염분은 육상식물과 미세조류 담수 종 모두에게 주요한 비생물적 스트레스 원으로 작용한다. 일반적으로, 일부 Dunaliella 종의 경우, 염도 스트레스에 광합성과 카로티노이드 합성이 감소한다. 그러나, 새롭게 알려진 녹조류인 C. sorokiniana HS1은 담수 종임에도 불구하고 해수의 염도에도 적응한다고 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서, 염도 변화에 따른 C. sorokiniana HS1의 최적의 성장조건을 알아보고 농축 후, 중성지질과 클로로필 그리고 카로티노이드 함량을 비교하였다. 그 과정으로C. sorokiniana HS1을 담수와 4개의 서로 다른 염도 구간에서 배양 한 후, 성장속도를 비교하였다. 그 결과 C. sorokiniana HS1 은 10 g L-1의 염도에서 가장 빠르게 성장했다. 이 후, 막 여과 방식을 이용하여 C. sorokiniana HS1을 농축하였다. 농축 후, 4개의 서로 다른 염도 구간에서 24 ~ 72시간 동안 보관하였다. 그 후, 염도 변화와 시간에 따른 중성지질과 클로로필 - a, b 그리고 카로티노이드 함량의 변화를 Nile red 염색법과 분광 분석법을 이용하여 비교하였다. 결론적으로, C. sorokiniana HS1은 10 g L-1의 염도 조건에서 중성지질과 클로로필 그리고 카로티노이드 함량이 가장 높았다. 이 연구의 결과는 지하 염수 이용한 미세조류의 대량배양을 통한 클로로필의 생산과 지방 추출에 유용하게 사용될 것이라 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 고등학교 수학교육과정에서 다루어지고 있는 함수의 미분가능성을 다변수 함수로 일반화할 수 있도록 선형사상을 도입하여 미분가능성에 대한 정의를 하였으며, 이러한 정의를 이용하여 미분법의 기본법칙을 증명하였다. 그리고 선형사상을 이용하여 특정한 점들에서 미분 가능한 함수들의 근사값을 구하였다. 한편 곡선의 오목, 볼록 상태에서 미분불능인 경우까지 확장되는 접선의 일반화된 개념으로 받침선 개념을 도입하였고, 받침선의 개념과 관련된 보기 문제들을 제시하였다. In this thesis, we define the differentiability of a function using the linear mapping in order that similar differentiable statements hold for function of several variable. And we prove the basic differentiable laws by means of the new definition of differentiability. also we find the approximate value of differentiable functions at partial points using the definition of differentiability that we define. On the other hand, we define the supporting line of the convex (concave) function, which is a general form of the tangent line.
게임행동 인식하기 훈련을 통한 지적장애 청소년의 스마트폰 사용시간 조절 성과
게임행동 인식하기 훈련이 경도 지적장애 청소년의 스마트폰 사용시간 조절에 긍정적인 성과를 나타내는지 알아보았다. D광역시의 북구, 동구, 남구에 있는 6개 기관을 이용하고 있는 만 10세에서 만 19세까지의 지적장애 청소년들 중 인터넷 중독 진단 척도(K척도), 청소년용 인터넷 게임 중독 척도(G척도), 청소년 스마트폰 중독 자가진단 척도(S척도)에 의한 기준으로 잠재적 위험 사용자군 이상에 속하며 자발적 참여 의사를 밝힌 10명의 청소년이 대상이었다. 인구통계학적 정보와 사전검사의 수치를 기준으로 5명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구분하여, 실험집단을 대상으로 2018년 12월 28일부터 2019년 2월 22일까지 주 1회, 80분, 총 8회에 걸쳐 프로그램을 진행하였다. 프로그램의 성과검증은 앞서 언급한 K척도, G척도, S척도와 더불어 게임 중독 진단 척도를 사용하였다. 정확한 측정을 위하여 연구자가 1:1로 설문을 읽어주며 사전 및 사후 평가를 진행하였다. t검정과 Mann-Whitney U검정을 사용하여 실험집단과 통제집단의 동질성을 확인하였으며, 스마트폰 게임행동 인식하기 프로그램 진행 전과 후 두 집단을 각 척도의 수치와 게임시간의 변화를 비교해보는 방법을 통해 검증하였다. 실험집단은 통제집단에 비하여 모든 척도에서 통계적으로 수치가 감소하였으며, 게임의 시간 또한 현저하게 줄어든 성과를 보였다. 프로그램에 참여한 모든 지적장애 청소년이 통계상의 유의미한 수치 변화와 더불어 잠재적 위험 사용자군 기준에서 벗어난 것으로 보아, 스마트폰 사용시간 조절에 긍정적인 성과가 나타났다고 생각한다. 본 연구는 실험이 종료되고 난 이후에도 프로그램의 성과가 유지되고 있는지에 대한 평가가 적용되지 않은 것에 한계점을 두며, 추후 연구에서는 프로그램의 효능에 대한 지속적인 추적연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 주요어 : 지적장애 청소년, 스마트폰 사용시간, 게임 중독 This study was to investigate the outcome of gaming behavior recognition training for controlling of smartphone use time by mild intellectual disability adolescents. The experiment was aimed to 10 volunteers among 10 to 19 years old mild intellectual disability adolescents, who are using six institutions in Buk-gu, Dong-gu and Nam-gu in D metropolitan city. The 10 volunteers were the potential risk users group based on Internet addiction diagnosis scale(K scale), Internet game addiction scale for adolescent(G scale), Adolescent smartphone addiction self-assessment scale(S scale). The program was operated from December 28, 2018 to February 22, 2019, once a week, 80 minutes, 8 times and the volunteers were divided into two groups which is experimental group and control group based on demographics information and a preliminary inspection values. We verified the outcome