        Fusarium verticillioides에 의한 조갑진균증 1예

        Onychomycosis is caused by dermatophytes usually, but some species of non-dermatophytic molds and yeasts are also associated with invasion of nails. Fusarium (F.) verticillioides is a non-dermatophytic mold, which are common soil saprophytes. Onychomycosis due to Fusarium species almost always involves great toe nails and occurs infection easily in the presence of trauma, onychodystrophy and prior onychomycosis. We report a first case of onychomycosis caused by Fusarium verticillioides in a 48-year-old man. He presented with proximal white superficial onychomycosis for 3 months. Fungal culture showed whitish cottony colonies and microscopic examination of colonies showed microconidia in a chain from monophialide. We diagnosed onychomycosis caused by Fusarium verticillioides and treated by itraconazole 200 mg daily and 5% amorolfine nail lacquer for 3 months.

        3상 무정전 전원장치에 적합한 새로운 구조의 동기좌표계 전압제어기

        본 논문은 LC 필터를 갖는 3상 인버터에 적합한 고성능 전압제어기에 대해서 기술한다. 불평형 부하 및 비선형 부하시 3상 인버터의 출력전압 왜곡을 동시에 보상 할 수 있는 새로운 동기좌표계 전압제어기를 제안한다. 제안된 제어기는 전용의 디지털 필터를 사용하여 불평형 및 비선형 부하 상태하에서도 동기좌표계의 PI 전압제어기가 3상 평형의 선형부하에서와 같이 직류값을 가지고 동작하게 함으로써 비록 전압제어기의 대역폭이 높지 않아도 정상상태 오차를 현격히 감소시킨다. 제안한 제어기의 성능의 타당성을 입증하기 위해서 모의실험 결과를 보였으며 실험을 통하여 모의실험 결과를 확인하였다. This paper describes a high performance voltage controller for 3-phase 4-wire UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) system, and proposes a new scheme of synchronous reference frame controller in order to compensate for the voltage distortions due to unbalanced and nonlinear loads. Proposed scheme can eliminate the negative sequence voltage component due to unbalanced loads and also reduce the harmonic voltage component due to non-linear loads, even when the bandwidth of voltage control loop is a very low. In order to compensate for the effects of unbalanced loads, the synchronous reference frame controller with the positive and negative sequence computation block is proposed, and the synchronous frame controller with a bandpass filter is proposed to compensate for the selected harmonic frequency of output voltage. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme has been investigated and verified through computer simulations and experiments by a 30kVA UPS.

        소아 백선의 임상 및 균학적 관찰

        Background: Dermatophytoses in children are commonly seen but relatively infrequent than adults. Dermatophytoses in children can be different clinically and mycologically from those in adults in that children experience rapid physical changes and they have different skin features and environments from those of adults. Objective: The goal of this research is to understand the clinical and mycological characteristics of dermatophytoses in children. Methods: This clinical and mycological investigation was made with 15,684 patients under age 18 who were diagnosed with dermatophytoses from April, 1976 to March, 2005. Results: The results can be summarized as follows: 1. The incidence of dermatophytoses in children to total number of pediatric outpatients was 6.4%. Male patients were 9,475 and female patients were 6,209 leaving male to female ratio of 1.5:1. Dermatophytoses showed high incidence in the age group between 13 and 18 (7,009). 2. Tinea pedis was 4,020 cases and the most common, followed by tinea cruris, tinea capitis, tinea corporis, tinea unguium, tinea faciale. Tinea capitis largely increased in 1980s and is falling off through 1990s, tinea pedis tends to increase since 1990s. The onsets in summer were the most eminent. 3. Among 15,684 cases, 9,395 cases (59.9%) yielded isolated strains on fungal culture. Trichophyton (T.) rubrum was 5,049 strains (53.7%) and the most common among the total isolated 9,395 strains followed by Microsporum (M.) canis, and T. mentagrophytes. M. canis was the most commonly isolated organism in tinea capitis and tinea manus but in other cases T. rubrum was. Conclusions: Dermatophytoses in children are different clinically and mycologically from those in adults and vary with the change of the times.       • 유압 시스템라인의 콤퓨터제어에 관한 연구

        A theoretical research was conducted to develop a successful modelling technique which will be able to faithfully represent hydraulic transmission lines in a hydraulic system. Further, dynamic control strategies were integrated with the mathematical model development to form an inline controller to control the dynamics as desired. The Pulse Testing method can be used to identify a system regardless of line length. When the natural frequency of a hydraulic system is high, the line dynamics effect on the hydraulic system is more obvious. PI and PID control can achieve the velocity control and the position control of hydraulic system regardless of line length.

