      • 중 · 대형 업무용 건축물의 공조에너지 저감을 위한 에너지소요량 분석에 관한 연구

        Office Building Energy Efficiency Rating Certification system was enforced in 2010 to enhance spreading high-energy performance and saving buildings. In addition, Government offices require 1st grade of Building Energy Efficiency Rating Certification system. Green Building Act, which is established to reduce the emissivity of carbon dioxide by reducing building energy consumption, will be enforced in 2013, and new apartments and office buildings will be subjected to it. Henceforward, it will extend to other types of buildings and will be phased in. In general, pumps and fans consume approximately half of the air-conditioning energy consumption, and about a quarter of the total building energy consumption when office buildings have total floor area of more than 10000 square meters. This study analyzed the energy demand when applying Variable Air Volume System, and Variable Water Volume System to reduce energy returns of the pumps and the fans by ECO2, which is a computer simulation program used for Building Energy Efficiency Rating Certification system.

      • 석면슬레이트의 適正處理를 위한 分布特性 分析에 관한 硏究

        Asbestos hazards have been studied by many people. Approximately 10% of slate contain asbestos, and asbestos which was imported in the 1970s was used to construct as building materials. The slate company, Asano which is located in the Youngsan in 1930's becomes the beginning and the slate is coming to be used until recently. Since 1960 in the aftermath of the New Village Movement it was greatly expanded slate industry. Slate contain Asbestos and the surface is likely to drift over time, the government managed the comprehensive plan of 2010 Asbestos slate farmhouse in the National Survey on the usage of the progress and improve farmers slate roof construction. Non-conventional evaluation of the slate there is no index, especially in the concentration of population exposure to asbestos is a wide but a range of survey data on an unprecedented situation is urgent so long-term management measures are urgently needed. In this study, Slate Intergovernmental basic data for comprehensive measures proposed.

      • 객실 평면유형별 피난성능 평가를 통한 호텔 건축물의 피난안전 향상에 관한 연구

        Hotel buildings have been changed to the multi-purpose buildings equipped with banquet halls and conference facilities and cafeterias, which is moved away from the previous simple accommodations. When taking a side view of the prevention of fires, the people using hotels have troubles escaping from initial fire. Because they are unspecified individuals and have no information as to the hotels. Also, the part of guest-rooms in charge of accommodations is constructed with the high sound insulation system focusing on privacy of individuals. so, It's hard to incite evacuations in their sleep. Therefore, the standardized floor-plans of guest-room in hotels are classified into 4 types. The four special first class hotels was respectively selected in this research. Zone model fire simulation, CFast was based on the standardized floor. The result from the simulation applied to building EXODUS, the one of the evacuation simulation programs. The indexes for comparison (evacuation speed, exit flow rate, etc.) based on the result of simulation were selected and analyzed. Through the analysis, we knew that the evacuation performance of the parallel type and straight type is superior to the atypical straight type and crossing type. Through such processes, this paper is intended to furnish the fundamental materials when planing hotel buildings which are able to minimize the damages and protect individuals and their properties.

