        플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 세팍타크로 선수의 경기력 및 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 세팍타크로 선수들을 상대로 plyometric training을 수행하여 일반적 트레이닝을 실시한 비교집단과 경기력 및 운동수행능력변화를 비교분석하는데 있다. 본 실험을 위해 충북 B고교 선수 6명(실험집단)과 충남 소재 S고교 선수 6명(비교집단)으로 나누었다. 이들을 대상으로 8주간 세팍타크로훈련 및 plyometric training을 실시하여 경기력 및 운동수행능력 변화 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 분석하기 위해 t-test 및 사전 측정값을 공변량으로 설정하여 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시 하였다. 본 연구결과 plyometric training을 실시한 실험집단이 세팍타크로 공격 성공률 및 운동수행능력에서 긍정적 영향을 미치는 경향을 나타냈다. 짧은 시간에 스피드와 볼 컨트롤에 대응해야하는 운동 특성인 세팍타크로 운동에 plyometric training이 긍정적 효과를 얻었으며, 기초체력 증진 상승은 세팍타크로 공격성공률에도 긍적적인 영향이 나타난 것으로 보이며, 이에 세팍타크로 선수의 경기력 향상을 위하여 여러 가지 훈련법을 적용 분석함으로서 세팍타크로선수의 경기력 향상에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료 및 훈련 방법의 적립이 더 필요할 것 같다. The purpose of this study is to analysis sports performance and motion performance capability on normal training or plyometric training in Sepaktakraw players. Subject were separated six exercise group and six control group by choongbuk B highschool athlete. They were participated Sepaktakraw training and plyometric training during eight-weeks for comparing sports performance. For analyzing results of the study, covariance analysis (ANCOVA) was performed by setting t-test and pre-measured values as covariance. The results of this study show that plyometric training group was effect to attack rate and motion performance capability. Plyometric training was positive effect to Sepaktakraw that response on short time speed and ball control, besides, develop of basal physical fitness was positive effect on attack success rate. Therefore, it is necessary to analyzing various training methods and accumulate basic data of training methods for developing of Sepaktakraw athlete.

        Plyometric training effects on physical fitness and muscle damage in high school baseball players

        [Purpose] The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of plyometric training on physical fitness and muscle damage in high school baseball players. [Methods] The participants in the study included 21 high school baseball players who are healthy and well-training. The participants were randomly allocated to the plyometric training (n=11) and control (n=10) groups. The plyometric training was applied 3 times a week for a total of 8 weeks and the control group took part in only regular baseball skills training without plyometric training. For physical fitness, measures included maximal strength (left and right hand-grip strength), muscle endurance (sit-up), agility (side-step), power (standing long jump), and balance (left and right Rhomberg test). For muscle damage, creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels were measured. [Results] The results showed a significant interaction effect between time and groups in left hand-grip strength (P = 0.022), side-step (P = 0.004), and standing long jump (P < 0.001) after the 8-week plyometric training, with greater improvement in the plyometric training group than the control group. On the other hand, there was no significant interaction effect between time and groups in right hand-grip strength, sit- up, left and right Rhomberg test, CK level, and LDH level (P > 0.05). [Conclusion] In conclusion, 8-week plyometric training had a positive effect on improving physical fitness, such as maximal strength, agility, and power, in high school baseball players without causing additional muscle damage.

