        According to the rapidly increasing demand for text data analysis, research and investment in text mining are being actively conducted not only in academia but also in various industries. Text mining is generally conducted in two steps. In the first step, the text of the collected document is tokenized and structured to convert the original document into a computer-readable form. In the second step, tasks such as document classification, clustering, and topic modeling are conducted according to the purpose of analysis. Until recently, text mining-related studies have been focused on the second steps, such as document classification, clustering, and topic modeling. However, with the discovery that the text structuring process substantially influences the quality of the analysis results, various embedding methods have actively been studied to improve the quality of analysis results by preserving the meaning of words and documents in the process of representing text data as vectors. Unlike structured data, which can be directly applied to a variety of operations and analysis techniques such as machine learning, Unstructured text should be transformed as a numeric value that the computer can understand before analysis. It is called "Embedding" that arbitrary objects are mapped to a specific dimension space while maintaining algebraic properties for structuring the text data. Recently, attempts have been made to embed not only words but also sentences, paragraphs, and entire documents in various aspects. Particularly, as the demand for a document analysis increases rapidly, many methods have been studied to support it. Among them, doc2Vec which embeds each document into a single vector is most widely used. However, the traditional document embedding method represented by doc2Vec generates a document vector using the whole corpus of the document. This causes a limitation that the document vector is affected by not only core words but also miscellaneous words. Moreover, the previous document embedding schemes map each document into a single vector. Therefore, it is difficult to represent multiple subjects of a complex document accurately. In this paper, we propose a new Multi-Vector Document Embedding method to overcome these limitations of the traditional document embedding methods. This study targets the documents that explicitly separate body content and keywords. In the case of a document without keywords predefined, the proposed method can be applied after extract keywords through various analysis methods. However, since this is not the core subject of the proposed method, we introduce the process of applying the proposed method to documents that predefine keywords. The proposed method consists of (1) Parsing, (2) Word Embedding, (3) Keyword Vector Extraction, (4) Keyword Clustering, and (5) Multiple-Vector Generation. Specifically, all text in the document is tokenized and each token is converted into a vector that have N-dimensional real value through word embedding method. After that, to minimize the impact of the miscellaneous words in the embedding process, vectors corresponding to the keywords of each document are extracted and make up sets of keyword vector for each document. Next, clustering is conducted on a set of keywords for each document to identify multiple subjects included in the document. Finally, the representative vectors is generated from each cluster, each document is represented as these Multi-Vector The experiments for 3.147 academic papers revealed that the single vector-based approach cannot properly map complex documents because of interference among subjects. However, we ascertained that the proposed method can vectorize complex documents more accurately by eliminating the interference among subjects. 최근 비정형 텍스트 데이터에 대한 다양한 분석 기법의 적용을 위해 텍스트 데이터의 구조화 방안에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. doc2Vec을 비롯한 기존의 문서 임베딩 방법은 문서 내 모든 용어를 사용하여 문서 벡터를 생성하기 때문에, 문서의 핵심 내용을 가리키는 용어뿐 아니라 비 핵심 용어의 영향도 받는다는 한계를 갖는다. 더불어 하나의 문서를 하나의 벡터로 나타내는 기존의 문서 임베딩 방식은 다양한 주제를 다루고 있는 복합 문서를 정확하게 표현하기 어렵다는 한계를 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 두 가지 한계를 극복하기 위한 다중 벡터 문서 임베딩 방법론을 새롭게 제안한다. 구체적으로 제안 방법론은 문서의 핵심 단어만을 이용하여 문서를 벡터화하고, 문서 내 다양한 주제를 의미적으로 분해하여 하나의 문서를 여러 개의 벡터 집합으로 표현한다. 한국학술정보 사이트에서 수집한 총 3,147개의 논문을 이용한 실험을 통해 복합 문서를 하나의 벡터로 표현할 경우 벡터의 왜곡 현상이 발생함을 확인하였으며, 주제를 의미적으로 분해하여 다중 벡터로 표현하는 제안 방법론으로 이러한 왜곡 현상을 보정하고 각 문서를 보다 정확하게 임베딩할 수 있다는 사실을 확인하였다.

