입수 충격 수중 순간 소음에 대한 실험적 연구

본 연구에서는 입수 충격에 의한 수중 순간 소음을 연구하기 위해, 황해에서 발사대를 이용하여 해상 실험을 진행하였다. 해상시험선인 청해호 우현상에서 발사대를 이용하여 실린더 몸체를 수직으로 발사하였으며, 이때 발생하는 소음을 하이드로폰으로 측정하였다. 실험에서는 원통형, 원뿔형, 반구형 두부 형상을 가진 3가지 종류의 실린더 몸체가 사용되었다. 측정된 신호는 시간적으로 확연하게 구분되어 3단계로 전시되었다 : (1) 초기 충돌 및 물체 진동단계, (2) 개방 공동 유동 단계, (3) 공동 붕괴 및 거품 진동 단계. 대부분의 경우, 거품 진동 단계의 파형이 초기 충돌 및 물체 진동 단계에 비해 우세하게 나타났다. 공동이 붕괴되기 시작하는 핀치 오프 시간은 0.18 ~ 0.2 s에 발생하였으며, 평균 거품 지속 시간은 0.9 ~ 1.3 s로 지속되었다. 입수 충격 소음은 100 Hz 이하의 대역에서 에너지가 집중되어 있었으며, 생성되는 소음은 두부 형상, 물체 질량, 발사 속도에 의해 영향을 받았다. 결과적으로, 거품 주파수에서 에너지 스펙트럼 밀도의 크기는 원통형, 원뿔형, 반구형 순으로 나타났으며, 동일 입수체에 대해서는 초기 에너지가 클수록 거품 주파수에서 에너지 스펙트럼 밀도가 크게 나타났다. 최종적으로, 버블이 폭발하는 물리적 현상을 기반으로 모의된 신호와 계측 값간 비교 결과 만족스러운 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. To study the water-entry impact noise, on-board experiment using a small launcher firing various objects was performed in the Yellow Sea. As the launcher fires a cylindrical object from the ship vertically, generated noise is measured with a hydrophone on the starboard of Chung-hae, Marine surveyor. Three types of cylindrical objects, which have noses of flat-faced, conical, and hemisphere, were used during the experiment. The measured noise exhibits a time-dependency which can be divided into three phases: (1) initial impact phase, (2) open cavity flow phase, (3) cavity collapse and bubble oscillation phase. In most cases, the waveform of bubble oscillation phase is dominant rather than that of initial impact phase. Pinch-off time, where a cavity begins to collapse, occurs at 0.18 ~ 0.2 second and the average lasting time of bubble was 0.9 ~ 1.3 second. The energy of water-entry impact noise is focused in the frequency region lower than 100 Hz, and the generated noise is influenced by the nose shapes, object mass, and launching velocity. As a result, energy spectral density on the bubble frequency is higher in the order of flat-faced, conical, hemisphere nose, and the increase of initial energy raises the energy spectral density on the bubble frequency in the cylinder body of same shape. Finally, we compare the measurements with the simulated signals and spectrum based on the bubble explosion physics, and obtain satisfactory agreements between them.

지방소멸대응을 위한 지방자치단체의 자주재정권의 보장

2023년 합계출산율 0.72명은 인구감소시대가 고착화되었다는 것을 의미하며, 이것은 동시에 수도권 집중 현상과 결합하여 지방소멸의 위험을 가속화시키고 있다. 지방소멸의 위험은 지방재정 분야에도 심각한 악영향을 미치게 되는데, 결국 지방재정의 위기로 연결된다. 지방소멸대응을 위해서는 지방자치단체의 재정자립도가 높아야 하고, 이것은 지방자치단체의 자주재정권이 헌법상 보장되어야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 지방자치의 헌법적 보장에서 유래되는 자주재정권은 지방자치단체의 재정고권에서 그 근거를 찾을 수 있으며, 그 자체로 이미 헌법적 명령이라 할 것이다. 재정고권에서 적절한 재정확보청구권과 최소한의 재정확보청구권이 도출된다. 수직적 방향에서 지방자치단체의 자율성과 책임성을 보장하기 위해서는 견련원칙에 따른 국세와 지방세의 배분이 이루어져야 하고, 수평적 재정조정제도를 통하여 지방자치단체간의 재정불균형을 시정하여 지방자치단체의 자율성을 좀더 강화하여야 할 것이다. 국가와 지방자치단체간의 상호교호적 관계를 증진시키기 위해서는 공동세 도입을 검토해 보아야 한다. The total fertility rate of 0.72 in 2023 means that the era of population decline has been fixed, and at the same time, it is accelerating the risk of local extinction, combined with the concentration of the metropolitan area. The risk of local extinction also has a serious adverse effect on the local financial sector, which eventually leads to a local financial crisis. To respond to local extinction, local governments must have a high degree of financial independence, which means that local governments' independent financial rights must be guaranteed by the constitution. The self-governing financial right derived from the constitutional guarantee of local autonomy can be found in the financial high authority of local governments, and it is already a constitutional order in itself. The right to claim appropriate financial security and the right to claim minimum amount of financial security are derived from the right of financial authority. In order to guarantee the autonomy and responsibility of local governments in a vertical direction, national and local taxes should be distributed in accordance with the principle of relevance, and the autonomy of local governments should be further strengthened by correcting the fiscal imbalance between local governments through a horizontal fiscal adjustment system. The introduction of a joint tax should be considered to enhance the reciprocal relationship between the state and local governments.

