      • 집단미술치료 프로그램이 중학생의 자기표현력과 사회성에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 집단미술치료 프로그램이 중학생들의 자기표현력과 사회성을 어느 정도 향상시키는지 알아보기 위해서 수행되었다. 연구대상은 프로그램을 투입받은 12명의 중학교 1학년 학생들이며, 17명의 중학교 2학년 학생들이 통제집단으로 참여하였다. 집단미술치료 프로그램은 주1회 90분씩 총 12회에 걸쳐 투입되었다. 자기표현력과 사회성을 측정하기 위한 검사를 사전, 사후검사로 실시하고 수집된 자료는 반복측정 설계에 따른 사전-사후검사 차이검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 실험집단의 자기표현력 및 사회성점수가 의의있게 향상되었고, 통제집단에서는 의의없는 것으로 분석되었으며, 이로한 실험집단에서의 점수 향상은 설정된 하위변인 모두에서 일관적인 현상으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 선행연구와 일치되는 것으로 논의되었이며, 몇 가지 후속연구가 필요하다는 것이 제안되었다. The purpose of this study is to conform which Group Art Therapy(GAT) program have influences on the improvement of the self expression and sociality or not. For answering these questions, theories of GAT, self-expression, and sociality were investigated, and hypotheses were set up: The experimental group received GAT program have significantly higher gain score than control group have. Self Expression Inventory and Sociality Inventory were used to measure the dependent variables. GAT program modified and adjusted for middle school students was used for the independent variable. The data were analysed through t test (repeated measurement) with SPSS/WIN 10.0. The results of these tests are as follows: First, GAT program have positive influences on the improvement of the self expression. Students who took part in the program used the various material and made a invention, so they had the feeling of achievement and self-confidence. This was why they had the better self-expression. In addition, students showed the improvement on subvariables of self-expression ― contents spoken, vocal, nonlanguage. Second, GAT program have positive influence on improvement of sociality. During group activities, students showed concern and regard to other students. They also asked help and agreement to their members. They respected and supported other members, too. The program of GAT program improve all the subvariables of sociality ― cooperation, law-abiding, sociality, and independence. In conclusion, GAT program have positive influences on the self-expression and socialities in middle school students.

        미국법상 계약위반에 관한 연구

        There are considerable similarities between Korean contract law and U.S. contract law. By way of example, the both laws have a key concept of non-performance in their breach of contract systems. This situation helps lawyers of a country to understand the basics of the breach system of another country without elaborating. It is necessary, however, for the lawyers of both countries to pay special attention to so-called prima facie similarity. It means that a concept looks like similar at first glance but is different in detail. The concept of non-performance is a typical example. Korean contract law generally uses the concept of non-performance. By comparison, U.S. contract law uses the concept of breach, but it is quite frequently using the breach mixed with the non-performance. The classification of non-performance or breach can be a another typical example. Korean contract law puts emphasis on the classification of non-performance into the impracticability, the delay, and the 3rd type. U.S. contract law, by comparison, puts emphasis on the classification of breach into the material breach and the trivial breach. Those kind of seemingly minor differences are often enough lead to big differences both in legal theory and in legal practice. For example, U.S. contract law is frequently using the rule of condition in the case of non-performance, while Korean contract law is not. For another example, U.S. civil court generally gives the right of termination of contract to a injured by reason of material breach, while Korean civil court does not and does on a case by case basis.

        영어 학술어휘의 명시적 지도와 암시적 지도의 효과 비교

        The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of the explicit and implicit teaching methods in relation to the instruction of English academic vocabulary in liberal arts at the university level. For this study, two classes were divided into an experimental group (explicit instruction) and a comparative group (implicit instruction). For the 16-week experimental period, quantitative data were collected from academic vocabulary tests and mid/final exams, and qualitative data were collected via interviews with students and the comments on the course evaluation. As a result of applying two different methods of vocabulary instruction, it was found that the teaching method and the learning period were simultaneously involved in the variables that interfere with the effect of vocabulary learning. Another area that the teaching method affects is the area related to grasping power, and here too, an important difference was found between the knowledge area of ​​academic vocabulary and the area of ​​application of academic vocabulary. It could be observed that the effect of increasing awareness and imprinting on the vocabulary brought about by the explicit vocabulary instruction has a distinct difference in the effect in the context of using the corresponding vocabulary rather than in the case of seeing and understanding academic vocabulary even after a period of time has elapsed. .

        洛陽外國語大學初級韓國語敎材是由張光軍敎授和林亨栽敎授共同主編的『標准韓國語敎程』(第一冊), 該敎材于2006年上半年由遼寧民族出版社正式出版。 本文認爲該敎材的詞匯、語法、語音編寫得科學、合理, 有創意, 其內容實用性强, 使用該敎材能提高學習效率。 最后指出了敎材需改進的地方。

      • Binary vector pGA 748로의 Flavonoid 3-Hydroxylase유전자의 subcloning

        Flavonoid는 모든 고등식물의 2차 대사물질로 발견되었고, 식물과 미생물간의 상호작용, 수분을 유도하는 색소로써의 작용, phytoalexins로써의 작용과 같은 다양하고 중요한 기능을 가지고 있다. 또한 flavonoid는 anthocyanin의 전구체로 꽃잎이나 종자와 같은 식물체의 일부분에서 색깔의 차이를 보이기도 한다. Flavonoid 3-Hydroxylase(F3H)는 flavonoid의 대사작용에서 초기 단계에서 촉매역할을 하고, 식물체내에서 다양한 화색을 나타내는 유전물질의 생성에 관여하는 중요한 효소이다. 본 실험에서는 F3H 유전자(1.8kb)를 binary vector인 pGA748(11.7kb)로 cloning하는 과정을 수행하였다.
