        노인의 미용복지서비스 만족도가 생활 만족도에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated the relationship between beauty welfare services and life satisfaction among elderly people. Residents of elderly welfare facilities in the Jeollabuk-do province of Korea aged 60 or older were surveyed.Results indicated that men were more satisfied with beauyt welfare services than women,with high levels of satisfaction reported in the following groups: ‘70-79 (age)’, ‘seodang (private village school)/elementary school graduates (education)’, ‘myself (provision of living expenses)’, ‘KRW 500,000 or less (average monthly income)’, ‘singles (marital status)’ and ‘living with a spouse (cohabitation)’. Correlations examining satisfaction with beauty welfare services based ongeneral characteristics indicated men were more satisfied than women in all fields, such as professionalism, handling of customer complaints, physical environment, and customer satisfaction. Due to the age of the respondents ‘seodang/elementary school graduates’ was the most common response in terms of educational background. Lower, average monthly income was most common in respondents who indicated they were single, in terms of marital status. Differences in cohabitant were most apparent in those ‘living alone’. In terms of life satisfaction, women reported highersatisfaction than men. As the average monthly income increased, life satisfaction also increased in the categories -of ‘60-69 (age)’, ‘high school graduates or higher (education)’ and ‘spouse (provision of living expenses)’. Regarding the influence of satisfaction with beauty welfare services on life satisfaction, as the physical environments and customer satisfaction increased, life satisfaction improved. In conclusion, findings indicate correlations between satisfaction with beauty welfare services and life satisfaction.

        지역복지관 종사자의 자율성정도가 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 리더십의 매개효과를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of autonomy of workers in Seoul and Gyeong-gi area on job satisfaction and the mediating effect between autonomy and job satisfaction in social welfare worker 's leadership. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the general characteristics of the survey subjects, the response rate of women was high due to the characteristics of social welfare centers. The average age of respondents was in the 30s, education was graduated from college and graduate school, average salary was over 3 million won, and social welfare career was the most in 10-15 years. Second, there was a positive correlation between autonomy and transformational leadership, transactional leadership, job satisfaction, compensation satisfaction, and human relationship satisfaction. Third, autonomy has been directly related to the job satisfaction of workers in social welfare centers. Job satisfaction was directly related to three sub-variables (job satisfaction, compensation satisfaction, and human relationship satisfaction). Leadership has a mediating effect between autonomy and job satisfaction of workers in social welfare centers, and has a significant mediating effect. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is necessary to improve the operation system of community welfare centers to secure the autonomy of social welfare institutions. Second, community welfare centers should secure autonomy through partnerships with local residents. Third, it is important to cultivate leadership in social welfare field because leadership of social welfare center positively affects job satisfaction. 본 연구는 서울 및 경기 지역사회복지관 종사자의 자율성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 사회복지관 종사자의 리더십이 자율성과 직무만족 간에 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 분석결과, 첫째, 조사대상자의 일반적 특성을 분석한 결과, 성별은 사회복지관의 특성상 여성의 응답비율이 높았다. 응답자의 평균연령은 30대가, 학력은 대졸과 석사학위자가, 평균임금은 300만원 이상이, 사회복지분야 총 경력은 10-15년이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 주요 변인에 대한 상관관계 분석을 살펴보면, 자율성과 변혁적 리더십, 거래적 리더십, 업무만족, 보상만족, 인간관계만족과는 정(+)의 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 서울 및 경기 소재 사회복지관 종사자의 자율성이 직무만족에 직접적인 영향을 준다는 가설을 회귀분석을 활용하여 검증한 결과, 자율성은 사회복지관 종사자의 직무만족에 직접적인 영향관계가 입증되었다. 직무만족은 세 하위변인(업무만족, 보상만족, 인간관계만족) 모두가 직접적인 영향관계가 있었다. 리더십은 사회복지관 종사자의 자율성과 직무만족 간에 매개효과를 보였으며, 이에 대한 통계적 유의성을 검증한 결과, 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과의 논의를 통해 다음과 같은 정책적 제언을 하였다. 첫째, 사회복지기관의 자율성 확보를 위한 지역사회복지관 운영체계의 개선이 필요하다. 둘째, 지역사회복지관 종사자들은 지역주민들과의 파트너십을 통해 지방자치단체 등으로부터의 간섭 등에 대해 자율성을 확보하여야 한다. 셋째, 사회복지관의 리더십이 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치기 때문에 사회복지현장에서의 관리자와 직원들의 리더십 함양은 중요하다.

