        The Effect on Training Satisfaction and Training Continuation in the TAEKWONDO Gym Training Program

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for the leaders of Taekwondo to plan effectively their training programs by practically analyzing the training satisfaction and training contin-uation of the trainees according to the training program for the trainees who are practicing Taekwondo. Method: The subjects are elementary school 4-6 graders, middle school students, and high school stu-dents who are training Taekwondo in Jeon-la Province, and the total number of subjects are 305, and the data was processed through frequency analysis, independent t-test, One-Way ANOVA, correlation analy-sis, and linear regression analysis, and the result is as follows. Results: First, regarding the satisfaction of training according to gender, women was higher than men at Taekwondo and body strength(p<.01), (p<.05). Regarding the satisfaction of training according to training period, the trainees who trained for less than 1 year was higher than the trainees who trained for more than 3 years at personality and leadership(p<.05). Regarding the satisfaction of training accord-ing to the objective of training, It was higher than the development of character at body strength(p<.05). Second, regarding the continuation of training according to having official grade, the trainees who have the official grade was higher than the trainees who was delayed at the will of conveying the know-how(p<.05). Regarding the continuation of training according to training period, the trainees who trained less than 1 year was higher than the trainees who trained more than 3 years at the will of conveying the know-how(p<.05). Third, regarding to the correlation between satisfaction and continuation of training according to Taekwondo training program, satisfaction of training showed statistically meaningful posi-tive effect to continuation of training(p<.001). Fourth, regarding to satisfaction of training according to Taekwondo training program, Taekwondo, body strength, and leadership showed statistically meaningful positive effect at every lower grade factor of continuation of training, and personality showed statistically meaningful positive effect at the will of recommendation and the will of conveying know-how. Conclusion: Regarding to the correlation between satisfaction and continuation of training according to Taekwondo training program, satisfaction of training showed statistically meaningful positive effect to continuation of training. regarding to satisfaction of training ac-cording to Taekwondo training pro-gram, Taekwondo, body strength, and leadership showed statistically meaningful positive effect at every lower grade factor of continuation of training, and personality showed statistically meaningful positive effect at the will of recommendation and the will of conveying know how.

        영국의 수습변호사 제도 - 로스쿨 개혁의 성공적 정착을 위한 제안 -

        As the Korean legal profession is about to undergo fundamental changes in the bar examination and judicial training programme, it would be useful to study solicitors training contract in England and Wales. Instead of relying on a one-off, state-administered selection test, the education, training and recruitment of lawyers in England and Wales are carried out in a two-stage process where i) legal education is provided by undergraduate law faculties subject to a quality control mechanism designed to ensure a satisfactory level of academic grounding for the candidates; and ii) professional training is provided through the mechanism of training contract where solicitors’ firms and other organisations which have adequate resources and expertise undertake to provide such training. Training contract operates on the basis of self-interest of employers and those who seek to go into legal profession. The training is conducted on the basis of hands-on experience and genuine legal problems rather than hypothetical classroom examples. Unlike the United States where professional training is entirely left to the market and to individuals, the English system of professional training greatly contributes to quality assurance of new members of the legal profession. Moreover, as the relatively inexpensive trainee lawyers can be hired on a full-time basis, the employers can have considerable advantage in cost control and enhancement of productivity. Such a system, if introduced in Korea, can contribute to widen the scope of lawyers’ services. Since a wider range of employers, who have so far been unable to hire lawyers due to high level of expected salary, would then be able to hire trainee lawyers (and eventually, fully qualified lawyers), legal profession would provide a wider variety of services. The size of legal market will grow in consequence. Most of all, training contract is a discreet and gentle mechanism for regulating the size of supply and demand of newly qualified lawyers. Instead of a blunt, bureaucratic selection test which arbitrarily fixes the total number of candidates who are allowed to pass each year, the training contract can set the total annual number of newly qualified lawyers based on the actual, aggregate needs and demands of employers. This may well be a break-through in the current stalemate regarding the number of new lawyers annually allowed to qualify. 영국의 수습변호사 제도는, 사법시험 및 사법연수원 제도에 대한 근본적인 변혁을 앞두고 있 는 우리에게 적지 않은 시사점을 줄 것으로 예상한다. 영국의 법률가 양성 및 충원 과정은 일회성 국 가 시험(사법시험이나 변호사 자격시험)에 의존하는 대신, 법학 교육기관(법학부)에 대한 합리적인 외 부 검증 및 품질 관리를 통하여 교육 및 평가의 신뢰성을 담보하고, 이렇게 검증된 교육기관을 거쳐나 온 자들은 수습변호사로 2년간 근무하도록 함으로써, 법률의 이론적, 원리적 기초에 대한 교육은 대학 이 담당하고, 실무 훈련은 업계가 담당하는 분업 체제가 모범적으로 정착한 사례라 할 수 있다. 수습변호사 제도는 채용 주체 및 수습변호사 각자의 자기 이익(self interest)에 기초하여 그 얼개가 짜여져 있으므로, 진정한 의미의 실무 교육이 이루어질 수 있으며, 실무 훈련 과정을 시장에 방치한 미 국과는 달리 변호사의 전반적 품질관리에 획기적인 장점을 가질 수 있다. 또한 저렴한 연봉의 수습변호사를 full time 으로 고용할 수 있게 됨으로써, 채용 주체들은 상당한 가 격 경쟁력을 확보함은 물론, 사무실 운영의 능률을 높일 수 있고, 우리의 경우에는 변호사의 진출 영역 을 확대하여 법률 시장의 규모를 키우는 데 큰 도움이 될 수 있다. 무엇보다도, 수습변호사 제도는 변호사 배출 총 인원을 획일적 관료적 통제 기제(시험합격자 수에 대 한 제약)로 결정하는 것이 아니라, 채용 주체들의 채용 수요가 반영된 자연스러운 수급균형 조절을 통 하여 결정되도록 하는 것이라는 점에서, 여러 이익집단의 견해가 첨예하게 대립되어 교착 상태에 빠진 변호사 배출 총 인원 문제에 대한 해법의 실마리를 제공할 수 있다.

