        피부 유‧수분 상태가 피부 착색지수에 미치는 영향

        피부는 인체의 최외각에 위치하며 인체의 가장 넓은 면적(1.5-2㎡)의 기관으로 환경 및 이물질에 대한 방어, 항상성조절, 항온조절, Vit D 생산, 재생, 분비 및 배출 기능을 한다. 피부는 표피, 진피, 피하지방 층으로 구성되며, 외부 유해물질의 침입을 방어하는 1차 방어벽인 각질층은 트리글리세라이드(triglyceride 43%), 지방산(free fatty acid 15%), 왁스(wax 23%), 스쿠알렌(squalene 15%), 콜레스테롤(cholesterol 4%) 및 콜레스테롤 에스테르(cholesteryl ester), 아주 미미한 양의 인지질과 당지질을 함유하여 건강한 피부상태를 유지한다. 건강한 피부는 피부의 각질화, 각질의 탈락, 수분의 상실, 피지와 땀의 분비 등 피부의 여러 생물학적 과정들이 서로 균형을 이루고 있는 상태라고 할 수 있으며, 연령, 성별, 건강상태, 스트레스, 식습관, 자외선 등의 영향으로 다양한 변화를 나타낸다. 피부 상태의 변화는 전체 피부톤, 피지(유분의 량), 수분의 량, 피부 pH, 색소침착, 중화능 등을 들을 수 있으며, 특히 기미, 주근깨, 흑자, 간반 등의 색소침착은 30-50대 여성에게 많이 나타나는 피부 이상 상태(장유신, 1982)로 조사되었다. 본 연구에서는 피부상태에 영향을 미치는 요인들 중 각질층의 유‧수분 상태(유분-피지, 수분-보습인자)가 피부에 미치는 색소침착에 대하여 피부 착색지수를 통하여 알아보았다. This study was conducted to examine the effects of various factor on the healthy skin. The skin is located most in the quoin of the human body and is an agency of the area (1.5-2㎡) which the human body is widest organ and defensively, homeostasis control, constant temperature control, vit D productive, remaking, secretion and exhaust function about environment and the foreign body. The skin composed of epidermis, dermis and subqutaneous, the horny layer which is a primary shield which defends the infiltration of the body; the glycolipid to contain and maintains the skin condition which is healthy the stamp which triglyceride 43%, free fatty acid 15%, the wax 23%, squalene 15%, the cholesterol 4% and cholesteryl ester. The skin which is healthy loss of falling off and the moisture of the keratinocyte , sebume and sweet secretion etc, the various living thing processes which skin condition balances. Age, sex distinction, health condition, stress, eating habits and ultraviolet, change of skin condition whole skin ton and quantity, skin ph of sebume and the moisture (type of minute quantity), pigmentation, there is a possibility of listening neutralization royal tomb etc. In condition (Jang, you-sien, 1982) of above the skin where hesitation, freckle, chloasma and stain, the pigmentation appears specially plentifully in 30-50 women is investigat. In this study, a convenient measuring tool, LaPROPE was used to measure the sebum and the moisture in the skin. Firstly, a verification test was firstly performed for validating LaPROPE. From the measurement value that obtained through Sebumeter and LaPROPE, it was founded that there was a significant correlation with each other(r=0.9). Based on this result, all measurements in this study were made using LaPROPE. The results of study indicated that the skin sebum and moisture mean showed a significant, negative relationship to age and SPI. The mean value of skin sebum and moisture mean was 7.61 for 30 age group, 7.65 for 40 age group, 6.40 for 50 age group. The value of moisture reduced significantly for the older than 50 age group.

        피부표면 육안확인을 통한 피부상태 분석법 고찰

        피부상태는 미용적인 측면에서 중요한 관심사이다. 본 연구는 뷰티산업종사자들이 육안관찰 또는 스마트 폰 등으로 촬영된 피부상태 이미지를 통하여 할 수 있는 개략적 피부상태 분석방법에 대하여 고찰하였다. 학술연 구정보서비스(RISS)에서 ‘피부상태’와 관련된 키워드로 검색되는 학위논문과 학술논문 중 주관적 평가와 객관적 평가를 병행한 논문, 육안확인이 가능한 요인들과의 상관관계를 도출한 논문을 선별하였고, 주관적인 피부상태와 객관적 피부측정결과가 일치하는 요인과 피부표면에서 육안확인이 가능한 요인과의 관계를 조사하였다. 연구결 과, 주관적·객관적 평가가 일치하는 가장 적합한 요인은 ‘유분량’이었고, 이는 피부표면에서 육안확인이 가능한 ‘모공’, ‘피부결’, ‘홍반’과 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 이용하여 개략적인 피부상태 분석이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. Skin condition is an important concern in beauty aspect. This study considered a rough skin condition analysis method that beauty industry workers can do through visual observation or skin condition images taken with smartphones. First, studies that combine subjective and objective evaluations were selected among degree papers and academic papers searched by keywords related to ‘skin condition’ in the Research Information Sharing Service(RISS). Among them, papers that derive correlations with visually verifiable factors were selected. Next, the relationship between factors that match subjective skin condition and objective skin measurement results and factors that can be visually identified on the skin surface was investigated. According to the study, the most suitable factor for matching subjective and objective evaluations was ‘oil volume’, which is significantly related to ‘pore’, ‘skin texture’ and ‘erythema’, which can be visually checked on the skin surface. It is believed that a rough skin condition analysis will be possible using this.

