Land use and social, cultural and environmental safety, which are adapted to natural environment, based on the traditional agricultural society, are on the verge of collapse because our rural community was developing around economy value. Rural landscape has not been certified compared with urban and natural landscape in importance by the standard of functional aspect, economic value and use demand, so cultural, historical, traditional and agricultural landscape native to rural community are not evaluated exactly. The Purpose of the study is a efficient plan and management for a essential rural landscape. Therefore We Make out a landscape diagram for efficient landscape plan and management and Selection of the Rural Landscape Management Area.

도시와 농촌의 공공디자인 비교 연구

The topic for the 21st century is culture and technology. Especially, public design is not only the power to advance competitive power for the region, but also has the ability to give the greatest effect by the least investments. The easiest way to provide affluent daily lives to the residents is to utilize the beautiful street furniture and to enjoy the designs. Now, cities have great interest in public designs and various projects are progressing. However, agricultural districts have lack in public designs and development for it is insufficient. Therefore, agricultural districts also need progress of public designs and this study initiated by the purpose of inducting public designs for the rural communities. In this research, the 4 conditions, fitness, aesthetic sense, creativity, and economical efficiency of public designs for cities and rural communities has been analyzed. Moreover, it was understood that public design should be deliberated by the atmosphere of the circumferences. The public designs of agricultural districts should adequate fitness, aesthetic sense, creativity, and economical efficiency. At the same time, adjectivity, consistency, rationality and efficiency should be devised. In addition, rural communities should be compared by the examples of cities based on the life of agricultural districts and it should be developed emphasized on the legions characteristics. Rural communities should be preserved and harmonize with the circumferences.

토지적성평가 개선방안에 관한 연구

Concerning the national land management of Korea, the disordered development in Semi-agriculture and forestry area has been issued since 1990s. Due to the adoption of Semi-agriculture and forestry area system in 1994, and injudicious encroachments in suburb area, the efficient national land management system is facing to difficult problems. Therefore, the Korean government promoted "the reform of national land use plan" as a part of the synthetic counter-plan for preventing the disordered development of national land. The reform of national land use plan has three areas; preserve-management, product-management, plan-management. With these reasonable divided standards, Land Suitable Analysis is executing properly. In this study, we make definitions of Land Suitability Analysis and Land Classification based on previous researches in those areas. This study analyzes the purpose, the evaluation standard, the merits and demerits as well as grading classifications of L.S.A research in domestic, external area. Throughout this method, we point out problems in L.S.A along with solutions. This research suggests that L.S.A could be used as a practical use for the basic standard information of the city planning and land use planning.

수목장(樹木葬)의 특성에 관한 고찰

To secure a space for graveyard in a funeral has become one of the new issues in Korea. This caused the problems of graveyard shortage, destruction of national landscape, inroad of territory, and ecological environment. However, In eco-friendly method of funeral, the Woody Plant Funeral is a new form of Funeral to bury the ashes of the deceased under the wood so it participate with eternal life in wood and forest by provision of nature(wood and people return to nature to be born in nature). The purpose of this paper is to explain one of the counterplan which the Woody Plant Funeral solve graveyards problem.

As matter of fact, Korean tradition could act as a chain of efforts to close a gap between "others" and "I", while paying more attention at our origin of culture, This study aims to make Korea Traditional space so that, experience Korean tradition, study more about our origin by offering traditional-experience program and propose changeable space accepts variety of matter on limited open-space at campus.

골프장 경관 유형 분류와 경관 선호도 결정인자 분석에 관한 연구

The purpose of this thesis is classification of landscape-type of golfcourse. This Analysis showed that a variable, bokyungro is the most potent influence of visual preference, (R2 0.754,Sig 0.01) and it can devide things into five classes of landscape-type in golfcourse, yong-in, kyungki-do.

현대조경 작품에 있어 상호작용성에 관한 연구

현대는 물질적이고 보편적 가치 중시에서 벗어나 다양화, 다변화의 가치가 중시되고 따라서 양방향적 상호 소통이 새로운 패러다임으로 떠오르고 있다. 이에 영향을 받아 디자인에 있어서도 상호 소통을 위한 사용자의 정신적, 행태적 가치에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 패러다임을 이해하는 장치로서 Schmilt 의 인지체험 모듈을 바탕으로 인간과 환경의 상호작용성을 연구하였다. 특히 현대조경작품을 연구하는데 있어 상호작용성은 단순한 휴식의 공간에서 다양한 활동과 미적 경험의 장으로 변화하고 있는 오늘날 조경의 역할에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 사용자의 공감각적 체험 특성과 이를 지원하는 요소 및 구조를 연구함으로서 현대조경에 나타난 상호작용성을 밝히고자 한다.