of the program, using the above-mentioned K scale, G scale, S scale, and game addiction diagnostic scale. For accurate measurement, a researcher read to an adolescent the questions and the test proceeded with pre-test and post-test. After verifying the homogeneity between the experimental group and the control group with t-test and Mann-Whitney U test, we confirmed the outcome of gaming behavior recognition training comparing to the changes of each scale and playing game time. The experimental group showed statistically decreased values in all the scales compared to the control group, and the time of the game was also remarkably reduced. We claim that all the mild intellectual disability adolescents who participated in the program had a statistically significant change in value, and that they were out of the range of potential risk user group, which showed positive results in controlling of smartphone use time. This study has limitations in that the evaluation of program effectiveness is not applied even after the end of the experiment and we consider that the follow-up study on the efficacy of the program should persist in the future study. The purpose of this research study was mainly to look into the factor of analysis for job satisfaction in a survey of soccers playing in seven bank's team. Data was obtained from 139 soccers by means of a questionnaire which was distributed from October 4 to October 20, 1989. 1. The general characteristics of those who responded the above questionnaire - the mean age was 26.7 and the average years of soccers playing in bank's team was 4.3. 2. The degree of job satisfaction in soccers showed an average of 3.085 scores. 3. In regard to job satisfaction of component, it was revealed that the highest mean score (3.535) of soccers was individual interest and aptitude, while the degree of job satisfaction with administrator of K.F.A. was the lowest mean score(2.378).
체중부하에서의 손목뼈 고정 테이핑을 적용한 손목 움직임이 손목등쪽통증을 지닌 대상자들의 통증과 관절가동범위에 미치는 영향
Background and purpose: During weight-bearing wrist movement, potential stabilizing forces caused by carpal-stabilizing taping (CST) may restrict movement of carpal bones, which leads to further wrist joint extension. the purpose of study was to investigate the effect of CST on weight-bearing wrist movement in subjects with dorsal wrist pain. Methods: Thirty subjects with dorsal wrist pain were randomly allocated into two groups: (1) a CST group using rigid tape and (2) a placebo taping (PT) group using elastic tape. Subjects performed weight-bearing wrist movements with CST or PT in six sessions for 1 week. Active and passive range of motion (AROM and PROM) and the visual analog scale (VAS) were assessed at baseline and after the intervention. Dependent variables were examined with a two-way mixed-design analysis of variance. Results: There were significant interaction in both groups for AROM, PROM, and VAS (p<.01). A post-hoc paired t-test showed that AROM and PROM of wrist extension increased significantly in both PT and CST groups, compared with those in pre-intervention (p<.01). Comparing the PT and CST groups, the differences between pre- and post-intervention in AROM and PROM were significantly greater in the CST group than in the PT group (p<.01). VAS intensity was significantly greater in the CST group compared with the PT group (p<.01). Conclusion: We recommend CST as an effective intervention in both increasing ROM of wrist extension and decreasing dorsal wrist pain in patients with dorsal wrist pain.