        This thesis is to analyze the operation state of the mental health facilities and its operating system, the management of the recipients of public psychiatric services, the delivery system of the services, the service personnels, the budgetary system, and the public activities of the public psychiatric services and its educational factors, on the basis of the actual conditions of the community mental health services and its facilities held in the end of 2002 by Chungcheongbuk-do province office, and to study the problems and countermeasures to activate the public mental health projects. The results of the study are as follows; 1. The present state of the mental health projects of Chungcheongbuk-do There are about 50 established institutes concerning the mental health projects in Chungcheongbuk-do; 31 psychiatric medical facilities, 4 psychiatric asylums, 4 rehabilitating-to-society facilities, one community mental health center in Cheongwongun, one basic public health branch center in Chungju, Danyang, Boeun and Okcheon, respectively, and six in other cities and towns. There are four rehabilitation facilities operated, one of which is private facility and the rest are corporate facilities. Also, two general training centers, a living-training center and a dwelling house are being operated. The number of the sick-beds for the mentally sick is 4,227 in Chungcheongbuk-do, 72.8% of which are for psychiatric medical facilities, 24.6% are for psychiatric asylums, and 2.6% are for rehabilitating-to-society facilities. The ratio of the mentally sick males registered in the mental health facilities is 63.2%, which is higher than 36.8% of females of the same group. The age groups in their thirties and forties are the highest. In the analysis according to their diagnoses, 62.8% of them are schizophrenia, 18.1% alcoholism, 4.7% mental retardation, and 4.6% senile dementia. The distribution graph of the medical insurance of the registered patients represents that recipients of National Basic Livelihood Security are 75.3%. 32.7% of the mental health personnels are nurses, 30.9% assistant nurse, 9.2% mental health nurses, 6.4% social welfare staffs, 2.7% social welfare staffs majoring in mental health, and 2% clinical psychologists majoring in mental health. The total budget invested into the mental health facilities in the year 2002 by Chungcheongbuk-do was 3,100 million won, 2,675 million won (85.6%) of which was invested for the psychiatric asylums, 238 million won (7.6%) for the public mental health centers, 25 million won (0.8%) for the school mental health projects, and 187 million won (0.6%) for the rehabilitating-to-society facilities 2. The problems and its counterparts Because the management and system of the mental health projects are too much dependent upon the central government and there are some deficiencies of the relative relationship among the mental health facilities, the plan for the general mental health projects which motivates the characteristics of the region should be established through the support of the public sectors and the active participation of the private sectors. There is only one mental health center in Cheongwongun which can play a major role in the mental health projects of Chungcheongbuk-do compared with those of Seoul and Gyeonggido, which are 7 centers and 21 centers respectively. So we need the support and concern of not only the provincial office but also the central government for the mental health projects. In addition to 4 basic public health centers, the concern and support for every project of each provincial government are necessary, and the support for the rehabilitating-to-society facilities of each Gun(town) should be supplied. In the system of the service delivery, the activation of reactivation program of the mental health organization is necessary, and the service offers which are held in the public mental health organization are biased to the case management and day-care activities. As the job reactivation activities are continuously operated only in Cheongwongun mental health center, the activation of the reactivation program of the mental health organizations is necessary and the proper recruitment and management of the mentally sick are to be done. As they lack the experts or professionals of the mental health organization and asylums and the budgetary systems are unbalanced among the city or Gun (towns) public health centers, the public activities against that imbalance, the great expansion of the regional mental health facilities, and the security of the minimum standard cost of living for the mentally sick and retarded are necessary. 3. The improvement and the driving directions The model of the mental health projects in Chungcheongbuk-do is that of the agricultural area. Though the mental health personnels find, register, visit, and train the mentally disabled for their adaptation for the society, they should offer the jobs and the residences for them to live independently in their society without others' help after rejoining the society. So, to develop the regional mental health projects more actively, they should improve the regional mental health service, build up the smooth cooperative system by harmonizing the administrative capability and the professionalism and pliability of the public and private sectors properly, and increase or enlarge the budget of the central government centered on the cities' or Guns' (towns) public health centers and the budget and personnels concerning the mental health of the provincial office. To share the informations about the mental health projects, all the medical centers, the psychiatric asylums, the public health centers, rehabilitating-to-society facilities, the regional society well-being centers, the chamber of commerce and industry, and the citizen groups should establish the relative relationships and have the patients themselves and their families get their services which they need anytime and anywhere easily. For their real and practical returning to the society, all the citizens and all the experts, including especially doctors of the mental clinics and the general hospitals, should participate in this project. To activate the mental health projects of Chungcheongbuk-do, they should perform the mental health policies, the project developments, the education concerning the mental health, the performance of the training, or the support activities based upon the collection and the analysis of statistics. Also, the university authorities, the researchers, the mental health service suppliers, and the provincial offices should make voluntary efforts to motivate the interaction which results from the conclusive factors of the mental health and its results.

