      • 시각장애학교 중등학생의 합주활동 유무에 따른 인성의 상관관계 분석

        The purpose of this treatise was to find out interrelationship with human nature of students of middle school for the visual impairment and their participation in activity for playing or not playing concert and for this purpose survey by questionnaires was carried out to students of 12 middle schools for the blind across the nation and conclusion drawn from such survey was as follows. Firstly, level of human nature of students of middle school for the visual impairment is higher than overall level of human nature. When this is examined based on its sub-factors sense of consideration is highest and it was followed in sequential order as sense of cooperation, self respect, sense of responsibility, sociability, sense of independence, diligence and self expression. Secondly, in analysis of human nature based on background variable of students of the school for the visual impairment in terms of sex and difference in human nature girl students showed higher level of self respect than boy students. In terms of level of schools students of high school showed higher level of cooperation than those of middle school. In terms of difference in human nature based on eyesight in the field of sociability factor blind students showed higher level than students with normal eyesight and in terms of sociability based on the time when loss of eyesight occurred the students who had loss of eyesight later on showed higher level in sociability than those who lost it earlier. Thirdly, the difference in level of human nature depending on whether or not students of the school for the visual impairment had experience of playing concert was revealed as those who had such experience showed higher level in the factors of self respect, diligence and sense of cooperation. Fourthly, when investigation was carried out for finding interrelationship with sub-elements for human nature of the whole students of middle schools of the visual impairment and those who had experience of playing concert and who had no such experience it was found there was static interrelationship with overall group. With whole group of students of the school for the visual impairment in interrelationship related to sub-factors sense of self respect was the highest and it was followed by diligence and sociability. With group who had experience of playing concert interrelationship in terms of sense of responsibility was highest and followed by diligence and sociability. When interrelationship of overall group was compared it was shown that group which had experience of playing concert had higher level of human nature and higher level of sub-factors statically compared to the group which had no such experience.

      • 사물놀이 합주활동이 정신지체 중학생의 부적응행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 정신지체 중학생들이 장구, 북, 꽹과리, 징과 같은 국악 타악기로 사물놀이 합주활동을 하였을 때 이 학생들이 나타내고 있는 부적응 행동의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 부적응행동 지도에 실제적인 방법을 제안하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 특수학교에 재학 중인 만 14,15,16세의 정신지체 남학생들로 급우를 밀치거나 물건을 던지는 등의 공격적 행동과 교실 구석에 숨거나 단체놀이 활동에 참여하지 않는 등의 위축/고립행동과 같은 부적응 행동을 함께 보이고 있는 학생들이다. 본 연구는 대상자간 중다기초선 설계를 적용하였으며 총 35회기의 관찰 회기로 이루어졌으며 사물놀이합주활동을 수업시간 30분 동안 실시하는 중재프로그램을 실시하였다. 매 회기마다 수업 시작 전에 10분 동안 자유 시간을 주고, 그 시간동안 대상학생의 행동을 녹화하여 수업이 끝난 후 녹화자료를 보며 등간기록표에 부적응행동 발생 수를 표기하였다. 기록표에 표기된 부적응행동 발생 수로 평균 발생률을 계산하여 기초선 기간, 중재프로그램 실시 기간, 유지 기간의 부적응행동 평균 발생률을 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 대상학생들 모두 사물놀이 합주활동 프로그램 실시 후 공격적 행동의 발생률이 현저하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대상학생들 모두 사물놀이 합주활동 프로그램 실시 후 위축/고립행동의 발생률이 현저하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to find the change of maladaptive behaviors of the middle school student with mentally retarded when they had the Samulnori ensemble activity with Korean classical music percussion instruments as a janggu, a drum and gongs. The subjects of the research were 14~16 year old boys in special school who showed maladaptive behaviors not only aggressive actions as to push classmates or throw things but also shrinking/isolated actions as to hide a corner in the classroom or not to be able to participate a group activities. In order to measure, the multiple baseline across subjects was applied for 35 observation sessions. The intervention program of Samulnori ensemble activity was administered for 30 minutes each session. The researcher recorded the behaviors of the students for 10 minutes recess time, and measured the frequency of the target behaviors. The results of this study were as follows: First, this study showed the occurrenced rate of aggessive actions decreased remarkably after the students had the activity performing as a group with Korean classical music Samulnori. Second, this study showed the shrinking/isolated actions decreased remarkably after the students had the activity performing as a group with Korean classical music Samulnori.

