      • 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting communication ability of nursing students’ clinical practice stress, empathy and self-esteem. Methods : This study was conducted from June 1 to June 30, 2018 in 261 third and fourth graders of four universities in Gyeonggi-do. Technical statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression Respectively. Results : The results of the study showed that communication ability was 3.67(±0.46), empathy was 3.40(±0.35), clinical practice stress was 3.11(±0.59) and self-esteem was 3.09(±0.53) respectively. Clinical practice stress was positively correlated with empathy(r .15, = p .013), self-esteem(r -.22, == p .001) There was a significant negative correlation with com = munication ability(r -.20, = p .001). Empathy was positively correlated with self-esteem(r .14, == p .001) and < communication ability(r .25, = p .001). Self-esteem was positively correlated with communication ability(r .51, <= p .001). Multiple regression analysis showed that the regression fit F value was 33.22, which was statistically < significant(p .001), and the explanatory power of the model was 29.7%. Self-esteem was the greatest predictor < of communication ability. Conclusion : It is necessary to develop educational programs to reduce emotional stress and improve empathy and self-esteem in order to improve communication ability of nursing students.

        사례기반 확장현실(XR)콘텐츠 프로그램을 활용한 모성간호학 실습 효과

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of using case-based Extended Reality content programs developed for nursing college students in maternal nursing practice. Methods : This was a quasi-experimental study that used two groups and a pretest-posttest design, with 30 nursing students in both the experimental and control groups. Data were collected from 3rd of July to 11th of Aug. The educational program was configured in four stages over four weeks. An after- program post-test was conducted for one week. Results : Statistically significant differences were observed in the experimental group's pre and post-results for practice confidence, practice immersion, and practice satisfaction. Significant differences were found in scores for practice confidence, practice immersion, and practice satisfaction between the experimental and control groups. Conclusion : Case-based Extended Reality content programs were found to be effective for nursing college students in terms of practice confidence, practice immersion, and practice satisfaction. It is expected that this study will serve as fundamental material for the development of various case-based extended reality content education programs.

        간호대학생의 온라인 수업 적용 시 학습관련변인과 자기조절학습능력이 수업만족도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study is a descriptive survey research in order to grasp the influence of the learning-related variable and the self-regulated learning ability upon class satisfaction given the application of online classes to nursing students. Methods : The convenience sampling was carried out in nursing students at 5 universities from June 1, 2020 to July 30. The questionnaire response data of finally 284 students were analyzed. Data analysis was used SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Results : The class satisfaction showed a correlation with the quality of instructional content (r=.75, p=.001), the quality of class composition (r=.72, p<.001), the learner to learner mutual level (r=.39, p<.001), the student to teacher mutual level (r=.76, p<.001), the learner to content mutual level (r=.85, p<.001), the self-regulated learning ability (r=.56, p<.001). The quality of instructional content, the learner to content mutual level, and the self-regulated learning ability, which were applied to the subjects, indicated a significant impact (F=147.85, p<.001). Conclusion : An effort is considered to be necessarily made for increasing the quality of instructional content and of class composition, and for improving the online class preparation level in teachers and students through re-designing the online instructional structure.

        비대면 원격교육 환경에서 분만실 및 신생아실 임상실습 대체 교내실습 프로그램 개발 및 적용

        Purpose : This study is to develop the alternative clinical practicum program for the delivery room and the newborn nursery, to compare a difference in academic self-efficacy, critical thinking disposition and clinical competence between the group, which received the alternative clinical practicum education, and the group, which acquired the clinical practice education. Methods : A research design is a non-equivalent control group pre-post test design quasi-experimental research. The research subjects included 20 students in the experimental group who participated in the on-campus practicum among seniors for the Department of Nursing Science at D university in A city and the 21 students in the control group who took part in the clinical practice. The research period was from February 1, 2021 to April 9. The collected data were analyzed by using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0. Results : The academic self-efficacy(t=0.37, p=.708), the critical thinking disposition(t=-0.75, p=.451), the clinical competence(t=0.24, p=.806) between the experimental group and the control group had no statistically significant difference. Hence, the hypothesis was completely rejected. Conclusion : There is a need to grasp the essential contents to be experienced in clinical practice for improving the delivery-and-new born nursing competence in nursing students, to organize the practical contents of reflecting this, and to apply the on-campus practicum program together using a variety of the teaching & learning methods and the educational engineering technologies.

