      • S1240 電子交換機 ACE 프로세서의 呼處理 容量測定

        본 연구에서는 S1240 ACE 프로세서에 대한 정상상태에서 호처리 용량을 측정하고, 그 결과를 설계치와 비교하였다. 본 측정을 위해서 LCS 장비와 CE 부하 관측 프로그램이 사용되었다. 측정 결과 정상상태에서의 호처리 용량은 설계치보다 L/ACE에서는 30%, T/ACE 에서는 30.7% 및 S/ACE에서는 4.8%만큼 큰 것으로 나타났다. In this paper, the call processing capacities for various ACE processors in S1240 electronic switching system are measured in normal state and the measured values are compared with the design specification. The local call simulator and CE load observation program are used in these measurement. In normal state, It is found that the call processing capacities for L/ACE, T/ACE and S/ACE are 1.82 CAPS, 1.83 CAPS and 4.74 CAPS, respectively. The measured values for call processing capacity of each ACE processor are greater than those in the design specification.

      • 하천 유출량과 오염부하량의 상관관계분석

        This research was conducted with the aim of efficiently managing large scale rivers such like Dalcheon through predicting water quality change with analyzing the characteristics of the flowing in nutrients and pollutants. The main result outcome will be used as basic data for effectively operating reservoirs through controlling water quality and quantity. The relationship between quantity of flow and water quality was analyzed and pollution loading into the basin was estimated. The correlation between quantity of discharge and pollution concentration and between quantity of discharge and pollution loading were analyzed by statistical method, respectively. we analyzed the correlation between quantity of discharge per unit area and pollution loading per unit area in each basin. At dry season dissolved oxygen in occasion of Chungjucheon 5.9 ~ in the case of 9.5mg/l, urethra thousand 5.1 ~ appearing by 11.0mg/l generally good value appear . Chungjucheon, whole concentrations do not change greatly both urethra thousand but can know special quality of rivers that pass urban district being expose that Chungjucheon that is piercing insect starting gaze is less sheep of dissolved oxygen averagely than urethra thousand. At dry season T-N, T-P in occasion of Chungjucheon 0.403 ~ 10.50mg/l, 0.204 ~ in the case of 0.640mg/l, urethra thousand 1.02 ~ 3.00mg/l, 0.199 ~ value of 0.250mg/l appear . The occasion of Chungjucheon if see correlation coefficient of discharge and pollution loading at rainy season BOD in the case of 0.816, urethra thousand, SS item appeared by thing which interrelationship is the lowest by 0.8607. In the case of Chungjucheon, is judged by inflow of domestic sewage, and in the case of urethra thousand, is judged that suspended solids of urethra thousand upper stream construction sites forms interrelationship low reacting brittlely about flux. Because other quality of water items is higher than urethra cloth base flow price in general in Chungjucheon, show that quality of water of urban river is bad comparatively at dry season. Can know that pollution loading by discharge increase reacts sensitively by 3.1775 in the case of 3.6913, urethra thousand in Chungjucheon in occasion of SS at dry season. T-P, occasion of T-N was expose that pollution loading reacts sensitively according to discharge increase at dry season 본 연구에서는 호소로 유입되는 하천을 중심으로 강우시 유출특성 및 수질조사를 실시하여 평·갈수기 오염부하량을 산정하고 강우시 유출량 변화에 따른 부하량과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 강우시 용존산소는 충주천, 요도천 모두 평균적인 농도는 크게 변화하지는 않으나 충주시를 관통하고 있는 충주천의 경우 초기유출시 과도한 오염물질의 유입으로 인한 일시적인 용존산소의 감소가 나타났다. 강우시 BOD 농도의 경우 충주천 및 요도천 모두 비점원 오염물질들이 초기유출에 의해 씻겨 내려감으로 인해 농도가 유출초기에는 일시적으로 증가하는 것을 보여주고 있다. 유출이 계속되면서 대체적으로 유량이 증가함에 따라 농도가 감소하는 양상을 나타내고 있다. 건기시 용존산소는 충주천의 경우 5.9~9.5mg/ℓ, 요도천의 경우 5.1~11.0mg/ℓ로 나타나 대체로 양호한 값을 나타내고 있다. 충주천, 요도천 모두 전체적인 농도는 크게 변화하지는 않으나 충주시를 관통하고 있는 충주천이 요도천에 비하여 용존산소의 양이 평균적으로 적은 것으로 나타나 시가지를 통과하는 하천의 특성을 알 수 있다. 건기시 T-N, T-P는 충주천의 경우 0.403~10.50mg/ℓ, 0.204~0.640mg/ℓ, 요도천의 경우 1.02~3.00mg/ℓ, 0.199~0.250mg/ℓ의 값을 나타내었다. 총인과 총질소 역시 도시하천에서 높은 값을 나타내고 있다. 우기시 유출량과 오염부하량의 상관계수를 보면 충주천의 경우 BOD항목이 0.816, 요도천의 경우 SS 항목이 0.8607로 상관성이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 충주천의 경우 생활하수의 유입으로 판단되며, 요도천의 경우 요도천 상류 공사현장의 부유물질이 유량에 대해 과민하게 반응하여 상관성를 낮게 형성한 것으로 판단된다. 우기시 나머지 수질항목들의 두 하천에서 0.9039~0.9763의 범위로 나타나 비교적 높은 상관관계를 보이고 있어 제시된 식에 비교적 일치하는 것으로 판단된다. 건기시의 기저유출을 나타내는 a 값은 BOD 항목에서 요도천이 0.3838, 충주천의 경우 1.0171를 나타내고 있어 충주천의 기저유출 BOD 농도가 높은 값을 나타내고 있다. 다른 수질항목들도 충주천에서 대체적으로 기저유출값이 요도천보다 높아 도시하천의 수질이 건기시 비교적 좋지 않음을 보여준다. 건기시 SS의 경우 충주천에서 3.6913, 요도천의 경우 3.1775로 유출량 증가에 따른 오염부하량이 민감하게 반응하는 것을 알 수 있다. T-P, T-N의 경우도 건기시에는 유출량 증가에 따라 오염부하량이 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다.