        일부 고등학생의 성별에 따른 안면 유수분 상태에 관한 연구

        Skin type is generally classified by lipid moisture content of skin, and health condition of skin is highly affected by individual living conditions. Hence, this study tried to check the facial lipid moisture values of male and female high school students with using non-invasive skin bioengineering, and also tried to understand the relationship between the subjective lipid moisture condition and skin problem. As a result, a case that the subjects take cognizance of being enough about all the subjective lipid moisture condition takes high rates as 71 people(39.9%), 56 people(31.5%). Futhermore, as subjective skin problems, acne is the highest problem for 152 people(85.4%), and in order of rates, there are the sensitive, wrinkle, pigmentation, and telangiectasis. According to the non-invasive method, the facial lipid value is measured as 41.54±28.56 ㎍/㎠ at the forehead, and the moisture value is measured as 61.29±13.97 ㎍/㎠at the forehead. Therefore, the study show that the value at the forehead is higher than at the cheek in the objective facial lipid moisture condition. According to the sex, the subjective facial lipid condition of the male students is higher than of the female students in the subjective skin condition. In addition, while, in case of subjective skin problem, female students complain about their extension of the capillary vessel and their sensitivity more than the male students, in case of wrinkle, male students complain more than female students. In the relationship between the lipid moisture measurement according to the sex, the lipid value in the male`s cheek takes 37.24±26.05 ㎍/㎠and the moisture value in the male`s forehead takes 63.15±15.11 AU, and both of the results are higher than the female students. Hence, the study shows that secretion of the sebum and the degree of moisture content is different between the male and the female students.

        피부 상태에 따른 우울감이 생활 스트레스와 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 비교

        This study comparatively researched the effects of depression caused by skin condition on life stress and quality of life, to understand the emotional response process caused by appearance perceived by oneself. In order to verify the research questions, targeting adult male and female in their 20s-40s, the questionnaire about the perceived skin type, skin condition, depression, life stress, and quality of life was distributed, and total 707 questionnaires were collected/analyzed. Through the factor analysis on depression, life stress, and quality of life, each dimension was examined and then the multiple regression analysis was conducted to see the effects of depression caused by skin condition on life stress and quality of life. In the results of the analysis, the dry, oily, and complex skin type showed higher interactive stress than normal and sensitive skin. The normal skin showed high positive stress while oily skin showed high reactive stress due to anxiety of health. Regarding the quality of life, every skin type showed low psychological satisfaction while the dry skin showed the lowest satisfaction. Depression caused by skin condition could increase life stress and also influence physical, mental, and psychological health. In accordance with skin condition of skin type, skin trouble or skin problem is caused by sebum, dryness, pimple, and freckle, which could be led to depression such as burnout, hypersensitivity, and anxiety. Verifying the relations between depression in accordance with facial skin condition, stress, and quality of life, this study showed the importance of skincare and also the necessity of proper coping with customers` psychological changes. It also showed the close correlations between depression, stress, and facial skin condition in the aspect of cosmetology.

        여대생의 자각하는 유·수분 정도에 따른 안면 피부상태 분석

        Recently, there has been a strong demand for healthy skin and good looking. However, the incorrect perception of skin conditions can cause side effects at selection of cosmetics and during skin management. Therefore,this study has measured and analyzed skin conditions (sebum, moisture, pH, melanin and erythema) by the perceived sebum and moisture conditions on the face against college women. According to analysis on perceived sebum and skin conditions, there was difference between a group with more-than-average sebum contents and a group with a lack of sebum in terms of sebum levels. In the forehead and around the eyes, the sebum level was high in the group with more-than-average sebum contents. According to skin analysis by the perceived moisture level, melanin was significantly high in a group with more-than-average moisture in the chin only. In case of skin analysis values, no significant difference was found between the two groups in which moisture was perceived. Therefore, it’s been confirmed that there is no difference in skin conditions by the facial region. Even though the perception of sebum conditions was matched with sebum levels, the perception of moisture conditions was not matched with skin conditions. Therefore, it appears that it is necessary to select cosmetics and manage skin through scientific analysis instead of depending on the subjective perception of skin conditions.

