        조직의 예술적 개입 사례를 통한 ‘예술가치 매트릭스’(Arts Value Matrix) 분석 연구: 예술인파견지원 사업 중심으로

        The Arts Value Matrix suggested by Giovanni Schiuma has two main columns, referring to a change in culture of organization focusing on importances of human resources and development of organization through artistic intervention. In other words, the value of arts in the business world is about “aesthetics skill”, which refers not to just “beauty” but to the way of participation of human resources into organization as a mean to solve thorny issue. Likewise, an organization which has the aesthetics skill is easy to deliver the value of arts to interested persons while enhancing the quality of company and promoting the capability. This study analyzes cases about transformation of human resources based on the Arts Value Matrix according to the business models that adopted artist dispatch service. It is a project for promoting social welfare among artists and realization of artistic value for the organization, while dispatching artists to the companies to conduct works that require creativity and artistic communication and paying them by the government. This study analyzes the type of human resources of the Arts Value Matrix with four models of the companies and it turns out “formation of network” and “transformation” played the biggest role in the process. As a result, an organization who materialize the skill of arts expands the existing business model and creates new issues while attaining the differences with the enterprises that do not adopt value of arts. In case of artists, this fulfills the social value of arts considering the rise of personal income from the artistic activity, the changed view toward the arts among the business members and higher satisfaction among the public. For consumers, this gave emotional contentment and offered the chance for a new culture and cultural benefit. Through the case study, it is turned out diverse kinds of organizations require to pursue working process with artistic intervention to enhance business capability by creating improved image of company, value of artist and satisfaction from consumer. 지오바니 쉬우마가 제시한 ‘예술가치 매트릭스’(Arts Value Matrix)는 조직 내의 예술적 개입을 통해 인적자원이 변화되는 차원과 조직 기반이 발전하는 차원의 두 가지를 기반으로 하고 있다. 또한 기업의 예술적 가치는‘미학적 기술’, 즉, 경영난제에 대처하고 해결하기 위한 수단으로써 조직 내의 미학은 ‘아름다움’에 관한 문제가아니라 조직이 인간에 기반한 감각을 어떻게 참여시키고 활용하는가에 관한 것이라고 하였다. 이와 같이 조직경영에서 예술기반 이니셔티브의 전략적 목표를 가진 기업은 조직역량 증진과 조직이 질적으로 개선되는 그과정에 참여한 이해관계자들에게 예술의 가치를 전달한다고 하였다. 이러한 취지를 가지고 예술가와 기업담당자가 협업하여 진행하는 정부 정책인 예술인파견지원 사업을 표본으로 하여 본 연구를 진행하였다. 예술인파견지원 사업에 참여한 기업의 직무형태에 따라 ‘예술가치 매트릭스’의 아홉 가지 유형을 가지고 인적자원이변화되는 사례를 분석하였다. 기업에 예술가를 파견하여 창의적인 사고와 예술적 감각으로 직무활동을 수행하고 정부가 예술가에게 활동비를 지급하는 사업이다. 예술인의 적극적 복지 측면과 기업의 예술을 통한 사회적가치 실현이라는 과제를 가지고 있다. 그동안 동 사업의 참여한 예술인을 대상으로 연구한 사례를 있었지만기업담당자를 대상으로 하는 사례는 미진하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 참여기업의 업무담당자를 대상으로 지오바니 쉬우마가 제시한 예술기반 이니셔티브를경영전략으로 적용하였을 때 조직의 인적자원이 ‘예술가치 매트릭스’의 유형에 따라 어떻게 변화되고 직무유형에 따라 어떻게 적용되는지 알아보았다. 연구결과는 기업별로 직무유형인 조직문화개선, 사회공헌, 자원재생, 홍보마케팅에 따라 ‘예술가치 매트릭스’의 9개의 유형 중에서 ‘관계강화’(Networking), ‘변화’(Transformation) 가 공통된 유형으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 공통으로 나타난 두 개의 유형은 조직의 인적자원들이새로운 상황에서 어떻게 소통하고 적응하는지를 깨닫게 하였고, 그 과정 속에서 직원들의 긍정적인 행동변화를보였다. 이러한 인적자원 변화과정이 조직의 경영성과로 발전할 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 가질 수 있을 것이다