        8주간의 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝과 웨이트트레이닝 시간에 따른 체육계열학과 지망생의 순발력 및 민첩성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of 8-week plyometric training and weight training time on speed and agility of college of kinesiology applicants. 10 subjects of plyometric group accomplished 60-minute plyometric training 4 times a week(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) for 8 weeks divided into A, B stage-4 weeks each. 10 subjects of weight training group accomplished 60-minute plyometric training-mainly quadriceps, gluteus, hamstrings, core-4 times a week(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) for 8 weeks. Groups participated in the experiment(plyometric group(10 subjects), weight training group(10 subjects), controlled group(10 subjects)) all accompanied standing long jump training and 10m shuttle run training for 180 minutes 6 times a week(Monday~Saturday). Students who are willing to apply for college of kinesiology were experimented before and after the 8-week plyometric training and weight training. Two-way ANOVA with repeated measures were used to experiment subjects. All 3 groups showed statistically similar difference between records of standing long jump before and after the training. Plyometric group showed the biggest improvement, and weight training group and controlled group followed plyometric group. Also all 3 groups showed statically similar difference between records of 10m shuttle run before and after the training. Weight training group showed the biggest improvement, and plyometric group and controlled group came next. Through this results, we found out that plyometric training had a great influence on speed exercise and that it also helps improving agility. Weight training was found out to improve agility exercise and speed exercise. Students who are willing to apply for college of kinesiology are advised to include plyometric training and weight training for better speed and agility.

        고등학교 투척선수들의 plyometric training과 weight training이 순발력, 민첩성 및 최대 근력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 육상 투척선수들의 plometric training과 weight training 프로그램 훈련이 순발력 및 민첩성과 최대 근력의 운동능력 향상에 어떠한 영향을 가져오는지 검증하기 위하여 고등학교 재학 중인 투척선수 21명을 대상으로 plyometric training과 weight training을 10주간의 트레이닝을 실시하여 여자 집단(10명)과 남자 집단(11명)으로 분류하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 순발력에 있어서 제자리멀리뛰기, 서전트 점프, 30 m 달리기는 트레이닝 전에 비해 두 집단 모두 향상도를 보였으며, 여자 집단이 더 높은 향상도를 나타냈다. 민첩성에 있어서 사이드스텝, 버피 스텝, 전신반응 테스트는 트레이닝 전에 비해 모두 향상도를 보였으며, 사이드스텝과 버피 스텝은 여자 집단이 더 높은 향상도를 나타냈으며, 전신반응 테스트는 남자 집단이 더 높은 향상도를 나타냈다. 하지 근력에 있어서 squat, leg press는 트레이닝 전에 비해 모두 향상도를 보였으며, 여자 집단이 더 높은 향상도를 나타냈다. 무릎 관절 등속성 근력에 있어서 왼쪽, 오른쪽 신근력과 굴근력은 트레이닝 전에 비해 모두 향상도를 보였으며, 왼쪽 신근력은 남자 집단이 더 높은 향상도를 나타냈으며, 왼쪽 굴근력, 오른쪽 신근력, 오른쪽 굴근력은 여자 집단이 더 높은 향상도를 나타냈다. 상지의 근력에 있어서 Bench press, 배근력은 트레이닝전에 비해 모두 향상도를 보였으며, 여자집단이 더 높은 향상도를 나타냈다. The purpose of this research was to investigate how the plyometric training and weight training program, applied in the field for exercise performance of throwing players, influenced improvement of athletic abilities, including agility, maximum muscular power, and strength. After implementing plyometric training and weight training to 21 high school throwing players for 10 weeks, we designed the next step. The 21 subjects were divided into two groups - women's group and men's group. All subjects were tested to determine agility using sidestep, burpee test, reaction time, lower body power and strength using standing long jump, standing jump, 30 m running, squats and leg presses. Additionally, isokinetic strength was measured using Cybex isokinetic dynamometer. The results showed that both groups demonstrated improvement in the standing long jump, standing jump and 30 m running after training. Particularly, the women's group indicated better improvement. Second, women's groups showed higher improvement in the sidestep and burpee test. However, in the reaction time test, the men's group indicated better improvement. Third, both groups showed better improvement in squats and leg presses after training. Particularly, the women's group indicated better improvement. Fourth, in the left and right side extension torque and flexion torque at a velocity of 60°/sec, both groups showed better improvement after training. In the left side extension peak torque, the men's group showed higher improvement, but the women's group showed higher improvement in the left side flexion and extension peak torque. Fifth, both groups showed better improvement in bench pressing and back strength after training. Particularly, the women's group indicated higher improvement.