        간호대학생의 분만시뮬레이션 교육이 학습태도와 비판적사고 성향, 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

        This study was carried out after applying the simulated childbirth education for grades 3 nursing students evaluate the impact on students' learning attitudes and critical thinking disposition of self-efficacy. After applying the simulation training is delivered correlation research to find out the effects of learning attitude and critical thinking disposition of nursing students on self-efficacy. Y when the material was applied to nursing 3rd year 83 student targeted by November 2015 four weeks. delivery simulation training. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 23.0 program. Learning attitude and critical thinking, self-efficacy was found that the correlation. To the learning attitude and critical thinking, look at the effect on self-efficacy, outcome learning attitudes conducted multiple regression analysis and critical thinking disposition was shown to affect self-efficacy, analysis of the impact on the efficacy of 42.5% described. Childbirth education utilizing the simulation was found to affect the attitude of learning and critical thinking disposition of nursing college students, promoting self-efficacy. This study improves critical thinking and learning attitude of the nursing undergraduate training delivery, based on the simulation results and it is necessary leverage to promote self-efficacy. In addition, we provide basic data for developing an effective simulation training program for childbirth care 본 연구는 간호학과 3학년 학생을 대상으로 분만시뮬레이션 교육을 적용한 후 학생들의 학습태도와 비판적사고 성향이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 시도되었다. 분만시뮬레이션 교육을 적용한 후 간호학생들의 학습태도와 비판적 사고성향이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 상관성 조사연구이다. Y시 소재 간호학과 3학년 83명을 대상으로 2015년 11월 4주간 분만 시뮬레이션 교육을 적용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 학습태도와 비판적사고, 자기효능감은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학습태도와 비판적사고가 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여, 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 학습태도와 비판적사고 성향은 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 42.5%를 설명하였다. 분만 시뮬레이션을 활용한 교육은 간호대학생의 학습태도와 비판적 사고성향, 자기효능감 증진에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 이었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 분만시뮬레이션 교육을 간호대학생의 학습태도와 비판적 사고를 향상시키고, 자기효능감 증진을 위해 적극 활용할 필요가 있다. 이와 더불어 분만간호에 대한 효율적인 시뮬레이션교육 프로그램을 개발하는 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

        전문대학 평생교육 학습자의 평생교육프로그램 참여 동기와 만족도가 참여 지속의도에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 평생교육 프로그램에 참여하는 학습자들의 평생교육 참여동기와 교육만족도를 분석하고, 참여지속의도에 미치는 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 대학에서 운영되는 평생교육 프로그램의 질을 높이고, 요구도를 반영한 다양한 교육프로그램을 개발하여 성인학습자의 관심과 평생교육 참여지속률을 높이고자 한다. 본 연구는 2017년 5월 1일에서 6월 20일까지 경기도에 소재한 4개 전문대학 부설 평생교육원에서 강좌를 수강하고 있는 성인남녀 412명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Version 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적인 특성, 주요 변수들은 기술통계를 이용하였고, 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 참여동기, 교육 만족도, 참여지속 의도의 차이는 T-test와 ANOVA로 분석하였다. 참여자의 참여동기, 교육 만족도, 참여지속 의도의 관계는 Pearson"s correlation으로 분석하였고, 참여자의 참여지속의도 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 단계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 평생교육프로그램 참여 동기, 교육만족도 및 참여지속 의도 간에는 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 대상자의 참여지속의도에 미치는 영향요인은 참여 동기, 교육 만족도, 시설 및 환경 만족도이었고 모형이 유의하고 41.2%의 설명력을 보였다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 전문대학 평새교육프로그램 학습자의 참여동기를 높이기 위해 참여동기와 교육만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 요인을 고려하여 프로그램을 개발하고 운영할 필요가 있다. This study was conducted to analyze the effects of motivation and satisfaction with continuing education on the intention to participate in college continuing education programs among adult learners. and participation of continuing education to improve the quality of Continuing education programs operated by College and to develop diverse educational programs that reflect the needs of adult learners and increase their participation rate. This study analyzed data collected from 412 adult males and females taking courses at the Lifelong Education Center in four professional universities in Gyeonggi-do from May 1 to June 20, 2017. Data analysis was performed using SPSS Version 21.0 program, and general characteristics of the subjects were used. Descriptive statistics, t-tests and ANOVA were used to identify differences in participants" motivation, satisfaction with education, and intention to participate. Participants" motivation, satisfaction with education, and intention to participate were analyzed by Pearson"s correlation. Participants were analyzed by stepwise multiple regression analysis. There was a significant positive correlation between motivation for participation in college continuing education programs, intention to participate in education programs, and intention to participate. The factors influencing participants" motivation for participation were participation motivation and education satisfaction 41.2%.The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop and operate a program considering the factors that can improve motivation for participation and educational satisfaction to increase learner motivation.