        원형적 혁신조직의 설계와 구현: 매트릭스 구조 기반의 지식부서와 프로젝트팀 구성의 양손잡이 수업조직 사례연구

        본 연구에서는 종단적인 현장사례 기반으로 수업조직의 설계와 운영의 여러 가지 가능성을 원형과 변화라는 시간축과 다양한 시도라는 설계를 시도한 탐험적 사례조사이다. 직소 방법(Jigsaw method)와 사업환경의 양손잡이 매트릭스 조직(ambidextrous matirx organization)과 같은 혁신조직(innovative organization)들을 바탕으로 학습효과를 높일 수 있는 조직설계 및 운영방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 초기의 시행착오를 즉각적으로나 성찰적으로 설계과정에 반영하는 수업조직 혁신과정을 지속적으로 진행하였다. 학생참여형 수업조직에 대한 현장사례 연구를 진행한 지난 12년간의 실험과 시행착오와 실험을 통해 개발한 매트릭스 방법(Matrix method)을 소개한다. 교수-학습방법을 혁신하는 접근으로서 해야 할 일 이론(Jobs theory)에 기반하여, 대학생의 관점에서 보다 유익하고 복잡한 대학생활 과업들을 수업과 캠퍼스 학습활동을 통해 가치를 실현하고자 하였다. 교수자는 학습자들이 수동성에서 능동성, 자율성, 친교성과 창의성을 갖도록 변혁의 과정을 견인하고자 한다. 학습자 관점에서는 다양성과 효과성을 가진 팀구성 및 프로젝트 팀협업 방법을 통해 지식과 스킬셋의 습득, 사회적 관계개발, 정서적 만족, 소속감을 가지고, 공유할 창의적 아이디어 등을 나눌 기회를 필요로 한다. 매트릭스 수업조직의 도입결과로 평균 9명 이상의 새로운 관계형성이 이루어졌고, 목표한 지적인 성취와 함께 도전적인 자료조사와 문제해결과정을 경험하였다. 이에 대한 매트릭스 방법의 가치와 가능성을 제시하고 논의하고 있다. This is an explorative case study on the desgin and development of classroom organization with the archetype and the evolution of organization design embedded in the field of the university classroom. The aim of this study is that increase the learning effects by designing organizational structure and process effectively with the established jigsaw method and matrix organization with ambidexterity that adapt to the changing environments. There was many trials and experiment since 2007 fall when the author started teaching the undergraduate courses. Using the recent innovation framework of job theory, the coursework could include the diversity and effectiveness to deliver the knowledge and value to the university students. From the perspective of the educator, the learner should transform from the passivity to proactivity, autonomy, friendliness, and the creativity. From the learners’ perspective, they need to have knowledge, skillset, social relations, affective satisfaction like pleasure and joy, sense of belonging-ness, and creative ideas to share. Matrix method results in building more than 9 relations and experiencing the creative problem solving project. This research shows the feasibility of the matrix method in the classroom context.

        인자점수와 자기조직화지도를 이용한 희소한 문서데이터의 군집화

        통계학과 기계학습의 다양한 기법을 이용하여 문서집합을 군집화하기 위해서는 우선 군집화분석에 적합한 데이터구조로 대상 문서집합을 변환해야 한다. 문서군집화를 위한 대표적인 구조가 문서-단어행렬이다. 각 문서에서 발생한 특정단어의 빈도값을 갖는 문서-단어행렬은 상당부분의 빈도값이 0인 희소성문제를 갖는다. 이 문제는 문서군집화의 성능에 직접적인 영향을 주어 군집화결과의 성능감소를 초래한다. 본 논문에서는 문서-단어행렬의 희소성문제를 해결하기 위하여 인자분석을 통한 인자점수를 이용하였다. 즉, 문서-단어행렬을 문서-인자점수행렬로 바꾸어 문서군집화의 입력데이터로 사용하였다. 대표적인 문서군집화 알고리즘은 자기조직화지도에 적용하여 문서-단어행렬과 문서-인자점수행렬에 대한 문서군집화의 결과들을 비교하였다. The retrieved documents have to be transformed into proper data structure for the clustering algorithms of statistics and machine learning. A popular data structure for document clustering-term matrix. This matrix has the occurred frequency value of a term in each document. There is a sparsity problem in this matrix because most frequencies of the matrix are 0 values. This problem affects the clustering performance. The sparsensess of document-term matrix decrease the performance of clustering result. So, this research uses the factor score by factor analysis to solve the sparsity problem in document clustering. The document-term matrix is transformed to document-factor score matrix using factor scores in this paper. Also, the document-factor score matrix is used as input data for document clustering. To compare the clustering performances between document-term matrix and document-factor score matrix, this research applies two matrices to self organizing map (SOM) clustering.

        Organic matrix-free imaging mass spectrometry

        Mass spectrometry (MS) is an ideal tool for analyzing multiple types of (bio)molecular information simultaneously in complex biological systems. In addition, MS provides structural information on targets, and can easily discriminate between true analytes and background. Therefore, imaging mass spectrometry (IMS) enables not only visualization of tissues to give positional information on targets but also allows for molecular analysis of targets by affording the molecular weights. Matrixassisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight (MALDI-TOF) MS is particularly effective and is generally used for IMS. However, the requirement for an organic matrix raises several limitations that get in the way of accurate and reliable images and hampers imaging of small molecules such as drugs and their metabolites. To overcome these problems, various organic matrix-free LDI IMS systems have been developed, mostly utilizing nanostructured surfaces and inorganic nanoparticles as an alternative to the organic matrix. This minireview highlights and focuses on the progress in organic matrix-free LDI IMS and briefly discusses the use of other IMS techniques such as desorption electrospray ionization, laser ablation electrospray ionization, and secondary ion mass spectrometry.