      • AT 급전 시뮬레이터를 이용한 흡상전류비 방식의 고장점 표정에 관한 연구

        전기철도시스템은 철도 전체 시스템을 운영 및 관리하는데 절대적으로 필요한 신경 조직과도 같은 역할을 하고 있다. 특히, 최첨단 기술의 발달로 열차 운행의 고속화와 무인화 및 자동화가 가능해지면서 철도의 안전운행을 관리하는 철도 전기 시스템 분야의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 따라서 전기철도에서 급전선이나 전차선은 레일과의 단락 또는 지락사고가 발생하였을 때 신속하고 정확하게 고장 지점을 예측하는 것은 대단히 중요하다. 이처럼 고장점표정장치는 사고 발생 시 고장 지점을 계산하고 예측하여 알려주는 시스템이다. 교류 AT 급전방식에서는 고장점 표정을 위한 방식으로 임피던스 방식과 흡상전류비 방식이 혼용되어 사용되고 있다. 임피던스 방식은 고장저항의 값에 영향을 받지 않으며 임피던스의 값으로만 거리를 예측하여 측정하는 장점을 가지며 거리에 비해 임피던스의 값이 비선형적이고 임피던스에 따라 최대 3개의 고장지점을 표시하는 단점이 있다. 흡상전류비 방식은 AT의 중성점에서 전류를 측정하고 그 전류들의 고장점을 검출하여 보다 정확한 표정이 가능하다. 하지만 타선흡상현상 등 여러가지 이유들로 인해 표정 오차가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 교류전기철도에 사용되는 고장점 표정기법 중 임피던스의 영향을 받지 않는 흡상전류비 방식의 고장점 표정방식에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 고장 지점을 예측하는 방법은 크게 3가지로 정의되며 첫째로 지락사고시 양측 AT에 흡상되는 전류를 계산식에 의해 거리를 예측하는 방법을 서술하였다. 둘째로 시뮬레이션 프로그램(PSIM)을 통해 임의의 지점에 지락 사고를 발생시켰을 때 시뮬레이션 결과를 정리하였다. 셋째로 실제 철도시스템에 사용되는 보호시스템을 바탕으로 축소형 모델인 고장점 표정장치 시뮬레이터을 개발하였다. 결론으로 시뮬레이터의 결과값과 시뮬레이션의 결과값 수치해석 결과값이 같은지 비교분석 하고 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

      • 시공과정을 고려한 중력식옹벽에 작용하는 주동토압

        The design retaining walls, we have popularly used "The design Chart of Retaining Walls" in Korea. The chart is based on the coulomb theory for estimating pressure. However, the earth pressure on the wall is dependent upon the construction procedure, foundation soil, backfill soil, interaction between soil and so on. In order to investigate the above factors, we have carried out finite element analyses for gravity walls in the design chart of Korea, in which the height of the wall is 3m. The following results are able to be obtained: (1) The horizontal earth pressures on the walls are largely dependent upon the wall friction and the slope of the backface of the wall, but irrespective to the stiffness of foundation soil. (2)The horizontal components of earth force from f. e, analyses have over-estimated than those in the design chart of Terzaghi-Peck. The difference increases as increasing the sloping of the backfill. (3)When the surface of the backfill is horizontal, it enables the design pressure on the gravity walls to be suggested: the coefficient of earth active pressure, Ka, to the depth of H/3: from H/3 to basement the coefficient (Ka+Ko)/2, and the horizontal pressure, гH_(o)(Ka + Ko)/2 for the basement, in which H_(o) is the depth to the easement.