      • 합주활동이 청소년의 정서와 사회성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        우리나라의 입시 위주 교육은 아동‧청소년의 자아 형성이나 사회성을 기르는 것을 돕기보다는 그들을 경쟁으로 내몰고 있다. 이러한 경쟁 속에서 우리의 아동‧청소년은 사회적 관계 형성과 의사소통 발달뿐만 아니라 개인의 정서적 사고가 올바르게 발달하지 못하는 경우가 발생하고 있다. 그러한 문제들이 왕 따, 학교폭력, 그리고 자살 등의 사회적 문제로 이어지고 있다. 음악은 아동‧청소년의 사회문제를 해결할 수 있는 도구 중 하나이다. 음악은 사람의 감수성과 표현력을 개발하는 데 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 그룹으로 연주하는 형태에서는 타인에 대한 존중과 배려를 배울 수 있는 좋은 도구이다. 그중 특히 오케스트라는 다양한 악기가 모여서 합주하는 형태로서, 30여 명에서부터 많게는 120여 명까지 많은 인원이 운영되기 때문에 배려와 협력을 배울 수 있다. 이러한 특징으로 우리 정부에서는 창의성‧인성 개발을 위한 예술교육 사업으로 2011년부터 학생 오케스트라라는 학교 현장에서 오케스트라 활동을 할 수 있도록 사업을 진행하고 있다. 그에 따라 본 연구에서는 첫째, 오케스트라 활동이 아동‧청소년에게 미치는 영향에 대한 선행연구와 문헌고찰을 통하여 이론적 개념을 정립하고 학생 오케스트라가 정서적, 사회적, 의사소통에 미치는 영향을 이론적으로 적립하고자 한다. 둘째, 설문을 통해 실증적으로 이론적 모형에 대하여 검증하고자 한다. 셋째, 이론적, 실증적 분석 결과를 토대로 아동‧청소년에게 오케스트라 활동의 필요성을 증빙하고 학부모뿐만 아니라 교육단체‧국가적 교육 실무자에게 집단 음악 활동의 기술적 통계분석을 제공하고자 한다. 이와 같은 연구목적에 따라 2020년 4월부터 5월까지 서울 소재에 있는 초등학교와 중학교를 대상으로 오케스트라 활동을 참여한 학생과 활동에 참여하지 않은 학생으로 나누어 설문을 진행하였다. 이에 연구목적에 맞게 오케스트라 활동을 참여한 학생들과 비 참여 학생들의 변화에 대하여 분석하였으며, 남자와 여자에 대하여 변화를 분석하여 성별에 남녀 따른 변화 차이에 대해서 좀 더 구체적인 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적에 의해 연구를 실시한 결과 얻을 수 있는 음악 영역이 집단 음악 활동의 기술적 통계분석은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동‧청소년에게 오케스트라 활동을 하게 함으로써 개인의 정서 지능, 사회적, 의사소통의 부분에 긍정적 영향을 줌으로써 학생과 학부모뿐 아니라 다양한 교육관계자에게 오케스트라 활동의 긍정적 효과를 집단 음악 활동에 영향이 있다는 점이다. 둘째, 본 연구를 통해 분석된 결과를 토대로 학생 오케스트라의 중요성과 추진 방향을 제시할 수 있는 근거를 마련 할 수 있는 기틀을 제시하였다. 셋째, 학생 오케스트라의 경험이 아동‧청소년의 정서적, 사회적, 의사소통의 부분에 긍정적인 영향을 주어 개인의 올바른 가치관과 인격을 형성하는 데 도움을 주어 사회적 조직원으로 성장하게 된다는 것이 집단 음악 활동의 기술적 통계분석에서 입증하였다는 점이다. The education system in South Korea is driving children and adolescents into competition rather than helping them develop their ego or sociality. Amid such competition, there are many cases that they failed to develop communication skills and social relation formation with others. Moreover, it broadly impacts their emotional thinking, which lead social problems such as bullying, school violence, and suicide. Music is one of tools that can help solving those social problems. It helps not only developing their emotional thinking and expressiveness, but also learning respect and consideration for others in the form of group play. The orchestra would be a very good solution to teach children and adolescents consideration and cooperation. This is because it is formed by thirty to one-hundred-and-twenty people who play various instruments. As an art education project for creativity and character development, the South Korean government has been carrying out the project since 2011 to allow students to perform orchestra activities at school sites called student orchestras. Accordingly, in this study, we are going to establish theoretical concepts through prior research and literature review on the impact of orchestra activities on children and adolescents and to theoretically accumulate the influence of student orchestras on emotional, social and communication. Second, we want to verify empirically the theoretical model through the survey. Third, based on the results of theoretical and empirical analysis, we would like to prove the necessity of orchestra activities to children and adolescents and provide theoretical and practical implications to not only parents but also educational organizations and national education practitioners. Based on this purpose of research, the survey was conducted on elementary and middle schools in Seoul from April to May 2020, divided into students with orchestra education and those without education. Thus, students who participated in orchestra activities and nonparticipating students were analyzed according to the purpose of the research, and the change was analyzed for men and women to present more specific implications for the differences in gender. Theoretical and practical implications of conducting research for this purpose are as follows. First, the positive effects of orchestra activities were presented not only to students and parents, but also to various educational officials, by having positive influence on individual emotional intelligence, social, and communication by allowing children and teenagers to participate in orchestra activities. Second, based on the results analyzed through this study, it was suggested that it could be used as a basis for presenting the importance and direction of the student orchestra. Third, the student orchestra's experience has proved theoretically and practically that it has a positive influence on the emotional, social, and communication aspects of children and adolescents, helping them to form the right values and personalities of individuals, thereby growing into a social organization member.

