본고에서는 광복 이후에 출간된 『만엽집』 선집인 오영진의 『와카 선집』, 박상현의 『일본 인의 사랑의 문화사』와 『해석의 정치학』, 고용환・강용자의 『만엽집』을 살펴봤다. 이들 선집 은 대체적으로 『만엽집』에 나오는 인류 보편적인 정서와 함께 일본적인 특수성이 담겨 있는 노래를 국내에 소개했다는 점에서 그 성과가 인정된다. 하지만 이들 선집은 한국(인)의 관점 이 적극적으로 반영된 노래를 모은 선집은 아니라는 점에서 아쉬움이 있었다. 본고는 선학의 업적을 비판적으로 계승 발전시키는 입장에서 고대한국과 밀접한 관련이 있는 노래를 집중적 으로 소개할 새로운 『만엽집』 선집을 제언했다. 그렇다고 기존 선집과 새로운 선집이 서로 배타적인 관계에 있는 것은 아니다. 오히려 상호보완적인 관계에 있다. 따라서 독자는 성격이 다른 두 가지 『만엽집』 선집을 통해 좀 더 폭넓게 『만엽집』의 대표적인 노래를 감상할 수 있 게 된다고 생각한다. In this paper, anthology of 『Manyoushuu』published after 1945 is considered. These anthologies are generally recognized for their achievements in that they introduced works that contain Japanese specificity as well as universal sentiments of mankind to Korea. However, these anthologies are disappointing in that they are not collections of works that actively reflect the perspectives of Koreans. In this paper, from the standpoint of critically inheriting and developing the achievements of previous studies, we propose a new anthology of 『Manyoushuu』, which intensively introduces works closely related to ancient Korea. However, the existing anthologies and the new anthologies are not mutually exclusive. Rather, they are complementary to each other. Therefore, I think the reader will be able to appreciate the representative works of 『Manyoushuup』 more broadly through two anthologies with different personalities.

This study was carried out to investigate the relation between seepage losses and flow section area in earth canals. Totally 77 seepage measurement was gained by ponded method and the tested canals belong to the irrigation area of Farmland Improvement Association in each province, Korea. The results obtained from this study may be used as a reasonable criteria for the estimation of canal seepage losses in the design of irrigation systems. Obtained results are summarized as follows: 1. Average seepage rates in each Soils is 14cm/day in ML, 6. 3cm/day in CL and 24.9 cm/day in SM. 2. Water depth and water surface width in eath canals have little influenced on the seepage rate, while the seepage losses was increased in proportion as the water surface width lengthens. 3. A formula of S=C.An defining a relationship between seepage losses and flow section was derieved as follows. ML:S=O. 35 VA 1.20 (m$^3$/day/m) CL:S=O. 13 VA 0.84 SM:s=O.67VA-1.56 4. The average seepage loss rates per 1km of canal are as followings. Measured Time ML CL SM 0-4 hrs 2.2% 0.6% 4.5% 4-2 4hrs 1.0% 0.15% 2.0% In above table we may obtain the following results. The first row is suitable for the canal having short delivery time of irrigation, while the second row for the canal having long delivery time.

메타버스 기업 제페토의 성장경쟁력 분석과 발전전략 : SWOT, TOWS 발전모델을 중심으로

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대 도래에 따른 AI, 빅데이터 기술 발전으로 인해 신규 사업으로 떠오르고 있는 메타버스 산업이 부각되고 있다, 특히 이러한 관점에 본 논문은 메타버스 역사와 한국 메타버스 시장에서 가장 주목받고 있는 ‘제페토’의 장·단점을 분석함으로서 이를 기반으로 향후 발전해 나갈 수 있는 적절한 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 수행하고자 먼저 초기 기업 분석방법으로 SWOT분석 기법을 활용하여 강점과 약점, 기회와 위협 요건을 살펴보고 각각에 요인현황을 도출하고자 하였다. 이후 도출된 각각의 요인들을 토대로 TOWS 발전전략을 모색하고 이를 기반으로 유의한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. Recently, due to the development of AI and big data technologies following the advent of the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the emerging metaverse industry is emerging as a new business, and in particular, from this point of view, this paper analyzes the history of metaverse and the pros and cons of "Geppetto", which is the most popular in the Korean metaverse market, and aims to give an appropriate direction for future development based on this. In order to carry out this study, we first used SWOT analysis techniques as an initial enterprise analysis method to examine the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threat requirements, and derive the status of each factor. Based on the factors in each of the subsequent derivatives, we wanted to explore the TOWS development strategy and present significant implications based on this.