        자연과학편 : 훈련강도 부하방식이 근파워·최대근력·스피드에 미치는 영향

        이 연구에서는 총 12명의 체육전공 남자대학생들에게 근육적성 훈련(유연성ㆍ웨이트ㆍ플라이오메트릭의 복합트레이닝) 프로그램을 1일 훈련강도 부하방식(정현파형 훈련강도 부하ㆍ고원형 훈련강도 부하)에 따라 나누어 실시한 후, 하지의 근 파워ㆍ최대근력ㆍ스피드(현장검사)에 어떠한 변화가 있었는가를 비교ㆍ분석하여 훈련 집단간의 효과 차이를 검증하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 부하방식별 훈련 사전ㆍ사후 현장체력을 측정하여 분석한 결과 근 파워ㆍ최대근력ㆍ스피드의 모든 검사항목의 훈련 사전ㆍ사후 향상정도는 고원형 훈련강도 부하집단과 정현파형 훈련강도 부하집단에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 증가를 보였다. 집단간(정현파형ㆍ고원형 훈련강도 부하집단)의 효과 차이를 검증한 결과 고원형 훈련강도 부하집단 보다 정현파형 훈련강도 부하집단이 모두 우수한 증가를 보였지만, 25m달리기에서만 집단간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 상호작용효과는 모든 항목에서 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of training intensity loading methods on muscle powerㆍstrengthㆍspeed. Research subjects were some of 12 college man students who major in physical education. They were divided into two types of experimental groups; group of the regular wave type loading method was strength and weakness of training intensity differently loading in single day and group of the plateau type loading method was training intensity uniformly loading in single day. Substance of muscle fitness training was made up complex training of weight training and plyometric training. Observation variable was preㆍpost test in two time, muscle fitness test was strength, power, speed. Results found from such a comparative analysis study were as follows; It appeared that in the effect of the field test variation of preㆍpost training in all contents, and it showed a statistically significant difference at two types of experimental groups. It appeared that in the field test variation between group in all contents, the training group by a regular wave type training intensity loading method showed more improvement than the training group by a plateau type training intensity loading method, but it wasn't statistically significant difference, only field test in 25m run of speed contents showed a statistically significant difference between group. It appeared that in a statistically significant difference the interaction effect of the field test in all contents.

