자동차 제작과정 중 후드의 디핑공정과 루프의 오븐공정에서 미세변형 발생에 대한 문제를 예측 및 개선하기 위한 구조해석기법을 제시했다. 먼저, 자동차의 강성을 파악하기 위해 인장시험과 전단시험을 통해 후드와 루프에 사용되는 mastic sealer의 물성을 파악하고, 등가 탄성재료를 해석모델에 적용하여 강성스캐닝을 하였다. 후드는 hemming sealer와 mastic sealer를 등가 탄성재료로 결정한 후 재료상수를 변화시켜 계산했고, 측정값과 비교를 통해 해석모델을 결정했다. 그리고 공정 중 후드에 영향을 주는 압력분포는 전산유체해석기법을 통해 확보하였으며, 입조부터 출조까지의 공정을 총7회로 분할하여 시간 별 압력분포를 적용했다. 후드에 발생하는 결함을 개선하기 위해 미세변형에 영향을 미치는 stay지점을 주요인자로 결정했다. 최적의 stay위치를 계산하여 디핑공정시 발생하는 결함이 최소가 되는 지지 점을 구축했다. 또한 등가 탄성재료와 mastic sealer에 대한 특성을 파악한 후 루프 해석모델에 적용하여 계산하였다. 그리고 측정값과 계산값을 비교를 통해 해석 모델을 결정했다. 결정된 해석모델로 실제 오븐공정과 동일한 시간 및 온도조건을 통해 루프의 미세변형을 파악했다. Hwang(2013)의 발포, 구동력, 탄성응력모델을 적용함으로써, 측정된 굴곡지점과 계산된 굴곡지점을 비교할 수 있었고, 그 결과는 상당히 일치하는 것을 확인하였다. 후드와 루프의 강성은 90%이상 실제모델과 일치하였고, 디핑공정과 오븐공정에서 발생한 측정값을 계산값과 비교를 통해 계산의 타당성을 검증하였다. 또한, 후드는 최적지지점에 대한 계산으로 미세변형에 대한 감소를 확인하였다. During the production process of an automobile, structure analysis technique was suggested to improve and predict occurrence of micro deformation in oven process of the roof. Firstly, in order to understand the stiffness of an automobile, material characteristics of mastic sealer in hood and roof were figured out through tensile test and shear test. Also equivalent elastic material was applied to analysis model and stiffness scanning was performed. After determining the hemming sealer and mastic sealer as equivalent elastic material, the hood was computed by changing the material constants. And analysis model was determined by comparing with measurement value. The pressure distribution that affects the hood during the dipping process was obtained from CFD analysis. Then the pressure distribution was applied according to time by dividing whole dipping process into 7 processes. In order to improve defects of the hood, stay locations which influences on the micro deformation was determined as the main factor. By computing optimal stay location, the supports which minimized defect during dipping process were determined. Also after understanding the characteristics of equivalent elastic material and mastic sealer, these were applied into the roof analysis model and were computed. Then analysis model was compared with measurement value to determine the final analysis model.. Determined analysis model showed same tendency of micro deformation when the real oven process conditions of time and temperature were applied. By applying the foam, driving force, elastic stress model of Hwang(2013), measured location of deformation and computed location of deformation could be compared, and the result was fairly accurate. The stiffness of hood and roof coincide with the actual model for more than 90%, and validity of computation was verified by comparing with measured value that were obtained from dipping process and oven process. Also the decrease in micro deformation by computing for optimal supports of the hood was confirmed.
아웃소싱 비용측정에 관한 연구 : 총 소유비용(Total Cost of Ownership)을 활용하여
IT outsourcing is recognized effective solution for firm’s capability and cost reduce by increasing of IT management’s performance. Despite of IT outsourcing’s advantages, IT Outsourcing client and supplier have some problems about IT outsourcing. Because IT Outsourcing client and supplier don’t have the standard frame of cost analysis during outsourcing contract, they feel difficulties of making decision during outsourcing contract. According to this necessity, the suggestions of this study are as follow; First, the researcher tried to develop IT Outsourcing pricing model using TCO. Second, the researcher tried to research case study by this IT pricing model and estimate the right price by comparing before with after price of IT outsourcing. According to case study of H and P firm, the researcher can analyze not simple but detail effects of H and P firm’s IT cost reduction by this IT pricing model. The contributions of this research are as follow; First, this study analyzes outsourcing cost by accounting view. Second, this study analyzes cost reduction qualitatively and IT outsourcing cost effect by matching IT strategy and business strategy.
