCl_2에 의하여 야기되는 phasic수축은 억제되었고 그 억제현상은 KCl-free용액에서 현저하였다. 그러나 ACh에 의한 phasic수축은 CaCl_2존재로서 억제되지 아니하였다. CaCl_2 존재하에서 CaCl_2에 의하여 야기되는 phasic수축은 대한 tanic 수축의 비 즉 P/T는 KCl-free용액에서는 거의 영향을 받지 않으나, KCl의 농도가 2.68mM 및 80mM 일 때 증가되는 경향을 나타내었고, ACh에 의한 P/T는 KCl-free 용액에서도 증가되었다. 이로 미루어 cobalt chloride 존재로서 calcium chloride에 의하여 야기되는 phasic수축에 비하여 tenic수축이 억제되는 경향은, ACh의 그것보다 현저하지는 않으나, potassium이온의 영향을 받는 것으로 보여진다. Effect of potassium ion on the response of cobalt chloride to calcium chloride-induced isolated mouse duodenal contraction was observed in calium-free(NK-OC), potassium and calcium-free(OK-OC), and high potassium and calcium-free(HK-OC) Tyrode's solutions. Phasic contraction(PC) induced by calcium chloride(CaCl_2, 4mM) addition(4mM) was more markedly depressed in potassium-free solution than in high-potassium soltuion and PC induced by acetylcholine was more markedly depressed in high-potassium solution than in potassium free solution. Phasic contraction induced by calcium chloride was more markedly depressed by the presence of cobalt chloride(CoCl_2, 2.6mM) in OK-OC solution than in NK-OC and HK-OC solution, as compared with individual control Phasic contraction induced by acetylcholine was not depressed by the presence of CoCl_2 in all three kinds of solutions. Ratio of phasic contraction to tonic contraction(P/T) induced by addition of CaCl_2 and acetylcholine was little affected by KC1 presence. In the presence of CoCl_2, the ratio induced by CaCl_2 was little affected in KCl-free solution, but tendency to increase was shown in NK-OC and HK-OC solutions. The ratio induced by acetylcholine was increased by the presence of CoCl_2, which was little affected by presence of potassium or not These results indicate that potassium ion may affect inhibitory action of cobalt chloride to calcium chloride-induced tonic contraction.
사회 인구학적 변인과 부모의 스포츠참여에 따른 자녀의 체육학습 태도

The main object of this study is to find out how socio-demographic variable and parents participation in sports affect the physical education learning attitude of students. Furthermore, this reports primary purpose is to provide new data and materials for future physical education classes. To achieve such a study aim, the subjects students(518) were chooses in the 2 grader middle schools located on Seoul, classifying in to Gangnam and Gangbuk. The statistics employed this study are the frequent analysis, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Scheff test. In light of the above research method and process, the following are the analysis results. First, according to the socio-demographic variable(with the exemption of the age of parents) each low primary factors perception, interest, confidence, concentration, and self regulating of physical education learning attitude showed significant difference. Secondly, parents participation in sports greatly influenced the physical education learning attitude(perception, interest, confidence, concentration, and self regulating) of students showed significant difference.

The crystal stucture of the title compound has been determined by X-ray crystallographic methods. In all these materials, swellable sheets of tightly packed porphyrin molecules stack to form arrays of parallel channels in which a remarkable variety of guest of guest species are accommodated. Conservation of the host structure in the absence of any covalent or hydrogen-bonding connection between host molecules suggests an engineering strategy for the designed construction of molecular solids. This strategy is based on the use of rigid molecular building blocks with self expansion shapes. Identification of the features of the molecular structure responsible for the versatility of tetrafluorobenzene-based clathrates lays the ground-work for the development of new microporous materials.
비피리딘과 금속이온을 이용한 기능성 포접체의 생성에 관한 연구

The crystal structure of the title complexes was determined by X-ray diffraction measurements. Tightly packed porphyrin molecules stack to form arrays of parallel channels in which a remarkable variety of guest species are accommodated. Construction of inner cavities in the solid composed mainly of organic compoments is attractive since function of the inner cavity become designable. This paper reports two kinds of complexes composed of metallic ion and bipyridine(bpy) when Cd2+ was treated with bay in different composition of solvents. Identification of the features of the molecular structure responsible for the versatility of tetraarylporphyrin-based clathrate lays the groundwork for the development of new microporous materials.
Leukocytospermia 환자에서의 IVF와 ICSI의 결과 비교

White blood cells (WBCs) are present in most human ejaculates, but abnormally high concentration of seminal leukocytes may reflect an underlying pathological condition. The World Health Organization (WHO) has defined leukocytospermia as status of more than $10^6$ WBC/mL of semen. The purpose of this study was firstly, to compare the outcomes between conventional IVF and ICSI in leukocytospermia, and secondly, to investigate whether ICSI may be an alternative treatment for patients with leukocytospermia. Total 121 cycles of conventional IVF and ICSI candidates underwent IVF cycles at PL Infertility Clinic. Semen Parameters including concentration, motility, morphology of spermatozoa and concentration of leukocytes were assessed from the raw ejaculates. There was no difference in sperm concentration, motility and morphology. The rates of fertilization and good embryo development from ICSI were significantly higher than those from conventional IVF in leukocytospermia (63.9% & 48.6%, respectively for ICSI group and 33.4% & 24.1%, respectively for IVF group, p<0.001). The pregnancy rate after ICSI was also higher than that from conventional IVF (34.3% vs 21.6%, p<0.05). These results indicate that the presence of seminal leukocytes ($>1\times10^6$ WBC/mL of semen) is adversely related with fertilization, embryo development and pregnancy rate. Therefore the measurement of seminal leukocytes in routine semen analysis appears to be of prognostic value with regard to male fertilizing potential. In conclusion, it is suggested that ICSI is an alternative choice of treatment for patients with leukocytospermia.