      • 계절변화를 설명하는 초등학교 6학년 학생들의 대안개념 연구

        과학자들이 과학이론발달에서 자신들의 믿음을 견고하게 유지하는 핵과 그들을 보호하는 보호대의 개념을 가지고 있는 Lakatos의 연구프로그램을 학생들의 대안개념의 구조와 유사하다는 전제를 가지고 있다. 이에 Lakatos 연구프로그램의 핵과 초등학교 학생들의 대안개념의 핵은 유사하다는 가정에서 연구를 진행하였다. 그리고 대안개념의 구조를 탐색하는데, 견고한 핵인 중심이론과 핵을 보호하는 보호대인 보조 이론 그리고 자연현상이라는 Lakatos 연구프로그램의 기본적인 이론을 사용하였고 불일치상황을 제시하여 대안개념을 바꿀 수 있는 실험을 도입하였다. 이러한 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 내리게 되었다. 학생들이 천문현상을 이해하는데 결정적인 역할인 광학분야에서 학생들이 어려움을 느끼는 것은 구체적인 지식의 부족보다는 큰 규모의 천체들 간의 관계를 이해하는 것이 부족하기 때문이다. 학생들은 태양에서 방출되는 빛을 하나의 전등처럼 사방으로 발산되어 지구에 떨어지는 태양을 하나의 천체가 아닌 가까운 전등처럼 보고 있다. 또한 계절변화의 배경지식을 알아보기 위해 제시한 항목들에서 타원공전궤도를 가장 많이 선택하였다. 이는 학생들이 계절변화의 원인으로 전등이론과 거리이론을 가장 많이 지지하기 때문이다. 이러한 지식은 학생들이 어린 시절의 경험에 의해 형성된 인식들이다. 이러한 견고한 핵들이 교실에서 습득하는 과학적 개념들을 형성하는데 방해가 되고 있다. 또한 교과서를 통한 수업 후 거리 이론을 약화시키지 않은 채로 지구의 자전축이 기울어져서 낮의 길이와 태양남중고도의 변화로 계절변화를 설명하는 경향이 나타난다. 이러한 과학적 개념으로 가는 과도기 개념은 자신의 믿음에 조금씩 의심을 가지는 단계도 확인 할 수 있었다. 하나의 개념이 완전히 없어지고 다른 개념으로 대체되는 것이 아니라 어떤 형태든 잔존되어 있다는 것을 알수 있다. This study has the premise that Lakatos research program having concepts of the core that scientists strongly maintain in the science theory development and the protection area that protects the core is similar to student's structure of alternative concept. Therefore, the study is conducted under the assumption that the core of Lakatos research program and the core of alternative concept of students are similar. And to research the structure of alternative concept, the center theory, the firm core, the additional theory, the guard protecting the core and the basic theory of Lakatos research program known as a natural phenomenon are used and the experimentation to change the alternative concept by proposing discording circumstances is imported. The following conclusion is made based on results of the research. The reason for students having difficulties in the optics area that performs the decisive roles for students to understand the astronomical phenomenon is their insufficiencies for understanding on the relation among celestial bodies in large scale rather than their insufficient specific knowledge. Students see the Sun that transmits lights spread to all directions and hit the Earth as a lamp, not as a celestial body. Also, on the item suggested to check the background knowledge on the seasonal change, students select the oval orbit more than any others. This is because students support the lamp theory and the distance theory mostly as the cause of seasonal change. Such knowledge is the recognition formed by experiences in younger years of students. Such firm cores interfere formations of scientific concepts leanrned in classes. Also, the tendency explaining the seasonal change with changes of the length of daytime and the meridian transit altitude by the tilted axis of the Earth without weakening the distance theory after a class through textbook. Such transition concept connected to scientific concept is confirmed also in the phase having suspicion gradually on the own belief. It shows that one concept is not completely disappeared and replaced by other concept and remains in any formation.
