Recently, The business environment is very rapidly changed and complicated. Therefore, the companies are confront with the biggest difficulty. To overcome this difficulty, the management should be able to accomplish the human resources management and the efficient business management. KR(Korea Railroad) has a close association with national life as it carries out public works based on its public nature as well as purses the corporate spirit. For that reason, KR has a great spin-off on national economy and exerts a tremendous impact on the improvement of productivity around the industries and the international competitiveness at aspect of efficiency resulting from business rationalization. Railroad system can be described as organic. Railroad Experts take a great role in this system. According the psychology and the Organization Behavior, the decision maker's personality and employee' work satisfaction have influence on performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the Railroad Experts' Personality and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.

해외 도시철도 O&M 사업의 민간참여 방향제시 및 활성화 방안

국내철도 O&M시장의 성장 및 발전의 일취월장에 따라, 이를 통한 축적된 노하우와 인적자원을 바탕으로 해외철도시장 진출에 지속적인 도전을 하고 있음에도 불구하고 해외철도사업 수주는 현재 전무한 실정이다. 당면과제인 해외철도시장의 활발한 진출을 위하여는 전제조건으로 Value chain, 즉 투자유치, 설계, 시공, 시운전, O&M 등에 대한 Total Package System이 구축되어야 하며, O&M분야에 대한 경쟁력 확보를 위한 체계적 시스템이 반드시 마련되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 도시철도 O&M사업 분석을 통해 해외 O&M 사업의 기본방향을 제시하고, O&M사업의 접근방법으로 핵심가치 및 운영사업 Mechanism, 운영조직구성 및 수행형태, 운영업무별 특성 분석 등을 통해 해외 O&M 사업의 활성화 방안을 제시하여 해외철도 사업 진출의 가능성을 높일 수 있는 기반을 조성하고자 한다. Our domestic railroads O&M market has been dramatically improved and developed. Using our accumulated knowledge and human capital from the experience, we have been trying to break into international market. Even with ongoing effort to accomplish this mission, so far, the result has been close to failed to attract international participants. In order to attract and compete with international market participants, Total Package System for the Value Chain (Investment, design, initial operation, and O&M) must to be established. As a solution to the challenges we faced, this research will analyze the domestic O&M business to set the initial directional guidance to increase the probability to success in international market.

To evaluate the effect of stress on immunological functions, lymphocyte subpopulation measure by flow cytometry technique, lymphocyte stimulation test using Con A and PHA, and the NK cell activity measure were performed on 12 medical students during test and vacation periods. The results were as follows : 1. The scores of GARS, SAS and SDS were significantly increased during test compared to the vacation periods (P<0.001). 2. There were no differences in the absolute numbers and percentages of the total lymphocyte, B-cell, T-cell, T-cell subset and NK cell between the test and vacation periods. 3. NK cell activities were significantly decreased during the test periods compared to the vacation periods (P<0.001 or P<0.01). 4. Lymphocyte proliferation response by PHA was significantly decreased during test periods compared to the vacation periods (P<0.05). 5. There were no significant correlations between the amount of increase in stress and the amount of decrease in NK cell activity or lymphocyte proliferation response.

To strengthen the competitiveness of agricultural sector of the Korea, the direction of market trends on agriculture of the Malaysia was reviewed. The most dominating agricultural area in value is palm oil products, and forest products, sea products poultry products and rubber products is in order. The cultivated area of highest two top plants, oil palm and rubber, was about 4.4 million hectares in 2005, but it is decreasing year by year. Comparatively, rice field, pine apple and fruits tree cultivating area is increasing in tendency by the year. Among all the agricultural products, those items such as pork meat, poultry, egg were self-sufficient, rice, fruits, vegetables and sea products were about 70 to 80% self-sufficient, and beef meat, goat meat and milk were below 20% self-sufficient. Most of the grains, such as wheat, rice, barley, corn etc. and their processed food were imported. Also, temperate fruits such as apple, pear, and water cultivated as well as sprouting vegetables are imported. Ornamental products as cutting flowers and orchids are exported to mainly to the Singapore, but high quality temperate fruits and vegetables are imported from Australia. Oil palm exportation covers the balance of the other items imported and obtaining the foreign money as well in Malaysia.