        서비스 유통 관점에서 아동복지기관 서비스질의 전달에 대한 인식과 이용자만족도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose - This study reviews the delivery of child welfare service quality and examines how the dimensions of the variables of customer satisfaction impact the results from a service distribution perspective. This study differs from existing research since it proposes that a recognized level of child welfare service quality is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction from the perspective of service distribution. Research design, data, and methodology - This study explores child welfare service quality factors that affect customer satisfaction. The study examines and analyzes demographic variables, service quality dimensions, and the causal relationships between child welfare service quality and customer satisfaction. Data from 300 child welfare cases were collected from organizations in Korea in the areas of Busan and Gyeongsangnamdo. The methods of analysis are as follow. First, using descriptive analysis frequency, the percentages were evaluated to assess the demographic variables. Second, Cronbach's α was used to test reliability and to evaluate the internal consistency of the measuring of items. Third, multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out how much the independent variable can affect customer satisfaction. Results - Five factors of child welfare service quality were identified in three categories: process quality (assurance, empathy), results quality (reliability, caring), and physical environment quality (tangibles). There were significant differences among the effects of the child welfare service quality factors on customer satisfaction. A multiple regression analysis was done with process quality (assurance, empathy), results quality (reliability, caring) and physical environment quality (tangibles) to test the hypothesis: assurance (t=2.434, p<0.05), empathy (t=3.677, p<0.001), reliability (t=3.271, p<0.05), caring (t=4.380, p<0.000), and tangibles (t=3.654, p<0.01) had a positive influence on child welfare service quality from a service distribution perspective. Therefore, hypotheses 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 were supported. In addition, multiple regression analysis on the effects of the variables showed that caring (β=0.273), empathy (β =0.246), tangibles (β=0.265), reliability (β=0.152), and assurance (β=0.131) all had a positive and strong influence on child welfare service quality from a service distribution perspective. Therefore, all child welfare service quality categories (process, results and physical environment quality) were positively statistically significant. Conclusion - In this study, the main findings can be summarized as follows. First, the quality of service of child welfare consists of three dimensions of quality: process quality, results quality, and physical environment quality. The results of the multiple regression analysis also showed that caring and reliability were confirmed as more meaningful variables by the increasing loading factors. Second, the family members involved in child welfare proposed caring as the most important variable among the dimensions of service quality. Third, the results of the hypothesis testing using regression showed that all child welfare service quality factors had a positive impact on customer satisfaction. The results of the study could provide useful information to help increase the effectiveness of delivery strategies for child welfare service quality from a service distribution perspective.

