경찰공무원의 스포츠참여가 대인관계 유능성, 자기수용, 공감능력에 미치는 영향

Sports activities not only satisfy human physiological, psychological and social needs and values, but also have a close relationship to the quality of life by serving as a means of providing enjoyment and happy life opportunities in everyday life. Therefore, in this study, sports activities were analyzed by analyzing how sports participation activities of police officers, who need to pay more attention to stress relief and health and fitness management, are related to interpersonal competency, self-acceptance, and empathy ability. This is to enhance the positive effect through and to emphasize the importance of improving conditions and participation in sports for police officers to perform their jobs better. As a result of the analysis of the research, it was found that the participation of police officers in sports activities had a significant positive effect on interpersonal competence, self-acceptance, and empathy ability. It can be seen that this has a great influence on the ability of interpersonal relations, self-acceptance and empathy ability when conducting various civil affairs and individual duties of police officers currently participating in sports activities. Therefore, it is considered that an institutional mechanism to organize and activate sports clubs within the police as well as to encourage participation in individual sports should be prepared. 스포츠 활동은 인간의 생리적․심리적․사회적 요구와 가치를 충족시킬 뿐 아니라 일상 속에서 즐거움과 행복한 삶의 기회를 제공해 주는 역할을 함으로써 삶의 질에 밀접한 관계를 지니게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 각종 스트레스 해소와 건강 및 체력관리에 더욱 더 신경을 써야하는 일선 경찰공무원들의 스포츠참여 활동이 대인관계 유능성, 자기수용, 공감능력 요인과 어떠한 관계가 있는지에 대해 분석하여 스포츠 활동을 통한 긍정적인 효과를 증진시키고 경찰공무원의 더 나은 업무수행을 위한 여건개선 및 스포츠 참여의 중요성을 부각시키는데 그 의미룰 두고 있다. 분석결과 경찰공무원의 스포츠 활동 참가는 대인관계 유능성, 자기수용, 공감능력에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 이는 현재 스포츠 활동에 참여하고 있는 경찰공무원 개인별 대민업무 및 각종 업무 수행시 대인관계 유능성과 자기수용, 공감능력에 많은 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 개인적인 스포츠 참여 독려 뿐만 아니라 경찰내부에서도 스포츠 동호회를 조직하여 활성화 할 수 있는 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 할 것으로 여겨진다.

해외건설 부문의 사회공헌활동(CSR) 활성화 방안 연구

This study attempts to analyze vitalizing CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) in the overseas construction sector. Construction industry seems to have low level of recognition for CSR. Because of its site-oriented characteristics, construction industry has faced serious problems in post management of CSR. In order to further strengthen CSR, especially for medium and small construction firms, in the overseas construction market, this study tries to classify CSR activities, such as education, sanitation, public welfare, and disaster aid. For education, technical education is important and ex post facto management as well as construction are emphasized. For sanitation, constructing basic infrastructure and transferring operating techniques are important. For public welfare, constructing common workshop, road, facilities for electricity and underground water are emphasized. Second, for keeping up effects of CSR, it is required to develop a post management system. Third, it is significant to make collaborating model with NGO or INGO. Also, public-private partnership related with public support or on-site network and partnership with international institutes such as UN & Multilateral Development Banks are important. Fourth, it is required to establish enterprise-wide promotion system for CSR. Finally, construction firms have to do more social works of CSR applying the characteristics of the construction industry. 우리 건설기업의 주된 해외시장은 아시아, 아프리카 지역 등으로 이들은 BOP시장으로 사회적 공헌활동이 더욱 강조된다. 그러나 건설업은 CSR에 대한 인지도가 매우 낮고, 현장 중심으로 활동이 이루어지는 특성상 사회공헌활동에 대한 사후관리가 취약하다는 문제가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 건설기업의 해외진출 시 사회공헌활동 활성화 방안을 모색해보았다. 첫째, 사회공헌활동에 익숙하지 않은 중소건설기업 등을 위해 해외건설에서 가능한 글로벌 사회공헌활동 유형을 교육, 보건 · 위생, 공공복지 · 인프라, 재난구호 등으로 구분하여 도출해보았다. 교육에서는 현지 기술교육 등이 중요하며 단순한 시설지원에서 나아가 교육 사후관리가 중요하다. 보건 · 위생 부문에서는 수질개선 인프라 구축 등 건설업 특성을 살린 기초인프라 구축 및 운영기술 전수가 중요하다. 공공복지 부문에서는 마을 공동작업장 구축, 마을 진입로 개설, 전기 · 지하수 개발 등의 사업이 있다. 재난구호 부문에서는 건설업의 노하우를 활용하고 피해 현장에 적합한 복구장비 · 물자 등을 재난구호단체들과 연계 지원하는 사업을 제시하였다. 둘째, 사후관리 보완 프로그램 개발 등을 통해 사회공헌활동의 효과를 지속시켜야 한다. 셋째, 유지관리의 한계를 극복하려면 NGO, INGO 등과의 협력 모델이 반드시 필요하다. 아울러 공공지원 프로그램이나 현지 네트워크 등을 연계한 민관협력 모델을 잘 활용해야 한다. 나아가 UN 등 국제기구 및 관련 단체와의 파트너십을 활성화해야 한다. 넷째, 글로벌 CSR에 대한 전사적 추진체계를 구축해야 하고 경영진의 인식 제고가 필요하다. CSR 효과에 대한 분명한 피드백도 중요하다. 마지막으로 건설업의 특성을 적극 활용해야 한다. 건설 현장의 장비나 물자를 적절히 활용하면 지역사회에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

어반아트리움은 복합상업·업무·문화기능 등을 가진 중심 활동축으로서 행정중심복합도시 CBD내의 주요거점공간을 연결하는 주요보행 축이며 입체적 공간 개념을 고려한 개성 있는 가로경관과 수공간 등을 테마로 조성되었다. 도시의 다양한 활동을 수용할 수 있는 공간이나 다른 상업용지별 개발방안과 비슷함에 따라 상호차별성이 부족하므로 차별화된 특화방안이 요구된다. 이에 상업·업무 중심지역인 어반아트리움 일대를 이용객들에게 보다 안전한 보행환경 제공 및 지역경제 활성화를 위해 BRT도로와 간선도로로부터 연계되는 특화가로거리로 조성하고 세종상징광장과 세종중앙공원을 연결하여 상호 차별성을 가질 수 있도록 하며 녹지축의 구축과 보행의 활성화를 도모할 수 있도록 한다.

This study conducted a survey and evaluation on ‘The 2021 Jeju World Natural Heritage Festival’ with a framework of various stakeholders related to festivals. While aiming for the essential context of the celebration, we tried to find suggestions to ensure the continuity of the celebration and the designation of the World Natural Heritage. As a methodology, surveys and interview surveys were conducted in parallel with the framework of multifaceted evaluation. To summarize the important contents presented as policy suggestions, first, it is necessary to expand the concept of ' encounter with hidden nature' from the positivity of the concept of 'encounter with hidden nature' to have fellowship with mankind about natural heritage. For reference to this, efforts should be made to secure the continuity of the designation of World Natural Heritage through a contextual approach using the frame of 'encounter'. Second, since the participation of experts can help in many ways, it is necessary to encourage many experts to participate as a staff or activist. Third, it is necessary to sublimate Jeju's natural heritage into a public celebration without damaging it. Finally, it should be a festival centered on local communities and local residents. It is necessary to actively seek a system in which the World Natural Heritage Village Preservation Association, which will be created (tentative name), will be centered and promoted by the villagers