        This study is to look into the contents of the periodic economic textbook which was the concrete presentation of a curriculum from 1954 to 1987 and to know how they have been dominated and changed by periodic social transition. The aim of the textbook analysis is mainly functional characterics contributing to the creation of national ideology legitimacy by applying the educational reproduction theory to Korea This study added the qualitative and structural analysis to the existing study has something meaningful in that it enables me to explain as follows; 1. The economy textbook reformed five times since the 1945 liberation has.grasped the periodic characteristics and contents in a more structural approaching way. 2. As the state economy textbook gives only standard cultural knowledge, it contributes to the functional formation, that is,efficiency=stability=development rather than to the raising of the critical, reasonable decision ability through the economic understanding. 3. The economy textbook though revised every six year, is being revised more frequentiy since Yusin regime owing to the political situation change. Especially its volume and time allotment was in-creased almost twice as much as 1960, which is thought that all successive military government attached great importance to the economic education in order to get a legitimacy. 4. There is a consistency in the periodic economy textbook in that it emphasizes ideoology to which the state attaches the greatest importance, the growth-oriented policy disregarding fairness and distribution, the opening policy ignoring the danger of economic subordination and the adherence to the disunion through the south-north comparison. 5. Taking these facts into account, I pose some assignments and suggestions about a desirable textbook compilation as follows; 1) There is an urgent need of free choiceand development of the economy textbook which contains various situation not stained by the policy publicity. 2) There can be a question of being the tool of the ruling classes to get the legitimacy and s hould be an improvement about the contents of the economic justice overlooked in the economy textbook.

      • 張居正과 東林派 : 中央執權論과 地方分權論의 對立

        In the Ming Dynasty, the emperor had the all authority of administration, justice and military affairs, consequently the power of emperor was regarded as a symbol of powerful centralization. So, The eunuch, the closest group to the emperor, intervened in the politics and the cabinet, the secretary of emperor, took part in the politics. The cabinet worked as the secretary of emperor in the early Ming dynasty, but gradually it became an important system of policy decision, and gained the summit at last. The cabinet was the emperor's private organization in nature. But as they took on high position in a bureaucratic ministry, they often were opposed to the emperor in the early days Jia-jing(嘉靖). But they couldn't bend the emperor's will, and the chief power(首輔權) of cabinet was more strengthened, however it showed the system of unitary management and adhere closely to the emperor. Since the cabinets were revealed to private-profitable organization for emperor, they were criticized by general bureaucracies. The Cabinet of Chang, Chu-Cheng had taken power arbitrarily from the end days Long-qing(隆慶) to the early days Wan-li(萬曆) for ten years. They tried to establish centralism centering around an emperor. He tried to settle effectively 'the Wealth, Powerful Nation (富國强兵)' in order to cope with the domestic and foreign conflicts. He advocated the policy of centralistic absolute monarchy and recognized emperor's arbitrary power. He also tried to go into powerful politics in a position of nationalism, so-called "Benefit of Nation First". At that moment, the Evaluating-achievement Regulation(考成法) came out. Chang, Chu-Cheng strengthened the ruling power of central government to have influence on provincial governments. It was helpful to realize the stabilization of politics through the Evaluating -achievement Regulation(考成法). However, his policy on centralism was opposed to the class of gentry(紳士層) who spokes for local finance, because the bureaucracy was not only the position that controlled by central government, but also the position that spoke for the benefit of native village as a gentry in the native village. Subsequently, after his death, the Movement against Chang, Chu-Cheng(反長運動)was happened, and it caused the Movement of Tung-lin Party(東林派運動). The Party of Tung-lin sprouted already in the early days in Wan-Li of Chang's government and later, it formed through the middle-end period. The system of Li-jia's(里甲制) controlling order become the development of Tung-lin party's backgrounds and opportunities in the early day in Ming Dynasty, later, it faced with the crisis of disband a party, the gentry's function was strengthened to maintain order for society of native villages instead of it. The main members of Tung-lin Party were local medium and small-landowners. So, they insisted on the wealthy, powerful nation with the center of native village in order to maintain their position against the cabinet of Chang's centralism. At this time, it was natural for them to take a hostile attitude against the cabinet's centralism. The movement of Tung-lin was a movement for politics against eunuch and cabinet in a narrow sense, but it was the political struggle for the collapse the system of Li-jia's despotism which surrounded by the crisis of system in a wide sense. So, it was worthy of notice to oppose the system of centralistic absolutism and claim to stand for decentralizing monarchy. The Ming Dynasty had brought the social and economic changes after the middle years. Especially, the class of gentry was being formed by increasing an intellectual functioned to the society of native villages as a proxy of ruling nation. In the meantime, they took various roles as spokesmen for native village's public opinion, and so they came to result of governed society. This governed society was easy to show decentralization against central government. It was more strengthened commercial development and commodity market. Accordingly, when the government recognized centralism in the end days of Ming Dynasty, the gentry repelled it strongly. Soon, Ming Dynasty couldn't assimilate social and economic changes effectively in the end days of Ming Dynasty, and the Party of Dong Lim developed movement which spoke for decentralization's character of the class or gentry. In other words, the cabinet of Chang tried to speak for central government's benefit through centralism to the emperor, and the Party of Tung-lin tried to secure local's benefit against the central government.
