        슬관절 근력의 등장성 운동과 등속성 운동의 비교

        Training exclusively with isokinetic contractions type can result in greater muscular adaptations than training with isotonic contractions type. We aimed to determine whether training-induced increases in knee muscular strength differed between muscles performing isokinetic contractions type and isotonic contractions type when total external work is equivalent. The 16 healthy young males(8 isotonic exercise group(ITG), 8 isokinetic exercise(IKG)) completed a 8-week isokinetic and isotonic training program of the knee muscle. The isotonic knee muscle were trained using the knee extension(seated), knee flexion(prone), hip abduction, hip adduction, terminal hip flexion, terminal hip extension and isotonic contraction with the resistance set at 50% of the previously recorded maximal voluntary isometric contraction. Isokinetic knee muscle trained using velocity spectrum(two sets of 4 repetitions at each speed:60°/S, 90°/S, two sets of 6 repetitions at each speed:120°/S 150°/S, two sets of 8 repetitions at each speed:180°/S). Both training groups trained using a exercise 3 days a week for 8 week. The change of muscle strength of leg flexion and extension were measured with a CYBEX NORMTM and to examine concentric maximal isokinetic strength 60°/S, 180°/S. For the data analysis of the study results, technical statistics was calculated using the SPSS 13.0 statistic program, and the two-way repeated analysis of variance(Two-way repeated ANOVA) was conducted. The result were as followings. The peak torque/BW between training stages in time of flexion, extension 60°/S, 180°/S(left, right) showed great significant difference(p<0.05) but between groups showed no significant difference. The total work between training stages in time of flexion, extension 60°/S, 180°/S(left, right) showed great significant difference(p<0.05) but between groups showed no significant difference. This study confirmed that isotonic training has been reported to be equal to or more effecitive than isokinetic training in which muscle contraction are similar to functional movement.

        Characteristic Analysis of the Isokinetic Strength in Lower Limbs of the Elderly on Training for Postural Control

        The principal objective of this study was to assess the characteristic of muscular strength in the lower limbs of elderly subjects after 8 weeks of postural control training with a postural control training system designed specifically for the elderly. In order to verify the characteristic of muscular strength in the lower limbs, 15 elderly volunteers (training group, TG) took part in a balance training regimen using the postural control training system. An additional 15 elderly volunteers (control group, CG), who were employed as the control group, were also tested for comparison with the training group. To evaluate the effects of the training and the characteristic of the muscular strength, we measured the relevant parameters, such as the sway path and the sway area of center of pressure under different visual conditions and the concentric isokinetic strength of the joints in the lower limbs prior to, during, and after training. In this study, we hypothesized that the participants would evidence better balance control, i.e. smaller postural sway and greater concentric isokinetic strength of the ankle and knee joints,than those who did not participate in the training program. We also assessed the relationship of the COP sway area and the concentric isokinetic strength of the ankle, knee, and hip joints of the elderly subjects. The results demonstrated that the correlation between isokinetic strength of the ankle and knee joints and the postural stability dropped significantly in a negative-linear fashion. However, no significant difference was noted between the concentric isokinetic strength of the hip joint and the postural stability of the subjects. The concentric isokinetic strength of the ankle and knee joints was found to be more relevant to the movement of the lower limbs, which is important in terms of the postural strategy. Via these results, we confirmed the characteristics of muscular strength in the lower limbs of the elderly and the relationship between muscular strength and postural stability. Therefore, the elderly that is reinforced muscular strength of the joints of lower limbs can perform increased postural training capability.

        하지 중심의 플라이오메트릭 훈련과 등속성 훈련이 등속성 근력 및 점프수행능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of plyometric and Isokinetic training on muscle strength and jump performance. The subjects consisted of 15 adult males who are majoring Physical Education at the University. These were divided into three groups; plyometric tr aining group, isokinetic training group, control group. The training group performed several movements based on each training method during 6 weeks. The isokinetic muscle strength was measured by Cybex 6000. Jump per formance was measured by SJ height, CMJ height, and RJindex. Two way repeated ANOVA was used to analyze the interaction effect of group and time. Isokinetic training group showed strength elevation from more joint than that of plyometric training group. Plyometric training group and isokinetic training group showed similar improvement in SJ height, CMJ height, and RJindex statistically. In conclusion, the results of this study suggested that isokinetic training has an effect on the isokinetic muscle strength, and the jump performance ability Improvement of physical strength and functionality can be expected in accordance of the stability which is the a significant aspect of isokinetic training.