        노인의 복지인식이 사회서비스 이용과 사회복지정책 만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 고령층의 사회복지서비스 이용과 사회복지정책 만족도에 주목하여 고령자의 사회복지 인식이 사회복지서비스와 사회복지정책만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 한국보건사회연구원과 서울대학교 사회복지연구소에서 조사하여 축적하고 있는 한국복지패널 자료를 근거로, 가구용, 가구원용, 복지인식 부가조사용을 결합한 머지데이터(merge data)를 활용하여 부가조사에 응답을 완료한 60세 이상 465명을 연구대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, “노인복지 인식(복지지출 인식, 복지대상 인식, 복지증세 인식)”은 “사회서비스 이용”에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, “노인복지 인식(복지지출 인식, 복지대상 인식, 복지증세 인식)”은 “사회복지정책 만족도”에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, “인구통계학적 특성(교육수준, 소득수준, 학력, 성별)”에 따라 노인복지인식이 사회서비스이용에 미치는 영향은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, “인구통계학적 특성(교육수준, 소득수준, 학력, 성별)”에 따라 노인복지인식이 사회복지정책 만족도에 미치는 영향은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다차원적인 복지인식과 사회서비스 이용경험을 사회복지정책 만족도의 영향요인으로 함께 살펴보았다는 점에 있다. 즉, 사회복지정책만족도의 영향요인으로 개인의 가치와 주관적 인식을 바탕으로 형성되는 복지인식에 주목하였으며, 고령자의 복지인식과 사회복지정책만족도의 관계에서 사회서비스 이용경험이 사회복지정책만족도에 도움이 되고 있는지 살펴봄으로써 복지정책과 복지현장의 실천적 대안을 모색하였다는데 의미가 있다. This study analyzed how elderly people's perception of social welfare affects social welfare service and social welfare policy satisfaction by paying attention to the use of social welfare services and satisfaction with social welfare policies. In order to achieve this research goal, 465 people aged 60 or older who completed responses to the additional survey were collected and analyzed as research targets based on data from the Korea Welfare Panel, which is accumulated by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs and Seoul National University's Social Welfare Research Institute. The results of this study are as follows. First, "Awareness of welfare for the elderly (recognition of welfare expenditure, recognition of welfare targets, recognition of welfare tax increases)" was found to have a negative impact on "use of social services." Second, "Awareness of welfare for the elderly (recognition of welfare expenditure, recognition of welfare targets, recognition of welfare tax increases)" was found to have a negative impact on "satisfaction with social welfare policies." Third, the impact of the recognition of welfare for the elderly on the use of social services was found to be different according to the demographic characteristics (education level, income level, educational background, gender). Fourth, according to the "population statistical characteristics (education level, income level, educational background, gender)" the impact of the recognition of welfare for the elderly on the satisfaction of social welfare policy was shown to be different. The implications of this study are that we looked at multi-dimensional welfare awareness and social service use experience together as factors affecting social welfare policy satisfaction. In other words, it is meaningful that the government focused on welfare awareness based on individual values and subjective perceptions as an influence on social welfare policy satisfaction, and sought practical alternatives to welfare policies and welfare sites by examining whether the experience of using social services in relation to welfare awareness and social welfare policy satisfaction among the elderly.

        사회복지학 전공대학생들의 전공만족도가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향 : 전북지역 대학생들을 중심으로