최근 공기업의 부채는 그 규모와 속도가 급하게 증가하고 있으며, 이로 인하여 공기업뿐만 아니라 국가의 재무건전성에 부정적인 영향을 미쳐 종국엔 나라의 경제위기를 심화시킬 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 이와 같이 공기업의 부채가 심각한 문제가 되고 있어 공기업의 부채를 절감하기 위한 노력으로 정부는 공기업을 포함한 공공기관의 부채를 관리하기 위하여 대책의 일환으로 부채를 발생 원인 별로 구분하여 부채의 발생원인을 파악하고 부채관리를 효과적으로 하고자 하는 구분회계제도를 도입하였다. 구분회계제도는 공기업의 부채관리뿐만 아니라 제품원가산정, 사업별 성과평가와 경영효율성 평가에 도움을 줄 것으로 생각한다. 이에 구분회계제도와 공기업인 한국철도공사의 구분회계제도에 대한 연구를 하였다. Recently, debts of public enterprises have been grown its proportion rapidly. This impedes not only public enterprises themselves but also financial soundness of its nation so that intensifies domestic economic crisis. To lessen its debts, government adopt The Separate Accounting System to manage debts of public enterprise by tracing each debt" cause. The Separate Accounting System will help not only debt management but also product costing, evaluation of divisional profit and efficiency of management. This study aims to analyze The Separate Accounting System and The Separate Accounting System of Korea Railroad Corporation.

무선 XML 데이터 방송을 위한 에너지 효율적인 스트리밍 기법

본 논문에서는 무선 환경에서 서버가 다수의 클라이언트에게 무선 방송기법을 통해 XML 데이터를 효율적으로 스트리밍하기 위한 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 원본 XML 문서의 불필요한 중복(닫는 태그)을 없애 전송되는 문서를 손실 없이 압축하여 접근 시간을 향상시킨다. 또한 XML의 질의가 경로로 나타내어지는 특징을 이용하여 별도의 색인을 두지 않고, 스트림 내에서 데이터 자체를 트리형태로 구성하여 색인의 역할을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 마지막으로, 제안하는 기법을 검증하기 위해 무선 방송을 가정한 파일 스트림을 만들고 클라이언트 모듈을 통해 파일 스트림을 XML 데이터로 복구하는 과정을 설계 및 구현하고, 여러 질의문을 이용하여 원형 XML 파일을 스트리밍 했을 경우와의 성능 차이를 비교한다. In this paper we propose a streaming method for wireless broadcasting XML data with which mobile clients can access the data in an energy-efficient way. The proposed method eliminates the closing tags for reducing XML data size, which improves the access time. Also, XML data are structured in a tree style which plays a role of index on the stream. We implemented the proposed method in a file-based simulation environments and compared it with a naive method - streaming of original XML documents.

자운영(紫雲英)(Astragalus sinicus L.) 종자(種字)의 발아(發芽)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

This experiment was conducted to improve the germination when we sowed Chinese milk vetch (Astragalus sinicus L. Local vas. Jinjoo) in the up-land.. The results are summerized as follows 1. There is no difference on the germination of Chinese milk vetch from $15^{\circ}C$ to $35^{\circ}C$. Germination ratio is 7l%, speed is 60% and mean of germinating day. is about 4. But at $10^{\circ}C$ germination ratio and speed are decreased as 65%, 8% but mean of germinating day is increased as 8. 2. Chemicals used for improve of germination $KNO_3$, $H_2SO_4$, HCl, NaOCl, NaOH and GA were increased about 6~8% of germination ratio. 3. Germination in response to soil covering up depth, surface sowing showed 68% of germination and not more than 4cm the seed is germinated 60% but not less than 6cm, germination ratio is not more than 50%. 4. Soil water content needed in the germination is proper about 70~80% of field water capacity and the ratio is 65% but not. more than 40% germination ratio is not more than 31%. 5. Germination in response to seed treatment (1 day sbsorption /1 day dry) germination ratio is not decreased when it treated 2 times but not less than 3 times it decreased seriously and not less that: 5 times it decreased not more than 31%. 6. Germination in response to seed largement, small seed is not good for germination, so seeds harvested after the majority of the seed is ripened.

For that reason, KNR has a great spin-off on national economy and exerts a tremendous impact on the improvement of productivity around the industries and the international competitiveness at aspect of efficiency resulting from business rationalization. Railroad system can be described as organic. Engine drivers take a great role in this system. According the psychology and the Organization Behavior, the decision maker's attitude and employee' work satisfaction have influence on performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the engine drivers' Attitude and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.