디지털시대에서의 아날로그적 감성표현 연구 : 설치미술의 작품분석을 중심으로

현대사회를 디지털시대라 부른다. 불과 얼마 전까지만 해도 우리는 아날로그시대에 살고 있었고, 얼마 안 되는 짧은 시간에 아날로그에서 디지털로 옮겨 가는 것을 보며 디지털이 가지고 있는 속도를 실감하게 되었다. 생소하게 들렸던 디지털이란 단어가 지금은 우리의 일상에서 없어서는 안 될 매체로 자리를 잡은 것이다. 디지털이란 매체는 우리의 사회, 문화, 경제 등 일상생활에까지 깊숙이 연관되어 있고, 사회 전반적인 가치를 바꾸어 놓았다. 이러한 디지털시대의 배경이 각각의 분야에서 다양한 방법으로 표현되어지고 하나의 표현방식으로 자리를 잡고 있다. 디지털은 무엇이든지 쉽게 할 수 있다는 고정관념이 있다. 물론 기존에 할 수 없었던 많은 부분들을 디지털기술은 해내고 있다. 전문가뿐만 아니라 일반인들도 자신의 감성을 다양하게 표현함에 따라, 작가와 일반인들 간의 구분자체가 모호해지는 부분들이 나타나는 것을 볼 수 있다. 또한, 누구나 할 수 있는 작품을 예술적 범주에 어디까지 포함시킬 것이냐 하는 부분인데, 많은 논쟁 속에서도 결론을 맺지 못하는 것은 예술자체가 가지고 있는 이성과 감성의 충돌이 아닌가 본다. 이성과 감성은 어느 한쪽 방향으로 치우칠 수 없기에 여러 방법으로 표현되는 것인데, 이성과 개념에 너무 치우치다 보면 관객과의 이질감이 증폭되어 반쪽짜리 쇼로 끝날 수 있기 때문이고, 감성에 너무 치우치면 작가와 관객과의 특이성을 찾아볼 수 없기 때문이다. 그러나 이전의 아날로그시대에는 작가의 육체적 결과와 감성의 영혼이 결부되어, 관객들이 요구하는 감성과 이성이 적절하게 표현되어 나타났다. 반면에 디지털은 디지털이라는 기초가 튼튼하게 깔려 있는 상황에서 시각적인 부분에 초점이 잡혀 있으므로 너무 빨리 모든 것이 바뀌고 소멸되는 양상이 짙다. 그런 이유로 인간들은 너무 급속히 바뀐 옛것에 대한 심리적 혹은 정신적으로 안정을 되찾고 싶어 하는 사람들의 욕구가 발생하였고, 그로인해 그리움은 현대인들에게 필요한 존재로 느껴지는 것이며, 이러한 모든 것은 테크놀러지를 바탕으로 한 디지털 환경에서 나타나는 감성과 이성의 부조화라 생각한다. 그런 이유로 시대에 따른 문화의 총체성은 무엇보다도 감성과 이성의 종합에서 오는 것이며, 감성적 측면과 이성적 측면의 조화를 꿈꾸는 것이 디지털 환경의 상상력이다. 논리·이성중심의 문자문화에서 인간을 이성적 인간으로만 편협하게 해석했던 것이 오늘날 멀티미디어를 보편화하는 디지털 환경을 만나면서 다르게 해석될 수 있게 되었다는 것이다. 따라서 이성 중심적 접근에서 벗어나 상징적인 상상력 안에 이성적인 사고와 감성적인 사고를 포괄시킬 때, 오늘날 디지털 환경을 구축하고 향유하는 21세기 인간의 참모습을 제대로 해석할 수 있을 것이다. Modern society are called as the Digital Age. We were living in the Analogue Age a little while ago. But, seeing the change from Analogue to Digital, we can realize the 'speed of the Digital Age.' The word 'digital', which were sound unfamiliar, is now being heard everywhere. The digital media has been penetrated into society, culture, economy, and even our daily life, modifying the comprehensive value of society. And the background of the age are being presented through various ways, which is earning a position as an unique method of expression. There is a fixed idea that all sort of things can be easily expressed by the digital instrument. Needless to say, the digital technology is making it possible to do many things, which were impossible to do. Even the man in the street, not to mention the experts, can express himself with various ways. But, all of this is possible because there's original body of the analogue against the background of the digital. For this, we often see the case that the separation between the artist and the public become vague. When there's a work which everybody can create, whether it is included in the category of art is a matter of debate. It seems that the collision between reason and emotion of art itself can not have a conclusion in spite of much debate. And it is suggested that the dilemma in the media of the artist and the public arises because reason and emotion can not be leaned from each other. It is partly because when reason and idea is too much emphasized, the gap between the artist and the audience can be amplified, leading to an unfinished exhibition. And it is partly because when the work inclines too heavily toward emotion, the specificity between the artist and the audience can be lost. In the past Analogue Age, there were no problems like these. It was because the reason and the emotion, both of which were demanded by the audiences, were presented as a whole through the combination of physical result and the spirit of emotion of the artist. The digital have a strong tendency of fast change and disappearance, for it is focused on the optical side in the firm basis of digital device. Because of this, it is thought that people miss the old things, which were changed so fast, and have a deep attachment to the past. All these things are caused by the discord between the sensitivity, expressed in digital environment based on technology, and reasons. Whatever all, the whole culture is the sum of sensitivities and reasons. Dreaming the harmony between visual image having the aspect of sensitivity and the characters having the aspect of reasons is imagination under the environment of multi-media. When the culture of characters that has narrow concept to interpret human beings resonable, centered on logics and reasons meets the digital environment generalizing multi-media currently, the interpretation can be changed. The true feature of human beings in 21st century who construct the environment of multi-media and enjoy it would be interpreted exactly by escaping from the approach centered on reasons and by including reasonable thinking in symbolic imaginations and sensitive thinking