        본 연구는 사회복지학 전공 대학생들의 진로상담에 기초 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 전공만족도가 진로결정수준에 영향을 주는가를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이는 최근 대학생의 진로교육 및 진로상담에 관한 관심과 필요성이 증가하고 있는 시점에서 분석결과를 통해 사회복지전공 대학생들의 진로상담을 위한 정보를 얻고자 함이었다. 전라북도에 위치한 3개 대학의 사회복지학 전공자로써 3학년과 4학년에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 총 106명이 분석대상이 되었다. 전공만족도는 ‘교과과정 만족도’, ‘진로방향 만족도’, 그리고 ‘사회적 인식’으로 세 가지 하위 차원으로 구성되었다. 분석결과 사회복지학 전공 대학생들의 진로결정 수준은 3.19로 중간 보다 높은 점수를 보여주었다. 전공만족도는 3.16으로 다소 높은 만족도를 보여주었다. 전공만족도의 하위 차원별로 살펴보면 사회적 인식의 평균값이 3.74로 가장 높았으며, 교과과정 만족이 2.83, 그리고 진로방향만족이 2.91로 나타났다. 전공학과 내부적 요인(교과과정, 진로방향)보다는 외부적 요인(사회적인식)에 의한 전공만족 값이 높은 것으로 나타나 교과과정 만족을 위한 학과 과목 재편성, 전공관련 취업 정보를 학생들의 적성에 맞게 제공하는 등의 학과 내부의 체계적인 노력이 필요하다. 중다회귀분석 결과에서는 전공만족도 중 사회적 인식이 진로결정 수준에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 주변으로부터 사회복지학에 대한 긍정적 평가를 들었다고 인식하는 경우와 학과가 인기가 있을 때, 전공이 사회생활에 유리하다고 생각할 때 진로결정수준은 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to give data to college counselors and instructors for the career counselling of students majoring social welfare. For this purpose, this study was to empirically analyze the impact of the major satisfaction of undergraduate students majoring in social welfare on the level of career decision. As the significance and necessity of the career education and the career counselling among colleges and undergraduate students being spread widely, the finding of this study may provide variable information to the college instructors for the career counselling of undergraduate students majoring social welfare. For the analysis, undergraduate students of three universities in Jeonbuk area were surveyed. These respondents were the third and fourth grade majoring social welfare. 106 respondents were analyzed. Major satisfaction was measured with three dimensions such as ‘curriculum satisfaction’, ‘career direction satisfaction’, and ‘social perception satisfaction’. One of the major findings was that the mean of the level of career decision score appeared to be 3.19 out of 5.0 point maximum scale, which means a little higher level than mid-point. Major satisfaction score appeared to be 3.16 out of 5.0 point maximum scale. The means of three dimensions of major satisfactions showed that social perception satisfaction was 3.74, curriculum satisfaction was 2.83, and career satisfaction was 2.91. The means of curriculum satisfaction and career satisfaction were higher than the mean of social perception satisfaction. The instructors of the department of social welfare need to try to reorganize the curriculum and give the job information related with social welfare. The multi-liner regression analysis indicated that ‘social perception satisfaction’ was statistically significant on the level of career decision. Specifically, the more students perceived the good image of social welfare, the popularity of social welfare and the benefit of social welfare in social activities, the more the level of career decision was increased.

      • 사회복지시설 종사자들의 직무만족도 영향요인 분석

        The current study verified job satisfaction and distinctive characteristics by demographic variables for workers at seniors welfare facilities in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area, and analyzed the influential factors on their job satisfaction from the personnel management aspect of welfare facilities. From the analysis, it was found that job satisfaction of the subjects was high and female workers presented slightly high job satisfaction degree than male counterparts with no significant statistical difference. In the analysis of job satisfaction by work experience, it was observed that those with more work experience had higher job satisfaction except those who have worked for less than one year, and it was analyzed to have statistically significant difference. As for the analysis of job satisfaction by duty, it was found that there was meaningful different by duty. Except one director and one doctor, a dietitian, a secretariat and a manager presented the highest job satisfaction level, and nurses (physiotherapists and rehabilitation workers) providing direct service to the old with relatively high specialty also showed relatively high job satisfaction. However, cooks, drivers, guards and clerks presented relatively low job satisfaction. Also in job satisfaction analysis by reasons for entering, it was found that their reasons for entering the facilities were in the order of religious belief, devotion to social welfare, economic income and bad employment conditions while presenting statistically meaningful difference among groups. Multiple regression having job satisfaction as a dependent variable showed that homogeneity test of dispersion that influences job satisfaction was meaningful. It was found that 14 variables that were applied as a result had about 26% of explanatory power for job satisfaction. From verification by index influencing job satisfaction, it was found that there are three meaningful variables of salary and retirement allowance, employment and placement process and promotion management. When measuring influential powers of the variables with standardized regression index(beta), it was found that fairness of employment and placement, salary level and retirement allowance level influence job satisfaction most among personnel systems. Also in the personnel management aspect, it was observed that reward and punishment management, promotion management and salary level didn``t influence job satisfaction greatly. On the other hand, it was found that salary and retirement allowance level, various allowances, and b of employment and placement management greatly influence job satisfaction. Accordingly, for perstnnel management for workers at seniors vve1fcU``e facilities, managing salary and retirement allowance level, and various allowances should be emphasized. In particular, employment process should be transparent and placement process should be performed fairly considering qualifications, work experience, aptitude, etc. in order to enhane job saticfaction.