        농업전문직의 교육훈련 현업적용도 영향요인 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of agricultural professionals’ training transfer variables on their training transfer in the workplace. In order to achieve this, the following problems were addressed: First, what is the relationship between the training transfer characteristics and training transfer in the workplace of agricultural professionals? Second, what is the relationship between each training transfer variable and training transfer in the workplace of agricultural professionals? Methods For this study, 3 months after participants returned to work, 486 questionnaires were distributed to agricultural professionals participating in job training program of Agricultural Human Resources Development Center for March to November in 2019. Participants were limited to those who participated in programs suitable for grasping transfer of training. Out of 486, 428 questionnaires were analyzed. Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between training transfer variables and training transfer. Results First, there was the relationship between the training transfer characteristics and training transfer. Among the training transfer characteristics, Self-efficacy and learning transfer motivation of personal psychological traits, job-related and learning transfer design of training program, and supervisor support and peer support of transfer climate had positive impacts on training transfer. Second, The effective training transfer variables to training transfer affect training transfer in following order: learning transfer motivation, peer support, job-related, self-efficacy, and supervisor support. Conclusions In order for agricultural professionals to apply training contents to the field, there is a need to examine the effective variables that affect self-efficacy and motivation, make an effort to strengthen motivation, organize training programs related to duties, design the programs reflecting learners’ needs, and provide experience data and action plans. In addition, it is necessary that organization provide opportunities for trainees to apply training contents to the field and there is a need of transfer climate such as continuous peer support and unconstrained communication. It also suggests that for professionals who value problem-solving-oriented jobs and personal competencies, research on various individual characteristic variables among the factors influencing field application is necessary.

        A comparative study on the training method that mixed face-to-face/non-face-to-face education for apprentice engineers in the training ship

        A ship's apprentice for engine part shall carry out boarding training (practice education) onboard the merchant ship of a shipping company or on a training ship. To improve the maritime abilities of student apprentices for engine part in a situation where the boarding training period has been shortened by 50 % compared to the previous training period, this study aimed to verify the difference in understanding and acquiring familiarity of maritime abilities between students with online classes who received the the-oretical education of equipment mounted on ships and the indirect practice education of its operation videos before receiving the boarding training on a training ship, and those who received the education after the boarding training. The survey was conducted twice for students of the engine part at Korea Maritime University who participated in the boarding training. To validate the difference in understanding between the two groups, a mean difference verification was performed, and statistical analysis was conducted at a sig-nificance level of ≤ 0.05. After the education, the two groups did not have a significant difference in their understanding of the education, but the control group who experienced theory and indirect practice education through videos before receiving the boarding training showed a higher overall understanding than the experimental group who received the boarding training first.

        The Influence of Individual Characteristics, Training Content and Manager Support on On-the-Job Training Effectiveness

        The study examines the influence of individual characteristics, training content, and manager support on the effectiveness of on-the-job (OJT) training in the banking and finance industry. A simple random sampling technique was used to select the samples. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents in order to obtain the data. Using cross-sectional data obtained from 396 respondents in Bank A in Malaysia, the multiple regression results show that self-efficacy, motivation to learn, training content, and manager support have positive influence on OJT training effectiveness. Among all these factors, manager support is very highly correlated with OJT training effectiveness. The findings have given fruitful insight of the crucial roles of OJT training in the respective bank, particularly to bring forward the roles of systematic design and implementation of OJT training. This study is not only expanding knowledge in OJT and training, but offers managers practical insights in developing good OJT training program by considering employees need, capabilities, skills and job requirement. Furthermore, this study also provides a valuable framework in identifying the effectiveness of OJT training program for certain jobs. Further discussion of the research findings and its implications to theoretical knowledge of training and managers are promised at the end of the article.

        A comparative study on video training and lecture-style training for apprentice engineers of training ships

        The ship's cadet for the engine part shall execute boarding training (practice education) on a training ship or on board the merchant ship of a shipping company. Training ships have limitations in terms of educational effectiveness, such as limited training space, a small number of instructors compared to a large number of trainees, and cost burden for expensive training equipment. In this study, we intend to confirm the improvement of educational effectiveness by providing tutorial videos to the cadet on the training ship. The survey was conducted twice for students majoring in engineering at Maritime High School who participated in onboard training. To verify the difference in understanding between the two groups of students, mean difference verification was performed, and statis-tical analysis was conducted below the significance level of 0.05. Consequently, it was verified through the statistical analysis that training efficiency was improved by incorporating practical training using videos in the existing practical education method that com-bines theoretical lectures and practice.