Sport sponsorship has developed into a major industry in the global marketplace. It helps to build not only brand equity, but also relationships, networks, and alliances. Thus there is an increasing need for research addressing this uniqueness and identify the ways in which international and domestic corporations perceive and act on the opportunities for sponsorship investment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences on title sponsorship activities, brand awareness, brand preference, and brand image according to demographic characteristics through professional volleyball title sponsorship. The results suggest that there is a difference on title sponsorship activities according to age and the differences on brand awareness, preference, and image according to age, occupation, and gender. Therefore, title sponsorship activities should be developed to improve brand awareness, preference, and image in the perspective of customers.
인수공통감염병 진단을 위한 가중치 평균 알고리즘을 이용한 실리콘 마이크로링 공명기 바이오센서의 데이터 분석

A zoonotic infection is naturally transmissible from animals to humans. As well as being a threat of public health, many of the major zoonotic diseases have killed a lot of people and devastated the economy. The study of the accurate and rapid diagnosis of zoonotic diseases is still being done by many. According to a recent study, SMR(Silicon microring resonator) bio-optical sensor have been used to detect biomolecules such as nucleic acids, proteins and aptamers. SMR biosensors have improved clinical sensitivity and diagnosis speed compared to conventional diagnostic methods. The ring resonance structure in a SMR biosensor has multiple resonant wavelengths. This detects resonant wavelength shifts(change) with the isothermal DNA amplification. These resonant wavelength shifts are used to diagnose the disease. In this paper, signal processing algorithms such as weighted mean are used to improve the accuracy of resonant wavelength shifts for more accurate diagnosis of zoonotic diseases.
이 연구에서는 악관절 통증의 쥐 모델에서 특별히 제작된 변환기를 이용하여 저작력을 측정하였고 또한 infliximab 의 효과에 대해서 조사하였다. 무작위로 구성된 세 그룹을 만들었다. 대조군 그룹에는 복강내에 생리식염수를 주입하였고, 악관절에 염증을 유발하지 않는 IFA를 주입하였다. CFA 그룹에는 복강내에 생리식염수를 주입하였고, 악관절에는 염증을 유발하는 CFA를 주입하였다. Infliximab 그룹에은 복강내에 생리식염수에 용해된 infliximab 10 mg/kg 을 주입하였고, 악관절에 CFA를 주입하였다. 양쪽 악관절에 약물을 주입하기 전의 저작력을 기준저작력으로 측정하였다. 대조군, CFA, 그리고 infliximab 그룹은 유사한 기준저작력을 보였다. 실험 후 첫째 날 의미 있는 저작력의 감소가 CFA 그룹에서 관찰되었고 이는 대조군과 비교하였을 때 통계학적으로 유의한 결과였다. Infliximab 그룹에서도 실험 후 첫째 날 저작력의 감소가 관찰되었으나 CFA 그룹과 비교하였을 때 감소의 정도는 미미하였고, 대조군과 비교하였을 때 어떠한 통계학적 의미도 가지지 않았다. CFA에 의한 악관절 염증으로 유도된 저작력의 감소는 TNF-α inhibitor인 infliximab에 의해서 부분적으로 완화 될 수 있다. 그리고 주문 제작한 저작력 변화기를 이용하여 직접적인 저작력을 측정하는 것은 악관절 통증 모델에서 통증의 정도를 정량화 할 수 있는 새로운 접근법이라고 생각한다. In this study, we evaluated the bite force (BF) changes due to TMJ pain model of mice with a specially engineered transducer and also investigated the effect of infliximab. The mice were randomly divided into three groups. The control and CFA group received intraperitoneal injection of normal saline with TMJ injection of IFA and CFA respectively. The infliximab group, received intraperioneal injection of infliximab with TMJ injection of CFA. The control, CFA and infliximab group showed similar baseline BF at day 0. From day 1, a significant BF reduction was observed in the CFA group and this reduction was statistically significant compared to the control group. In the infliximab group, the reduction in BF was also observed at day 1, and this reduction was maintained until day 7. However, the degree of reduction was less remarkable compared to the CFA group and did not demonstrate any statistically significant change compared to the control group. BF reduction caused by CFA injection to the TMJ could be partially alleviated by the administration of the TNF-α neutralizing drug, infliximab. Our method which directly measures the BF changes using a specially designed transducer is a novel approach for quantifying TMJ pain in the mouse model.