        시각장애인 활동보조인의 복지제도 변경 전ㆍ후직무만족도 분석

        This study has the purpose to provide visually impaired persons with high quality services of activity assistance by identifying the job satisfaction of visually impaired activity helper, and enhance and cultivate the expertise of service providing work force by improving their work conditions. As for study subjects, 160 persons were selected as subjects from among the individuals who are affiliated with activity assistance service providing organizations in Daegu Gyeongbuk region and servicing as activity helper for visually impaired before and after the change of activity assistance service system through telephone interviews with the staffs in charge of human resources in the relevant organizations. Also, questionnaire survey was conducted on the subjects with the use of questionnaire sheet specifically designed for them, and after the questionnaire sheets of totally 126 copies(79%) were collected, the collected data were statistically processed with the use of SPSS 19.0 software. In summary, the following conclusions were reached:First, as for the degrees of job satisfaction of the activity helpers for visually disabled by gender, male group was found higher than female group in average after change of welfare system, and depending on age, job satisfaction differed before and after change of welfare system. As for marital status, job satisfaction was found higher in unmarried group before and after change of welfare system, and the factor of education background did not affect job satisfaction. Depending on affiliated organizations, job satisfaction differed before and after modification, and as for income level, groups with income level below minimum were found high in job satisfaction before and after change of welfare system. Regarding work period, visually impaired activity helpers who worked for less than 2 years were higher than those who worked for 2 years or longer in job satisfaction after change of welfare system. Second, as for the factors that affect the job satisfaction of visually impaired activity helpers among work characteristics(work importance degree), organization characteristics (compensation, employee capability development opportunity and leadership)and personal characteristics(sense of self efficacy), leadership was found the highest. Third, as for the difference between the job satisfactions of visually impaired activity helpers before and after change of welfare system, job satisfaction after the change was found higher. 본 연구는 시각장애인 활동보조인의 직무만족도를 알아보고, 이를 통해 시각장애인에게 양질의 활동보조서비스 제공과 서비스 제공인력의 근무여건 개선 및 전문성 제고와 함양에 목적을 두고 연구가 수행되었다. 이 연구를 통해 얻은 결론을 정리하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시각장애인 활동보조인의 배경변인에 따른 직무만족도는 성별에 따라 복지제도 변경 후 직무만족도에서 남자집단이 여자집단보다 평균이 높게 나타났고, 나이에 따라 복지제도 변경전과 후에서 직무만족도에 차이를 보인다. 결혼 유무에 따라서는 복지제도 변경전과 후에 직무만족도는 미혼집단이 높게 나타났고, 학력 변인은 직무만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 소속기관에 따라서는 복지제도 변경전과 후의 직무만족도에 차이가 나타났고, 소득에 따른 복지제도 변경전과 후의 직무만족도는 최저 임금 미만인 집단이 높다. 근무기간에 따라서는 2년 미만 근무한 시각장애인 활동보조인이 2년 이상 근무한 시각장애인 활동보조인보다 복지제도 변경 후 직무만족도가 더 높다. 둘째, 업무특성(업무 중요도), 조직특성(보상, 직원능력 개발기회, 리더십), 개인특성(자기효능감) 중에서 시각장애인 활동보조인의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 리더십이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 시각장애인 활동보조인의 복지제도 변경 전 직무만족도와 변경 후 직무만족도 차이는 복지제도 변경 후 직무만족도가 높게 나타났다.

