韓國 自生 범부채(Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC.)의 種子發芽에 關한 硏究

These studies were carried out to investigate the seed germination of Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC. The results obtained are as follows : 1.Optimum temperature of seed germination was 25℃, and the seed germination rate was raised to 92% by 20/30℃ alternative temperature treatment. 2.Under the condition of moist low temperature storage, the germination rate was 53% at 42 days after sowing, but showed the germination rate of 11% at same period with dry low temperature storage. 3.The germination rate was higher in the light condition than in the dark condition. 4.The germination rate was higher when the seed coat was removed than when the seed coat was not removed or the seed coat was stratificated. 5.The germination rate was 80% with 100ppm GA3 treatment, and 76% wihh soaking treatment of 1% KOH solution for 24 hours.
목재칩의 식물영양제 함침방법과 토양 피복효과에 관한 연구

In this study, in order to develop a method to efficiently inject essential nutrients necessary for plant growth into wood chips, which are simply used as soil covering materials in the agriculture, landscaping and horticultural industries, the atmospheric pressure dipping method and the vacuum pressure impregnating method are used to improve the plant nutrients injectability and impregnation amount were comparatively analyzed. Nutrient ingredients and 8 major heavy metal contents of wood chips injected with nutrients were analyzed, and soil covering effects were examined by covering wood chips injected with nutrients on soil. Comparing the dipping method and the vacuum pressure impregnation method, it took about 48 hours or more to inject 1,500 g or more of the nutrient aqueous solution into 1 kg of wood chips in the dipping method, but the vacuum pressure impregnation method could be impregnated in about 5 minutes. Components of the impregnated nutrients were detected in proportion to the diluted concentration. As a result of covering the wood chips developed in this study on soil, they showed weakly acidic pH, and the heat insulation and moisturizing effects during the winter season were evaluated to be superior to those of uncovered soil. In the future, wood chips impregnated with nutrients are expected to contribute to the more efficient use of waste wood resources and the long-term supply of nutrients essential for plant growth, reducing excessive use of chemical fertilizers and reducing costs.
유한요소해석을 통한 중량물 이동대차 시저스붐의 구조 및 강도 해석

Special equipment used for snow removal is only used in the winter and must be moved into storage during non-winter seasons. However, when moving heavy equipment using a forklift within a limited space, safety accidents may occur due to deformation and damage due to the worker's limited visibility and excessive loading of heavy objects. In this study, the scissors boom of the developed heavy load transporter was conducted in two cases: link structural analysis and position-based structural analysis. In detail, the link structural analysis covers four cases of stress and safety factor according to material and thickness to optimize the specifications of the material selected during development, and the structural analysis according to position covers two cases before and after the lift, when maximum stress concentration is achieved. Safety was evaluated through finite element analysis. As a result of the study, when manufacturing a scissors boom type heavy load transporter that can withstand a load of 10 tons, the link showed safety at SS400 4.5mm or higher, and reinforcement is needed in the upper and lower structures, so it is judged to be useful in applying materials according to the load.