      • 꽃의 군집 미를 응용한 실내도벽 연구

        Has it ever occurred to you that a simple object could be viewed differently, if the object were in a group with the same exact other objects, such as a box of empty soda bottles. A few times, I was amazed to rediscover the effects of patterns and unities, which were simply created by arranging a multiple of simple objects. These simple and trivial objects can be easily found in our everyday lives, and when these objects are arranged in a group, it could be visually inspiring to us. Flowers are a good representation of beauty, and it could be seen anywhere near us. Floral decorations have been steadily used for enhancing our surroundings, especially for interior spaces. All though, flowers are not really strange to any of us for decoration purposes, I have found different side of flowers’ beauty from a group (bundle) of flowers. And, by applying this new side of flowers’ beauty, I intend to provide a familiar newness into our interior spaces. The purpose of this dissertation is to study the application of a group of flowers in a ceramic interior wall. The main objective of this study is to show that ceramic made flower decorations are derivatives of formative art work, which could be only viewed as artistic pieces. First of all, I began to study the past art works that are based on images of flowers to understand fundamental shapes of flowers. Thus, I was able to express flowers in a form of ceramic art. Secondly, I made new interpretation on my perspective on a recreated beauty from groups of flowers, which helped me to make coherent connection between my research and my art works. Thirdly, I researched theoretic side of installation methods of ceramic interior wall. Lastly, I discussed my concern, which was caused between a factory produced ceramic interior wall decoration product and a distinctive ceramic wall art piece. There could be infinite ideas on a single beautiful flower, because everyone takes different views on a same subjective matter. My own interpretation of a beautiful flower is a shape made out of organic lines and well balanced colors, these artistic elements naturally flow one point to the other point by creating perfect harmony. Better yet, these artistic elements can be shown in a flower garden or a bouquet, which amplifies the effects of these artistic elements drawn from a single beautiful flower. To express beauty of flowers, I have observed physical and structural uniqueness of flowers. And, the observations enable me to reinterpret shape of well-regulated freeness of a group of flowers. Expressing formative flowers is not the enjoyment from one single beautiful flower. Perhaps, it is giving attention to rhythmic unity of a flower garden or a bouquet. Nowadays, using artistic art pieces to decorate interior spaces has become the part of mainstream art culture, which enhances our living quality. Compare to some of the popular drawings and sculptures, ceramic