        산학 연계 교육 : 직업능력개발계좌제훈련의 발전방안

        직업능력개발계좌제는 정부의 가장 핵심적인 실업자훈련으로 자리잡고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 선행연구의 이론적인 틀을 활용하여 현행 직업능력개발계좌제가 갖고 있는 문제점을 분석하고 향후 발전방안을 모색하였다. 분석결과 현행 계좌제훈련은 훈련상담과 고용서비스와의 연계 미흡 등으로 인하여 지원대상과 산업계 훈련수요와의 연계 측면에서 심각한 문제가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 훈련기관 및 훈련생에 대한 관리체계가 미흡하고, 훈련의 질을 향상시키기 위한 제도적인 장치도 미비하며, 훈련기관이 훈련의 질을 높이기 위한 투자를 하도록 유도하는 측면에서도 문제가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해서는 계좌발급 이전에 고용서비스 제공과 훈련상담을 내실화하여 계좌발급 대상을 산업수요 및 훈련 필요성과 연계하여 훈련 필요가 있는 실업자를 대상으로 발급하고, 훈련기관 및 훈련생에 대한 관리·감독체계를 마련하는 한편 훈련의 질을 높이기 위하여 계좌 제훈련에 참여하는 민간위탁훈련시장을 양질의 훈련기관을 중심으로 구조조정할 필요가 있다. The Individual Training Account System(ITAS) is a new vocational training system for the unemployed in Korea. This paper analysis ITAS based on the theoretical framework of contracting-out public services. The results show that ITAS has problems of targeting and mismatch with the training needs of the industry. Also the possibility of the moral hazard problems of training institutions and trainees can be increased in ITAS. The unstability of training market may deteriorate the quality of the vocational training under ITAS. In order to solve these problems, there should be consulting services on the job finding and vocational training before issuing the training account so that trainees can take guided training courses according to industrial needs for vocational training. Government has to develop a more efficient monitoring and evaluation system on the vocational training institutions and to restructure the private training market based on the evaluation.

        공공양성훈련의 취업효과와 결정요인

        This study intends to analyze the employment effects of the middle and long-term training courses (over 6 months) supported by the national treasury and employment insurance funds, based on a survey data of 1,500 persons who have completed these training courses. In this study, employment effects were measured on two dimensions. One is the simple quantitative side of employment itself, and the other is the qualitative side of employment which implies wage level, employment status, the protection by social insurances, and the relationship between the contents of the training courses and those of actual works etc.. We analyzed the employment effects of public pre-employment training and the determinants of employment quality by the trainees' individual properties such as age, gender, marriage, household responsibility and training-related variables such as the degree of training substantiality, training courses, certificates got by training, training duration, employment guidance. Some important findings of our analysis are as follows. Of the individual properties, age and household responsibility are positively affect the employment. In terms of training properties, training substantiality, training duration, certificates got by training, employment guidance are positive determinants of employment qualities. This study gives us some implications regarding policy directions of public pre-employment training, including its target group, curriculum development and employment guidances etc..

        중소기업 S-OJT 훈련생의 훈련전이와 관련 변인의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among perceived training transfer, S-OJT implementation, self-efficacy, systemicity of training modules and support of the executives by employees of small-medium sized enterprises. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between training transfer, S-OJT implementation, and the relevant factors of the employees in small-medium sized enterprises that participated ‘Project to Support Structured On-the-job Training’. We also examined the mediator effect of S-OJT implementation on training transfer and the relevant factors. The results of the study are as follow:First, the perceived self-efficacy, systemicity of training modules and support of the executives by the employees in small-medium sized enterprises had a direct positive effect on training transfer. Second, the perceived systemicity of training modules and support of the executives by the employees in small-medium sized enterprises had direct positive effect on S-OJT implementation. Third, the perceived S-OJT implementation by the employees in small-medium sized enterprises partially mediated the relationship between self-efficacy, systemicity of training modules and training transfer. We identified that the perceived S-OJT implementation by the employees in small-medium sized enterprises completely mediated the relationship between support of the executives and training transfer. 본 연구의 목적은 중소기업 S-OJT 훈련생이 인식한 훈련전이와 S-OJT 실시 수준, 자기효능감, 훈련모듈의 체계성 및 경영진 지원의 관계를 구명하는데 있었다. 이를 위해 체계적 현장훈련(S-OJT) 지원 사업에 참여한 중소기업 근로자를 대상으로 훈련전이 및 S-OJT 실시 수준과 관련 변인 간의 영향관계를 구명하고, S-OJT 실시 수준이 나타내는 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중소기업 S-OJT 훈련생이 인식한 자기효능감, 훈련모듈의 체계성 및 경영진 지원은 훈련전이에 직접적으로 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중소기업 S-OJT 훈련생이 인식한 훈련모듈의 체계성 및 경영진 지원은 S-OJT 실시 수준에 직접적으로 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중소기업 S-OJT 훈련생이 인식한 S-OJT 실시 수준은 자기효능감 및 훈련모듈의 체계성과 훈련전이 간의 관계를 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 경영진 지원과 훈련전이 간의 관계를 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다.
