        선박 운항자 지원 시스템용 선박 복원성능 지수 개발

        All ships should ensure stability in accordance with IMO regulations. However, GM is only used to determine ship stability because it takes a lot of time to validate all regulations. This is a problem given that the safety of vessels cannot be guaranteed, potentially leading to accidents. There is a need for a more intuitive and comprehensive method of confirming the stability of ships. This study developed a stability index that expresses ship stability in one value. An index equation is defined based on the 6 stability criteria for ships prescribed by IMO and the result of calculating the ship stability of a model ship. A stability index has been derived for each loading condition by applying the index equation to the same ship. It can clearly be seen that this stability index appropriately explains the criteria. In other words, it is possible to assess ship stability with one value and confirm whether the ship stability satisfies IMO regulations. This index will help masters and officers more easily and accurately check ship stability. 선박의 안전 확보를 위해 준수해야 하는 IMO 복원성 규칙에는 복원정 곡선(GZ Curve) 등에 관한 내용이 다양하게 규정되어 있다. 이 IMO 복원성 규정에는 다양한 항목의 만족 기준이 제시되고 있으나, 선박을 운항하는 선장에게 선박의 복원성능을 종합적이며, 간편하게 제공할 수 있는 방법은 부재한 상황이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 복원성을 하나의 값으로 표현할 수 있는 지수를 개발하였다. IMO에서 규정한 선박의 6가지 복원성 항목과 대상선박의 적재상황에 따른 복원성 계산결과를 바탕으로 지수산정식이 도출되었다. 또한 개발된 지수산정식을 적용하여 다양한 화물 적재 상황별 복원성 지수(Stability Index)를 계산하였으며, 복원성능의 전반적인 정도를 수치적으로 적절하게 설명할 수 있음을 검증하였다. 이는 선박의 선장에게 복원성 평가하고 판단하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 판단된다.

      • Evaluation of RI/Lateral Stability-based Rollover Mitigation Controller on a Virtual Test Track

        A full-scale driving simulator is a virtual reality tool for investigation of human driver behavior and testing vehicle control algorithms. This paper describes an evaluation of RI/Lateral Stability-based Rollover Mitigation (ROM) control algorithm for rollover prevention and lateral stability using full-scale driving simulator on a virtual test track (VTT). A rollover index (RI) which indicates an impending rollover is introduced to detect a danger of rollover. The RI/Lateral stability-based ROM controller is designed to reduce the danger of rollover without loss of vehicle lateral stability by integrating the electronic stability control (ESC). Since ROM controller always works with the driver, the overall vehicle performance will depend not on how well the controller works but rather on its interactions with the human driver. Vehicle behavior and interactions between the vehicle, the controller and the human driver are investigated using a full-scale driving simulator on VTT. The VTT consists of four parts; real-time simulation hardware which calculates the behavior of vehicle model on real-time, visual graphic engine which projects the visual representation of driving situation to the driver, human-vehicle interface in order to acquire the driver’s response and motion platform which applies the behavior of vehicle model to simulator body. The VTT makes it possible to evaluate the controller in the laboratory without risk of injury before filed testing and promises to significantly reduce development cost and cycle time.

        IMO 2세대 비손상 복원성에 의한 서프라이딩/브로칭 평가

        본 논문은 4.99톤급 소형 연안 어선의 안정성을 평가하기 위해 수집된 데이터를 국제해사기구(IMO) 2세대 비손상 복원성 기준에 따라 해석을 수행하였다. 특히, 해상 항해 중 서프라이딩/브로칭 조건에서의 선박 거동에 중점을 두고 국제 기준에 부합하는 평가 과정을 검증하였고, 제시된 데이터 처리 절차는 파랑 중 선박의 비손상 복원성을 평가하기 위해 1세대 비손상 복원성 기준보다 엄격한 기준을 적용하였다. 그러나, 대상 어선의 상태가 표준 상태에서 벗어나는 경우, 실제 적재 조건에 따라 비손상 복원성 평가가 별도로 수행되어야 한다. 서프라이딩/브로칭 데이터 처리 절차는 국립군산대학교 조선해양기자재연구센터에서 개발한 프로그램을 사용하였고, 계산이 수행된 조건, 파라미터 및 기준에 따라 그 결과를 상세히 비교 및 분석 하였다. 또한, 국제해사기구(IMO) 규정에 따른 1단계 및 2단계 평가 결과를 제시하여, 소형 연안 어선의 서프라이딩/브로칭 조건에 대한 복원성을 파라메트릭 해석함으로써 유체동역학적 거동 상황에서 비손상 복원성을 평가할 수 있게 되었다. This study evaluates the stability of a 4.99-ton small coastal fishing boat using data interpreted according to the second-generation intact stability criteria of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). The focus is on the ship's behavior under surfriding/broaching conditions during sea navigation, ensuring compliance with international standards. The data processing procedures presented apply stricter criteria than the first-generation intact stability standards to assess the ship's intact stability in waves. However, if the vessel deviates from its standard condition, a separate intact stability assessment based on actual loading conditions is necessary. The surfriding/broaching data processing procedures utilized a program developed by the Shipbuilding and Ocean Equipment Research Center at Kunsan National University. The results were analyzed and compared in detail according to the conditions, parameters, and criteria used for the calculations. Additionally, the study presents the results of Level 1 and Level 2 assessments according to IMO regulations, providing a parametric analysis of the small coastal fishing boat's stability. This allows for the evaluation of intact stability in hydrodynamic motion scenarios.tract.