        서키트 웨이트 트레이닝이 카누선수의 등속성 근력, 심폐기능 및 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 서키트 웨이트 트레이닝이 카누선수의 등속성 근력, 심폐기능 및 혈액성분에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 K대학교의 재학중인 남자 카누선수 14명을 대상으로 서키트 웨이트 트레이닝을 적용시켰다. 서키트 웨이트트레이닝은 10개의 운동종목 강도를 1RM의 50%로 설정하여 6주간 2주차씩 나누어 운동 시간은 40초에서 5초씩 늘리고, 휴식시간은 5초씩 감소시켰다. 서키트 웨이트 트레이닝의 효과를 분석하기위해 운동 전ㆍ후에 신체구성, 심폐기능, 등속성 근력 및 혈액성분 분석을 실시하였다. 서키트 웨이트 트레이닝 시작 전ㆍ후의 신체구성을 분석한 결과, 제지방량이 유의하게 증가하였으나, 체중, 체지방량, 체지방률은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 심폐기능을 분석한 결과, VE(1/min)는 유의한 차이가 나타났지만, VO<sub>2max</sub>, HRmax, RER에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 견관절 등속성 근력의 Perk Torque(60°/sec)을 분석한 결과, ERPT, FRPT, ELPT, FLPT에서 모두 유의한 증가가 나타났다. 견관절 등속성 근력의 Average Power(240°/sec)를 분석한 결과 ERAP, FRAP에서 유의하게 증가하였지만, ELAP, FLAP에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 체간 등속성 근력은 각속도 30°/sec에서 굴근과 신근의 Peak Torque, Average Power, Total Work를 분석한 결과, 전체 항목에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나지 않았다. 체간등속성 근력은 각속도 180°/sec Peak Torque, Average Power, Total Work를 분석한 결과, FPT에서 유의하게 증가하였지만, 다른항목들에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 마지막으로 혈액 성분을 분석한 결과, Ammonia, CK, LDH 모두 유의한 차이가 나지않았다. 각 분석항목의 전체 결과에서 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았지만, 긍정적인 효과가 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 서키트 웨이트 트레이닝은 카누선수들의 신체구성, 심폐기능, 등속성 근력과 혈액 성분에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 경기력 향상을 위한 트레이닝 방법으로 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of circuit weight training on isokinetic muscle strength, cardiopulmonary function and blood components of canoe athletes. The subjects of this study are 14 canoe athletes of the K university and they were applied to circuit weight training composed of 10 subtypes for 6 weeks. In circuit weight training, the exercise intensity is set to 50% of 1RM. Duration of the exercise was set to 40 sec/bout and was increased by 5 second at an interval of 2 weeks. Rest time decreased by 5 seconds in the same way. In order to analyze the effect of circuit weight training, body composition, cardiopulmonary function, isokinetic muscle strength and blood components analysis are measured before and after the exercise. In the body composition, lean body mass increased significantly after circuit weight training. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in body weight, body fat mass, and percent body fat. In the cardiopulmonary function, significant difference was appeared on VE(1/min), but not on VO<sub>2max</sub>, HRmax, and RER. In the Peak Torque(60°/sec) of isokinetic muscle strength of shoulder joint, significant increases were appeared on ERPT, FRPT, ELPT, and FLPT. In the Average Power(240°/sec) of isokinetic muscle strength of shoulder joint, ERAP and FRAP increased significantly, but any significant differences were not appeared on ELAP and FLAP. In isokinetic trunk extensors and flexors at 30°/sec, there were no significant difference in every list of measurement in Peak Torque, Average Power and Total Work. In isokinetic trunk extensors and flexors at 180°/sec, FPT increased significantly but there was no significant differences appeared on the rest. Lastly, in the blood components, there were no significant differences in Ammonia, CK and LDH. In conclusion, It is confirmed that there are positive effects of circuit weight training on each list of measurements, even though any significant differences were appeared. Thus circuit weight training will be able to contribute to the training methods for enhancement of performance as circuit weight training has a positive influence on body composition, cardiopulmonary function, isokinetic muscle strength and blood components of canoe athletes.

