<P>Primary cardiac lymphoma (PCL) is an extranodal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma exclusively located in the heart and/or pericardium. It is rare in immunocompetent patients and represents 1.3% of primary cardiac tumors and 0.5% of extranodal lymphomas. The clinical behavior is aggressive and the early symptoms are cardiac failure, syncope, arrhythmia, or pericardial effusion. Although echocardiography, computed tomography (CT) scan, magnetic resonance image (MRI) are the mainly used imaging techniques to detect cardiac tumors, pathologic examination is always required to confirm the diagnosis. Diagnosis of PCL is difficult due to non-specific clinical manifestations and requires invasive approach to get histopathologic evidence. While surgery with systemic chemotherapy or in combination with irradiation has been attempted, the only effective treatment is chemotherapy. However, the prognosis remains poor. We report on a 42-year-old woman who is diagnosed histopathologically as PCL by cardiac catheterization assisted percutaneous endomyocardial biopsy and treated successfully by anthracycline based chemotherapy.</P>
Light Source Target Detection Algorithm for Vision-based UAV Recovery

In the vision-based recovery phase, a terminal guidance for the blended-wing UAV requires visual information of high accuracy. This paper presents the light source target design and detection algorithm for vision-based UAV recovery. We propose a recovery target design with red and green LEDs. This frame provides the relative position between the target and the UAV. The target detection algorithm includes HSV-based segmentation, morphology, and blob processing. These techniques are employed to give efficient detection results in day and night net recovery operations. The performance of the proposed target design and detection algorithm are evaluated through ground-based experiments.

이 논문은 우리나라 대학원에서의 교육행정전공 운영 현황과 활성화 과제를 분석하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 지난 10년간의 우리나라 일반대학원 교육학과, 전문대학원 교육행정전공, 특수대학원 중 교육대학원 교육행정전공의 운영 현황을 한국교육개발원교육통계 및 대학알리미와 각 대학원 홈페이지를 활용하여 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 일반대학원 및 전문대학원은 전공 개설 수, 지원자 및 입학자, 재학생, 외국인 유학 생, 학위취득자 수는 증가하였지만 비율은 감소하여 내실화가 부족했다. 교육대학원은 일반대학원 및 전문대학원에 비해 큰 폭으로 감소하였다. 각 대학원은 전공명칭 변경을 시도하였으나 특성화가 반영되지 못했고 교육목표는 추상적, 포괄적이었으며 교육과정은 유사할 뿐만 아니라 시대상을 반영하지 못했다. 일부 대학에서 학점이수 및 보고서 등과 같은 학위논문대체 제도를 시행하는 대학들이 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 대학원에서의 교육행정전공 활성화 과제는 정체성 및 특성화 강화, 교육행정학 교육의 신규 수요 발굴, 교육행정학 교육 및 연구의 질관리를 강화해야 한다. This study is a study to analyze the current condition and the activation of educational administration major in Korean graduate school. To do this, we analyzed the education department of general graduate school, the educational administration major of professional graduate school, and educational graduate school among special graduate school during the last 10 years by using educational statistics of KEDI and university Allimi site and each graduate school homepage. The results are as follows. The number of major courses in general graduate schools and professional graduate schools, applicants and enrollees, enrolled students, foreign students, and degree acquirers increased. However, the ratio decreased and the improvement was lacking. The number of graduate schools of education decreased sharply compared to general graduate schools and professional graduate schools. Each graduate school attempted to change the name of the majors, but the specialization was not reflected. The educational objectives were abstract and inclusive, and the curriculum was similar and did not reflect the change of the age. Some universities have conducted a dissertation substitution system such as credit and reports. It is necessary to strengthen the identity and characterization, to find new demand for educational administration education, and to improve quality management of research and education of educational administration in Korean graduate schools.
A Probabilistic Algorithm for Multi-aircraft Collision Detection and Resolution in 3-D

This paper presents a real-time algorithm for collision detection, collision avoidance and guidance. Three-dimensional point-mass aircraft models are used. For collision detection, conflict probability is calculated by using the Monte-Carlo Simulation. Time at the closest point of approach(CPA) and distance at CPA are needed to determine the collision probability, being compared to certain threshold values. For collision avoidance, one of possible maneuver options is chosen to minimize the collision probability. For guidance to a designated way-point, proportional navigation guidance law is used. Two scenarios on encounter situation are studied to demonstrate the performance of proposed algorithm.