        주제범위 문헌고찰을 통한 여성건강간호학의 시뮬레이션 실습교육의 효과

        Purpose : The objective of this study is to arrange the educational foundation, which can be applied to the nursing practice education, through providing basic materials on the simulation practice education of women’s health nursing after analyzing the research trends on the simulation practice education in maternity nursing and systematically considering the characteristics of the program. Methods : The scoping review was applied for grasping 21 pieces of research trends on the simulation practice education in women’s health nursing, which were released domestically from 2011 to 2021. Results : A research on the effects of the delivery nursing education with the application of simulation based on the classification according to a research theme includes totally 12 pieces (57.1%). There were 3 pieces (14.3%) for a research with a comparison of the effects between the simulation practice and the clinical training education, 3 pieces (14.3%) for a research on the effects of the simulation education according to a learning method, 1 piece (4.8%) for a research on the effects of the integrated(maternal-child) simulation education, 1 piece (4.8%) for a research on a method of operating the maternal and child nursing simulation, and 1 piece (4.8%) for a research on educational effects of the patient role experience using a qualitative research. Conclusion : Simulation practice education in women’s health nursing, it is necessary to redesign various teaching and learning methods to improve the quality of practice content and composition, and to seek various strategies for students to practice without stress and achieve educational effects.

        임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 전공만족도 실습만족도, 셀프리더십이 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study is a descriptive survey study to identify a relationship with a majority satisfaction, practice satisfaction, self-leadership and communication capabilities of nursing students experienced clinical practice and identify factors that affect the communication capabilities. Methods : This study conducted from November to December, 2018 in 200 third and fourth graders of three universities in Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do. Technical statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression Respectively. Results : Communication capabilities were correlated with practice satisfaction. The factors affecting communication capabilities of nursing students were majority satisfaction, practice satisfaction, and their explanatory power was 12.5%. The variables that have the greatest influence on the communication capabilities of nursing students are confirmed by the practice satisfaction. Conclusion : The courses organized and best practice environment, improve the practical experience in organic cooperation of hospitals and practices are necessary for effective clinical practice in order to improve communication skills of nursing students.

        프로그램 학습성과기반 간호학 교육과정 운영 평가 : 일 대학사례를 중심으로

        Purpose : This study was to examine awareness of the importance of a curriculum based on program outcomes in nursing students and graduates, their achievements, and the educational experiences of students and professors in an effort to determine what improvements should be made in the curriculum. Methods : The quantitative data that were collected from 169 nursing seniors and graduates in a university located in a city about the importance of a curriculum based on program outcomes and their achievements were analyzed. And qualitative data were gathered by interviewing 13 people who were nursing seniors, graduates and professors in the same university, and the collected data were analyzed as well. Results : The areas that the nursing students and graduates considered important were “the performance of core fundamental nursing skills” and “therapeutic communication,” and their achievements were low in “the performance of core fundamental nursing skills” and “the theoretical establishment of knowledge on liberal arts and the major field of study.” Conclusion : To improve the achievements of the students the curriculum needs to be improved by gathering opinions from students, professors and industrial experts. In addition, the development of a curriculum that could link and integrate different areas of program outcomes is required.

        모성․아동간호학 실습의 적정화와 교내 시뮬레이션 운영방안

        This research is a study to identify the current situation and problems of the maternal-child nursing clinical practice and also to find the alternative standards and operational adequacy status in nursing curriculum of on-campus simulation training. Methods : Self-administered 58 questionnaires out of 86 ones distributed were collected during September 7∼December 30, 2019. The general characteristics and simulation data of the sample were analyzed using frequency analysis including mean and standard deviation, etc. And also the frequency analysis was employed to analyze current status of the maternal and child in college, program outcomes of practice course, core basic nursing skills, practice credits, semester assignment, and practice institution. Results : It was known that the maternal-child nursing curriculum is ‘desirable and proper’ to be run with 2 credits respectively for the clinical practice. 48% of the respondents answered they have been running the clinical practice as on-campus simulation practice course and 46% of the respondents were found to be proper for the operation of the simulation practice with 1 credit. The education vehicles were found to have difficulties as with ‘lack of facilities’,‘shortage of faculty’, and in ‘scenario development based on clinical cases’. Conclusion : To replace the ‘clinical practice’ with ‘on-campus’ simulation training, the multilateral review and research should come with priority such as development of simulation scenario based on clinical case, education training for nursing professors, the suitability of clinical practice hours, and lowering accreditation standards for on-campus practice.