      • 초고층 건축물의 위험요소를 고려한 성능위주 피난설계방안에 관한 연구

        방재의 관점에서 볼 때 건축물의 고층화는 화재발생에 따른 위험성을 더욱 가중시키고 있음은 물론이고, 재난발생시 대규모 인명 및 재산피해가 발생될 우려가 충분히 있다. 학계 및 전문가 집단에서는 이에 대한 대책마련을 요구하고 있지만, 아직 우리나라의 현행 건축 및 소방기본법 등에서 초고층 건축물의 화재안전을 위한 구체적인 규정이 제정되지 않고 있어 일반적인 건축물에 적용되는 기준을 그대로 적용하고 있다. 이에 대한 보완책으로 우리나라에서는 최근 화재영향평가를 포함하여 초고층 건축물의 특성을 고려한 Performance Based Design(PBD)을 도입하고 있다. 그러나 국내 실정에 적합한 성능위주 피난설계기준 법 및 절차가 개발되지 않은 상황에서 과학적이고 합리적인 성능위주 소방설계가 수행될 수 있을지 우려를 낳고 있다. 본 연구에서는 성능위주의 설계를 실시하고 있는 미국, 일본 등 선진국의 법규와 코드 및 초고층 건축물의 수직성에 기인한 피난설계항목에 대한 사례분석을 바탕으로 법규위주의 피난설계에서 간과할 수 있는 주요 위험요소를 고려한 성능위주 설계방안을 제시하여 국내 초고층 건축물에 대한 안전성 부여 및 성능위주 피난설계에 대한 기초적 자료를 제시하려 한다. In a point of view of the disaster prevention, rising of the buildings have increased the risks according to fires and also have possibilities to cause a large number of human casualties as well as property loss from such disasters. The academics and experts have demanded countermeasures for the issue, however, we are still applying standards for the general buildings to high-rise buildings because current Korean laws such as architecture law and fire services act law didn't establish specific regulations for the fire safety of high-rise buildings. Recently Korean government is now importing Performance Based Design, which considers the characteristics of high-rise buildings including fire consequence analysis, as a complementary measures. Nevertheless, it is concerned whether scientific, logical and performance based fire protection plan could be carried on when appropriate performance based evacuation design standard laws and procedures for domestic conditions are not developed yet. The purpose of this study is to give safety to domestic high-rise buildings and to present fundamental information about performance based evacuation design by indicating performance based plan criteria classified by primary risk items of them that could be overlooked by law centered evacuation plans based on case studies about legislations, codes and evacuation plan items due to the verticality of the high-rise buildings from advanced countries such as the U.S., U.K., and Japan, which are already practicing performance based designs.

      • 스마트 그리드 構築을 위한 業種特性別 電力消費 豫測模型 개발 : 商業 建築物을 中心으로

        Reduction greenhouse gases(GHG) that are going on actively in the international movement. In the field of architecture, this situation is inevitable work. To establish plan for GHG, firstly we need to reduce energy consumption which is leading cause of GHG. The effect of global warming which greenhouse gas generated by energy consumption being the main cause has on the environment is enormous. For this we should know that how much electricity consumption we use. The target of this study is commercial buildings with various businesses. Their electricity consumption was analysed by business units rather than buildings. Firstly each business was divided into 13 sectors according to industrial classification and electricity consumption were analyzed for each industry. For commercial building electricity consumption is done by the private sector and construction management is also an autonomy system in private but integrated management system so that it is important to know. In this study using spss regression analysis, correlation analysis and the electricity prediction model is developed. Those lets know consumption of further analysis and forecasting of energy demand.

      • 건물에 적용된 지열 히트펌프 냉난방 시스템의 성능 특성에 관한 연구

        건물에서의 에너지 소비량 감소 및 효율성을 위해서 단일 열원 사용보다는 복합열원의 사용으로 에너지 자립화가 되도록 하이브리드 시스템에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 조사대상 건물의 전력 소비량 및 냉난방 에너지 소비량에 대하여 중점을 두고 주열원인 지열 시스템에서의 설계부하량과 실제사용량 데이터 분석을 통해 최적설계방안을 도출할 것이다. 더불어 대학건물에서의 친환경에너지 자립화를 위한 기초자료로 제시하고자 한다. Thus, our government enforced the use of the facilities using renewable energy for the public buildings and the buildings with the total building floor area of 3,000㎡, according to the promoting “acts for the development, use, and distribution of renewable energy and recycled energy”, since Apr 2004. Recently, the act has been revised so that the 10% of the estimated use of energy for the buildings with the total building floor area of 3,000㎡, should be invested on the renewable energy facilities. The government, aiming at distributing more than 11% of primary energy with renewable energy by 2030, strengthens its support for the technology development of renewable energy and the distribution projects. In this study, the limitations of the geothermal system which is the most close to the practical use in the perspective of initial investment costs and energy efficiency, among renewable energies, were perceived; and to solve this problem, the evaluation of economic feasibility of the case in which the geothermal hybrid system, recently being introduced, has been applied, has been carried out.