Objective: Clozapine is known as an atypical antipsychotic drug which has less side effects in the extrapyramidal system than typical antipsychotic drugs and recommended as a treatment of choice in severe tardive dyskinesia (TD). However, it has been reported that the existing TD was worsened or new TD appeared in some cases where the antipsychotic drugs were switched to clozapine. Methods: We experienced a single case in which TD was appeared in the tongue and jaw 5 months after chlorpromazine was switched to clozapine. Results: The subject was 57 years old male patient with bipolar disorder. He had been treated intermittently with lithium and chlorpromazine for over 30 years. Five months after switching from chlorpromazine to clozapine, TD appeared in the tongue and jaw. Using Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale (ESRS), the dyskinesia score was 10. Hence, clozapine was stopped and chlorpromazine was re-administrated resulting gradual improvement of TD. The dyskinesia score of ESRS was dropped to 6. Conclusions: It is speculated that this case is most likely a withdrawal tardive dyskinesia but other possibilities should be considered too. The question “Does withdrawal tardive dyskinesia occur more easily when switched to clozapine which has a weak dopamine antagonism?” should be addressed in future study.

고도 호열성 Archaebacterium Thermococcus profundus가 생산하는 Amylolytic Enzymes

심해 분화구에서 분리된 초고온성 archebacterium인 Pyrococcus furiosus DT5432는 α-1,4 또는 α-1, 6-glucoside 결합을 가진 탄수화물 함유 배지에서 균체외 amylase과 pullulanase, 균체내 α-glucosidase를 생성하였는데 0.5% maltose첨가시에 균체외 amylolytic효소의 생성능이 가장 우수하였다. DEAE-Toyopearl column chromatography와 활성염색의 결과가 2종류의 amylase가 생성되었는데, 이 효소들은 pH 5.5, 80℃에서 최적활성을 보였고, pH 5.5∼9.5, 80℃에서 30분간 안정하였다. 중온성 미생물 유래의 amylase와 빠르게 효소활성을 위해 Ca^2+ 이온을 요구하지 않았으며 SDS, Triton X-100과 같은 계면활성제에 1.0% 농도까지 안정성이 확인되었다. Amylase는 soluble starch, amylose, amyiopectin 및 glycogen등을 분해시켜 주생성물인 maltose와 maltotriose외에 미량의 glucose를 생성시켰으며 그리고 maltotetraose 이상의 oligosaccharide도 용이하게 분해시켰다. The hyperthermophilic archaebacterium Thermococcus profundus isolated from a deep-sea hydrothermal vent system, produced several amylolytic enzymes such as extracellular amylase and pullulanase, intracellular α-l,4-glucosidase in respone to the presence of complex carbohydrates in the growth medium. This strain showed high activities on 0.5% maltose than on complex carbohydrates One of the amylases was partially purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-Toyopearl chromatography. The amylase exhibited maximal activity at pH 5.5 and 80℃, and was stable in the range of pH 5.5 to 9.5 and up to 80℃ for 30min. The enzyme activity was no dependence on Ca^2+ and not inhibited by detergents. The amylase hydrolyzed soluble starch, amylose, amylopectin and glycogen to produce maltose and maltotriose with trace amounts of glucose, but not pullulan and α-, β-, γ- cyclodextrin. Malto-oligosaccharides ranging from maltotetraose to maltoheptaose were hydrolyzed in an endo fashion.
