This study examined the effects of topography and buildings around the automated synoptic observing system (ASOS) on the observation environment of air temperatures and wind speeds and directions using a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model. For this, we selected 10 ASOSs operated by the Korea Meteorological Administration. Based on the data observed at the ASOSs in August during the recent ten years, we established the initial and boundary conditions of the CFD model. We analyzed the temperature observation environment by comparing the temperature change ratios in the case considering the actual land-cover types with those assuming all land-cover types as grassland. The land-cover types around the ASOSs significantly affected the air temperature observation environment. The temperature change ratios were large at the ASOSs around which buildings and roads were dense. On the other hand, when all land covers were assumed as grassland, the temperature change ratios were small. Wind speeds and directions at the ASOSs were also significantly influenced by topography and buildings when their heights were higher or similar to the observation heights. Obstacles even located at a long distance affected the wind observation environments. The results in this study would be utilized for evaluating ASOS observation environments in the relocating or newly organizing steps.
퍼지모형과 GIS를 활용한 기후변화 홍수취약성 평가 -서울시 사례를 중심으로-

The goal of this study is to apply the IPCC(Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) concept of vulnerability to climate change and verify the use of a combination of vulnerability index and fuzzy logic to flood vulnerability analysis and mapping in Seoul using GIS. In order to achieve this goal, this study identified indicators influencing floods based on literature review. We include indicators of exposure to climate(daily max rainfall, days of 80㎜over), sensitivity(slope, geological, average DEM, impermeability layer, topography and drainage), and adaptive capacity(retarding basin and green-infra). Also, this research used fuzzy model for aggregating indicators, and utilized frequency ratio to decide fuzzy membership values. Results show that the number of days of precipitation above 80㎜, the distance from river and impervious surface have comparatively strong influence on flood damage. Furthermore, when precipitation is over 269㎜, areas with scare flood mitigation capacities, industrial land use, elevation of 16∼20m, within 50m distance from rivers are quite vulnerable to floods. Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yongsan-gu, Mapo-gu include comparatively large vulnerable areas. This study improved previous flood vulnerability assessment methodology by adopting fuzzy model. Also, vulnerability map provides meaningful information for decision makers regarding priority areas for implementing flood mitigation policies.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of Umbraulva japonica extract on the hair growth. Treatment with U. Japonica extract significantly increased the proliferation of dermal papilla cells (DPCs), a central regulator of the hair cycle. When isolated rat vibrissa follicles were treated with U. Japonica extract for 21 d, the hair-fiber lengths of the vibrissa follicles increased. When examined the activity of 5α-reductase, which converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a main cause of androgenetic alopecia, U. Japonica extract did not inhibit the 5α-reductase activity. Moreover, we found that the U. Japonica extract also significantly accelerated anagen phase in vivo. These results suggest that the U. Japonica extract has the potential to treat alopecia via the stimulation of anagen phase.
2019 개정 누리과정 실행의 변화와 어려움에 대한 보육교사의 인식

본 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정 실행의 변화와 어려움에 대한 보육교사의 인식을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 어린이집 누리과정 보육교사 303명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 개정 누리과정에 관한 전반적 인식은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 관심도와 교사의 이해도에 대한 인식이 높았으나, 성과에 대한 인식과 어려움 및 부정적 인식은 보통보다 약간 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 개인 배경 변인에 따른 차이는 직장어린이집 교사가 개정 누리과정에 대한 관심도와 성과, 이해도에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났으며 어려움에 대한 인식은 낮게 나타났다. 경력과 연령, 평가제 참여횟수가 많은 교사가 성과와 역량에 대한 인식이 높았으며, 어려움과 부정적 인식은 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 개정 누리과정 실행 후 유아 주도적 놀이가 증가했다는 응답과 함께 코로나 19로 인해 아직 제대로 실행하지 못했다는 의견이 많았으며, 누리과정에 대한 이해 부족과 전문성의 격차로 인해 어려움이 있다고 인식하였다. 이에 개정 누리과정의 실행을 위해 보육현장에 적합한 교사학습 공동체나 컨설팅과 같은 소집단 형태의 구체적인 교사 지원이 제공되어야 한다는 것을 시사 받을 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to determine childcare teachers’ perceptions of the changes and difficulties in regarding implementation of the 2019 National Nuri-Curriculum. To this end, a survey was conducted on 303 childcare teachers and the results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the overall perception of the 2019 Nuri-Curriculum was favorable. Specifically, interest and awareness of the teacher’s competency were high, but recognition of achievements, difficulties, and negative perceptions were slightly higher than average. As for the difference according to individual background variables, workplace-based child-care centers teachers showed high interest, perceptions, achievements, in the 2019 Nuri-Curriculum, and difficulties were low. Older teachers, those with a lot of experience, and those participating in evaluation certification, perceived their achievements and abilities favorably, while their difficulties and negative perceptions were unfavorably. Second, after the application of the 2019 Nuri-Curriculum, the responses indicated that child-led play has increased, althogh it has not yet been properly applied due to COVID 19, and there is a difficulty due to a lack of understanding of the curriculum and a gap in expertise. Therefore, it may be suggested that in order to successfully implement the 2019 Nuri-Curriculum, specific teacher support should be provided in the form of a teacher-learning community or small group assistant, such as consulting.

