최근 전력 시스템의 IT화가 본격적으로 진행되면서 전력 설비에 대한 감시를 위해 다양한 기술을 활용하여 감시시스템(monitoring system)을 구축하고자 하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 전력 감시시스템은 전력선로와 설비에 설치되는 다양한 센서 요소로 측정된 데이터를 실시간으로 계측함으로써, 전력 시스템의 상태를 감시하는 것이 목적으로, 다중 센서들이 유/무선 통신망을 이루는 센서 네트워크로 구성된다. 본 논문은 국내 전력 감시시스템에 적용되고 있는 다양한 센서 네트워크의 유무선 통신기술사례에 대해 소개한다.
외국인 유학생을 대상으로 한 태권도 수련의 영향 및 한국어 문화 교육 방안 고찰

본고는 외국인을 대상으로 실시한 태권도 수련의 한국어 교육적 효과를 알아보고 외국어로서의 한국어 교육에서 태권도를 활용한 문화교육의 내용과 방법을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 현재까지 태권도학계에서 외국인을 대상으로 한 수련 효과에 대한 연구 중, 한국어 교육적 효과에 대해서는 논의되지 않았으며, 한국어학계에서도 문화 교육과 관련된 다양한 교육 제재가 논의되었지만 태권도를 활용한 연구는 모색되지 않았다. 이러한 상황에서 현재까지 다루어지지 않은 소재인 태권도를 활용하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 먼저 외국인 유학생을 대상으로 태권도 수련의 한국어 교육적 효과에 대해 조사를 실시한 결과 태권도 수련은 일상생활문화, 성취문화에 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라 한국어 학습에 동기를 유발하고 태권도 용어가 주로 수사, 신체어, 방위사로 구성됨으로 인해 언어문화 학습에도 도움이 됨을 밝혔다. 아울러 태권도 기술 용어에서 사용되는 어휘는 모두 한자어나 외래어가 아닌 고유어로 구성됨을 알 수 있었는데 이를 통해 태권도 고유의 민족 문화성을 확인하였다. 이에 본고는 태권도를 활용한 문화 교육 방안으로 교재 및 시청각 자료를 통한 방법, 문화 수업을 통한 방법을 제시하였으며 더불어 더 효과적인 태권도 문화 교육을 위해 동영상 콘텐츠 개발을 제안하였다. 최근 한국어교육에서 문화 교육의 중요성이 강조되면서 여러 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 한국 고유의 민족성을 지닌 동시에 세계스포츠로 자리매김하며 세계성을 지닌 태권도를 대상으로 한 본 연구가 한국어 문화 교육 활용에 도움이 되기를 기대한다. The objectives of the study were to evaluate the educational effects of Taekwondo training as an approach to teaching Korean culture and Korean as a foreign language to foreigners, and to examine the contents and methods applied. Thus far, there have been no studies on the efficiency of Taekwondo training in Korean language teaching to foreign learners. Although various educational resources related to the cultural education have been discussed in the context of Korean language teaching, the research on incorporating Taekwondo to cultural education has not been studied. Therefore, the significance of this study stems from addressing Korean cultural education through Taekwondo teaching, which thus far has not been examined. The main points of this study are as follows: First, according to results of the survey on the effectiveness of Taekwondo training in Korean language teaching to foreign students, Taekwondo training has a positive effect in daily and cultural life, bringing a sense of fulfillment. Moreover, Taekwondo terminology, which comprises numerals, body parts vocabulary, and localizers, motivates foreigners to learn the Korean language. It was also found that the technical terms used in Taekwondo consist of Korean words that neither originate from Chinese nor are loanwords; thus establishing the unique ethnic Korean Taekwondo culture. Correspondingly, the study outlined the methodology of cultural education by applying Taekwondo via textbooks, audiovisual resources, and in cultural class curricula. It further proposed the incorporation of video content in order to provide a more effective Taekwondo cultural education. As the importance of the cultural element in teaching Korean has been emphasized, a number of studies have been conducted, and it is, therefore, expected that this research on Taekwondo, which reflects Korea’s unique ethnicity, will be utilized in teaching Korean language and culture as Taekwondo has become a global sport.
아파트 리모델링 수직증축 허용에 대응한 서울시 정책방향

The purpose of the study is to identify the major impacts on housing supply and transportation according to the alleviation of floor limitation in apartment remodeling and to present improvement of current policies. Apartment remodeling policy allowing to the alleviating height control(vertical extension) is to allow constructing two to three floors higher than the existing building, increase in the 15 percent of households, and selling out the increasing parts of the apartments. The method is to review impacts on possible infringement of the right of daylight sunshine amount and problems of FAR management according to floor number increase. And, it is to identify parking difficulties and transportation impacts according to the increase in the number of households and cars. It is, then, to identify securing feasibility according to parcel out of the extra apartments. Finally, it is to identify possible number of housing supply reviewing the physical condition of the apartment sites. Its impacts are identified on the first building with 90 percent and more, second and third buildings with 50 percent and more in terms of the infringement of day light amount from remodeling. Thus, it is difficult of the apartments with 3 buildings or less to do vertical extension remodeling. In order to do vertical extension remodeling for the apartments in a district plan with height control, there should be a rest of 15 percent more below legal FAR in the existing sites. Buildings needed structure reinforcement are apartment sites with earthquake-proof design standard, 16 percent and apartment sites falling short of current earthquake-proof design standard, 71 percent respectively. The possible numbers of housing supply, satisfying physical condition and project possibilities are currently 40,964 units and 55,625 units for the future in year 2024 standards. As a result of the transportation environment effect in Seoul due to the increase in the number of vehicles on the roads, it is shown that gross trip distance increases between 0.14 and 2.16% currently and gross trip time, 0.25~3-83% respectively while gross trip distance increases 0.17~3.83% and gross trip time, 0.30~6.31% in 2024. It becomes different in terms of transport effects on road by the increase in household sizes and choice of transport modes. However, the increase in the use of public transit can solve this kind of transport problems. Policy directions are focused on securing citizen safety, solution to the inconvenience of the life, sustainable development, and lengthening the longevity of housing. And policies are improved so as to shift from profitability, to manage considering a life cycle of apartments, to differentiate public supports about vertical extension and repair-type remodeling, and to maintain institutional amendments. Improvements related to the right of daylight sunshine amount are needed to readjust rationally the control of the right and to minimize unqualified buildings due to the applying of the new standard. Parking space is sufficiently secured toward increase in the number of the households, however problems related to the traffic volume in the sites can be solved by inducing public transit usage. Besides, these are recommended to pursue demonstration projects by the public in order for low-cost type remodeling to settle down, to encourage cost savings applying various public supports, to reinforce administrative organization.

Most of the conventional arthroplasty simulators are targeting the hip and knee surgery. Whereas, it didn’t consider about the simulator of reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. In this paper, we propose a prosthesis insertion training simulator for reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. The proposed simulator provides training function to insert prosthesis in a variety of environments based on the humerus, scapula, prosthesis models. In addition it provides function to feedback training results through range of motion on shoulder. Trainee can improve surgical skill of reverse total shoulder arthroplasty by repeatedly performing the provived prosthesis insertion training.
