        I-O모형을 이용한 부산 U-방재 실현의 경제적 파급 효과 분석에 관한 연구

        Dense of population construction and high density of skyscraper, and geological characteristics caused natural disasters(e.g. typhoon, tsunami, flood, storm, earthquake, etc.) and manmade disasters(e.g. fire, collapse, explosion, traffic accident, etc.). the extent and scale of the disaster are getting larger. To cope with such problems, Busan City has established the basic plan to secure the life and property of the citizens through model strategy and design of Ubiquitous-Safety Busan. This study quantitatively analyzed the ripple effect on local economy through the fulfillment of Ubiquitous-Safety. The production inducing effect of 250billion won directly and indirectly can be estimated due to the realization of Ubiquitous-Safety. The value added effect of 115 billion won can be estimated. the employment effect of 5,580 persons can be generated with income effect of 51 billion won. 부산은 해안과 접해 있는 지형적 특성과 인구집중에 따른 과밀, 고층건축물의 신축, 높은 건축밀도에 따라 자연재난(태풍, 해일, 홍수, 폭풍 지진 등) 인적재난(화재, 붕괴, 폭발 교통사고 등)의 발생규모 및 피해 정도가 날로 증가하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 부산시에는 2007년 부산 Ubiquitous-Safety Busan 모델 전략 및 설계를 통해 2020년을 목표로 Ubiquitous-Safety 실현하여 시민들의 재산과 생명을 보호할 수 있는 안전 시스템을 구축하기 위한 기본계획을 수립하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부산지역의 Ubiquitous-Safety 실현을 통해 지역 경제에 미치는 파급효과를 정량적으로 분석하였다. Ubiquitous-Safety 실현에 따른 부산지역의 생산유발파급효과는 약 2,500억의 직·간접효과가 발생할 것으로 예측되었다. 또한 부가가치유발효과는 약 1,155억원의 직·간접효과가 발생한 것으로 예측되었고, 고용유발효과는 약 5,580명의 직·간접 고용 파급효과가 창출될 것으로 예측되었으며 소득유발효과는 약 518억의 직·간접적인 부가가치 파급효과가 발생한 것으로 예측되었다. 부산 Ubiquitous-Safety 실현에 따른 지역경제 파급 분석에 관한 연구이다.

        유비쿼터스 공간의 물리특성 연구

        Recently, ubiquitous is treated as a main issue all over the world. A lot of advanced nations such as the United States of America, Japan, Europe are developing a technology related to ubiquitous. These nations recognize that ubiquitous revolution is an important paradigm for constructing new information country and strengthening a native competitive power. The ubiquitous society connects between a person and computer, and human's life space is linked to huge networks. This society is expected to cause a lot of changes to our city and space of structure. Therefore, we need to study in term of the systematic and a long-term viewpoint how ubiquitous environment have an influence on the practical space. And we need a concrete study for ubiquitous space based on property of space. Under these critical mind, this study understands the ubiquitous space in terms of the convergence of electronic space and physical space. As a Result, ubiquitous space have major property such as ‘flexibility’, ‘softness’, ‘communication’, ‘simultaneity’. And, the space structure of ubiquitous is ‘neuron structure’ such as bodily nervous system and ‘rhizome structure’ such as root of plant. Additionally, ubiquitous space model based on neuron structure and rhizome structure has to be developed in the future.

        : 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 Ubiquitous-Parody의 재해석과 이슈에 관한 탐색적 연구