      • 시각장애학생의 합주활동에 대한 인식과 개선방안

        This study aimed at presenting directions to visually impaired students and their instructors in order to help them perform ensemble activities more efficiently. To this end, the study examined the actual state of ensemble activities, visually impaired students' perception of ensemble activities, the educational effects of ensemble activities on visually impaired students, the problems with current ensemble activities and the improvements that should be made. The subjects of the study consisted of students who had participated in various ensemble activities operated by schools for visually impaired students. The conclusions obtained from the results of the study were summarized as follows. First, with regard to the musical instruments the student members of musical ensembles played, the woodwind ranked the highest in terms of the number of student players, followed by the brass wind instrument and the percussion instrument. A high proportion of students followed their teachers' recommendation in deciding which musical instrument they would play. However, among students with acquired visual impairments, more than half of the students decided the instruments they would play on their own rather than following their teachers' recommendation. As to the question of how long they had learned to play musical instruments and participated in musical ensembles, the highest proportion of students responded "one to five years." In addition, a fairly high proportion of high school students answered "more than six years, indicating ensemble activities had been conducted steadily. Second, overall, students showed positive responses to ensemble activities. Regarding the necessity of a training camp during vacation, the proportions of high school students, students with low vision, students with acquired visual impairments who agreed on the necessity of a camp were higher than that of middle school students, students with low vision and students with congenital visual impairments. Third, with regard to cultural experiences acquired from ensemble activities, male students obtained more cultural experiences than female students. In the meantime, female students showed more interest in other musical instruments than their male counterparts. Furthermore, it turned out that ensemble activities improved students' musical performances, helped them develop hobbies and aptitudes, provided them with opportunities to experience the aesthetics of music and vitalized their lives. In addition, they also boosted students' confidence, sense of achievement and happiness, helped them to lead their lives, improved their knowledge on music and stabilized their emotions. Through participating in ensemble activities, students improved their abilities to play musical instruments and learned to take responsibility and cooperate with others. This indicates that ensemble activities become opportunities for students to learn a sense of community to understand and consider others. Fourth, with respect to the necessity of braille music, the proportions of high school students, students with low vision and students with acquired visual impairments who agreed on the necessity of braille music were higher than that of elementary and middle school students, blind students and students with congenital visual impairments who showed the same response. Moreover, with regard to musical pieces for performance, the highest number of students answered they wanted to play lots of musical pieces regardless of the genre. When asked what the most difficult part of being the member of a music ensemble was, the highest number of students responded "lack of their ability to play a musical instrument and lack of time for practice." Regarding requirements for the improvement of ensemble activities, the most popular response was allocating appropriate time for practice and consideration. What was most urgent in relation to ensemble activities was allocating appropriate time for practice. With regard to government supports, attention and administrative and financial support were most needed for ensemble activities, and special programs and supports were also urgently needed to improve the performances of ensembles.