북한 대외정책의 합리성에 관한 고찰 - 약소국의 전략적 상호작용과 인지심리학적 함의를 중심으로

<P>북한 외교정책에 합리성과 규칙성에 관한 논의는 북한 외교정책을 이해하는데 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 기존 연구들을 대표하는 공세적 합리론과 수세적 합리론은 “북한 외교정책이 어떠한 합리적인 선택 메커니즘을 가지고 있는가?”에 대해서는 만족할만한 답변을 제시하지 못하고 있다. 공세적 합리성의 논의는 북한이 끊임없이 군사모험주의를 채택하는 것을 설명할 수는 있지만, 북한의 합리적 선택이 비합리적인 결과를 초래하는 메커니즘을 구체적으로 설명하지는 못하고 있다. 한편 수세적 합리성을 주장하는 논의들은 국제관계의 전략적 상호작용을 간과하여 북한의 목표와 수단의 선택이 단기간 고정된 것으로 상정하고 있다. 이로 인해 북한이 일정부분의 목표가 충족되었음에도 여전히 공세적인 전술을 택하는 것을 설명하지 못하는 경향을 가지고 있다.</P><P> 본 연구는 북한 외교정책에서 합리성(rationality)과 규칙성(regularity)을 규명하기 위해 기존 연구 성과들을 비판적으로 고찰하고, 이를 바탕으로 기존 연구들이 간과한 측면들인 인지심리학적 함의, 전략적 상호작용의 함의, 약소국 외교정책의 특징을 중심으로 북한 외교정책, 특히 군사모험주의에 대한 합리성을 규명하려는 시도이다. 이를 바탕으로 북한 외교정책에서 일견 비합리적인 것으로 보이는 현상들을 설명함으로써 이후 연구를 통해 검증 받을 수 있는 몇 가지 가설을 도출하였다.</P>

瑞香나무의 效果的인 繁殖方法을 模索하기 위하여, 揷木에 있어서 基部斷面處理가 發根에 미치는 影響等을 알고자 本實驗을 하였다. 그리고 前年枝의 發根狀況도 測定調査하였는데, 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 瑞香나무 여름 揷木은 모든 區가 다같이 95% 程度 發根하였다. 2. 發根의 總數에 있어서는 水平切과 斜切間에는 有意差가 없었고 當年枝揷穗는 前年枝揷穗에 比해서 發根數가 많아 高度의 有意差가 있었다. 3. 總根長에 있어서도 水平切과 斜切間에는 有意差가 없었고 當年枝揷穗가 前年枝揷穗에 比해 發根長이 길어 高度의 有意差가 있었다. For the purpose of finding out these factors and more effective propagation of Daphne odora T_HUNB, these experiments Were Carried out to observe the effects on rooting buy the treatment of basal cut surface. At the same time the diffrences of rooting between the shoot of past year and the new shoots were studied. The results are as follows. 1. The Daphne Odora T_HUNB rooted 95% any case in summer cutting. 2. As for total number of roots, there was no significant difference between horizontal cut surface and obligue cut surface, and there were greater differences in the case of new shoots than in the case of old shoots of past year. 3. As for total length of roots, there was no significant difference between horizontal cut surface and obligue cut surface, and thore were greator differences in the case of new shoot than in the case of old shoots of past year.

As a way to find the efficient propagation methods of Loquat, we have experimented cut grafting of seeding stocks on different dates, and examined the results of their Sucessful Union. The results obtained were as follows : Our experimentation shows april 13 is the most timely date of grafting of Loquat as the treatment block of the date shows the best results in successful union of grafting, total shoot lengths, tota; shoot weight, total root lengths, and total root weight.