        티오글리콜산의 랫드 피부에 대한 투과 영향

        Hair is based upon the skin which enroll the body of high living animals and have multiple membrane structure. This study were used rats and carried out to find out the effects of commercial permanent wave products to skin which are composed of thioglycolic acid and bases. Results were as follows. Permanent wave penetrated to 3 hours later with steady state in skins and was not significant changeable after 20hr later. In case of neutralizer with thioglycolic acid lag time and permeability coefficient in healthy skin were 3.38hr and 0.96$\mu\textrm{g}$/$\textrm{cm}^2$/hr, in old skin were 3.14hr and 0.l28$\mu\textrm{g}$/$\textrm{cm}^2$/hr, and in wounded skin were 3.08hr and 0.157$\mu\textrm{g}$/$\textrm{cm}^2$/hr. In conclusion, lag time and permeability coefficient in old skin and wounded skin were faster than healthy skin. In vivo which was studied by general time and method of permanent wave. We found out that fine rinkle and rash of skin were changeable in the case of treating with permanent wave drugs than normal skin. Also, permanent wave drugs could induced rash and eruption at the skin by the naked eye.

        Tea Tree Essential Oil이 피부상태에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -청소년피부를 중심으로-

        With the standard of living being elevated, people have an increasing interest in health and beauty. In particular, natural and eco-friendly beauty products, rather than products made of artificial chemicals, are gaining popularity as ways to enhance people`s skin conditions. In this regard, this paper studies the effect of Tea Tree essential oil, one of the natural products in the limelight, and also considers the oil`s potential to be used as natural antibiotics. The subject of this study is a group of 58 male and female middle school students in Daejeon and the group is divided into two groups of 29. The sample group is given cosmetics containing Tee Tree essential oil and the control group is given cosmetics without it. All of them are required to apply the cosmetics twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for 4 weeks. The skin conditions of the two groups are measured by cornemeter, sebumeter and skin pH meter three times from the beginning of the test at two-week intervals over the four weeks` test period for comparison. The followings are the results that this study presents. The first hypothesis that “Tea Tree essential oil will have a positive effect on the level of moisture within the skin.” was denied. Skin condition is highly influenced by seasonal change. And as the study was conducted during the seasonal transition from late summer to autumn, reduction in skin`s moisture was detected in all subjects regardless of which group they belong to. The dry weather also caused dry skin making it difficult for us to precisely grasp how effective Tea Tree essential oil was on the subjects` skin. The second hypothesis that “Tea Tree essential oil will have a positive effect on the level of oil within the skin.” was supported. Tea Tree essential oil was found to balance the level of oil within skin by helping reduce oil in an excessively oily skin and by providing and maintaining a certain degree of oil in an oil-deprived dry skin. In short, Tea Tree essential oil has proved to have a certain function as a sebum controller. The third hypothesis that “Tea Tree essential oil will have a positive effect on the changes in skin pH.” was denied. Since not only the sample group but also the control group showed some changes in their skin pH levels, there was no evidence that Tea Tree essential oil had a direct impact on the pH level changes. Since it proves to improve the oil balance within people`s skin, Tea Tree essential oil is considered to strengthen skin`s resistance to external factors, sterilizing power and elasticity while preventing dry skin. For adults, Tea Tree essential oil is thought to help keep youthful skin by forming a protective film over it. And given the positive effects it has on the conditions of skin surface, there seems to be high possibility for Tea Tree essential oil to be used for the development of natural antibiotics and various medical cosmetics.

        중년여성의 피부 유형과 피부 관리 및 피부 상태와의 관계 분석

        This study aims to analyze the differences in skin conditions and care methods according to skin types in middle-aged women, and to propose effective care methods to promote the formation of proper skincare habits. The study was conducted through a survey of 249 women aged 40-60 from April 29 to May 3, 2024. The results showed that middle-aged women with dry skin had prominent issues with moisture deficiency and wrinkles, those with oily skin experienced excess sebum and breakouts, and those with sensitive skin exhibited high sensitivity. Therefore, personalized care tailored to each skin type is necessary, with an emphasis on exfoliation for dry skin. The findings indicate that personalized approaches considering the specific characteristics of skin conditions are essential for middle-aged women’s skincare. Skin elasticity and pigmentation emerged as significant factors. Ultimately, proper skincare education is crucial for improving skin health. Future research should include a comprehensive skincare guide encompassing various skin conditions and care methods.