        플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 축구선수의 체력 및 유사인슐린성장인자(IGF-I)에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was attempted to identify the effect of plyometric training on physical fitness and IGF-I in soccer players. This study divided 20 middle school soccer players into the group of general training group(n=10 ) and plyometric training group(n=10 ). Training program was carried out 3 days a week for 12 weeks. Physical fitness(leg muscular strength, muscular endurance strength, power, agility, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance) and IGF-I. All subjects were measured at before and after the training program participation. To verify on effects of training, we did repeated measured ANOVA. Also paired and independent t-test was performed to test the significant levels of differences within and between groups. Significance was set at the α=.05. The result of this study was as follows. Leg muscular strength and cardiorespiratory endurance were significantly increased in the general training group after training. Power and agility were significantly increased in the plyometricl training group after training, and agility were significantly higher in the plyometricl training group than the general training after the 12 weeks of training. Muscular endurance strength and flexibility were significantly increased in both groups after training. IGF-I were significantly increased in the plyometric training group after training. In conclusion, plyometric training was proved as efficient training by improving explosive power and agility, and IGF-I.

      • Plyometric training이 초등학교 남자농구 선수들의 순발력과 민첩성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of plyometric training on power and agility in male basketball players of elementary school. 13 participants were divided in to a plyometric exercise group (n=6) and a control group (n=7). Plyometric training program was carried out under the condition of 3 days a week for 12 weeks. Power (sargent jump, 50m sprint, 4fun drop jump) and agility (SEMO run test, Zigzag run test) of all participants were measured before and after the experiment participation. All data were expressed as mean and standard deviation. Paired and independent t-test was performed to test the significant levels of differences within and between groups by using SPSS program. Significance was established at the α=.05. Consequently, sargent jump was significantly increased within plyometric exercise group and 50m sprint, 40cm drop jump, SEMO run test, Zigzag run test were significantly improved within plyometric exercise group, and plyometric exercise group also manifested significant differences in 50m sprint, 40cm drop jump, SEMO run test, Zigzag run test, compared with control group. In summary when considering the above results, plyometric training could improve the levels of power and agility in male basketball players of elementary school.

        12주간의 Plyometric training이 남자 대학축구선수들의 하지근력 및 순발력, 민첩성에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the effects of plyometric training on lower limb muscle strength, power, and agility in male college soccer players. The results were as follows. First, plyometric training had a positive effect on lower limb muscle strength(right and left legs) in male college soccer players. Second, plyometric training had a positive effect on power and agility in male college soccer players. Plyometric training showed positive results in lower limb muscle strength and also agility and power that play a great role in improving soccer performance in male college soccer players. It means the improvement of lower limb muscle strength and kinematic functions in the players. Therefore, plyometric training should be actively encouraged an efficient way to improve the performance of other event players.