      • 소규모 SCW 시스템의 운전패턴에 따른 지하수 온도 변화에 관한 연구

        Standing column well(SCW) in ground water heat pump(GWHP) system that is well known for the high efficient heating and cooling system was introduced in Korea 2004, and has been applied in large facilities. Therefore the research of optimum planning of the standing column well for small facilities should be made. Accordingly, this research is aimed to understand the characteristics of underground water that is applied in a small building in accordance with operation methods during heating and cooling. And these results also offers DB(database) for planing of the efficient standing column well systems, which are able to prevent the waste of underground water. For this research, the thermocouples were installed at 10 spots in the well, and the data on temperature of underground water were collected through the data logger all the year round. And temperature changes of the underground water were analyzed by shifting the operation methods of the standing column well system. Differences in the temperature of underground water in accordance with operation methods are clearly defined. Therefore, these findings are expected to contribute to constructing DB required for the optimum planning of small-scale SCW in GWHP system.

      • 종합대학 건축물의 에너지 소비특성 분석에 의한 그린캠퍼스 조성에 관한 연구

        In large university campuses, electricity and city gas, oil uses are similar to those of medium-sized cities. The diversity of activities and energy end-uses can be considered as significant as in a city where residential, commercial and industrial uses are present. Recently, a number of projects regarded to energy reducing have been done on Korean Universities. Optimizing energy facility system is essential for energy saving and low cost construction and operation. How to zone facilities system has a number of methods to reduce and conserve energy. On Korean university campuses, many buildings have the heating and cooling systems operated, but no operation has been made for more efficient energy consumption. Therefore, it’s necessary that the campus energy should be researched. The purpose of this study is to analyze campus consumption of the school buildings and to find the way how to make energy saving for university.

      • 대형경기장의 신재생에너지 시스템 적용 및 경제성 평가에 관한 연구

        오늘날 기후변화에 대응으로 지속가능한 발전에 대해 집중되고 있다. 한국은 96%라는 에너지 원료를 수입하고 있으며 고작 17% 정도만 어네지를 자립하고 있다. 또한 건축물 부문에서는 국가 에너지 총 소비량의 23% 를 차지하고 있다. 특히 대형경기장은 그 지역의 상징적인 공공건축물로 자리매김하고 있으나 지속가능한 측면에서는 상징적일 순 없다. 본 연구는 대형경기장의 하나인 대구스타디움이 환경친화적인 건축물이 될 수 있도록 신재생에너지 시스템의 적정한 용량을 도입하는 방안과 그 방안의 경제성도 분석하였다. We live in paradigm that is concentrated on the sustainable development, nowaday. This paradigm isn't perfectly solved but we deal with paradigm. According to the statistics about energy, South Korea imports 96% of energy materials and reliance ratio of energy is 17%. In domestic situation, the energy consumption ratio of the buildings is 23% of total energy consumption ratio. Especially, the stadium is the landmark in the cities where the stadium is situated. But the stadium consumes a lot of energy in the dark side. This study treats Deagu Stadium that is situated in Deagu. This stadium is the landmark of Deagu that connotes the historical meanings. This study are going to put the environment-friendly factor into exisiting landmark factor. To be environment-friendly building, the method is studied to install renewable energy system. If the method is defined, fossil fuel consumption decreases and the environment-friendly landmark increases.

      • 煙氣 流入에 의한 階段室 減光係數 測定 및 避難者 步行速度 變化推移 分析

        Large complex buildings have been constructed to make every work effectively in large cities. The large complex building which features a large number of occupants and complex circulation makes it difficult to complete the emergency egress In some cases in which the fire generates the products of combustion, the smoke causes the reduction of the visibility and this may have a decisive effect on egress time. The smoke flowing through the stair case can't be ignored by the evacuee in the high rise building. Because of this, the smoke control system is required by law. However, the smoke control system can't work properly under the condition of that the fire doors are opened. Therefore, this paper is focusing on the assessment for smoke concentration by analyzing on the egress time when the smoke flows through the stair case. 96 subjects participated in this egress drill and the visibility was limited by the fog machine in order to simulate conditions in case of fire. As a result, the descent speeds in normal and smoke layer decrease by 31% and 55% for each as 0.92㎧ and 0.59㎧. Furthermore, it was found that the evacuation speed decreases as the extinction coefficient increases and the evacuation speed at the minimum extinction coefficient was 0.7㎧.