濟州道 牛島八景 景觀正體性에 關한 硏究

Udo and Schemeori oreum[cow's head rising]: "Cow's head rising" and "Cow's head mountain" have both a shape just like a cow is lying and considering that two places' geographically high location and its district name are also configurative, we can sense landscape Image as a "a cow-shaped island lying down" and Jeju I slanders' unique consciousness of the geographical features. Udo Palkyong[eighl picturesque sights at Udo]ail shows a format of "poem-recitation-after titling" consisting of a lour-Chinese-letter word derived from the ancient history as a format for semantic access, but if we take a little closer look at it, it is noted that Udo Palkyong turns to be ontological subject of landscape mainly targeting formative elements. Therefore, in formative sense, Udo Palkyong belongs to China's famous sight experience type, but as for the contents, it is much closer to famous landscape type haying the formative elements like Gwandong Palkyong or Danyang Palkyong as major landscape elements. It was found that the seven landscapes centering on Hanlasan Baerokdam[a crater lake on top of Halasan], except Cheonjingwansan brook haying three landscapes, iorm their landscape within a 0.87-kilometer radius. In addition, as for viewing composition pattern, there are live panoramic landscapes which reflect the features of Seaside Landscape; two geographical landscapes. and one focal landscape. Besides, the prospect type consists of mostly landscape type and far-and-wide viewing type. As for landscape format, there appear a variety of features of main landscape subject's visibility areas from a distant view to a short-range view, and also structural properties within the physical, landscape, visual, psychological influence. In addition, there appear a variety of viewing compositions, such as the five panoramic landscapes, two detailed landscapes, and one geographical landscape. We can trace a vestige of a tense atmosphere of bodhisattva's death and the pursuit of stability of dialectical composition. Conclusively, Udopalkyong is well expressive of aesthetic characteristics, at a viewpoint of time and space, boasting of exceptional landscape quality regardless of day and night, heaven and earth, front and rear, and at whatever direction Udopalkyong may be viewed.

어린이公園 利用者 特性에 關한 硏究 : 서울市 瑞草江南區를 中心으로

For this study a survey was carried out about Seocho 3 children´s playground, Bangbae 1 children´s playground, Hakdong children´s playground, Yeoksam 3 children´s playground, Yeoksam 5 children´s playground which was located in Seocho-Gu and GangNam-Gu. This study had valued the facility level of park by means of Diversity Indices and had analysed the individual consciousness and the use characteristic of users, the change of enticing area and maximal service distance of each park by analysis of using route, the satisfaction level of user. The chief factors to tell on the utilization of park have been extracted as follows: In the result of analysis about satisfaction level by Diversity Indices(D.I.) is showed that the facilities of Bangbae, Yeoksam5 and Hakdong park are relatively various in the kind and figure. The using rate within 300m of all the park users is higher than the occurence rate. And the enticing area of the school age is clearly longer than the pre-school age. The enticing area of each park is decided into the sphere that is showed radical change of the enticing rate. The reasons which decides use satisfaction level on the each park are showed the use satisfaction level, the kind and the number of play facilities. The reasons which decide use satisfaction level of children´s playgrounds are showed use satisfaction of play facilities, D.I. of park facilities and D.I. of play facilities.

자전거도로 디자인 활성화를 위한 IPA분석

국제적으로 지속가능한 발전의 방향으로 저탄소 녹색 성장이 새로운 화두로 제시되면서 친환경적인 녹색교통 수단인 자전거 이용 활성화를 위한 노력들이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 자전거 이용자의 편의와 이용만족을 위하여 현실적이고 실용적인 서비스 질이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자전거 이용이 활발한 남한강 자전거도로를 대상으로 하여, 자전거 도로 이용 시 중요시 여기는 속성과 그 속성에 대한 만족도를 조사하고, 중요도와 만족도를 비교하여 우선적으로 개선을 요구하는 사항을 분석하고 이를 토대로 자전거 이용 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 자전거도로 중요도-만족도 차이 검증에서는 모든 항목에서 만족도에 비하여 중요도가 높게 타나났다. 자전거도로 만족요인은 편리성, 주행성, 연계성, 경관성 4가지로 구분되었고, 경관성이 자전거도로 전체만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자전거도로 전체만족도가 높아질수록 재방문의사에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있었다. 위의 연구결과를 바탕으로 자전거도로 활성화시키기 위해서는 자전거도로 주행 안전성 확보, 자전거도로 테마 구축, 자전거도로 연계 강화가 필요하다.