정보화 사회로의 급속한 경제환경 변화는 인간의 창의력과 판단력을 토대로 하는 지식재산의 비중을 날로 강화시키고 있다. 이런 흐름에 따라 지식재산권을 유형자산처럼 활용하여 산업발전과 국가 경제발전에 기여토록 할필요성이 증대되었다. 그 동안 지식재산권에 대한 경제적 가치를 인식하고 이를 이용하여 자금을 조달하려는 여러 시도가 진행되었지만 활성화되지는 못했다. 최근 금융혁명이라 불리 울 정도로 전세계적으로 각광받고 있는 자산유동화 기법을 이용하여 무형자산인 지식재산권을 유형자산과 같이 새로운 자금 창출의 자산으로 활용해야할 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 자산유동화란 자산보유자의 다른 자산으로부터 유동화자산을 분리시켜 자산보유자의 신용과는 절연된 유동화자산을 담보로 유동화증권을 발행하는 행위를 말한다. 이러한 자산유동화의 개념을 지식재산권 분야에 적용하여 자산유동화 증권을 발행한다면 예를 들어 Music Royalty, Movie 등은 cash flow를 발생시킬 수 있는 훌륭한 기초자산이 될 수 있다. 뮤직로열티 자산으로 Bowie Bonds"라는 이름의 유동화증권이 이미 발행되었으며, 영화분야, 스포츠 중계권 등이 또한 발행에 성공하였다. 이런 예에서 볼 수 있듯이 ABS의 기초자산이 될 수 있는 지식재산권 자산을 살펴보면, ①로열티자산, ②브랜드 대여수입, ③저작권 패키지 수입, ④자산 풀에서 발생하는수입, ⑤프로젝트 파이낸스의 수익성 등이 있다. 이러한 유동화 형태를 응용하여 지식재산권의 유동화를 이루어 내게되면 기업 및 자산보유자에게 새로운 자금조달 방법이 되며 경제사회 발전에 보탬이 될 수 있을 것이다. The rapid economic environmental change into information society has been increasingly reinforcing the weight of intellectual property based on human creativity and ju dgment. Under this trend, the need to utilize intellectual property rights like tangible asset and thereby contribute to the national economic growth has been increased . For the time, even if there have been some attempts to recognize the economic value of intellectual property rights and use it for getting funds, they have not been activated yet. Recently, the need to utilize the intangible asset, intellectual property rights as the new asset ? by using Securitization that has been spot-lighted as much as it is called financial revolution all over the world? has been increased . Securitization means the action that separates the basic asset for ABS from asset owner's other assets and issues asset-backed securities with the securities that are separated from the asset owner's credit. If we apply this Securitization concept to the field of intellectual property rights and then issue asset-backed securities, for example, Music Royalty and Movie can become an excellent basic asset that can generate cash flow. With the asset of Music Royalty, an asset-backed security that is called "Bowie Bonds" was already issued, and also Movie or Sports Relay rights were successfully issued . As we can see these examples, if we consider the intellectual property rights that can become the basic asset for ABS, there are some cases such as ① Royalty asset, ② Brand Rental income, ③ Income from Copyrights Package asset, ④ Income from Asset Pool and ⑤ Profitability of Project Finance. If we apply this kind of Securitization and issue asset-backed securities from IPR, it may become the new method for enterprises and asset owners to get funds, and also contribute to the economic development.