      • Research on Dynamic Evaluation Method of Slope Stability Based on Monitoring Data

        Due to the frequent occurrence of slope instability caused by disasters in recent years, it is particularly important for monitoring the slope disasters and the dynamic evaluation of slope stability. The monitioring data is the most intuitive factor to reflect the stability of the slope. Therefore, it is more urgent to directly evaluate the stability of the slope through the monitoring data of the slope disaster. In this paper, based on BP neural network, the slope s tability dynamic evaluation system-DESlopeStability is developed by MATLAB. Then, the accuracy of the DESlopeStability is verified by the numerical simulation of ABAQUS, which is a three-dimensional finite element software. Finally, this system is applied to the Jietai Temple landslide project in Beijing. Through the above research, the BP neural network can find the nonlinear mapping between the monitoring data and the stability coefficient of the slope based on a large amount of data, and the DESlopeStability system meets the actual engineering requirements and it can be used as an auxiliary means to judge the stability of the slope.

        지역시청자미디어센터의 위상 변화에 대한 평가와 정책 제언: <MBC시청자미디어센터>의 사례를 중심으로

        이 연구는 스마트 미디어 시대에 지역시청자미디어센터가 지속가능한 발전을 할 수 있는 물적 토대를 가지고 있는지 알아보고자 하는 문제제기에서 비롯되었으며, 조직론적 관점에서 구조적 안정성과 사업성과를 분석하여 결론을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 MBC시청자미디어센터를 사례분석하였으며, 6개 지역 센터에 대한 현지 방문을 통한 관찰, 6개 지역 센터운영자들과의 개별심층인터뷰 및 FGI를 가지는 등 다면적 방법론을 활용하였다. 연구결과 지역시청자미디어센터의 위상이 2천년대 초반에 비해 크게 약화된 것으로 평가할 수 있었으며,스마트 미디어 시대에 지역미디어 거점센터로서의 역할을 수행하기에는 적지 않은 한계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 먼저 구조적 안정성 측면에서 지역미디어센터의 공간안정성이 일부 훼손되고 재원안정성, 장비안정성, 인력안정성이 위협받고 있는 현실이 나타났다. 구조적 안정성이 결여된 상태에서 미디어센터가 나름대로 자생력을 가지고 시청자참여프로그램 측면에서 사업성과를 보여주고 있는 것은 긍정적으로 평가할수 있는 부분이었다. 다만 이러한 사업성과가 주로 제작교육에 치우진 양적 성과라는점에서 스마트미디어시대에 필요한 미디어 능력을 배양하는 데는 근본적인 한계를 노정하고 있다. 이러한 결론을 토대로 법률적 제언을 포함한 정책 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to explain the status change of civil media centers through analysing the structural stability and work performance. The structural stability factor consist of three subordinate concepts : space stability, finance stability, equipment stability and manpower stability. The work performance evaluated the number of public access(PA) programs and the diversity of the center activities. The on-the-spot observation and in-depth interviews intended for the chief of operation officer of the centers were conducted on six provinces ; Jeonju, Masan, Daegu, Chuncheon, Ulsan, and Mokpo. The result shows that the status of the local media education centers have been sharply undermined compared to the early 2000’s and they have limitations to perform the essential roles as a local base media center in the age of smart media environment which demand more advanced user capability and empowerment. Specially, the damage of the structural stability has considerably negative implication in respect of sustainability of local media centers. It could be possible to evaluate that the local media centers gave actual results in the area of the PA program production under even the low structural stability. Though, it has also fundamental limitation that the performance is weighted towards production side, not to diverse activities needed to cultivate the media competence. The findings suggest that the stipulation of legal condition or administrative guidance are required to support the local media center substantially.

      • Stability Evaluation of Highway Cut Slope Based on Remote Monitoring of Axial Force of Anchor and Displacement

        During the construction and operation period of highway cut slope, to evaluate the stability of the slope, it is of great necessity to monitor the responses of the slope and its reinforced structures. Compared with the traditional manual monitoring methods of slope, remote monitoring has become the development trend to obtain a timely feedback of potential hazards. This paper presents a case of highway cut slope based on remote monitoring of axial force of anchor and displacement, and the stability of the slope was evaluated. Reinforcement meters and deep displacement sensors were respectively used to monitor the axial forces of anchors and relative displacements of the slope in the In-situ test, and a network cloud platform was used to remotely manage the monitoring data. The results indicate that the axial forces of anchors varies slowly with the increasing of monitoring time within a limited range under the seasonal temperature change, and the displacements tends to be stable except in the winter, indicating the slope is stable and the monitoring is effective. For a highway cut slope with a long length, to remote monitoring the slope with an economical and effective way, it is suggested to install a small number of sensors on the sensitive positions.

