THE PROPERLY SUPPORTED GENERALIZED PSEUDO DIFFERENTIAL OPERATORS

In this paper, we extend the concept of the pseudo di®erential operators in the usual Schwartz's distribution spaces to the one of the generalized pseudo di®erential operators in the Beurl- ing's generalized distribution spaces. And we shall investigate some properties of the generalized pseudo di®erential operators including the generalized pseudo local property. Finally, we will study the smoothness and properly supported property of these operators.
On the generalized boundary and thickness

We introduced the concepts of the generalized accumulation points and the generalized density of a subset of the Euclidean space in [1] and [2]. Using those concepts, we introduce the concepts of the generalized closure, the generalized interior, the generalized exterior and the generalized boundary of a subset and investigate some properties of these sets. The generalized boundary of a subset is closely related to the classical boundary. Finally, we also introduce and study a concept of the thickness of a subset.

We introduced the concept of the $\epsilon_{0}-$density and the $\epsilon_{0}-$dense ace in [1]. This concept is related to the structure of employment. In addition to the double capacity theorem which was introduced in [1], we need the minimal dense subset. In this paper, we investigate a concept of the minimal $\epsilon_{0}-$ dense subset in the Euclidean $m$ dimensional space.
On the generalized Banach spaces

For any non-negative real number $\epsilon_{0}$, we shall introduce a concept of the $\epsilon_{0}$-Cauchy sequence in a normed linear space $V$ and also introduce a concept of the $\epsilon_{0}$-completeness in those spaces. Finally we introduce a concept of the generalized Banach spaces with these concepts.

The subacute oral toxicity of 1-(4-methylpiperazinyl)-3- phenylisoquinoline (CWJ-a-5) was investigated in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. Five groups of 5 males and 5 females were orally administered at doses of 0, 37.5, 75, 150 and 200 mg/kg with CWJ-a-5 for 2 weeks. In clinical signs, Salivation was observed in the 75, 150 and 300 mg/kg male and female groups. Loss of fur was observed in the 300 mg/kg male and female group. Body weight were significantly decreased in the 150 and 300 mg/kg male groups and in the 300 mg/kg female group. Food consumption was significantly decreased in the 300 mg/kg male group. In serum biochemistry, total cholesterol and phospholipid were significantly increased in 300 mg/kg male and female group. Aspartate aminotransferase was significantly increased in the 300 mg/kg female group. In histopathological examination, vacuolar degeneration of renal tubules in the kidney, vacuolar degeneration of hepatocytes in the liver, vacuolar degeneration of myocytes in the heart, vacuolar degeneration of histiocytes in the spleen and thymus, atrophy of seminiferous tubule and degeneration of germinal epithelium in the testis, vacuolar degeneration of corpus luteum, granulosa cell and theca cell in the ovary were observed in the 150 and 300 mg/kg male and female groups. Based on these results, the no observed adverse effect lever (NOAEL) with CWJ-a-5 was considered to be 75 mg/kg and the absolute toxic dose was considered to be 150 mg/kg in this study
New Zealand White 토끼의 신아세포종(Nephroblastoma) 자연발생례

A round, milkish white mass, approximately $4{\times}4{\times}5cm$ in size was found at the cranial part of the left kidney from a New Zealand White rabbit which was used as an untreated control animal in the safety evaluation test in the Toxicology Research Center, Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology. The mass was lobulated and encapsulated. The cut surface revealed several round well-circumscribed lobules which were 0.5-3cm in diameter. No metastasis was observed. The microscopic features consisted of blastema and epithelial structures at variable stages of differentiation including primitive tubules, ducts, glomeruloid bodies. Normal mesenchymal cells were distributed among them. A diagnosis of nephroblastoma was made on the basis of the gross and microscopic features.