wall is yet to be demanded in decorative art industry. Usually, people think of ceramic wall as commercial tiles that are installed in interior spaces or big scaled art works that are displayed on outside areas. But, displaying reconstructive ceramic units in interior spaces suggests pictorial and formative attractions. Ceramic wall is the new way to recreate interior spaces, at the same time, it emphasizes on decoration purpose, which has enough potential to be in the mainstream art culture. Therefore, I hope that ceramic wall becomes important part of the mainstream art culture, and people begin to appreciate it as a form of art. 비록 사소한 것이라도 모이면 의미를 가진다. 누구나 평소에는 그냥 지나쳤을 만한 빈 병이나 박스들이 쌓여있는 모습에 색다름을 느끼고 다시 한 번 고개를 돌렸던 경험이 있을 것이다. 이렇듯 무리지어 있는 사소한 것 혹은 주변의 일상적인 것들은 우리에게 새로운 시각적 감흥을 제공한다. 일상에서 쉽게 볼 수 있는 꽃은 아름다움의 대명사로 불리며 주변 환경을 장식하는 소재로서도 꾸준한 사랑을 받고 있다. 실내 공간의 장식에 있어서 꽃이란 우리에게 새롭거나 신선한 소재는 아닐 것이다. 하지만 본 연구자는 무리 지어있는 꽃에서 색다른 아름다움을 발견하였고, 이를 응용한 실내도벽을 제작하여 실내에 ‘익숙한 새로움’을 제공하고자 한다. 본 논문은 꽃의 군집 미를 응용한 실내도벽에 대한 연구이다. 단순히 실내벽면에 걸리는 장식품이 아닌 하나의 조형작품으로써 그 역할을 수행하기 위한 연구이다. 그 목적은 첫째, 꽃의 군집 미에 대해 재해석하여 이론적으로 정리한다. 둘째, 꽃 이미지를 소재로 한 작품선례들을 조형원리에 입각하여 분석하고 단위체(unit)로 표현한다. 셋째, 이론적인 측면에서 실내도벽의 제작기법 및 설치기법에 대해 연구한다. 넷째, 기성품과 작품으로서 도벽의 차이점과 차별성을 두는 방법에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다. 보는 사람마다 각자의 심상에 따른 이미지가 존재하기 때문에 꽃의 아름다움에 대한 이미지는 무한하다 할 수 있다. 본 연구자의 관점에서 바라본 ‘꽃의 아름다움’이란 형태를 구성하는 유기적인 선과 색의 조화 그리고 흐름에 있다. 이러한 미적요소들은 꽃 한 송이에서만 나타나는 것이 아니라 꽃들이 무리 지어있는 꽃다발 혹은 꽃밭에서 발견될 수 있었으며 따라서 이를 ‘군집의 미(美)’로 발전·해석하였다. 이러한 아름다움을 표현하기 위해서 꽃이 가지는 외형적인 특성과 구조적 특징에 대해 관찰하고 이해하는 조형적 과정을 통해 자유로우면서도 규칙적인 형상을 재해석하여 표현하였다. 꽃의 조형적 표현에 있어서는 한 송이에서 나오는 미적 감흥이 아닌 무리지어 가득하게 핀 꽃다발 혹은 꽃밭에서 오는 통일감과 리듬감에 주목하여 표현하였다. 또한 감성적으로는 풍성함이 느껴지는 꽃에 대한 안락함과 편안함을 나타내려고 한다. 실내 공간을 예술품으로 장식하는 일은 생활수준의 향상으로 오늘날 대중적인 문화가 되었다. 회화나 조각품등 다른 예술장르에 비교하면 도벽은 아 직 수요적인 측면이나 인식적인 측면에서 대중적이 아니라고 볼 수 있다. 일반적으로 사람들이 생각하는 도벽은 실외에 대형으로 설치되거나 실내 공간의 타일 장식 정도로만 생각하는 경우가 많다. 하지만 실내공간을 캔버스 삼아 서 도자 유닛을 재구성하고 배치한 도벽작업은 회화적 아름다움과 조형적 아름다움 모두를 제시한다. 실내 도벽은 새로운 공간을 창출하는 공간예술이며 동시에 장식성이 강조된 장식예술로서 대중적인 예술로 확대될 가능성이 충분하다고 사료된다. 본 연구자는 꽃의 군집미를 조형적으로 표현한 실내도벽 연구를 통해 도벽이 대중적 예술로서 실내공간의 중요한 요소임을 제시하고자 한다.

      • 수명의 불확실성을 반영한 추계학적 장비 대체시기 결정모형

        Equipment replacement policy may not be defined with certainty, because physical states of any technological system may not be determined with foresight. This paper presents Markov Decision Process(MDP) model for army equipment which is subject to the uncertainty of deterioration and ultimately to failure. The components of the MDP model is defined as follows: ⅰ) state is identified as the age of the equipment, ⅱ) actions are classified as 'keep' and 'replace', ⅲ) cost is defined as the expected cost per unit time associated with 'keep' and 'replace' actions, ⅳ) transition probability is derived from Weibull distribution. Using the MDP model, we can determine the optimal replacement policy for an army equipment replacement problem.
