Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods. But and if that evil sevant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming. And shall begin to smite his fellowservcants, and to eat and drink with the drunken ; The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The testing methods to assure the reliability of hardware have been a great evoluation during the last decade. But unlike hardware testing methods, software testing methods are very primitive. This paper prepares the scanning algorithm to make the first word into TOKEN in each line of source program and tries to implement this algorithm with FORTRAN language. Program testing tool should assure the reliability of source program and should be able to increase the error detection capability of program test. Since the results from implementing the scanning algorithm coded with FORTRAN language are exact. This algorithm can assure the reliability of source program.

Being well known that smoking is harmful, the smoking population is steadily increasing among the younger generation, according the kelevant reports. Here the author tried to figure out the pattern and measure the situation of the students smoking population in the Kyoung Gi national Open University in order to get a quide of cutting down of the scale of smoking and smoking victims. The author made out an instruments of questions asking 15 points and distributed them to 506 students (449 boy students and 57 girl students). The results are as below: 1. The smoking student population is 66.2%; ○ Most of boy students originated their smoking from the High School days and most of girl students with their University lives. ○ Most students smoke 10 pieces a day. ○ Most students attribute their smoking to their own refreshing. 2. Most students recognize the harm of smoking. 3. More than 55.14% of students hope to quit smoking. 4. Most students agree with the opinion of launching an anti-smoking campaign. The warning on the cigarette case seems not to play its role enough and it suggests that there should be taken some more rigorous and active movement for the prohibition of smoking.