        플라이오메트릭 훈련이 고등학교 정신지체 축구선수의 슬관절 등속성 근력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 플라이오메트릭 훈련이 고등학교 정신지체 축구선수의 슬관절 등속성 근력 변화에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이었다. 연구대상은 S시 대표 고등학교 정신지체 축구선수 14명이었으며, 실험군과 대조군 각각 7명을 무선으로 배정하였다. 훈련은 12주 동안 주 2회 모든 피험자에게 축구훈련을 3시간 실시하였고 실험군에게는 플라이오메트릭 훈련을 매회 1시간씩 추가하여 실시하였다. 슬관절 등속성 근력 측정변인은 최고토크, 체중 당 최고토크, 총일량, 평균파워 등이었으며, 측정은 훈련 전후 CYBEX 770 Isokinetic Dynamometer를 이용하여 슬관절의 각속도 60°/sec, 180°/sec로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였으며, 유의수준은 .05로 검증하였다. 플라이오메트릭 훈련은 고등학교 정신지체 축구선수의 슬관절 등속성 근력 향상에 효과가 있었으며 굴근력보다 신근력이 일관되게 높은 양상을 나타내었다. 정신지체가 있는 축구선수를 대상으로 훈련 프로그램의 관리를 철저히 하고 체계적인 근력운동을 실시하여 훈련효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 앞으로의 연구는 정신지체 축구선수의 근력 향상 효과를 평가하기 위해 동일 연령대 일반선수들을 포함하여 차기에 의한 공속도 측정과 같은 기능적인 평가가 필요할 것이다. The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of the isokinetic knee strength in the high school soccer players with intellectual disabilities through plyometric training. Participants were 14 high school soccer players with intellectual disabilities who were members of Seoul City soccer team. They were divided into experimental and comparison group, 7 students respectively. Training was conducted two days per week for 12 week. All participants carried out soccer-related training for 3 hour per day. The experimental group received additional 1 hour plyometrics training per day. Variables of isokinetic knee strength were peak torque, peak torque ratio at body weight, total work, and average power. CYBEX 770 Isokinetic Dynamometer was used to assess angular velocity 60°/sec and 180°/sec before and after training. The ANCOVA was utilized for data analysis at the .05 level of significance. The plyometric training improve the isokinetic knee strength in the high school soccer players with intellectual disabilities. Isokinetic strength of knee extensors group was consistently higher than those of knee flexors group. If training of players with intellectual disabilities consists of systematic management and weight training, it would bring significant effect of training. In order to evaluate the improvement of strength in soccer players with intellectual disabilities, future study should investigate the isokinetic torque field test such as functional evaluating same age players` velocity of kicking ball.

      • 8주간 저항운동이 중년여성골퍼의 등속성 근기능과 드라이버 샷 비거리에 미치는 영향

        8주간 RT를 실시하여 중년여성골퍼의 드라이버 샷 비거리와 등속성근기능과 드라이버 샷 비거리 변화를 구명하여 중년여성골퍼에게 근기능의 중요성을 부각시켜 효율적인 RT 프로그램을 활용할 수 있도록 한다. 5년 이상 골프경력의 중년여성골퍼를 대상으로 운동군 10명에게 8주간, 주 3회, 50-60분간, 저항운동 프로그램을 실시하여 드라이버 샷 비거리와 등속성 근기능의 변화를 통제군 10명과 비교·분석하였다. SPSS 14.0을 이용하여 two-way repeated ANOVA와 paired t-test, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하여 내린 결론은 다음과 같다. 1) 8주간 저항운동으로 아마추어 중년여성골퍼의 각 관절의 등속성근기능이 개선되어 드라이버 샷 비거리를 향상시켰다. 2) 8주간의 저항운동 후 중년여성골퍼의 각 신체부위별 등속성근기능과 드라이버 샷 비거리와의 상관관계는 나타나지 않았다. 3) 8주간의 저항운동 후 중년여성골퍼의 각 신체부위별 등속성근기능이 드라이버 샷 비거리에 영향을 미치는 의미있는 변인은 없었다. 이상의 결론을 통하여 아마추어 중년여성들에게 드라이버 샷 비거리를 향상시키기 위해서 저항운동이 필요하며, 어느 특정부위의 근기능이 비거리에 관여하는 것이 아니라는 것을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate effective RT program by comparing and analysing the change of isokinetic muscle function and drive shot distance in middle-aged women golfer before and after training. Twenty subjects participated in this study from middle-aged women golfer more than 5 years career of ``A`` county club members. The exercise group conducted RT programs, 50-60 minutes a day, 3 days per week for 8 weeks. Isokinetic muscle function and drive shot distance were measured before and after training, and the results were as follows. 1) A between group comparison revealed that exercise group significantly improved isokinetic muscle function and drive shot distance more than control group after the training. 2) There was no significant correlation between the isokinetic muscle function according to the each joint and drive shot distance after the training. 3) There was no significant factor that the isokinetic muscle function according to the each joint affect to drive shot distance after the training. According to the above results, we were able to see in this study was to follow. It can be concluded that resistance training for 8 weeks, can be helpful to the improvement of isokinetic muscle function of all joint and drive shot distance. Therefore, it is required to introduce resistance training for the improvement of drive shot distance.

        12주간의 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 태권도 자유품새 선수의 순발력, 민첩성, 등속성 하지 근기능에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to determine the effect of 12 weeks of plyometric training on the explosive power, agility, and isokinetic lower limb muscle function of Taekwondo free-poomsae players. The subjects of this study were 40 college Taekwondo free poomsae players, and we randomly divided them into a plyometric training group (experimental group, 20 people) and a general free poomsae training group (control group, 20 people). All subjects measured explosive power, agility, and isokinetic lower limb muscle function before and after 12 weeks of training. As a result of the study, 12 weeks of plyometric training significantly improved the vertical jump (explosive power) and whole-body reaction speed (agility) of Taekwondo free poomsae players. In addition, the players' isokinetic (angular velocity 60°/sec) lower extremity muscle strength improved, and isokinetic (angular velocity 180°/sec) lower extremity muscle power significantly enhanced. Additionally, isokinetic (angular velocity 240°/sec) lower limb muscular endurance was improved. Overall, 12 weeks of plyometric training was confirmed to be effective in improving the explosive power, agility, isokinetic strength, muscle power, and muscular endurance of Taekwondo free poomsae players.