참돔과 감성돔은 우리나라 주변에 서식하는 고유 어종으로, 참돔의 암컷과 감성돔의 수컷을 이용한 인공수정에 의하여 잡종은 생산되었으나, 자연 상태에서는 이들 간의 잡종이 보고된 바 없다. 이들 두 어종의 암수 및 타 어종을 섞어서 대형 수조에서 사육하는 과정에서 생산된 수정란을 회수하여 부화시켜 육성하는 과정에서 이들 두 종간의 잡종의 형태를 보이는 개체들이 관찰되었다. 임의로 96개체를 선택하여 두 종에 모두 적용할 수 있는 microsatellite marker를 이용하여 유전학적 분석을 실시한 결과 96개체 중 두 종의 혼합된 형태적 특징을 보이는 15개체는 참돔 암컷과 감성돔 수컷 간의 잡종으로 판명되었으며, 나머지 81개체는 감성돔 치어로 확인되었다. 사육수조의 크기가 매우 컸으며 다른 어류들도 함께 들어 있었다는 점과, 이와 같이 유전적으로 구분되는 두 종 간의 잡종이 자연상태와 유사한 환경에서 생산되었다는 점을 고려할 때 본 연구의 결과는 자연 상태에서도 인위적인 영향이나 기후 변화에 의하여 이들의 서식지가 중복될 경우 두 종간의 잡종이 생산될 가능성이 있다는 것을 시사한다. During the storage of these two species in a large conservation tank, fertilized eggs were collected and the offspring were raised. During culturing of the offspring, individuals with mixed characteristics of these two species were observed, and 96 individuals were randomly tested using microsatellite markers applicable to both species. Among the 96 individuals, 15 individuals with mixed morphological characteristics were confirmed to be hybrids showing both of genotypes red seabream and blackhead seabream. Additionally, based on sequence analysis of mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit 1 (mtDNA CO1), 81 showed 99% nucleotide sequence identity to that of black sea bream, and the remaining 15 individuals showed over 99% sequence identity to that of red seabream. So, hybrids were produced by female red seabream and male blackhead seabream. These results suggest that hybrids may form in nature between these two species if their habitats overlap due to the influence of humans or global climate change.
아동인권 관점에서 바라본 국내 아동 성착취 제도 개선 과제

본 논문은 아동 성매매가 아동의 취약한 상황을 이용한 성착취범죄라는 점을 분명히 함으로써, 아동 성매매를 바라보는 관점이 변화될 필요를 확인하며, 아동인권 관점에서 현행 제도의 개선 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 1) 유엔 아동권리협약을 중심으로 아동 성매매에 대한 국제사회의 관점을 살펴보고, 2) 아동 성매매를 규율하는 현행 법・제도 및 대한민국의 아동권리협약 이행을 심의한 유엔 아동권리위원회 최종견해 중 아동 성착취 관련 내용을 제시하였다. 나아가, 3) 실제 사례를 바탕으로, 아동 성착취와 관련된 제도의 실질적인 한계와 구체적인 어려움을 검토하였다. 그 결과, 자발적으로 성매매를 한 경우로 분류된 ‘대상아동・청소년’은 국가의 성폭력지원체계에서 배제되었고, 「소년법」상 소년보호재판을 받는 등 사실상 성매수범죄의 공범으로 인식되고 있었으며, 이러한 국내 제도는 아동인권 보장을 위한 국제사회의 기준에 부합하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 본 논문은 성착취 피해아동의 권리 보장을 위한 국가의 의무이행을 촉구하며, 나아가 보편적 아동인권 실현을 위한 제도적 기반을 마련하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to reaffirm that the child prostitute is a sexual exploitation crime using the vulnerable situation of the child, and to ensure the necessity of paradigm shift in the view of child prostitution. Further this study is to offer recommendations to improve the current system in Korea. In doing so, we first reviewed the International standards on sexual exploitation of children in prostitution. Second, we examined the current legislation and institutional system regulating child prostitution in Korea, and UN CRC committee’s concluding observation from its recent consideration of the Republic of Korea. Finally, we identified limitations and problems under the current legislative system based on case analysis. According to the findings, we concluded that the current Korean system of viewing children as sexual prostitutes according to consent and voluntarism does not fulfill the international standard on the children’s rights, thus child right based approach should be introduced. This study calls on the implementation of the state party’s obligation to ensure the rights of children to be protected in the sexual exploitation, and further contributes to the establishment of an institutional framework for the universal fulfillment in the rights of the child.
수도권 지역 도시대기측정소 PM<sub>2.5</sub>, PM<sub>10</sub>, O<sub>3</sub> 농도의 지리적 분포 특성

In this study, we investigated the relationships between the air quality (PM<sub>2.5</sub>, PM<sub>10</sub>, O<sub>3</sub>) concentrations and local geographical characteristics (terrain heights, building area ratios, population density in 9 km × 9 km gridded subareas) in the Seoul metropolitan area. To analyze the terrain heights and building area ratios, we used the geographic information system data provided by the NGII (National Geographic Information Institute). Also, we used the administrative districts and population provided by KOSIS (Korean Statistical Information Service) to estimate population densities. We analyzed the PM<sub>2.5</sub>, PM<sub>10</sub>, and O<sub>3</sub> concentrations measured at the 146 AQMSs (air quality monitoring system) within the Seoul metropolitan area. The analysis period is from January 2010 to December 2020, and the monthly concentrations were calculated by averaging the hourly concentrations. The terrain is high in the northern and eastern parts of Gyeonggi-do and low near the west coastline. The distributions of building area ratios and population densities were similar to each other. During the analysis period, the monthly PM<sub>2.5</sub> and PM<sub>10</sub> concentrations at 146 AQMSs were high from January to March. The O<sub>3</sub> concentrations were high from April to June. The population densities were negatively correlated with PM<sub>2.5</sub>, PM<sub>10</sub>, and O<sub>3</sub> concentrations (weakly with PM<sub>2.5</sub> and PM<sub>10</sub> but strongly with O<sub>3</sub>). On the other hand, the AQMS heights showed no significant correlation with the pollutant concentrations, implying that further studies on the relationship between terrain heights and pollutant concentrations should be accompanied.