        The organizational structure is a set of actions and activities that enhance the productivity and efficiency of collective labor, including a comprehensive understanding of all the formal activities of the organization. The organizational structure has many positive influences such as improvement of role and reputation of the organization, the capacity-building and sustainability of workforce of the staff, development of the communication and cooperation between the staff and the management, the maintaining of the positive cultural attitude of the organization, the protection of human rights and the implementation of organization reform. Most organizations need to combine organizational structure appropriately to suit their specifics and activities and it effective to implement in dynamic and static form.

        HS-GC/MS를 이용한 퇴적물 중 휘발성유기화합물 분석 - 외부 및 내부표준방법에서 매질영향 확인

        Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in sediments, which can cause human health problems, have been monitored in Korea since 2014. Measured VOC concentrations can be affected by matrix type and the volatility of target substances. In this study, (1) VOCs volatility and the influence of matrix interference were confirmed, and (2) internal standards (IS) method was applied to improve analytical method. For these purposes, method detection limit (MDL), calibration linearity, precision and accuracy of VOCs were compared in various matrices using the IS. Some of VOCs in sediments showed different peak areas and reduced rates compared to water matrix. It was suggested that adsorption properties of sediments hindered the migration to vapor during heat pretreatment in headspace method. A calibration curve was created in washed sand. Recovery rates for the calibration curve method and IS applying method were 64.1 ∼ 83.1% and 99.1 ∼ 119.3%, respectively. Relative standard deviations ranged from 11.1% to 21.6% for the calibration curve method and those for IS ranged 4.7% to 13.7%. In case of real sediment, calibration curve and 1,2-Dichlorobenzene-d4 (ODCB) among IS were not suitable. The average recovery rate of Fluorobenzene (FBZ) increased by 56.4% and Relative Standard Deviation (RSD) by 4.7%. However, the recovery rate was increased in the samples with large values of igniting intensity.This study confirmed that influence of the matrix of VOCs in sediment, and addition of IS materials improved precision and accuracy. Although IS corrects volatilization and adsorption, it is recommended that more than two types of IS should be added rather than single.

        Identification and validation of an ECM organization-related gene signature as a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target for glioma patients

        Background Glioma is the most common and devastating form of malignant brain tumor, with a poor prognosis. Extracellular matrix (ECM) organization is a crucial determinant of glioma invasion and progression. However, the clinical significance of ECM organization in glioma patients remains unclear. Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of ECM organization-related genes in glioma patients and identify potential therapeutic targets. Methods Bulk RNA-sequencing and corresponding clinical data for patients with glioma were downloaded from TCGA and GEO databases. Differentially expressed ECM organization genes were identified, and an ECM organization-related gene prognostic model was then generated. Furthermore, the prognostic model has validated in the Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas (CGGA) dataset. The role of TIMP1 in glioma cells by using various functional assays revealed their underlying mechanism in vitro. Results We identified and validated a nine-gene signature (TIMP1, SERPINE1, PTX3, POSTN, PLOD3, PDPN, LOXL1, ITGA2, and COL8A1) related to ECM organization as a robust prognostic biomarker for glioma. Time-dependent ROC curve analysis confirmed the specificity and sensitivity of the signature. The signature was closely related to an immunosuppressive phenotype, and its combination with immune checkpoints served as a good predictor for patients' clinical outcomes. Notably, single-cell RNA sequencing analysis revealed high expression of TIMP1 in astrocytes and oligodendrocyte progenitor cells in glioma patients. Last, we show that TIMP1 regulates glioma cell growth and invasion via the AKT/GSK3β signaling pathway. Conclusion This study provides promising insights into predicting glioma prognosis and identifying a potential therapeutic target in TIMP1.

        Excited-state Intramolecular Proton Transfer of 1,5- and 1,8-Dihydroxyanthraquinones Chemically Adsorpted onto SiO2, SiO2-Al2O3, and Al2O3 Matrices

        In order to investigate the excited-state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) process of dihydroxyanthraquinones (DHAQ; 1,5-DHAQ and 1,8-DHAQ) in organic-inorganic hybrid matrices, transparent SiO2, SiO2-Al2O3, and Al2O3 matrices chemically bonded with DHAQ were prepared using a sol-gel technique. The absorption maxima of 1,5- and 1,8-DHAQ in SiO2 matrices are observed at around 420 nm, whereas those of DHAQ in both SiO2-Al2O3 and Al2O3 matrices are markedly shifted to longer wavelength compared with those in SiO2 matrix. This indicates that DAHQ forms a chemical bond with an Al atom of Al2O3. The DHAQ in SiO2 matrix shows a markedly Stokes-shifted emission which is originated from the ESIPT in DHAQ. Based on the emission lifetimes of DHAQ, the ESIPT of DHAQ was found to be strongly affected by the chemical interaction with Al atom in the Al2O3-related matrices.