        It is said that the UC(Ubiquitous Computing) Environment will be come by the technological revolution in future. The change of parody scope and need of re-interpretation concept in parody caused by outstanding progress of ubiquitous computing technology. Recently, parody has pervasive as one of the important techniques of creation in art and commerce advertisement. It is possible that the public can create, reproduce and transform his or her own digital contents. The digital contents also can spread all over through the internet. Accordingly, the range of the study was restricted to the field of parody by ubiquitous computing technology. The purposes of this study are to re-consideration about scope and concept of parody as an ubiquitous technology by depicted in norm, law, culture and so on. This paper will focus on analysis about parody in Ubiquitous Business Environment and integrative considerations on parody and DRM(Digital Right Management). This study present new parody-related considerations in Ubiquitous computing Environment, point out the mechanism which new re-design Ubiquitous-parody concept is affected from the Ubiquitous computing Environment. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경은 미래의 기술혁명으로 다가올 것이다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 놀라운 발전은 개념적인 패러디 재해석의 필요성과 패러디의 범위를 변화시킨다. 최근 패러디는 상업적인 광고와 예술 분야의 창조에 중요한 기술의 하나로 스며들었다. 일반인들도 자신들의 디지털 콘텐츠를 창조, 재생산, 전달이 가능하다. 디지털 콘텐츠는 인터넷을 통하여 전파된다. 따라서 본 소고의 범위는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술에 의한 패러디에 제한하였다. 본 소고의 목적은 규범, 법, 문화 등의 서술에 의한 유비쿼터스 기술로서 패러디의 개념과 범위에 대한 새로운 고찰이다. 본 소고는 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 환경에서의 패러디에 관하여 분석하고 패러디에 관한 통합적인 사고와 DRM에 연구의 초점을 둘 것이다. 본 소고는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 영향을 받은 새롭게 정의된 패러디 개념의 도출 메카니즘과 유비쿼터스-패러디와 관련 한 새로운 고찰을 제시하였다.

        Ubiquitous시대 정보 생활 변화에 따른 실과 정보교육의 방향

        There is a main difference between the ubiquitous computing and the existing information paradigm in that the ubiquitous computing is based on physical space and it provides more intelligent environment. It is very necessary for us to make an accurate estimation of the changes in our life caused by the advent of ubiquitous computing. It may be information life that will bring the greatest change into our life area in the ubiquitous era. The big change of information life requires preparation to minimize an maladjustment to the new environments, and education is the minimum device for the preparation. Practical arts in elementary education is the subject which has the property that it is most sensitive to the changes of our life. Therefore, practical arts has the fundamental role to reflect all phases of current life changed by the ubiquitous computing. So, it is necessary that we search for the direction of practical arts education according to the ubiquitous computing. Practical arts education in the ubiquitous era can be viewed according to the changes of diverse life area, but information life is the area having an influence on all areas of life. In this study, I searched for the direction of practical arts education focusing on information education according to the changes of information life in the ubiquitous era.

        유비쿼터스 생활영어 체험학습장 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop ubiquitous living English experience learning center by connecting the ubiquitous utilizing learning with the characteristics and benefits of experience learning. For this purpose, the concept and core categories of ubiquitous experience learning was clearly identified focused on critical analysis of various materials through surveys of the relevances of experience learning and ubiquitous utilizing learning. Experience learning using ubiquitous system is mainly centered on maximizing the effect and efficiency of experience learning taking into account the characteristics of ubiquitous- expansive, dynamic, interactive and shared ones. In addition, schemata regarding communal relations and activities through meeting with the outside will help recognize one`s consciousness. Furthermore communications by means of active participation and interaction can motivate and reinforce the internalization of the self-reflection. In this study, PDA-based ubiquitous living English experience learning center has been developed optimally and situationally.       • 차세대 군작전환경을 위한 유비쿼터스 정보기술의 적용방안

        The 'Operation Iraqi Freedom' was one of the crucial example of information warfare that used ubiquitous information technology including UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) which captured low height aeriel view for real-time surveillance and reconnaissance of enemy situation, as well as hi-tech weapon systems that had capability of precise targeting by use of GPS (global positioning system). The word 'ubiquitous' is originated from latin term meaning 'existing everywhere', and is used for recent information technology to depict enhanced user connectivity to computers or network from anywhere and anytime without user's recognition. Ubiquitous technology permeated more broadly to various information technology toward the human and environment, literally 'everywhere' and changes humankind life style. Furthermore, it drastically changes concept of military operation (CONOP). Dealing with these fundamental changes of military operational environments and finding new way of national defense are urgent strategical requirements in these hi-tech and rapidly evolving operation environments toward NCW (Network Centric Warfare). This paper investigated a classification of the core technologies of the ubiquitous computing environments and security problems due to easy of use and enhanced user accessability. This study suggested a scheme for adoption of ubiquitous technology for our future military operation and evolution of battlefield situation as well as the solution for information security which can make up for ubiquitous military environments.

