      • 한국철도공사 선로검측장비 관리방안에 대한 연구

        국내에서는 철도 인프라의 상태를 측정할 수 있는 검측장비를 전량 국외 수입에 의존하고 있으나 국내의 철도 유지보수 환경에 맞지 않는 부분이 있고, 고장 수리시 과다한 유지보수 비용 청구 및 장기간 수리로 인한 검측업무 공백 발생 등으로 검측시스템의 국산화가 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 철도 인프라 유지보수의 핵심장비인 선로검측장비의 성능 향상방안을 마련하여 철도 유지보수를 효율화 하고 세계적으로도 철도기술 경쟁력을 향상할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 선로검측장비 성능관리 방안 마련을 위한 사례조사 및 경험적 연구로서, 효율적인 철도 선로유지보수의 과학화와 첨단화를 위하여 향후 한국철도공사에서 선로검측장비에 대한 성능 향상방안 검토시 활용될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 철도 인프라 유지보수의 핵심장비인 선로검측장비를 국내 기술로 개발하여 선로유지보수 기술을 향상시키고, 세계적으로도 철도기술 경쟁력을 향상할 필요가 있다. 또한 검측장비 국산화는 수입대체 효과 및 해외시장 진출을 통해 경제적 가치를 창출할 것으로 기대되며 타 유지보수 분야의 기술수준 향상에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. Korea relies on foreign imported inspection equipment capable of measuring the state of the railway infrastructure; however, these parts do not meet the country's current railway maintenance standards. Troubleshooting incurs excessive and long term maintenance charges, and as such, there is an urgent need for the localization of the inspection system. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a performance improvement plan for the railway infrastructure, for the maintenance of key railway inspection equipment, and for the streamlining of railway maintenance. This necessity for the improvement of rail technology also stems from global competition. The purpose of this project is to create a case study and empirical research, which establishes performance management measures that track inspection equipment. Also in order to establish efficient railway tracking maintenance, in the future Korail, the goal is to provide basic data that can be used when reviewing performance improvement plans for the inspection equipment. Developing domestic technology for core railway inspection equipment and for railway infrastructure maintenance will help improve track maintenance technology. This will also increase Korea’s rail technology competition level on an international scale. In addition, inspection equipment localization is expected to generate economic value through import substitution effects, and the improvement in oversea markets is expected to have positive effects on the maintenance within other fields.

        Driven by the winds of CAM(Complementary and alternative medicine) in the United States and Europe, the use of traditional medicine treatment of acupuncture has been increasing in Western countries. According to constant increasing in demand for acupuncture, quality safety, quality assurance, and standardization for acupuncture is becoming inevitable issue. And in terms of industrial aspects, when opening markets through free trade agreements. Compliance with International Standards are being a direct basis to solve technical barriers to trade. Accordingly, Standardization and establishing a Long-Term Strategy for Korean Medicine is urgently needed. Therefore in this study, in view of standardization, It was researched regarding the industrial analysis and standardization status for acupuncture. And, research model was established through the analysis of previous research on standardization strategy in the network market, Korean Medicine strategy, influence factors for standardization strategy. Research model is as follows. Based on the research model, I analyze the success cases for acupuncture standardization strategies. These strategies would be helpful to gain a competitive advantage over rival firms and countries in the field of traditional medicine market.

      • 中國 인터넷쇼핑몰 運營企業의 成果影響要因에 관한 研究

        Internet is transforming the current competitive structure and the way of doing business, Internet shopping mall industry as a representative business model is also influenced by this trend. Online shopping is becoming more and more popular in China. More and More Chinese people choose online shopping instead of offline shopping. However, there has been a little study about the determinants of internet shopping mall performance in China ,especially the empirical study . This study is intended to analyze the factors of influencing the performance of internet shopping malls in China . The paper described an integrated model for investigating the four main antecedent influence ( internal factor, web system factor, external factor, entry timing )on internet shopping mall performance. The samples used on this study include China Internet Shopping Mall Firms, 130 out of 148 questionnaires were returned and used for analysis, In order to analyze the factors influencing the performance of internet shopping mall by Chin firms, regression was executed with Spss-Win . The dependent variables were strategic performance and financial performance. The independent variables were internal factors(IT/EC knowledge of CEO, Goods, Promotion, backing support ), web system factors(web design, information quality, communication), external factor(market's competition level, growth of market, external supports), entry timing . In addition, the factors influencing the performance were compared by different entry channels . The results of the empirical study revealed that promotion, backing support , information quality, communication, growth of market, external support ,entry timing have a positive effect on financial performance; IT/EC knowledge of CEO, goods, back support, web design, information quality, communication, market competition level , external supports, entry timing have a positive effect on strategic performance. The results also shows that the importance of factors to internet shopping mall performance may vary according to internet shopping mall entry channels. This suggest that the enterprise should take the different strategy with different entry channels.