        주거복지정책이 임대 거주자의 주거만족도에 미치는 영향

        The government’s housing welfare policies have been increasing in quantity, but there is a dearth of qualitative research thereon. This study analyzes the difference in residential satisfaction by residence type, residence welfare benefit, and type of residence welfare, using the Korea Welfare Panel 2005-2016 data. The empirical results of the study show that the residential satisfaction is high in the order of the people who live in their own house, who live in a leased house on a deposit basis, and who live in a leased house paid for monthly. Regardless of the type of housing, the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the housing welfare policies has greatly improved. Especially, when residents living in a rented house receive housing welfare, the degree of improvement of their satisfaction is the greatest. For the results of the analysis of the degree of improvement in residential satisfaction by type of housing welfare, all the policies improve the satisfaction of the residents. In particular, it is determined that the residential satisfaction is improved in the order of public leasing, permanent leasing, deposit support, and monthly payment support and other policies. Therefore, policies that provide stable residences in the long-term, such as public or permanent leases, should be given priority for the homeless people’s housing welfare. The more the policy provides stable residences, however, the bigger the financing for it should be. Thus, cost-benefit analysis is required for each residential welfare policy. 정부의 주거복지정책은 양적 측면에서 꾸준히 증가해 왔으나 이를 질적인 측면에서 평가한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 한국복지패널의 2005∼2016년 자료를 활용하여 거주형태별, 주거복지 수혜 여부별, 그리고 주거복지 정책별 주거만족도의 차이를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 자가 거주자, 전세 거주자, 월세 거주자 순으로 주거만족도가 높게 나타났으며 점유형태와 무관하게 정부의 주거복지 수혜자들의 주거만족도가 크게 개선되었다. 특히 임대 거주자가 주거복지를 수혜할 경우 주거만족도 개선 정도가 가장 높았다. 주거복지 정책별 주거만족도의 개선 정도를 분석한 결과, 모든 정책이 주거만족도를 개선시켰는데, 특히 공공(국민)임대, 영구임대, 전세지원, 월세지원 및 기타 정책 순으로 주거만족도를 개선시키는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러므로 무주택자의 주거복지를 위해 장기간 거주할 수 있는 임대주택의 공급이 우선되어야 할 것이다. 다만, 임대주택처럼 거주 안정성이 높은 정책일수록 소요 재정도 클 것이므로 향후 주거복지 정책별 비용 대비 편익 분석이 요구된다.

        본 연구는 사회복지관 관장의 변혁적 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향과의 관계에서 조직문화의 조절효과를 검증하여 사회복지관 종사자들의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 기관장의 변혁적 리더십의 하위요소들은 무엇인지를 살펴보고, 기관장의 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족과의 관계에서 조직문화의 조절효과를 살펴보는데 주된 목적을 두고 연구가 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변혁적 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 독립변수별로는 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인별 지적자극(β=.181, p<.01), 카리스마(β=.176, p<.01), 개별적 배려(β=.164, p<.01), 영감적 동기부여(β=.147, p<.05), 이상적 영향(β=.138, p<.05)이 직무만족 에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 종사자의 직무만족 향상에 있어서는 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인별 지적자극, 카리스마, 개별적 배려, 영감적 동기부여, 이상적 영향이 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 조직문화의 하위요소들이 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 조절효과를 검증한 결과 위계문화는 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인별 영감적 동기부여, 이상적 영향 과 직무만족 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 또한 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 변혁적 리더십이 개발문화에 의해 조절되는지를 알아보기 위하여 조절회귀분석을 실시한 결과 개발문화는 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족의 관계를 조절하지 못하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 변혁적 리더십이 합리문화에 의해 조절되는지를 알아보기 위하여 조절회귀분석을 실시한 결과 합리문화는 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인별 카리스마, 영감적 동기부여, 이상적 영향과 직무만족 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 변혁적 리더십이 집단문화에 의해 조절되는지를 알아보기 위하여 조절회귀 분석을 실시한 결과는 집단문화는 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족의 관계를 조절하지 못하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 결국 조직문화의 하위요소들 중 위계문화와 합리문화는 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족 관계를 조절하지만 개발문화와 집단문화는 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. In terms of the relationship with regard to the effect of the transformational leadership of the director of social welfare center on the job satisfaction, by examining the moderating effects of organizational culture, the purpose of this study was to investigate the subordinate factors of the transformational leadership of the center director which affect the job satisfaction of the workers in the social welfare center, and explore the moderating effects of organizational culture in terms of the relationship between the transformational leadership of the director of social welfare center and job satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows. First, from results of analyzing the effects of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, it is found that the intellectual stimulation by sub-factors (β=.181, p<.01), charisma (β=.176, p<.01), individual consideration (β=.164, p<.01), and inspirational motivation (β=.147, p<.05), ideal effect (β=.138, p<.05) showed statistically significant positive (+) effects on job satisfaction. Therefore, with regard to improvement of the job satisfaction of workers, intellectual stimulation, charisma, individual consideration, inspirational motivation and ideal effect are found to be important factors by sub-factors of the transformational leadership. Second, as a result of examining the moderating effects of sub-factors of organizational culture on the transformational leadership and job satisfaction, it can be seen that hierarchical culture moderates the relationship between inspirational motivation, ideal effect and job satisfaction by sub-factors of the transformational leadership. In addition, moderating regression analysis was conducted to find out whether the transformational leadership that affects job satisfaction is controlled by the development culture, and as a result, it is found that the development culture cannot moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. From the results of conducting moderating regression analysis to find out whether the transformational leadership affecting job satisfaction is moderated by the rational culture, it can be seen that the rational culture moderates the relationship between charisma, inspirational motivation, ideal effect, and job satisfaction by sub-factors of transformational leadership. From the results of conducting moderating regression analysis to find out whether the transformational leadership affecting job satisfaction is moderated by the group culture, it can be seen that the group culture does not moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Consequently, it is found that hierarchical culture and rational culture among the sub-factors of organizational culture moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction but do not moderate development culture and group culture.

