Recently, it is becoming the big issue internationally where the safety problem of the industrial product including the foodstuffs. The way is able to construct the trust of the consumer that the external specialized agency independently operating confirms what production process of the product keep a standard or a technical regulation. This is conformity assessment. In the many countries, agencies entrusted government authority do conformity assessment. Specially, ‘certification’ in one form of conformity assessment process is operating a certification system at the government and the non-government body in Korea. Also non-government certification is fixed by trusted system from consumer. He has to prepare a competitive power in liberalization time, so need the countermeasure urgently. This study purpose that develops strategy so as to activating of non-government certification system in gist of the origination called ‘self-control.’ I present activation strategies using SWOT/AHP analysis.

  This paper investigates the relative effect of each ISO 9001:2000 quality management system’s requirement and business performance. The empirical tests are conducted in ISO 9001 certification companies.<BR>  As a result, the 1<SUP>st</SUP>, it shows the requirements positively affect performance of financial. The 2<SUP>nd</SUP>, also it shows the requirements positively affect non-financial performance. The 3<SUP>rd</SUP> also it show the non-financial performance positively effect performance of financial performance.

Companies adopted a program called Six Sigma, in order to make fundamental changes in the way the company operated to fulfill customers' expectations. Six Sigma reduces the occurrence of defects. This approach derives the overall process of selection the right projects based on their potential to improve performance metrics and selection and training the right people to get the business results. However, in the course of Six Sigma process steps, companies are in the face of problems. This study is to solve the problems using TOC(Theory of Constrains). TOC is methodology for solving key problem in system which is called Constraints. Nowadays, its application is going to be wide and its concept is being implemented. In this paper, it is showed possibility of application TOC to Six Sigma.

단체표준 인증제도의 경쟁력제고 방안

The cooperation groups - association, the union and academic society – is able to establish and apply cooperation group standards against the symbolic ․ terminology ․ efficiency ․ process ․ method ․ technical back which in specific area of expertise in order to malleability security the inside the general public, protection of consumers and consult member's own convenience. It follows hereupon and currently, the group which operates a cooperation group standards certification system reaching to 90, the hereafter is to a tendency which will extend. But It breaks the dissatisfaction regarding the rule of thumb operation recently against a certification system. Also there is to certification system operation and the regulation which is suitable in international standards being insufficient, there is shaving which is confusedly. This lay a burden on the certification application enterprise against time and expense. So substantially it brings that enterprise cannot equip an international competitive power. However there is no the actual condition becomes known to a cooperation group standards certification system. So, it grasps the actual condition regarding cooperation group standards certification system from the research. And it develops international standards the operation guide which is the possibility of being sufficient from FTA back market open magnification tendency inside. It raises reliability and the public trust the cooperation group standards certification system ultimately against a certification system, the possibility of equipping an international competitive power in order to be, the fact that in objective.

자동차 부품 공급업체의 상대적 효율성 평가 및 분석

국내 자동차 부품 업체는 완성차 업체에 대한 의존도가 매우 높다. 완성차 업체의 경기는 즉시 부품업체에게 영향을 미친다. 그래서 부품업체들은 외부 환경에 의존하기 보다는 스스로의 경쟁력을 높이는 것이 중요하다. 특히 생산성 또는 효율성을 제고시켜 내부 경쟁력을 갖추는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 국내 자동차 부품업체의 효율성을 높이기 위해 DEA 모형을 이용해 업체의 상대적 효율성을 평가하고, 비효율적인 기업이 효율적인 기업이 되기 위해 벤치마킹할 대상을 제시한다. 또한 비효율의 원인을 규명하고 이를 개선시킬 수 있는 방향을 제시한다. Domestic automobile parts makers are heavily dependent on the carmakers. The economy of a carmaker immediately affects a parts makers. Therefore, it is important for parts makers to increase their competitiveness rather than rely on external environments. In particular, it is necessary to improve productivity or efficiency to achieve internal competitiveness. This study evaluates the relative efficiency of companies using the DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) model in order to increase the efficiency of domestic auto parts makers and suggests benchmarks for inefficient companies to become efficient companies. It also identifies the causes of inefficiencies and suggests ways to improve them.

단체표준 인증제도 실태조사 및 운영지침개발

In relation to a certification system recently, it is coming out complains about make a rule of thumb certification, problems of after-service and duplication with government certifications. Also there is confusion in operating certification system to lack of properly rule to international standard. These impose a heavy burden on company in terms of times and costs and enhance competitiveness. Nevertheless, the survey was not built yet for the status and problems of the cooperation group standards certification System. So, this study purposes that research on the actual condition and development of operational guide for cooperation group standards certification system. In addition it ultimately improve the certification system for reliability and international competitive power. For more detail on this study, it would be considered conformity assessment, domestic/international conformity assessment and certification criteria. Also comparing survey result on the actual condition with international standards, develop operational guidelines to meet international standards.

민간인증제도의 현황과 운영에 관한 연구

  The Certification system will be able to expect that effect of marketing and the corporate image rising, if the certification body guarantees the contents of certification against industrial technical advance and safety, environment and efficiency, quality when it is suitable in the standard which is provided.<BR>  The certification system where the private organization operates but recently on the legal notarization outside is disordering and the trust regarding the certification falls and the objective and gist of origin are damaged.<BR>  But recently the trust of certification has fallen and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. Because the non-government certifications are disordering.<BR>  Also the damage of the consumers majority occurs but it is insufficient the investigation analysis against the present condition regarding a non-government certification system and the operation actual condition. So it is necessary the actual condition where the countermeasure against hereupon is urgent.<BR>  In this study, we present the operation direction of efficient against non-government certification system through investigation and the analysis.

물류특허정보 분류체계 구축에 관한 연구

세계적으로 전산업에 걸쳐 지식재산권의 중요성이 증가하고 있는 가운데 타 산업분야에 비해 물류산업에서 특허에 대한 인식이 매우 낮은 것이 현실이다. 물류의 영역이 제품설계부터 생산 마케팅 유통 IT까지 광범위하기 때문에 특허와 관련된 분쟁이 많이 발생한다. 그러나 우리나라의 현실은 물류제조업 중심 또는 일부 IT 그리고 물류기기 정도에만 특허에 대한 인식이 있을 뿐이다. 따라서 향후 발생할 수 있는 특허분쟁에 대비하고 특허를 경쟁도구로서 활용함으로써 물류산업의 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있는 물류특허정보분류체계를 제시하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 물류특허정보를 분석하고, 분류체계의 기준을 세우며, 새로운 분류체계를 정립하여 물류특허 정보분류체계를 구축하였다. 또한, 물류특허정보 분류체계와 상표분류값의 연계를 도모하여 분석함으로서 물류산업 현장에서의 활용가능성을 보였다. Globally, the importance of intellectual property rights across all industries is growing. Among the various industries, the logistics industry has a very low interest in the patent. The logistics industry has caused a lot of disputes related to patents. Because the area of logistics is a broad from design to production, marketing, distribution, IT(Information technology). However, the reality of our country logistics, only logistics manufacturing, logistics equipment and logistics IT interested in the patent. Therefore, the objective of this study was prepared for future patent dispute, and by leveraging competitive patents as a tool to enhance the competitiveness of the logistics industry can do, according to a patent information classification system logistics section. In this study, an analysis of logistics patent information and logistics, establish standards of classification, a new classification system to establish the logistics patent information classification system. In addition, the value of patent information classification system and trade logistics classification by analyzing by linking the logistics industry in the field of possibilities.