        단기간 고지대 복합훈련이 고등학교 축구선수의 체력요인, 운동수행력 및 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

        [INTRODUCTION] The purpose of the present investigation was to determine the effects of 4 weeks altitudes training(1896m) on physical fitness, shuttle run, and isokinetic muscular functions [METHOD] Subjects of this study were 30 high school soccer players(training=18, control=12). The training type was modified shuttle run test and skill training. All data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA with repeated measure of SPSS. [RESULT] Side step of physical fitness was significantly different interaction of group and trial in post training(p<.05). Shuttle run test for endurance was that maximal repetition was significantly different between pre and post training(p<.05) and rest HR was significantly different interaction of group and trial in post training(p<.05). Isokinetic muscular functions for muscular strength(60 °/sec) was that left extension was significantly different between training and control group(p<.05), left flexion was significantly different between pre and post training(p<.05). [CONCLUSION] The altitude training might enhance physical fitness, the endurance performance, and isokinetic muscular functions of high school soccer players. [서론] 본 연구는 고지대(중국; 곤명)에서 복합훈련이 체력요인, 등속성 근기능, 및 운동수행력에 미치는 효과를 규명하는데 그 목적을 두었다. [방법] 연구 대상은 경기도 소재 S고등학교 축구선수로 훈련 군 18명과 통제군 12명으로 구분하였다. 훈련군은 4주 동안 1896m의 고지대에서 전술과 기술훈련과 shuttle run을 통한 복합훈련을 실시하였다. [결과] 고지대 훈련 후 사이드스텝은 훈련여부와 측정시기에 따른 상호작용효과에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 고지대 훈련 후 지구력 운동수행을 평가하기 위한 방법의 shuttle run에서 최고 왕복 수는 훈련 전후의 측정시기효과에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고(p<.05), 안정 시 심박수는 훈련여부와 측정시기의 상호작용효과가 유의하게 나타났다(p<.05). 저속(60°/sec) 등속성 근기능은 좌측신전은 훈련여부의 효과와 좌측 굴곡은 측정시기의 효과에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고(p<.05), 고속(180°/sec) 등속성 근기능은 좌측신전과 좌측 굴곡에서 고지대 훈련여부효과가 유의하게 나타났다(p<.05). [결론] 고지대 훈련으로 체력요인, 등속성 근기능, 그리고 운동수행력의 모든 변인에서 유의하게 나타나지 않았지만 대부분 증가하는 경향이 나타나 복합훈련을 통해 기능적 변화를 유발하고 장기적으로 수행한다면 경기력 향상에 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다.

        Application of Functional Training for Improving the Performance of Male High School Freestyle WRESTLER

        Purpose: This study is a case study that analyzes the effects after planning and applying a functional training program to improve the performance of high school male freestyle wrestler. Methods: The subject of this study was one elite athlete in freestyle wrestling at K High School in D Metropolitan City. The contents of the applied functional training program consisted of 5 items related to flexibility, 5 items related to dynamic stabilization, 8 items related to muscular endurance, and 8 items related to muscle power improvement in consideration of the wrestling competition situation. After applying the functional training program twice a week at a frequency of 120 minutes per day for 5 weeks(10 times), changes in body composition, basic physical strength, maximal exercise load test, anaerobic exercise capacity, knee joint isokinetic strength and muscle power were analyzed. Results: Body composition, basic physical fitness, maximal exercise load test, anaerobic exercise capacity, isokinetic muscle strength and muscle power were measured before and after the application of functional training, and most of the measurement items showed positive changes after application of the program. In particular, a positive change in exercise duration and maximal oxygen intake as a result of the graded maximal exercise test indicates an improvement in cardiopulmonary endurance, and a decrease in peak drop among the anaerobic exercise capacity measurement items increases tolerance to fatigue. In addition, positive changes in knee joint isokinetic muscle strength and muscle power are very important physical factors for improving the wrestler s performance, and it is judged that the effect of the functional training program applied in this study is appropriately reflected. Conclusions: In summarizing the results of this study, the planning of the optimal functional training program taking into account the physical characteristics of the sport and individual athletes showed more developmental changes than the previous physical fitness training which depended on the intensity of training and the amount of training. This training method was considered to show the possibility of being fully utilized for the future improvement of elite athletes performance.
