      • Strain-Anneal법을 이용한 Stainless Steel의 단결정제조에 관한 연구

        Growing of stainless steels single crystal with the strain-anneal method using an electron beam :one heating apparatus was studied. The diameter of stainless steels rods of 316, 310s, 304 in AISI specifications was reduced from 10mm to 7mm by swanging. Tensile strain of 3% and 6% have been applied after recrystallization treatment at 800℃ for 1 hr of the swaged rods. One set of spccimens were heated at 1350℃ for 100 hrs using electric resistance heating furnace. The other set of specimens were heated at 1350℃ with the EBZH apparatus with electron beam gun traverse speeds of 0.06mm/min and 0.17 mm/min. As an experimental result, it was found that single crystal was not grown due to the insufficient recrystallization treatment and small amount of cold working. However, the strain-anneal method was effective in grain growth and it was better for growth with slower electron beam gun traverse speed.

      • 슬관절부 골절에 대한 임상적 고찰

        The knee joint is the largest weight bearing joint. As the fractures of Knee joint in volve the articular surface and the surrounding soft tissues, permanent disabilities such as deformities, joint stiffness, instability and post-traumatic arthritis may ensue following treatment. Many authors have recommended various methods of treatment for these fractures. Recently, however, a trend toward internal fixation has become evident and good results have been reported by several authors. This study is to present 40 cases of knee joint fractures which were treated at Asan Medical Center from May 1989 to April 19992. The results were as follows ; 1. The causes of injury were traffic accident(60%), fall down(12.5%), slip down(12.5%) and sports injury(10%). 2. There were 23cases in 22 males and 17 females in series and average was 46.8 years ranging from 19 years to 82 years. 3. In femoral condylar fractures, the most frequent type was C2(8 cases ; 42.2%) and in tibial condylar fractures, B1(7 vases ; 35.5%) by the A.O. classification. 4. 7 Cases were treated by conservative method 32 cases by operative method and 1 cases by amputation. 5. Satisfactory results were obtained 73.3% in femoral condylar fractures and 88.2% in tibial condylar fractures by operative treatment. We concluded that satisfactory results were obtained from operative treatment with procedures of anatomical reduction, rigid fixation and early joint motion.

      • 족관절 골절의 임상적 고찰

        The ankle joint is a modified complex hinge joint which plays an important role in weight bearing, walking and standing. So, the goals of treatment of ankle fracture are anatomical positioning of the talus in the mortise and regaining a smooth articular surface. The Lauge-Hansen classification of ankle fracture is useful because it characterized the mechanism and sequence of injury and in particular, emphasizes the associated ligamentous injuries. But, it is more complex and all fractures do not conform exactly to one of the described pattern. The Danis-Weber classification of ankle fracture is simpler, emphasized the importance of the lateral side of the ankle, and is usuful in planning surgical treatment. Initially this system did not distinguish the extent of involvement and was too inclusive. The problem has been addressed in the AO classification. The system proposed by Tile is easy to remember and emphasized the importance of assessing and relating stability to the structures that are injured. We analyzed 124 cases of ankle fracture, most of which were treated surgically by AO methods, in the Orthopedic Department, University of Ulsan Medical College, Asan Medical Center from July 1989 to March 1992. The results obtained from this study were as follows : 1. The most common victim was 3rd-5th decade's man. 2. The most common type of Danis-Weber classification was type C(36.3%) and most common type of AO classification was type C1(15.3%), C2(15.3%). According to the classification of Lauge-Hansen, the most common type was pronation-external rotation (42.7%). 3. In Danis-Weber type B and C, satisfactory results were obtained by operative treatment. 4. Danis-Weber's classification and A-O classification were very practical criteria for treatment of the ankle fracture.

      • 객체 지향 데이타 모델에서 중첩 장기 트랜잭션 환경에 관한 연구

        The traditional transaction concept is very useful because it hides the effects of failures and concurrent processing from the programmer. It has been very effective in areas such as airline reservations, car rentals and electronic funds transfer. Transactions for these applications are generally simple, and are characterized by short duration in the sense that they will generally finish within minutes(most probably within seconds). Recently however, there has been widespread use of databases in advanced (non-traditional) applications. It has been found that the traditional transaction concept has limited applicability in many of these in advanced applications. For example, in CAD/CAM, office automation, publication environments and software development environments, transactions are usually very complex, needs to acess many data items and reside in the system for a long duration. Transactions of this kind are usually called long-lived transactions In this paper, we first review three model of advanced transaction, that is long duration transaction, nested transaction, cooperative transaction. And, we review a model of CAD transactions which allows a group of cooperating designers to arrive at a complex design without being forced to wait over a long duration, and which also allows a group of designers to collaborate on a design with another group by assigning subtasks.

        지능형 굴삭 시스템의 버킷 끝단 위치제어에 관한 연구

        For the bucket tip position control of the excavator, a traditional hydraulic excavator system was exchanged into an electro-hydraulic one. EPPR valves are attached to the traditional Mev and hydraulic joysticks are replaced by electronic ones to develop the electro-hydraulic system. To control the electronic pump with a good performance, the control logic for the pump is deduced from the AMESim simulation and the experimental method on the test bench. To get a good position control performance of the excavator bucket tip, PI+AntiWindup controller is selected as a position controller. The experimental results showed the good controllability for the electro-hydraulic excavator system on the test bench.

      • 컴퓨터에 의한 시뮤레이션 응용연구

        This paper presents one applicaion of computer simulation and modeling techniques: a new methodology for planning and optimizing laboratories, and for benefit/cost analysis, which is based on basic systems analysis and modelling of different type laboratories. Among various variables which affect the system, number of analyzing channels were chosen for the initial experimentation. The model was written and simulated in a simulation language "SIMULA". It was found that there are optimum allocations of analyzing channels for better performance of the laboratories. The simulation model will be particulary useful in the continuing planning process, when further extensions and modifications of the structure are evaluated.

      • 입시 업무 전산화에 관한 연구

        With the change of University Entrance Examination Processing, the study developed a new University Entrance Examination Data Processing Systems which will be implemented in the following year. The study covers detailed systems analysis and design of processing systems. The total of 74 different processing programs were developed and actually implemented with satisfactory result.
