경계선 성격특성이 반응적 공격성에 미치는 영향: 거절민감성과 부적응적 정서대처전략의 매개효과

본 연구는 경계선 성격특성과 반응적 공격성의 관계에서 거절민감성과 부적응적 정서대처전략의 매개효과 및 순차매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국에 거주하는 만 19세 이상 29세 이하의 성인 남녀 652명(남성 210명(32.2%), 여성 442명(67.8%), 평균연령 만 24.58세(SD=3.36))의 응답자료를 사용하여 변인들 간 관계를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석을 통하여 주요 변인들의 관계를 확인한 결과, 모든 변인 간 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 경계선 성격특성은 반응적 공격성 및 거절민감성, 부적응적 정서대처전략과 높은 정적상관을 보였고, 반응적 공격성은 거절민감성과 부적응적 정서대처전략과 높은 정적상관을 보였다. 또한, 거절민감성은 부적응적 정서대처전략과 높은 정적상관을 보여 모든 변인 간 유의미한 정적상관을 확인하였다. 둘째, 경계선 성격특성이 반응적 공격성에 미치는 영향을 거절민감성이 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 경계선 성격특성이 반응적 공격성에 미치는 영향을 부적응적 정서대처전략이 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 넷째, 경계선 성격특성이 반응적 공격성에 미치는 영향을 거절민감성과 부적응적 정서대처전략이 순차적으로 매개하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 높은 경계선 성격특성에서 나타나는 반응적 공격성에 대한 개입 시 거절민감성과 부적응적 정서대처전략을 다루는 것이 중요함을 시사하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. 주요어: 경계선 성격특성, 반응적 공격성, 거절민감성, 부적응적 정서대처전략 This study was conducted with the aim of checking the mediating and sequential mediating effects of rejection sensitivity and maladaptive emotional coping strategies in the relationship between borderline personality traits and reactive aggression. To this end, responses from 652 adults (210 males (32.2%), 442 females (67.8%), average age of 24.58 years (SD=3.36)) between the ages of 19 and 29 nationwide were used to check the relationship of the variables. The main results of this study are as follows: First, as a result of checking the relationships of the major variables by correlation analysis, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation among all variables. Borderline personality traits showed strong positive correlations with reactive aggression, rejection sensitivity, and maladaptive emotional coping strategies, reactive aggression showed strong positive correlations with rejection sensitivity, and maladaptive emotional coping strategies, and rejection sensitivity showed a strong positive correlation with maladaptive emotional coping strategies, confirming significant positive correlations among all variables. Second, it was observed that rejection sensitivity mediates the effect of borderline personality traits on reactive aggression. Third, maladaptive emotional coping strategies were found to mediate the effect of borderline personality traits on reactive aggression. Fourth, rejection sensitivity and maladaptive emotional coping strategy sequentially mediate the effect of borderline personality traits on reactive aggression. These results suggest that it is important to deal with rejection sensitivity and maladaptive emotional coping strategies when intervening for reactive aggression observed among those with borderline personality traits. Based on this, the significance and limitations of this study, as well as suggestions for follow-up studies, are discussed. 부정적 자기개념, 자기개념 명확성, 자기초점적 주의에 따른 군집 유형 차이분석 : 정신건강을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 자기개념의 세 가지 측면인 내용-부정적 자기개념, 구조-자기개념 명확성, 과정-자기초점적 주의를 사용하여 어떠한 군집 유형이 나타나며 각 유형들이 어떠한 특성을 가지고 있는지 확인하기위해 각 군집 별로 정신건강에서 어떠한 차이가 나타나는지 비교하였다. 이를 위해 전국에 거주하는 대학생 514명을 대상으로 단축판 역기능적 신념검사(SDBT), 자기개념 명확성 척도(SCCS), 자기초점적 주의(SDSAS), 간이정신진단검사(SCL-90-R)을 이용하여 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였다. 먼저, 자기개념의 세 가지 변인과 정신건강의 하위 요인들의 상관 분석을 실시한 결과, 자기개념 명확성을 제외한 모든 변인에서 정적상관을 보였다. 부정적 자기개념, 자기개념 명확성, 자기초점적 주의(일반적/몰입적) 척도를 사용하여 군집유형을 분류한 결과, 안정형 자기 집단, 비일관된 각성형 자기 집단, 부적응적 자기 집단, 안정적 경직형 자기 집단, 부적응적 경직형 자기 집단, 비일관형 자기 집단으로 여섯 개의 군집이 나타났다: 군집 별로 정신건강의 하위요인들과 비교한 결과, ‘부적응적 경직형 자기’집단은 정신건강의 변인들에서 모두 가장 높은 수준을 보였으며, ‘안정형 자기’ 집단은 가장 낮은 수준을 보였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 이후의 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다. 주요어 : 자기개념, 부정적 자기개념, 자기개념 명확성, 자기초점적 주의, 정신건강,

대학생이 지각한 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 자기결정성의 조절효과

본 연구에서는 대학생이 지각한 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 이 변인들의 관계에서 자기결정성의 조절효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 252명을 대상으로 진로장벽 척도(KCBI), 진로준비행동 척도, 자기결정성 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계 분석과 상관 분석, 위계적 회귀 분석 등을 실시하였으며, 본 연구를 통해 확인된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로장벽, 진로준비행동, 자기결정성과 그 하위요인들은 모두 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 단순 회귀 분석을 실시한 결과, 진로장벽이 진로준비행동의 일부를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로장벽과 진로준비행동에서 자기결정성의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 자기결정성은 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 유의미한 조절효과가 나타났다. 넷째, 진로장벽과 진로준비행동에서 자기결정성 하위요인의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 자율성과 관계성이 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에서 본 연구의 제한점과 시사점에 관하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of college student’s perceived career barriers on career preparation behavior and to verify the moderating effects of self-determination. For this, a questionnaire was conducted on 252 college students using the career barrier scale(KCBI), career preparation behavior scale, self-determination Scale. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and hierarchical analysis were conducted. The results revealed by this study are as follows. First, the correlation between career barriers, career preparation behavior and self-determination was found to be significant. Second, a simple regression was conducted to investigate the effect of career barriers on career preparation behavior, and it was found that career barriers explained some of the career preparation behaviors. Third, after verifying the moderating effects of self-determination in the relationship between career barrier and career preparation behavior, it was found that self-determination had significant moderating effects in the relationship between career barrier and career preparation behavior. Fourth, after verifying the moderating effects of self-determination sub-factors, it was found that autonomy and relationship had significant moderating effects in the in the relationship between career barrier and career preparation behavior.
