농산업 ICT 기술적특성에 대한 인식이 스마트팜 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 스마트팜의 노력기대와 수용의도의 매개효과 중심으로

This study analyzed the effects of ICT technical characteristics of agricultural industry on smart farm entrepreneurial intention by using smart farm effort expectation and smart farm acceptance intention as mediators for smart farm pre-founders. Sub-variables of the technical characteristics of agricultural industry ICT were classified into availability, economics, data convergence and scalability. 349 questionnaires collected from pre-founders living in the country were used for empirical analysis. SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.4 were used to analyze the data based on serial multiple mediation model. First, economics and scalability had a positive (+) effect on start-up intention. Second, availability, economics and scalability had a significant effect on effort expectation. Third, effort expectation had a significant positive effect on acceptance intention. Fourth, acceptance intention had a significant positive effect on start-up intention. Fifth, the indirect effects of economics on start-up intention were all significant through effort expectation, through acceptance intention and through both effort expectation and acceptance intention. Sixth, the indirect effect of data convergence on start-up intention was significant through acceptance intention. Seventh, the indirect effect of scalability on start-up intention was significant through effort expectation and through both effort expectation and acceptance intention. As a follow-up study, it is necessary to study for the mediating variables other than mediators introduced in the study or the moderated mediation analysis through the conditional process model in which the moderating variable is introduced. 본 연구는 스마트팜 예비창업자를 대상으로 스마트팜 노력기대와 스마트팜 수용의도를 매개변수로 하여 농산업 ICT 기술적특성이 스마트팜 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 농산업 ICT 기술적특성의 하위변수를 가용성, 경제성, 데이터융합성 및 확장성으로 구분하였다. 전국에 거주하는 예비창업자들로부터 수집한 설문지 349부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0과 Process macro v3.4를 사용하여 직렬다중매개모형을 기반으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 경제성과 확장성이 창업의도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가용성, 경제성 및 확장성이 노력기대에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노력기대는 수용의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 수용의도는 창업의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 경제성이 노력기대를 매개하여, 수용의도를 매개하여, 노력기대와 수용의도를 매개하여 창업의도에 미치는 간접효과는 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 융합성이 수용의도를 매개하여 창업의도에 미치는 간접효과는 유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 확장성이 노력기대를 매개하여, 노력기대와 수용의도를 매개하여 창업의도에 미치는 간접효과는 유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 후속 연구로는 ICT기반 농산업창업을 유도하기 위한 새로운 조절변수 발굴을 위한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

『윤리와 사상』‘공동체와 공동선 및 시민적 덕성’ 단원에서 공동체주의의 역할 모색 - 샌델의 공동체주의를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to explore the role of communitarianism in the 2015 『Ethics and Thought』,‘Community, the common good, and civic virtue’. The 2015 『Ethics and Thought』, ‘Community, Common Good, and Civic Virtue’ explains the concept of the common good and the virtues citizens should possess based on liberalism and republicanism. However, this study argues that communitarianism should be described along with liberalism and republicanism because communitarianism has sufficient moral and educational implications for the common good and civic virtues. To this end, this study reveals the normative implications of communitarianism, which is distinct from liberalism, through Sandel's critique of Rawls' liberalism, and how Sandel's communitarianism is distinguished from republicanism in the Roman tradition represented by Birolli and Petit. By examining whether this is the case, the purpose of this study is to explore the moral and educational implications of communitarianism related to the concept of common good and civic virtue. In the latter part of this study, I would like to assert that the next curriculum, 『Ethics and Thought』, ‘Community, Common Good, and Civic Virtue’ should be described in a ternary explanation according to liberalism, communitarianism, and republicanism. 목적은 2015 개정 교육과정『윤리와 사상』 이하 2015 『윤리와 사상』으로 칭하기로 함. ‘공동체와 공동선 및 시민적 덕성’ 단원에서 공동체주의의 역할을 모색하는 것이다. 2015 『윤리와 사상』‘공동체와 공동선 및 시민적 덕성’ 단원에서는 자유주의와 공화주의를 토대로 공동선과 시민적 덕성을 설명하고 있다. 그러나 본 연구는 공동선과 시민적 덕성과 관련하여 공동체주의가 지닌 도덕 교육적 함의가 충분한 만큼, 공동체주의가 해당 단원에서 자유주의 및 공화주의와 함께 서술되어야 한다고 주장한다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 롤스(J. Rawls)의 자유주의에 대한 샌델(M. Sandel)의 비판을 통해, 자유주의와 구별되는 공동체주의의 규범적 함의를 밝히고, 비롤리(M. Viroli)와 페팃(P. Pettit)으로 대변되는 로마 전통의 공화주의와 샌델의 공동체주의가 어떻게 구별되는지를 살펴봄으로써, 공동선과 시민적 덕성 개념과 관련된 공동체주의의 도덕 교육적 함의를 탐색하고자 한다. 논문의 후반부에서는 차기 교육과정『윤리와 사상』‘공동체와 공동선 및 시민적 덕성’단원은 자유주의, 공동체주의, 공화주의에 따른 3분법적 설명 방식에 의해 서술되어야 함을 주장하고자 한다.

