복싱클럽의 서비스품질이 전환장벽과 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the service quality of boxing clubs on the switching barriers and customer loyalty. For this purpose, data were obtained from 495 persons in a population consisting of boxing club customers in Gyeonggi Province as of 2014 and were then processed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using an SPSS 18.0 program. The following conclusion was drawn: First, as for the effects of the service quality of boxing clubs on the switching barriers, the functional quality among the sub-factors of the service quality positively affected switching costs and the technical quality had the greatest positive impact on interpersonal relationships, followed by the functional quality. In contrast, the technical quality negatively affected alternative attractiveness. Second, as for the effects of the service quality of boxing clubs on customer loyalty, the technical quality among the sub-factors of the service quality had the greatest positive impact on customer loyalty, followed by the functional quality. Third, as for the effects of the switching barriers of boxing clubs on customer loyalty, interpersonal relationships among the sub-factors of the switching barriers had the greatest positive impact on customer loyalty, followed by switching costs. In contrast, alternative attractiveness negatively affected customer loyalty.

스위치박스 제조공정 개선과 핸들링 장치 개발

스위치 박스는 건축물의 전선관용으로 사용되는 금속제 박스이다. 이 박스를 제조할 때는 프레스 5~6대, 금형 5~6벌, 태핑머신 l대, 작업자 7~8명이 요구된다. 그래서 제조원가의 상승, 근로자의 작업기피 현상이 문제점이다. 이 문제점을 해 결하기 위하여 기존의 금형을 머디파이하고, 핸들링 장치를 개발함으로써 제조공정을 개선시키고자 하였다. 따라서 연구개발 결과 프레스 2대, 금형 2벌, 태핑머신 l대, 작업자 1명으로 단축시켜 생력화, 생인화, 원가절감, 수입대체 효과를 얻게 되었다. Switch box is metal box and used for electric wire pipe in building. In manufacturing switch box, we need 5~6 press machines, 5~6 dies, I tapping machine, and 7~8 operators. What matters is rise of manufacturing cost and operators’ reluctance of working. To solve this problem, we modified the pre-existing die and developed handling mechanism, which leads to improve the manufacturing process. After the research and development, we could reduce the number of machines and workers needed in the process; 2 press machines, 2 dies, I tapping machine, and I operator. That means we can save labor and the number of operators needed, reduce manufacturing cost, and get the effect of import replacement.

The Function of Multiple Pribnow Box on the Aerobic-Anaerobic Switch Control of aeg-46.5 Gene Expression

The gene aeg-46.5, which is expressed under anaerobic condition, has putative triple -10 regions and four transcription start sites. The mRNA transcription level and its start point change depending on the aerobic/anaerobic growth condition. RNA polymerase and its regulatory proteins must choose which of three -10 region to use. The putative triple 10 region was mutated to make only one of them function with consensus -10 region sequence (TATAAT) and the other two as non-functional region. The results show that the second and third -10 regions are used for the aerobic/anaerobic expression. The third -10 region is responsible for the high aerobic to anaerobic switch ratio. This suggests that only the last two of the putative triple -10 region have functions on aeg-46.5 gene expression switch control. The phenotype of the mutated promoter was tested in the wild type cell and narL - cell. The results indicate that the control by NarL is independent from the selection of -10 region. The expression patterns on multi-copy plasmids and on single-copy chromosome were compared. These results show that the aerobic/anaerobic switch control of aeg-46.5 is through the choice of -10 region. The mechanism of choosing different -10 region remains to be seen.

동기 스위치 정류 방식을 이용한 고효율 태양광발전 역전류방지장치에 관한 연구

Recently, due to a fire caused by old photovoltaic MJB(Module Junction Box), a situation that paralyzes the photovoltaic system has frequently occurred. Most of the heat sources which cause a fire in the inside of MJB are several to dozens of the diodes preventing the reverse flow of current connected in series to each string. A heating loss occurs due to the forward voltage of the diodes. If the heating loss occurring in the diodes can be reduced, the size of MJB can be reduced. The closed MJB which is able to block sufficiently oxygen supply to an MJB will be very helpful for fire protection. Therefore, this study proposes high-efficiency photovoltaic reverse-current protection device using the synchronous switching rectification method which can greatly reduce the heat generated from the general diodes preventing the reverse flow of current in a photovoltaic MJB.

Code-Switching as a Teaching Tool -Practices from EFL General English Classes-

본 연구는 한국에서 비원어민 EFL 교수자들의 코드 전환 방법을 조사하며, 교수자가 학생들의 모국어를 어떻게 활용하는지에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 본 연구는 대학 교양 영어 수업에서 네 명의 비원어민 영어 교수자들이 L1을 사용한 사례를 분석했습니다. EFL Teacher Corpus의 비원어민 코퍼스 데이터를 사용하였고, 분석 도구로 랑스박스 X를 이용하였습니다. L1이 사용된 언어 전환의 종류와 기능을 분류하기 위해, 홍지예 연구와 알카티어리의 연구에서 사용한 분류 체계를 본 연구에 맞게 각색하여 사용하였습니다. 연구 결과는 교수자들이 L2 구조를 유지하며 다양한 목적으로 L1 단어를 넣어 사용하는 ‘문장 내’ 코드 스위칭 유형을 선호한다는 것을 보여줍니다. EFL 교수자들은 새로운 어휘에 대한 빠르고 명확한 L2 정의를 제공하기 위하여 L1을 사용하거나 학생들과의 관계를 연결하고 학생들의 수업 참여를 촉진하기 위해 모국어를 자주 사용한다는 결과를 보여줍니다.

디지털 전환 시범사업에 대한 평가 연구

디지털 전환은 국가적으로 매우 중요한 사업 중의 하나이다. 특히 디지털 전환을 성공적으로 완수하기 위해서는 국민들의 적극적인 협조와 정부의 치밀한 계획이 필요하다. 그러나 2012년 12월 31일 디지털 전국 전환을 앞두고 있는 지금 아직까지도 정책적으로 개선하거나 보완해야 할 사항이 많이 남아있다. 더구나 우리나라 국민들의 디지털 방송 수신기 보급률과 아날로그 방송 종료 인지율 등은 영국이나 일본에 비해 낮은 편이다. 본 연구는 울진, 강진, 단양군에서 2010년에 실시한 디지털 전환 시범사업 내용을 살펴보고, 성과를 평가 분석함으로써 디지털 본 전환에 대비하여 준비해야 할 사항들을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 시범사업이 진행되는 기간에 주민들과 시청자 지원센터장 등을 심층면접하였으며, 한국리서치에서 실시한 설문분석 자료를 참고하였다. 연구결과 난시청 해소를 위한 노력이 필요하며, 지역적 특성을 고려한 인지경로를 파악하여 보다 체계적인 홍보활동을 하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 컨버터 지원 및 안테나를 개보수하기 위한 전문 인력을 충분히 확보해야 하며, 시청자 지원센터의 적극적인 활동을 통해 민원율을 낮추도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. 뿐만 아니라 유료방송 가입자들을 대상으로 하는 디지털 전환 정책이 마련되어야 한다. 마지막으로 성공적인 디지털 전환을 위해서는 정부, 시청자, 방송사의 역할이 중요하다. 그중에서도 특히 KBS의 역할은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않는다. KBS는 국가의 기간 방송으로 난시청을 해소하고 수신환경을 개선해야 하는 의무를 지니고 있기 때문이다. Korea is expecting a very important business which is called Digital TV transition.