      • 정보복지정책이 정보복지 활성화를 매개로 정보만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        다양한 사회·경제적 계층에 대한 평등한 정보접근을 위해서는 정부가 정보복지의 개념을 도입할 필요가 있으며 정보복지는 계층과 관계없이 모든 사람에게 동등한 정보접근의 기회가 제공되어야 한다. 정보복지는 사회 구성원의 정보만족 및 정보활용 수준이 향상되는 것을 궁극적인 목표로 한다. 정보복지는 사회 구성원의 삶의 질을 향상하고 생산성을 향상할 수 있어서 우리 사회의 중요한 이슈로 드러나고 있다. 경제적 양극화가 자본주의 사회의 자본격차에 기인한 것처럼 정보사회의 정보 불평등으로 인한 정보격차가 생겨나면서 정보격차를 최소화하고 모든 사람이 정보에 쉽게 접근할 평등한 기회를 보장하기 위해서는 정보복지의 개념이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 정보복지정책이 정보복지의 활성화 및 정보만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하기 위하여 선행연구를 기반으로 정보교육의 증가, 새로운 정보정책의 수립, 정보정책의 실현 등을 정보복지정책의 요소로 선정하고 실증 연구를 시행하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 정보복지정책(정보교육의 증가, 새로운 정보정책의 수립, 정보정책의 실현)은 정보복지의 활성화에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 정보복지의 활성화는 정보만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 정보복지의 향상은 인간관계를 확대하여 소외계층의 사회적 참여를 촉진할 것이다. 본 연구는 정보복지의 활성화를 위한 새로운 정보복지정책의 방향을 제시하는 데 의의가 있다. equal access to information to various sociology-economic layers requires the government to introduce the concept of information welfare, which should provide equal access to information to everyone regardless of class. Information welfare is the ultimate goal of improving the level of information satisfaction and use of information among members of society. Information welfare has emerged as an important issue in our society as it can improve the quality of life and improve productivity of members of society. Just as economic polarization is due to the capital gap in capitalist society, the concept of information welfare is very important to minimize the digital divide and ensure equal opportunities for everyone to have easy access to information. In order to identify the relationship between information welfare policy activation and information satisfaction, this study selected the increase of information education, the establishment of new information policy, and the realization of information policy based on the preceding study as elements of information welfare policy and conducted empirical research. The main results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the information welfare policy (increase of information education, establishment of new information policies, and realization of information policies) had significant impact on the activation of information welfare. Second, the activation of information welfare had significant effect on information satisfaction. The improvement of information welfare will promote social participation of the underprivileged by expanding human relations. This study is meaningful in presenting a new direction for information welfare policies for the revitalization of information welfare.