도덕 교육의 관점에서 바라본 공화주의

This paper focuses on examining the civic educational value of republicanism after understanding republicanism by age from the perspective of moral education. Ancient Aristotle and Cicero secured civil liberties through mixed government and promoted prosperity and common good of the city through the rule of law. Modern Machiavelli emphasized that turmoil and conflict between classes can rather promote peace and freedom in the city, and Rousseau tried to achieve civil and social freedom through the general will. contemporary Sandel insists on civic republicanism that citizens should have opportunities to actively participate in politics by activating autonomous activities. Viroli emphasizes civic virtue and patriotism for the promotion of freedom while presenting a republican concept of freedom that is distinct from liberalism and democracy. Finally, Pettit systematizes the concept of republican freedom in the contemporary sense of freedom of non-domination, while arguing that republicanism can be completed through the compatibility of the empire of law and constitutional democracy, and virtue as a civil check. Through the arguments of these scholars, this paper will confirm that the core of republicanism lies in the achievement of freedom based on mixed government and the rule of law, and that citizens' virtue, solidarity, and patriotism are required for this. 본 논문은 도덕 교육의 관점에서 공화주의 사상을 시대별로 이해한 후, 공화주의가 지닌 시민 교육적 가치를 검토하는 데 초점을 둔다. 고대의 아리스토텔레스와 키케로는 혼합정을 통해 시민의 자유를 확보하고 법치를 통해 도시의 번영과 공동선을도모하였다. 근대의 마키아벨리는 계급 간의 소란과 갈등이 오히려 도시의 평화와 자유를 증진하는 길일 수 있음을 역설하였으며, 루소는 일반의지를 통해 시민적‧사회적자유를 성취하고자 하였다. 현대의 샌델은 자치적 활동을 활성화함으로써 시민들이적극적으로 정치에 참여할 수 있는 기회를 마련해야 한다는 시민적 공화주의를 주장하며, 비롤리는 자유주의, 민주주의와 구별되는 공화주의적 자유 개념을 제시하면서자유의 증진을 위한 시민적 덕성과 애국심을 강조한다. 마지막으로, 페팃은 비지배자유라는 현대적 의미의 공화주의 자유 개념을 체계화하는 한편, 법의 제국과 입헌적민주주의의 양립, 시민적 견제력으로서의 덕성을 통해 공화주의가 완성될 수 있다고주장한다. 본 논문은 이러한 학자들의 주장을 통해 공화주의의 핵심이 혼합정과 법치에 바탕을 둔 ‘자유의 성취’에 있으며, 이를 위해 시민들의 덕성과 애국심을 요구한다는 점을 확인할 것이다.

멕시코는 잠재적 시장성과 아메리카 대륙의 교두보로서의 중요성에 비해 우리에게는 그리 잘 알려지지 않은 시장이다. 몇몇 대기업과 섬유·화학 중소기업이 직접투자 형태로 진출해 있을 뿐 중소기업들 대부분은 초기단계에 머물고 있다. 멕시코 시장의 잠재력과 가능성을 소개함으로써 기술력 있는 중소·벤처기업들의 멕시코 진출이 늘어나는 계기가 되었으면 한다.

In this paper, we propose a tracking algorithm using radar sensor. Since radar measurements are more than one, discontinuous and nonlinear, so general Kalman filter is hard to apply to tracking problem. So, in this paper, modified Kalman filter is proposed. Computer simulations are show validity of our proposed method