      • 중국내 한국산 화장제품 수입판매업자의 구매협상과 협상성과에 관한 연구

        After joining the WTO in 2001, the Chinese market has been rapidly developing and foreign investment has been increasing significantly. According to the openness of Chinese cosmetic markets in 1980s, they were greatly influenced by the gradual entry of foreign advanced cosmetic companies into the Chinese market. Especially, Korean cosmetic product get great interest from Chinese consumers, because of excellent packaging and design skill, compared to cheaper price than foreign cosmetics. This paper examines the relationship between negotiation performances and three determinant: personal characteristics, cultural characteristics, emotional intelligence. This paper will test the influence of the negotiation personality, cultural characteristics, and emotional intelligence on negotiation performance, and the moderate effect of emotional intelligence to the relationship between individual and cultural characteristics and negotiation performance. In this paper, we will define operationally the personal characteristics : communication ability, experience, and negotiation attitudes. The cultural characteristics will be defined such as reliability and face. And the emotional intelligence is defined such as regulative ability of emotion in the self and in others. 149 responses were collected through the questionnaire survey on the Chinese importer and seller of Korean cosmetics. With multiple regression and adjusted multiple regression, several hypothesis were tested. As the result of the analysis, individual characteristics did not show significant effect on qualitative and quantitative performance. Especially, communication ability did not have any effect on qualitative and quantitative performance. Cultural characteristics such as trust and face had a positive effect on qualitative performance and quantitative performance. Emotional intelligence has also a positive relationship to the negotiation performance. The moderating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between individual characteristics and cultural characteristics and negotiation performances were rejected mostly. But moderation effect were found in the analysis of relationship between individual characteristics and quantitative performance, and in the analysis of relationship between communication ability and quantitative performance. In addition, several implications from the results of this study are suggested. First, emotional intelligence is very important in the case of increasing qualitative performance, and cultural characteristics is very important in the case of quantitative performance. Second, communication ability does not have influence on negotiation performances, because of poor communication between negotiation partners with different cultural backgrounds. Third, the study is focused to importer-exporter negotiation(B2B negotiation), compared to study of consumer-seller negotiation(B2C negotiation) in almost existed literature review. And this study will be utilized in negotiation strategy of Chinese importer-seller negotiation in other foreign product, and in cross-cultural negotiations.