      • 관현악 합주 활동이 감상능력 신장에 미치는 영향

        음악교육은 다양한 음악활동을 통하여 음악성을 계발하고 창의적인 표현 능력과 감상 능력을 기르며 음악적 심성을 계발하여 보다 풍요롭고 의미 있는 삶을 영위하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 음악교육의 목적을 달성하는데 있어서 악기 연주는 음악 개념을 더욱 분명하게 해 주고 풍부한 음악에 대한 감수성을 증진시키는 효과적인 교육활동이다. 제 7차 교육과정에서는 교과활동으로서의 음악교육뿐만 아니라 특별활동으로서의 음악교육의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며, 특별활동에서 관현악 합주 활동이 차지하는 위치가 점점 커져가고 있다. 최근 음악에 대한 긍정적인 인식과 특기.적성 교육활동의 확대로 많은 학생들이 악기를 배우고 있으며 관현악부를 운영하는 초등학교의 수도 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 관현악 합주 활동이 감상능력 신장에 어떤 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 연구대상은 본 연구자가 근무하는 부산광역시 해운대구에 소재한 S초등학교 관현악부 학생 60명과 일반학생 60명이며, 그 구체적인 연구 방법으로 첫째, 기악교육의 교육적 의미와 관현악 합주 지도 방법, 감상의 본질에 대해 문헌적 고찰을 하였고, 둘째, 주 2회 특기.적성 교육활동 시간을 이용하여 관현악 합주 활동을 실시하였으며, 셋째, 관현악 합주활동이 감상능력 신장에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 감상능력 검사지는 인지적 감상능력(리듬, 가락, 화성, 형식, 셈여림, 빠르기, 음색에 대한 인지적 감상능력)과 음악적 심성(음악적 정서, 음악에 대한 애호심, 음악에 대한 가치 내면화)의 내용으로 구성하였으며, 6개월 간의 시차를 두고 사전.사후 검사를 실시하여 비교집단과 실험집단을 분석하였다. 위와 같은 연구로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 적용한 관현악 합주 활동은 리듬, 가락, 화성, 형식, 셈여림, 빠르기, 음색의 인지적 감상능력을 신장시키는 데 효과적인 교육활동임을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 화성, 형식에 대한 인지능력은 실험집단이 비교집단에 비해 높은 상승 결과를 보여 주었다. 둘째, 음악적 심성 계발에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 결과를 얻었다. 음악적 심성은 음악적 정서, 음악에 대한 애호심, 음악의 가치 내면화의 총 세 영역에 걸쳐 검사를 실시한 결과, 음악의 가치 내면화 검사에서 가장 높은 상승 결과를 보여 주었다. 앞으로 많은 초등학생들이 관현악 합주 활동을 통하여 음악 개념을 형성하고 아름다운 심성을 기르도록 체계적이고 지속적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이며, 초등학교 어린이들의 수준에 맞는 합주 악곡의 개발과 지도 교사의 지도 방법 개선을 위한 노력이 뒤따라야 할 것이다. Musical education enable to develop the musicality, expressive ability of originality, ability of appreciating music through various musical activities. Ultimately, it is aimed at affluent and meaningful life. To attain this object, the playing on a musical instrument is effective educational activity that would make the music conception be clear and improve sensibility to music. Music education is embossed as the general and special course in the 7th curriculum, and especially, the orchestral music concert is being important in the special course (special activity). These days, the positive recognition of music and spreading the special activity make the students learn the music instrument and the elementary school start to run the orchestra. The aim of this study is find that the orchestra activity give influence on development of the music appreciation. The subject of this study is 60 students belonging in the orchestra and 60 students who don't join the orchestra in Busan Haeundae S elementary students that this researcher works. Thestudy is divided as three ways. First, the consideration of literature cited to educational meaning of music instrument, teaching method of orchestra concert and the nature of appreciation. Second, the practice of orchestra concert activity using the special educational class in twice a week. Third, verification of the effect which the orchestra activity give the appreciation. The test of music appreciation was divided to cognitive appreciate ability (rhythm, tune, harmony, foam, dynamics, tempo, tone) and musical nature (musical feeling, affection to music, internalizing the musical value). The second experiment was carried out after 6 months of the first experiment, and it's analyzed two teams (orchestra and non-orchestra students)through the pre-inspection and post-inspection. As this study, the result is such as following, First, this study show that the orchestra activity is effective activity to improve the rhythm, tune, harmony, foam, dynamics, tempo and tone. Especially, the group in orchestra show higher result in harmony, foam and cognition of tone. Second, this study show a positive result on development of the musical nature. Above all, the internalizing the musical value caused best result. According to the this study, continuous and structured research has to be conducted through the elementary orchestra activity, and it's necessary to write orchestral works to level of elementary students, and it's demanding for the teacher to try to improve the teaching method.