        소셜미디어 빅데이터로부터 지능적인 피부이미지 식별에 대한 연구

        In this paper, we developed a system that intelligently identifies skin image data from big data collected from social media Instagram and extracts standardized skin sample data for skin condition diagnosis and management. The system proposed in this paper consists of big data collection and analysis stage, skin image analysis stage, training data preparation stage, artificial neural network training stage, and skin image identification stage. In the big data collection and analysis stage, big data is collected from Instagram and image information for skin condition diagnosis and management is stored as an analysis result. In the skin image analysis stage, the evaluation and analysis results of the skin image are obtained using a traditional image processing technique. In the training data preparation stage, the training data were prepared by extracting the skin sample data from the skin image analysis result. And in the artificial neural network training stage, an artificial neural network AnnSampleSkin that intelligently predicts the skin image type using this training data was built up, and the model was completed through training. In the skin image identification step, skin samples are extracted from images collected from social media, and the image type prediction results of the trained artificial neural network AnnSampleSkin are integrated to intelligently identify the final skin image type. The skin image identification method proposed in this paper shows explain high skin image identification accuracy of about 92% or more, and can provide standardized skin sample image big data. The extracted skin sample set is expected to be used as standardized skin image data that is very efficient and useful for diagnosing and managing skin conditions. 화장품 및 뷰티산업에서 고객 맞춤형 제품과 서비스를 제공하는 것은 주요 기술 트렌드이고, 피부상태 진단과 관리는 중요한 필수기능이다. 고객의 요구 수준은 더욱더 높아지고 있으며 이에대한 다양하고 섬세한 고민과 요구 사항이 소셜미디어 커뮤니티에서 활발하게 다루어지고 있다. 소셜미디어 상의 이미지는 매우 다양하고 비정형적이므로 피부상태 진단 및 관리에 필요한 체계적인 피부 이미지 식별을 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 소셜미디어 인스타그램에서 수집한 빅데이터로부터 피부 이미지 데이터를 지능적으로 식별하고, 피부상태 진단 및 관리를 위한 정형화된 피부 샘플 데이터를 추출하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 빅데이터수집분석단계, 피부이미지분석단계, 훈련데이터준비단계, 인공신경망훈련단계, 피부이미지식별단계로 구성된다. 빅데이터수집분석단계에서는인스타그램으로부터 빅데이터를 수집하고 피부 상태 진단 및 관리를 위한 이미지 정보를 분석결과로 저장한다. 피부이미지분석단계에서는 전통적인 이미지 처리 기법을 사용하여 피부 이미지의평가 및 분석 결과를 획득한다. 훈련데이터준비단계에서는 피부이미지 분석결과로부터 피부 샘플데이터를 추출하여 훈련데이터를 준비하였다. 그리고 인공신경망훈련단계에서는 이 훈련데이터를사용하여 지능적으로 피부 이미지 유형을 예측하는 인공신경망 AnnSampleSkin을 단계별 고도화와훈련을 통해 모델을 완성하였다. 피부이미지식별단계에서는 소셜미디어로부터 수집된 이미지에대해 피부샘플을 추출하고, 훈련된 인공신경망 AnnSampleSkin의 이미지 유형 예측 결과들을 통합하여 최종 피부 이미지 유형을 지능적으로 식별한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 피부이미지식별 방법은 약 92% 이상의 높은 피부 이미지 식별 정확도를나타내고 있고, 정형화된 피부 샘플 이미지 빅데이터를 제공할 수 있게 되었다. 추출된 피부샘플세트는 피부 상태를 진단하고 관리하는데 매우 효율적이고 유용한 정형화된 피부 이미지 데이터로 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

        자수정 듀 온열요법이 20대 여성의 안면피부상태 개선효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of amethyst dew heat therapy on face skin conditions. The study was conducted with 15 college female students in their 20s from November 01 to December 06, 2018. Skin care was applied 30 minutes per session, twice a week, 10 times for 5 weeks. Moisture, sebum, melanin, and erythema were measured noninvasively before and after skin care. Also, subjective changes of skin conditions and satisfaction after skin care was evaluated. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS WIN 21.0 Program and frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, paired t-test, and repeated measures ANOVA were conducted. The following conclusions were drawn. The subjects were in their 20s and 10 were undergraduates and 5 were graduates. For the changes of face skin conditions before and after amethyst dew heat therapy, moisture and sebum were significantly increased in the forehead, right cheek, left cheek, and jaw. Melanin and erythema were significantly decreased in the forehead, right cheek, left cheek, and jaw. For subjective evaluation, skin care was effective for moisture, sebum, and whitening and allergy, amethyst, and pores were decreased. Skin care satisfaction was high at reduced face and amethyst dew heat therapy. Intention to continue was very high. Based on the results of this study, as the frequency of amethyst dew heat therapy increased, the moisture and sebum contents of skin were also increased. Moreover, subjective skin conditions and satisfaction was very high. Therefore, this study suggests that amethyst dew heat therapy is effective to improve skin conditions.