      • 중국기업 해외 인수합병 전략에 관한 연구

        改革開放以來,中國經濟持續增長,近年來,我國企業積極參與跨國並購,跨國並購的規模和數量在世界範圍內不断扩大,日漸成為活躍的角色。中國企業的跨國並購活動備受政府,企業及相關學者的關注,本文考察了一部分研究資料,發現現存的研究主要是針對中國企業跨國並購的動機,成果績效進行的分別研究,關於中國企業跨國並購的系統性、綜合性研究比較少。因此本文在參考大量文獻的基礎上,對中國企業跨國並購的動機,戰略背景,組織文化,成果等因素進行了綜合性的研究。 在此背景下,本文首先對國內外的相關資料進行收集和閱讀,然後整理出本文的研究背景,瞭解中國企業跨國並購的現狀,並以內部化理論,協商理論等為基礎,加入制度政策,國際化經驗等因素,提出了用來分析中國企業跨國並購戰略的綜合模型。 本研究以中國跨國並購上市公司為研究物件,根據跨國並購市場動機、收益動機,戰略資源獲取動機等三大主動機,選取成功及失敗案例進行對比分析。研究結果表明:跨國並購的動機,企業戰略目標,國家文化距離,跨國並購經驗對成果不造成直接影響,企業戰略的相似性,互補性,以及組織管理相容性都對並購成果有直接的積極影響。對於獲取自然資源的跨國並購,東道國政府的限制是決定成敗的關鍵因素。 根據研究結果,本研究對中國企業進行跨國並購提出了相關建議。第一,企業在選取並購对象時,要進行科學冷靜的分析和評估,其次,跨國並購專門小組的設立有助於並購的順利進行,再次,企業在跨國並購前就應該充分考慮文化風險,最後,企業應對組織,人力,企業文化等方面的整合過程予以高度重視,以實現並購的成功。 With the reform and opening up, China's economy continued to grow in recent years. And Chinese firms carry out cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M & A) actively, which of the size and the number continue to expand in the world increasingly. Although cross-border M&A activities have been concerned by the government, firms and lots of related scholars, integrated systematic study on Chinese outward M&A is relatively insufficient. Therefore, based on the reference to the extensive literatures, this paper conducts a comprehensive study on the motivation of Chinese outward M&A and the relationships among the influencing factors, strategic background, organizational culture and business performances. This paper proposed the integrated research model, which On the basis of the internalization theory, negotiation theory, adding the political factors and international experience, for analyzing Chinese firms outward M & A strategy. As shown in <Figure 1>. According to the cross-border M&A resources, success and failure cases from the listed Chinese companies respectively were selected to carry out the comparative analysis. This study showed that the cross-border M&A motivation,corporate strategic objectives, national cultural distance, outward M&A experience did not have a direct impact on the performance. Furthermore the study found that the Strategicsimilarity and compatibility had a positive impact on the outcome of cross-border merger and acquisition. This study also showed support that organizational compatibility had a positive impact on the performance. According to the research results, the paper provides some recommendations on cross-border M & A to Chinese firms. Scientific analysis and assessment should be carried out when selecting acquisition targets. Secondly, It could be appreciated for firms to set up specialized M&A team, which has been proved that it is helpful to promote the M & A progress smoothly. Moreover, firms should take full account of cultural risk before the M & A activity. Lastly, firms should pay attention to the integration process, including the integration of organization, human resources and corporate cultureto improve the probability of success.

      • 기업 환경특성, 시장지향성, 수출성과간의 관계에 관한 연구 : 대전 충남지역 기업을 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 대전·충남지역의 수출기업을 대상으로 환경특성, 시장지향성, 네트워크의 특성을 도출하고 환경특성과 시장지향성, 환경특성과 성과와의 관계와 시장지향성과 성과 간에 네트워크 정도가 조절변수로 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구의 표본은 대전·충남지역의 수출기업으로 49개 기업을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 환경특성이 시장지향성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석한 결과, 외부환경의 경쟁정도를 제외한 모든 변수는 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 환경특성이 시장지향성과 밀접하게 관계되고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 시장지향성은 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시장지향성을 추구하는 기업일수록 고객이 원하는 바를 이해하여 원하는 제품과 서비스를 고객하게 제공하게 되고 경쟁자에 비해 시장에서 경쟁우위를 확보하게 되어 성과를 높일 수 있게 된다. 셋째, 조절변수를 분석한 결과, 조절변수로 채택한 네트워크 정도는 시장지향성과의 관계에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 부분은 기존 연구에서 소홀히 다루어졌던 새로운 조절변수를 제시하는 것으로 이러한 조절변수의 역할 검증의 필요성을 강조하고 있는데 의의가 있다 하겠다. 그러나 변수의 수가 너무 작고 조사대상 표본들의 네트워크 정도가 미약하여 통계적으로 의미있는 영향을 발견하지는 못하였다. 본 연구에서 시사하는 바는 먼저 시장지향성은 환경특성의 선행요인에 의해서 영향을 받음으로 적합한 환경 구축이 선행되어야 경쟁우위를 얻게 될 것이다. 둘째, 시장지향성이 수출성과에 미치는 영향이 적음으로 시장변화에 수동적이기 보다는 적극적 활동을 통해 경쟁우위를 얻어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 네트워크 정도가 성과에 영향을 미치지 못함으로 활발하게 활용될 수 있도록 기술, 노하우, 아이디어의 보호에 대한 법·제도적 대비책을 정비하고 강화시켜야 할 것이다. The object of this study for export industries in Dae-jeon & Chungnam province is to extract Environmental Characteristics, Market Orientation, Peculiarities of Network and empirically inspect Relationship between Environmental Characteristics and Market Orientation; between Environmental Characteristics and Performance, influence on which does the extent of Network between Market Orientation and Performance as moderator have. The samples of the study are data collected from 49 companies of the export industries in Dae-jeon and Chungnam province and the analyzed result is as follows. First the analysis about Environmental Characteristics affecting Market Orientation indicated that every moderator except the extent of exterior competition has an effect on Market Orientation. This result informs of implications between Environmental Characteristics and Market Orientation. Second, it proved that Market Orientation exerts a positive influence on Performance. The more companies pursuit Market Orientation, the better they are aware of customers' needs and offer the very goods and services to them. Thus they are guaranteed the better competitive advantage than the competitors and haver the better Performance. Third, consequences examining the moderators showed that the extent of Network as a moderator does nothing to Market Orientation. This part is presenting new moderators neglected in the existing researches, and is meaningful because the need of role testing of moderators is being accentuated. But the number of moderators and the extent of Network for samples of the subject of study were so slight that statistically meaningful influence was not found out. This study suggest that first, Market Orientation should be influenced on by preceding factor of Environmental Characteristics and an adequate Environmental construction be settled above all so a dominant position will be gained. Second, it is necessary that we should gain competitive advantage not by passive attitude but by active attitude on the Market variation because Market Orientation has a trivial influence on the outcome of export. Third, the provision about the protection of technology, knowhow and idea is to be improved and strengthened because the extent of Network has no influence on Performance.