        HUMAN-IN-THE-LOOP EVALUATION OF A VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROLLER USING A VEHICLE SIMULATOR

        This paper presents a closed-loop evaluation of the Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) system using a vehicle simulator. Human driver-VSC interactions have been investigated under realistic operating conditions in the laboratory. Braking control inputs for vehicle stability enhancement have been directly derived from the sliding control law based on vehicle planar motion equations with differential braking. A driving simulator has been validated using actual vehicle driving test data. Real-time human-in-the loop simulation results in realistic driving situations have shown that the proposed controller reduces driving effort and enhances vehicle stability.

        프랜차이즈 수준평가제도와 참여업체의 경영성과에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 지난 2010년부터 진행되고 있는 프랜차이즈 수준평가 제도에 대한 배경과 내용 그리고 주요 개정사항을 살펴보고, 2010년부터 2014년까지 수준평가에 참여한 업체들 중에서 분석에 필요한 자료수집이 가능한 148개 업체를 업종 별, 등급별, 규모별로 구분하여 수준평가에 참여하기 이전과 이후의 경영성과를 성장성, 수익성, 안정성 지표를 통해 비교분석하였다. 2010년 시범사업을 거쳐 시작된 수준평가 사업은 2015년 개정을 통해 소규모 프랜차이즈업체의 참여를 장 려하는 한편, 대기업의 참여는 제한하였으며, 2016년 개정을 통해 참여업체를 소규모와 중규모로 구분하여 각각 상이한 지표항목을 통해 평가가 이루어지고 있다. 2010년부터 2014년까지 수준평가에 참여한 148개 업체에 대한 경영성과를 분석한 결과에서는 전체적으로 가맹본부 매출액과 점포수 등의 성장성 지표에서 높은 성과를 나타냈으나, 수익성과 안정성 지표에서는 상대적으로 성과가 저조하게 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 향후 프랜차이즈 육성과 발전을 위한 정부지원 사업에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. This study scrutinizes the franchise level evaluation commenced in 2010, in which its background, contents and major changes. Also this study figures out the business performance of 148 franchise systems by its growth, profitability and stability. The main changes of government-led level evaluation occurred in 2015 and 2016 were inducing more small-sized franchise systems whereas excluding big companies and applying different criterions for evaluation by dividing franchise systems according to its sizes. The results of business performance of franchise systems showed that the growth has improved whereas both the profitability and the stability have worsen. The analysis was conveyed comparing the means between before and after participating level evaluation. This study results suggested a number of implications. First, the government-led supporting policy must suit the needs of franchise system and also focus on main contribution to national economic needs such as job creation and income growth for small franchisees.

        Punica granatum flower 추출물을 이용한 립글로스 관능평가

        In this study, we prepared lip-gloss containing punica granatum flower extract and evaluated the stability, safety, and usability. For stability evaluation, centrifugation test, heat-cool cycling werw performed as well as changes in pH and viscosity and pHwere measured for 8 weeks. After applying the lip-gloss, a skin patch test was performed to identify the occurrence of erythema on the patch area in accordance with the conventional ICDRG guidelines. Measured via a 5-point Likert type scale, the degree of satisfaction derived from actual consumption was rated. In terms of the stability of physical and chemical properties, the control, sample A and sample B were noted to be stable. No skin reactions were observed in the groups of control, sample A, and sample B. Moreover, while the value of heat sensation were highest in sample A, the highest user satisfaction in functionality, volume and practicality were reported by sample B. The overall findings draw a conclusion that sample B gained most prominence and satisfaction through the sensory evaluation. For that reason, this study accentuates that lip-gloss containing punica granatum flower extract is highly promising with a great potential for commercialization.

        의복과 그 직물에 대한 평가의 재현성 차이에 관한 연구

        The aim of the present study was to measure intra-individual consistency in clothing and fabric evaluation and to examine its relation to the ratings. A sample of 93 female and 97 male university students rated clothing of 4 styles of daytime wear and 2 fabrics on 15 pairs of polar adjectives twice in 7-days interval. Correlation coefficients between the two ratings for each subject, intra-individual consistency in the evaluation, ranged from -0.12 to 0.89 and mean coefficient was 0.63 of female and -0.01 to 0.78 and mean coefficient was 0.54 of male. Based on the coefficients, the subjects were classified into three groups: high, medium, and low intra-individual consistency. Analysis of variance of mean ratings by the three groups revealed that significant difference existed in 24% of female and 23% of male in 90 combinations of 6 clothing and 15 semantic differential scales. Female of subjects with high intra-individual consistency were most likely definite to evaluate clothing, whereas the ones with low were least. But male subjects were not definite. Mean correlation coefficients for style evaluation subscales of female was 0.39, but male was 0.44. Among the semantic differential scales, high stability in the two ratings was observed for the synthetic clothing evaluation. Correlation coefficients for each clothing obtained from the mean score of the subjects in each semantics differential scale were around 0.98, including that the mean scores of the subjects in each scale could yield excellent stability in clothing evaluation.