        Como elaborar y manejar La clase Ubiquitous

        Este trabajo trata de la elaboracion de la clase Ubiquitous, de como aumentar la eficiencia didactica, de como servirsela a los alumnos y de como solucionar los problemas pendientes de su elaboracion. Y para mejorar el aprendizaje virtual, hay que aprovechar todas las tecnologias ultramodernas y todas las aplicaciones necesarias. Primero, veremos como ha evolucionado el aprendizaje virtual y de que elementos se compone la clase Ubiquitous. Luego, averiguaremos como elaborar una clase Ubiquitous mas eficiente y dinamica. Para que sea mas fructifera, la clase Ubiquitous debe componerse de varios tipos de materiales: hipertexto, graficos, datos audiovisuales, etc. En cuanto a como hacer el Feedback didactico a los alumnos, se van introduciendo varios metodos mediante el espacio virtual. Pero se supone que este tipo de feedback por el espacio virtual puede tener varios defectos intrinsecos-falta de dinamicidad, falta de afecto personal en la comunicacion, fallo en la comprobacion de la asistencia a la clase, etc. Para solucionar estos defectos, los profesores pueden acudir al metodo tradicional-“contacto personal” para ofrecerles el mejor feedback didactico a los alumnos. Mediante este contacto personal, podemos ensenarles con carino y con entusiasmo, y proporcionarles una ensenanza hecha a su medida. Es decir, si mezclamos el metodo didactico ultramoderno y el tradicional, podemos sumar sus meritos respectivos y eliminar sus defectos propios por otro metodo distinto, produciendo el efecto sinergico en la ensenanza. Por ultimo, en la actualidad lo que mas nos urge es permitir a los docentes utilizar, sin fines de lucro, los materiales digitales o analogicos de espanol en la preparacion de la clase.

        Ubiquitous technology is a new paradigm of communication on Public Space. The limitations of communication technology have resulted in unilateral and repressive communication systems until mid-1990s before the beginning of cyber-space. The new technological development in communication has dismantled the unilateral communication system. Moreover, the recently developing ubiquitous technology is overcoming the limits of communication in the cyber-space by real mutual communication system. The Public Space which used to be regarded as one-dimensional, has reconstructed as multi-dimensional spaces by communication technology of Ubiquitization. In other words, the ideal of a Public Space that is able to embrace the diversity of the members of its community is coming to fruition. However, ubiquitous technology cannot solve all the problems inherent in the current communication system. Although ubiquitous can enliven the subjectivity and activity of all members in Public Space, its results will invariably differ according to the political decisions on how the distribution of power and desire will be controlled. We have to put into consideration how we will analyze and design the Public Space when the communication within it is realized freely and in agreement. The goal of this study is to make a contribution by designing a new public space that is adaptable to the changes of Public Space on Ubiquitization.

        This research was related to the study on the change of broadcasting and its prospection in Ubiquitous era. The broadcasting environment is changing in this ubiquitous era. Ubiquitous' environment had an effect on politics, economy, society, culture, and brought about the convergence of the broadcasting communication. This change will influence on formats and forms of broadcasting programs in the future. In particular, DMB service will be use for public good channel like a emergency management broadcasting, and its service will influence to many people. But we should think that ubiquitous bring about personal information leak, information gap and so on. So we need to have a subjective attitude to using ubiquitous system in the new multimedia environments.

        Ubiquitous시대 학교생활 변화에 따른 실과 교육의 방향

        The purpose of this study was to suggest directions of practical arts education according to the change of school life in the ubiquitous age. Literature review in Ubiquitous computing technology and u-learning, as research methods, were utilized to achieve the purpose of this study. In this study, the effect of ubiquitous computing technology on school life was reviewed in the two view points. One is the view of change and another is the view of constancy. In the view of change, school life had new educational environment new method, new social needs or expect. So, students' learning pace and achievement were managed automatically, and students had individual, customized learning experience. In the view of constancy, school life kept up educational goal as human resources development, acceptance of the change, and face-to-face interaction as characteristics of education. The major suggestions of this study on the new practical arts education's direction were as follows: (1) reforming educational goal such as process centered goal, developing higher order thinking, (2) refining subject matter such as integrated learning content based hands-on activities, and (3) transformation of instructional strategies and assessment such as experiment or practice and criterion referenced assessment.