      • 중소기업의 기술협력 활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 흡수역량의 매개효과와 정부지원정책의 조절효과 분석

        개방형 혁신(open innovation)의 중요성이 강조되면서 기업은 단독개발뿐만 아니라 전략적 제휴나 공동기술개발, 기술이전 등의 협력을 진행하고, 이를 통해 기술개발의 효율성을 높이고자 노력하고 있다. 중소기업 역시 급속도로 변화하는 시장에 진입하고 수익 창출을 위해 자체기술개발을 위한 역량 강화뿐만 아니라, 외부 기술도입을 위한 기술협력 추진은 중요한 과제이다. 또한, 중소기업은 자금, 기술, 인력 등 취약한 내부 자원을 극복하고 기술혁신의 성과를 극대화하기 위해서 흡수역량(absorptive capacity)의 제고 및 정부지원 정책 활용 등 차별화된 전략 수립이 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 3년간 기술협력을 수행한 중소기업을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해 103개의 표본을 확보하였다. 이를 토대로 중소기업의 기술협력 활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고, 흡수역량의 매개효과와 정부지원의 조절효과를 검증하여 최종적으로 중소기업 기술협력 활동의 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실증분석을 통해 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술협력의 활동인 다양성, 몰입도, 신뢰도는 모두 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 흡수역량인 잠재흡수역량과 실현흡수역량 모두 기술협력 활동의 몰입도, 신뢰도가 경영성과에 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 기술협력 활동의 다양성은 잠재흡수역량과 실현흡수역량 모두가 경영성과에 영향을 미칠 때 매개하지 않았다. 셋째, 정부지원은 기술협력 활동 중 몰입도가 경영성과에 영향을 줄 때 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 기술협력 활동 중 다양성이나 신뢰도가 경영성과에 영향을 미칠 때 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. With the emphasis on the importance of open innovation, companies are striving to increase the efficiency of technology development through strategic alliance, technological cooperation and technology transfer. Because of rapidly changing market and generating profits, technological cooperation as well as self technology development is important to small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs). In order to overcome vulnerable internal resources such as funds, technology and human resources and to maximize the performance of technological innovation, SMEs need to establish differentiated strategy such as developing absorptive capacity and using government support policy. In this study, 103 samples were obtained through online surveys of SMEs that have been performing technical cooperation for the past 3 years. After that, the effect of SMEs' technological cooperation activities on management performance was analyzed. The mediating effect of absorption capacity and the effect of government support were analyed as well. The purpose of this study is to provide policy implications for SMEs' technological cooperation activities. The meaningful conclusions from this study are as follows. First, it was proven that diverse exploitations for types, partner commitment and the trust, which are the activities of technological cooperation, have positive impact on management performance. Second, it was found that potential absorptive capacity(PACAP) and the realized absorptive capacity(RACAP) mediate the relationship between the partner commitment and management performance, the trust and management preformance. On the other hand, PACAP and RACAP do not mediate when diverse exploitations for types influence management performance. Lastly, government support was found to have a moderating effect when partner commitment affects management performance. On the other hand, there was no moderation effect when diverse exploitaions for types and the trust influenced management performance.