      • 관현악 합주활동과 청소년 정서와의 상관관계분석 연구 : 설문조사를 통한 실태파악을 중심으로

        질풍노도의 시기를 겪고 있는 청소년들은 과도한 입시경쟁으로 인해 개인주의적인 성향과 긍정적인 정서보다 부정적인 정서가 좀더 많이 나타나고 있다. 이런 청소년들은 관현악 합주활동을 통해 서로 협동하는 것을 배우게 되고 그로 인해 사회에 보다 잘 적응할 수 있다. 또한 부정적인 정서보다 긍정적 정서를 길러줌으로 청소년 정서문제와 스트레스를 극복할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 청소년기에 음악교육의 중요성과 관현악 합주활동이 청소년들의 정서에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 알아보고 우리나라 음악교육에서 관현악 합주활동을 활성화 시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 문헌 연구를 통해 청소년기의 특성 및 성향과 합주활동의 중요성에 대해 알아보고 설문지조사와 현재 합주활동을 하고 있는 자녀를 둔 학부모의 인터뷰를 통해 합주활동이 청소년들의 정서에 어떤 영향을 주는지 알아보았다. 설문지 조사는 합주활동을 하는 학생들과 합주활동을 하지 않는 학생들은 정서적으로 어떤지 일반적인 정서와 음악 관련 정서를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반적인 정서에서는 합주활동을 하는 학생이 긍정적인 정서가 높은 반응을 보였다. 반면에 합주활동을 하지 않는 학생이 부정적 정서가 더 높은 반응을 보임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 음악적 정서와 관련 된 문항에서는 합주활동을 하는 학생들이 감수성, 음악수업의 흥미도가 높게 나타났고 합주활동을 하는 학생과 하지 않는 학생들 모두 클래식 음악을 들을 때의 심정변화가?마음이 차분해지고 긴장이 해소된다?고 대답한 비율이 각각 72%, 68%로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 합주활동을 하는 학생들을 대상으로 생활태도면에서 합주활동이 어떤 영향을 주는지 조사해 보았는데 악기를 배운 이후에 자신감과 성취감이 높아지고 특히 협동심이 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 합주활동을 하는 학생들의 부모와의 인터뷰 내용은 합주활동이 협동심과 같은 사회성을 길러주고 이것은 긍정적 정서와 바른 인격형성에 긍정적 영향을 주기 때문에 합주활동을 하는 것에 만족하고 있고 더욱 권장하고 싶다고 하였다. Teenagers are going through a period of storm and stress, and because of the severe competition to get into college, they are starting to show individualistic tendencies and negative attitudes rather than positive attitudes. These teenagers when participating in orchestral ensembles will adjust better to society and will learn how to cooperate with others. I also think that this type of activity will allow positive rather than negative attitudes to develop, and that it can help overcome the attitude problems of teenagers and their individualism. Thus, the purpose of this report is to examine the importance of music education and to find out what kind of effect or influence, if any, orchestral ensemble activity has teenagers. And, furthermore, this report has a secondary purpose of making participation in orchestral ensembles more accessible to many. The method of examination will be, through books, finding out about the distinct characteristics and tendencies of teenagers. Books will also reveal the importance of orchestral ensembles. Furthermore, through questionnaires and interviews with parents who have children who are involved in ensembles, we will find out what kind of influence participation in ensembles has on teenagers. The questionnaire was limited to junior high and high school students in the Incheon area. It researched how emotionally adjusted teenagers were who participated in orchestral ensembles and those who didn't-both in general and musically speaking. The following summarizes the results: First of all, the students that were involved in ensembles showed higher levels of possessing a positive attitude. On the other hand, students that were not involved in ensembles were shown to have more negative attitudes. Secondly, the students that were involved in ensembles were more in tune with their emotions and showed a higher level of interest in music class. According to the questionnaire, when listening to Classical music, the percentage of students that answered that "they feel at peace and tension was relieved? was 72% and 68% respectively, with those who were participated in ensemble activity scoring higher. Third, making use of students that participated in ensembles, I examined what kind of influence ensemble activity had on their daily attitude and outlook on life. It was shown that after learning to play an instrument, individuals tended to gain confidence and their sense of accomplishment increased and, furthermore, their sense of cooperation seemed to increase. Lastly, the results of the interviews with the parents of students that were involved in ensembles revealed that ensemble activity taught kids to adjust in society and bred a positive mind and developed proper character. The parents said that they were happy their teenagers were involved in ensembles and they wanted to continue to recommend it to their children.