        플라이오메트릭훈련 실시유무에 따른 축구훈련이 지적장애 축구선수의 심폐적성 및 SOD, MDA에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 플라이오메트릭훈련 실시유무에 따른 축구훈련이 지적장애축구선수의 심폐적성 및 SOD, MDA에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이었다. 피험자는 S시 대표 지적장애 축구선수 14명이었으며, 실험군과 비교군은 각각 7명이었다. 실험군은 12주 동안 플라이오메트릭훈련(주 2회/매 1시간)과 축구훈련(주 2회/매 2시간)을 실시하였다. 비교군은 12주 동안 축구훈련(주 2회/매 3시간)만 실시하였다. 플라이오메트릭훈련 실시유무에 따른 축구훈련 전후의 측정치를 비교·분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 실험군은 GXT에서 비교군보다 더 높은 향상을 나타냈다(p<.05). 둘째, SOD에서는 실험군은 훈련 전에 비해 최대운동 직후 감소하지 않았으나, 비교군은 최대운동직후 훈련 전에 비해 감소하였다(p<.05). MDA는 집단에 따른 훈련 시기와 채혈시기에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이에 따라, 지적장애인들에게도 축구 훈련 시 플라이오메트릭훈련 프로그램을 적용시키는 것이 심폐적성에 더 유용하다는 결론을 얻었으며, 그 외 운동 지속 능력 향상을 위한 훈련 및 프로그램에 활용할 만한 가치가 있다고 보여 진다. The purpose of this study was to closely examine the effects of soccer training according to appearance of execution in plyometrics training on Aerobic abilities and SOD, MDA in intellectual-disabled soccer players. Testee included 14 intellectual-disabled soccer players who stand for S city. The experimental group and the comparative group were 7 people, respectively. The experimental group had been carried out plyometrics training(twice a week/every one hour) and soccer training(twice a week/every two hours) for 12 weeks. The comparative group had been carried out soccer training(twice a week/every three hours) for 12 weeks. The following conclusions were obtained by comparing and analyzing the measurement value before and after soccer training according to the appearance of execution in plyometrics training. First, the group with training showed the higher enhancement than the comparative group in GXT(p<.05). Second, right after the maximum exercise, the comparative group was increased SOD concentration more than before training. On the other hand, Right after the maximum exercise, the group with training was reduced(p<.05). In MDA, the significant difference was not indicated in the training period and the blood-gathering period according to group. The conclusion was obtained Aerobic abilities to be more useful to apply plyometrics training program given soccer training even to the intellectual disabled. It is seen to have value enough to be applied even to training, program necessary for exercise durability elevation in addition to it.

        하지 중심의 플라이오메트릭 훈련과 등속성 훈련이 등속성 근력 및 점프수행능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of plyometric and Isokinetic training on muscle strength and jump performance. The subjects consisted of 15 adult males who are majoring Physical Education at the University. These were divided into three groups; plyometric tr aining group, isokinetic training group, control group. The training group performed several movements based on each training method during 6 weeks. The isokinetic muscle strength was measured by Cybex 6000. Jump per formance was measured by SJ height, CMJ height, and RJindex. Two way repeated ANOVA was used to analyze the interaction effect of group and time. Isokinetic training group showed strength elevation from more joint than that of plyometric training group. Plyometric training group and isokinetic training group showed similar improvement in SJ height, CMJ height, and RJindex statistically. In conclusion, the results of this study suggested that isokinetic training has an effect on the isokinetic muscle strength, and the jump performance ability Improvement of physical strength and functionality can be expected in accordance of the stability which is the a significant aspect of isokinetic training.

        12주간 Plyometric Training이 유소년 축구 교실 참가 아동의 운동신경 전도속도와 슬관절 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 12 wks plyometric training on motor nerve conduction velocity and isokinetic muscular functions in boys while attending community-based soccer club. Fourteen trained and physically active male boys were divided into control(n=7; age 11.34 ± 1.82 years) and experimental groups(n=7; age 11.23 ± 2.21 years). The plyometric training groups followed a twice-weekly, 12-week plyometric training program, while the control groups participated in their normal soccer lessons. Motor nerve conduction velocity was obtained from the posterior tibial nerve using Viking IV. Using an isokinetic dynamometer, and during isokinetic knee extension and flexion angular velocities of 60° was obtained. For data analysis, the mean and standard deviation were estimated; 2 × 2 repeated measured ANOVA mixed design was carried out. The results of the present study were as follows; First, The velocity of motor nerve conduction was significantly increased in plyometric training group after 12 wks whereas control group maintained at end point. Second, The isokinetic muscular functions was significantly increased in plyometric training group after 12 wks whereas control maintained or increased at end point. It would be concluded that 12 wks plyometric training elicited many positive changes in the male boys of elementary school age such as improvement of motor nerve conduction velocity and isokinetic muscular functions. and It was concluded that an plyometric training necessary for elementary school-age children to develop muscular function through Enhancement of motor nerve conduction velocity.