금융업 종사자의 일의 의미가 직무배태성에 미치는 영향 : 직무몰입의 매개효과와 조직지원인식의 조절효과

본 연구의 목적은 금융업 종사자의 일의 의미가 직무배태성에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하여 실증적으로 연구하였고, 이런 변인의 영향관계에서 직무몰입의 매개효과와 일의 의미와 직무몰입 사이의 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 변인들을 설정한 연구목적을 바탕으로 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 금융업 종사자의 일의 의미는 직무배태성에 유의한 영향을 미치는가? 둘째, 금융업 종사자의 일의 의미는 직무몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는가? 셋째, 직무몰입은 일의 의미와 직무배태성 사이에서 매개역할을 하는가? 넷째, 조직지원인식은 일의 의미와 직무몰입 사이의 관계를 조절하는가로 설정하였다. 연구를 위해 국내 금융업에 재직하는 구성원들을 대상으로 선정하여 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 214건의 유효 응답을 수집하여 분석에 사용하였다. SPSS 27.0과 AMOS 28.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 기술통계분석을 진행하였고 독립변수가 종속변수에 미치는 영향 경로에 대하여 매개효과, 조절효과 또한 조절된 매개효과 검증을 위해 SPSS marco program을 사용하여 분석하였다. 이렇게 분석을 통해 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 금융업 종사자의 일의 의미가 직무배태성에 미치는 영향 관계를 검증한 결과 정적인 영향을 미치고 이것이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘쨰, 금융업 종사자의 일의 의미가 직무몰입에 미치는 영향 관계를 검증한 결과 정적인 영향을 미치고 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 금융업 종사자의 직무몰입이 직무배태성에 미치는 영향 관계를 검증한 결과 매개변인인 직무몰입이 종속변인인 직무배태성에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치고 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 금융업 종사자의 일의 의미와 기본적으로 직무몰입에 정적 영향을 미치며, 이러한 정적 영향은 조절변수인 조직지원인식이 낮을 때 보다, 높은 수준일 때 더욱 큰 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 일의 의미와 직무몰입의 변인간 관계에서 조직지원인식은 강화의 조절효과가 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구를 토대로 다음과 같은 실천적인 시사점을 제시하였다. 첫째, 일의 의미가 직무배태성에 정적인 효과가 있다는 점에서, 조직 내 HRD 담당자는 구성원이 충성도를 통해 조직에 오랜 기간 근무할 수 있도록 일의 의미를 강화시킬 수 있는 제도적 지원이 필요하다. 둘째, 조직의 구성원들이 일의 의미와 함께 직무몰입이 강화될 수 있도록 직무에 방해되는 요소들을 제거해주며, 공동의 올바른 목표를 제시하며 몰입할 수 있는 환경을 갖춰주도록 관리해야 한다. 셋째, 강화된 직무몰입은 직무배태성에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 인지하고, HRD 담당자들은 몰입을 위한 환경을 구축하기 위해 노력해야한다. 넷째, 일의 의미와 직무몰입 사이에 조직지원식이라는 변인이 긍정적 강화효과를 만들기 때문에 구성원들에게 실질적인 지원, 피드백을 통해 구성원들이 직무에 몰입할 수 있도록 정서적, 물질적인 환경을 구축하며 조직을 관리해 나가야 한다. The study aims to understand the relationship between the meaning of work and job embeddedness in the financial sector, exploring how job involvement mediates this relationship and how the perception of organizational support moderates it. n online survey targeting professionals in the domestic financial industry was conducted. 214 valid responses were used in the analysis. SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 28.0 were used for frequency, factor, and descriptive statistical analysis, and the SPSS marco program for analyzing influence paths and verifying mediating and moderating effects. The findings revealed a significant positive effect of the meaning of work on job embeddedness and job involvement. Job involvement, as a mediating variable, significantly influenced job embeddedness. Furthermore, the perception of organizational support was found to strengthen the positive impact between the meaning of work and job involvement. Practical implications suggest that HRD managers should focus on enhancing the meaning of work to foster loyalty and long-term association with the organization. They should also manage to eliminate work hindrances, set clear goals, and create an immersive work environment. Recognizing the significant impact of enhanced job commitment on job embeddedness, building a supportive organizational environment is crucial for fostering job immersion and commitment.