      • 국방기술획득 시스템에서 기술이전 성과 및 내재화 성과 영향요인

        The defense technology development, at introductory stage, was started after the Agency for Defense Development was established in 1973 and acquired technical data package for basic ground weapons from USA through military assistance program, and producing imitation with reverse engineering. Since 1983, applying Offset program strategically to foreign procurement, we had started to develop tanks, missiles and so on, receiving advanced technology from oversea's defense industries. From 1990, at the stage of technology internalization, basic training aircraft and military satellites had been developed based on experiences and internal and external cooperation. Moreover, we have come to a generation stage exporting self-propelled guns, basic training aircrafts, etc. At this point, Offset program not only plays a key role in development, but also becomes one of the most effective ways of obtaining technology. This paper is an empirical study on influencing factors on performances of Offset technology transfer and technology internalization. A research model was developed based on the findings from a comprehensive literature review which dealt with general technology transfer and Offset theory, and technology learning and internalization theory, and tested by multi-regression and moderated regression analysis technique using 305 sample data collected from Korea and foreign countries. The objectives of this research paper are as follows; 1) to identify which factors are related to the performances of Offset technology transfer and suggest an idea to maximize the performances, 2) to identify the factors that affect on the performances of technology internalization and suggest an idea to maximize the performances, 3) to investigate the responses to the Offset program from those involved to the Offset program in Korea as technology receiver and foreign countries as technology provider and present some political suggestions. Based on literature review, the performances of Offset technology transfer are divided into economical and technological areas, and the major factors on performances are classified into five groups; technology receiver characteristic, technology provider characteristic, technology characteristic, environmental characteristic and national characteristic. Considering Offset characteristics, two factors were included separately; implementation management and value evaluation as moderating factors. In the analysis of technology internalization, the performances are divided into two areas as above. The major factors on performances are classified into three groups; technology knowledge characteristic, organizational characteristic and technology learning characteristic. The summary of statistical analysis is as follows; first, according to the relationship between the performances of technology transfer and major characteristics, the significant factors of technological performances are technology receiver characteristic, technology characteristic and environmental characteristic. The significant factors of economical performances are technology receiver characteristic, technology characteristic and national characteristic. Secondly, according to the result of test for moderating factors, the implementation management factor has only significant effect on the relationship between the performances of technology transfer and major characteristics. Thirdly, according to the relationship between the performances of technology internalization and major characteristics, organizational characteristic has significant influence on technological performance and technology learning activity characteristic has influence on both technological and economical performances. To describe some insights from the point of policy, first, according to the Offset technology transfer, it is necessary to make 'Offset technology acquisition plan' which includes R & D technology, production technology and maintenance technology. Thus technology requirement for Offset program is selected based on this plan, and also Offset program schedule needs to be adjusted separately from project milestone. Secondly, according to the technology internalization, CEO and project managers need to establish a system for technology acquisition, and manage the program systematically and strictly. They also need to have engineers hand over the obtained technology to other members by seminars and workshops, and the acquired technology should be stored by database or reports. The contributions of this research are as follows; first, a value can be found from this pioneer empirical study of Offset technology transfer and technology internalization in defense technology acquisition system in the international business point of view. Secondly, the influencing factors on performances of Offset technology transfer and technology internalization were identified within the theoretical framework. Additionally, the benefit of Offset program to Korea and foreign countries is confirmed through Offset program empirical analysis.