역도 인상동작의 운동학적 분석 : 부산아시안게임 여자 메달리스트 75kg, 75kg+ 체급 중심

This study analyzed snatch technique in weight-lifting by female gold, silver, and copper medalists at the 73kg and 73kg+ level in the 2002 Pusan Asian Games and obtained the following conclusions. 1. As all of Athletes KSH, MKA, and JMR used more extensors in the waist than those in ankles, knees, or hip joints during the second pull, training is required to manifest both each of joints and waist extensors effectively and thus for the line from shoulders through barbell to hip joints to form a smooth vertical pattern. 2. Contrary to those in other countries, Korean athletes tend to be swift in starting but slow in the second pull section, showing less effectiveness in movement during the second pull; therefore, they must try to exert a swift movement in lockout. 3. Athlete MKA must correct a great ratio of height of barbell to her own height and that of lockout to her height and stop a meaningless pull movement such as swift lockout after lifting the heel at the maximum angle. 4. Athletes KSH and MKA show slowdown in the speed, which is a factor interfering with performance during second pull, despite the great maximum speed of moving barbell. It is important to use barbell sufficiently not to reduce the speed of vertical movement but rather to keep the speed increasing. 5. Athlete KSH, who keeps inefficient movement such as failure to performing swift lockout after lifting the heel at the maximum angle of lower limbs, requires an ability to reduce this meaningless extension of ankles, knees, or hip joints to exert energy effectively.
In this paper the flame-retardant paper was successfully prepared with fireproof fibers such as polyethylene terephthalate(PET) and m-aramid. The flame-retardant paper was successfully prepared with recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) short cut fiber with flame-retardant property and wood pulp using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as binder follwed by treatment of non-halogen flame retardant. Physical properties such as formation index, tensile strength, elongation, and burst strength increased as defibrillation increased except tear strength. Bulk increased but formation index, tensile strength, elongation and burst strength decreased along with addition of PET short cut fiber. As addition level of PVA increased tensile strength, elongation and burst strength increased, but tear strength decreased slightly. Addition of 20% of PET short cut fiber and 13% of PVA provided the flame-retardant wall paper with both improved flame-retardant and physical properties. Base paper for flame-resistant paper was successfully prepared with m-aramid floc and SwBKP (1:9) in this paper. Reduced physical strengths of handsheet resulted from hydrophobic m-aramid floc were improved by addition of wet strength additives such as cationic epoxy resin (C-epoxy) and anionic polyacrylamide (A-PAM). Cationic starch (C-starch) was also used to increase the tensile strength. Wet tensile strength increased as the addition amount of AKD increased, but it was found that optimum amount was 0.4% because tensile strength decreased as addition levels of AKD increased. It is well known that AKD sized paper increased the drying efficiency of the wallpaper manufacture process because it contains less moisture. It was found that addition sequence of four different kinds of additives affected the physical strength of handsheeet and they were added in the order of C-epoxy resin, C-starch, A-PAM, and finally AKD. m-Aramid floc-based paper soaked in the solution of 30% of the fire-retardant agent for 1 minutes met the requirement of KSM7305 (char length: 80mm). These results suggested that the m-aramid floc-based paper can be used effectively as the base paper for the premium class of wallpaper which requires the flame-resistant and protects our lives from fire.
